Abstract

Pabrik Roti Bakar Azhari yaitu UMKM pada bidang produksi roti bakar dan berlokasi di Yogyakarta. Sejak berdiri pada tahun 2016, pabrik ini mampu memproduksi hingga 12.000 roti per bulan dengan pelanggan tetap sekitar 25–40 konsumen. Namun, pabrik menghadapi permasalahan dalam hal kualitas produk, dengan tingkat cacat rata-rata mencapai 3,72% dari total produksi. Jenis cacat yang dominan adalah roti gosong dan roti yang mengembang tidak sempurna, yang berdampak pada efisiensi dan biaya produksi. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penelitian ini dengan Lean Six Sigma pada metode DMAIC. Langkah awal, hasil pemetaan proses menggunakan Process Activity Mapping (PAM) menunjukkan bahwa hanya 33,33% dari total waktu proses yang merupakan aktivitas bernilai tambah (VA), sementara 55,93% tergolong aktivitas perlu tetapi tidak menambah nilai (NNVA), dan 10,74% adalah aktivitas yang tidak bernilai tambah (NVA). Solusi perbaikan dilakukan melalui penerapan Poka Yoke sebagai metode pencegahan kesalahan. Contoh penerapannya adalah penggunaan timer otomatis, alarm suhu, dan sistem shutdown untuk menghindari kesalahan selama proses pemanggangan dan fermentasi. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan: tingkat cacat menurun menjadi 2,08%, DPMO turun dari 3.099 menjadi 1.733, dan tingkat sigma meningkat dari 4,36 menjadi 4,53. Aktivitas NVA berhasil dihilangkan, dan aktivitas VA meningkat menjadi 34,11%.

Abstract

This research purported to discover the influence of corporate culture, compensation and working discipline on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCN) using motivation as moderating variable. Research population covered all employees in PERUMDAM Bantul having permanent officer status as many 115 persons. Research sampling was based on Slovin method resulting in 90 people selected using random sampling technique. Research method was based on quantitative approach. The research utilized SmartPLS 3.2.8 to conduct inferential analysis. Based on the result of inferential analysis using SmartPLS 3.2.8 it can be concluded that there was tangible influence of corporate culture, compensation and working discipline on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCN) using motivation as moderating variable.The result of this research is applicable as reference to improve OCB in any companies simply by strengthening corporate culture, rationalizing compensation, maintaining workplace discipline and motivating the employees to work even harder.

Abstract

Removal of dyes from textile industrial wastewater can be done using microbiological, physical and physicochemical methods. These methods have weaknesses, namely they are less effective, expensive and require further treatment. One alternative method for removing dyes from textile industry wastewater is the electrochemical method, which can be done more quickly, cheaply and effectively. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of electrochemical methods, especially electrocoagulation, in removing dyes, especially Remazol Orange 3R dyes used in the textile industry. The degradation of the textile dye Remazol Orange 3R in this study was carried out using the electrocoagulation method using iron metal electrodes. The equipment used in this study included a plastic vessel, an electric stirrer, and anodes and cathodes made of ferrous metal. The degradation process of the Remazol Orange 3R textile dye was carried out using a batch system with varying stirring or contact times of 15, 30, 45, and 60 minutes. The percentage decrease in absorbance of the dye solution was measured using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer at the maximum wavelength. The results of the study showed that the highest percentage of absorbance reduction, namely 98.36%, was at a contact time of 30 minutes. It can be concluded that the electrocoagulation method with iron electrodes has the potential to be used as a wastewater treatment option, to degrade dyes from textile industry wastewater.
