Abstract

Dalam organisasi terdiri dari beberapa individu dan peran masing-masing demi mencapai visi misi dari organisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini menganalisa gaya kepemimpinan yang diasumsikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada divisi keamanan di Rutan Kelas I Pondok Bambu. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Sampel yang digunakan merupakan sampel jenuh dimana responden adalah keseluruhan dari populasi pada divisi keamanan yang berjumlah 40 orang. Berdasarkan analisa menggunakan SPSS dapat diketahui variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X) tidak mempengaruhi variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y) pada Divisi Keamanan Di Rutan Kelas I Pondok Bambu. Berdasarkan nilai koefisien korelasi menunjukkan hubungan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan (X) dengan Kinerja Karyawan (Y) yang positif. Artinya adalah variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan dalam mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan pada Divisi Keamanan Di Rutan Kelas I Pondok Bambu adalah sebesar 78,9%, sedangkan 21,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The quality of academic services covers various aspects, starting from the quality of teaching, learning facilities, administration systems, to counseling and career guidance services. Each of these components plays a role in shaping students' perceptions of their educational experience at university. The author is interested in taking the variables of academic service quality and students’ satisfaction at Pertiwi University for research. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of service quality regularly partial towards students’ satisfaction with Pertiwi University students. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and library data. In this research, a purposive sampling method was used, totaling 73 students at Pertiwi University with a simple linear regression data analysis technique. The results of this research show that there is an influence on the quality of academic services regularly, with a partial impact on students’ satisfaction at Pertiwi University. The results of this research are expected to contribute to further research.

Abstract

This research examines the relationship between the income of MSMEs and improving the welfare of their families in the Kampung Sawah area, North Jakarta. Consistent and increasing income has the potential to have a positive effect on various aspects of life, including education, health and overall quality of life. However, the relationship between income and community welfare is not always linear and can be influenced by various other aspects, such as individual spending patterns, availability of public services, and local government regulations. This research applies a quantitative descriptive approach, collecting data through surveys and direct dialogue. The sample was selected purposively, involving 73 MSME actors in the Kampung Sawah area, North Jakarta. Data analysis uses a simple linear regression model. Research findings indicate that there is an influence of the income of MSME actors on improving the welfare of their families in the Kampung Sawah area, North Jakarta. It is hoped that this research can become a valuable reference for subsequent studies.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian Mie Instan Organik Lemonilo pada mahasiswa STIE UniSadhuGuna. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 78 mahasiswa STIE UniSadhuGuna yang masih aktif tahun 2018-2020 yang pernah mengkonsumsi Mie Instan Organik Lemonilo. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kualitas produk, harga dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Mie Instan Organik Lemonilo Lemonilo pada Mahasiswa STIE UniSadhuGuna. Secara simultan kualitas produk, harga dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Kinerja Pegawai akan terpenuhi apabila didukung oleh variabel budaya kerja pegawai. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Bank Perkreditan Rakyat di Kediri. . Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 48 responden. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik slovin. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas dan analisis responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Variabel bebas yaitu budaya kerja berkontribusi 89%.terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci : Budaya Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai, Responden, Teknik Slovin

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan inovasi produk dan desain packaging kepada masyarakat Desa Bangsongan, Kecamatan Kayen Kidul, Kabupaten Kediri.. Target kegiatan sosialisasi ini adalah agar peserta memahami akan pentingnya meningkatkan produk, baik itu produk baru maupun modifikasi dari produk yang sudah ada untuk promosi dan pemasaran produk serta untuk meningkatkan daya saing pasar Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada tanggal 20 Desember 2025. Setelah melakukan diskusi dengan masyarakat Desa Bangsongan sebelum sosialisasi dimulai, disepakati bahawa kegiatan dimulai dengan pre-test kepada peserta untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman sebelum dilakukan sosialisasi inovasi produk dan desain packaging dan di akhir sosialisasi dilakukan post-test. Peserta yang hadir sebanyak 27 orang. Ada beberapa peserta yang sudah mengenal tentang inovasi produk dan desain packaging dan ada yang mengaku belum tahu sama sekali. Kegiatan ini berjalan dengan lancar, efisien dan efektif serta sesuai target. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah peserta mengakui menjadi lebih tahu dan paham tentang inovasi produk dan desain packaging. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan jawaban peserta dari hasil post-test yang dilakukan, yaitu sangat paham sebesar 64% dan paham 36%.

Abstract

High administrative demands and sustained performance targets placed civil servants under continuous work pressure, making mental health and work environment critical factors in maintaining performance. This study aimed to examine the effects of mental health and work environment on employee performance at the Deputy for Small Enterprises, Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. A quantitative survey method was applied using structured questionnaires distributed to 87 civil servants selected through stratified random sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression supported by validity, reliability, and classical assumption testing. The results show that mental health and work environment have positive and significant effects on employee performance, both individually and jointly. The coefficient of determination is 0.688, indicating that 68.8 percent of performance variation is explained by the two variables. These findings confirm that employee performance in the public sector is strongly influenced by psychological well-being and supportive working conditions.

Abstract

contributes to cadre retention by positioning cadre education programs as the primary institutional mechanism. The study examines whether cadre retention is influenced directly and indirectly by servant leadership, with cadre education and development programs conceptualized as Political Human Resource Management (Political HRM) and positioned as a key mediating variable. The study employs a quantitative approach using a structured questionnaire survey administered to members of a cadre-based political party organization. From a total population of 2,073 registered cadres recorded in the organizational database, all were internally ensured to receive the research questionnaire, and 551 respondents voluntarily completed it (voluntary random sample). The data were subsequently analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with a hierarchical component model (HCM) two-stage approach to model multidimensional constructs. The findings indicate that servant leadership does not have a significant direct effect on cadre retention; however, it exerts a very strong influence on the quality of cadre education and development programs, which in turn have a positive and significant effect on cadre retention. These results confirm an indirect-only mediation (full mediation) pattern. The model explains a substantial proportion of variance in cadre education programs (53.2%) and cadre retention (50.7%) and demonstrates strong predictive relevance, underscoring that retention in cadre-based organizations is predominantly system-driven.This study offers a conceptual and empirical model that extends the understanding of how leadership operates in value-based political organizations by positioning institutional mechanisms as the primary pathway through which leadership influences cadre sustainability. The study contributes to the leadership, organizational retention, and HRM systems literature by introducing Political HRM as an institutional architecture that translates leadership values into long-term cadre development systems.

Abstract

Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) merupakan sektor usaha yang berperan penting sebagai penopang utama perekonomian baik di tingkat nasional maupun daerah. Namun, UKM umumnya menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti keterbatasan modal, manajemen usaha, serta proses produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan UKM gethuk pisang sebagai upaya pelestarian makanan tradisional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), serta analisis Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhi UKM. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT, diperoleh beberapa alternatif strategi yang dapat diterapkan dalam pengembangan UKM gethuk pisang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UKM gethuk pisang berada pada kuadran I dalam diagram kartesius SWOT, yang menandakan bahwa strategi yang paling tepat adalah strategi Strengths–Opportunities (SO) atau strategi pertumbuhan (growth strategy). Strategi yang dapat dilakukan antara lain penyelenggaraan festival makanan tradisional oleh pemerintah daerah, peningkatan kualitas produk, serta pemanfaatan teknologi dan media pemasaran daring. Melalui penerapan strategi tersebut, diharapkan penjualan produk UKM gethuk pisang dapat meningkat sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan, memperkuat daya saing, dan mendukung perkembangan usaha.

Abstract

Human resources play a strategic role in service-oriented organizations, particularly outsourcing companies whose service sustainability largely depends on employee performance. This study aims to examine the effect of the work environment and ambidextrous leadership on employee performance, with career development positioned as a mediating variable. A supportive work environment, encompassing both physical and psychosocial aspects, contributes to employee comfort, work engagement, and productivity enhancement. Meanwhile, ambidextrous leadership emphasizes a leader’s capability to balance efficiency-driven practices with innovation-oriented behaviors in addressing dynamic organizational challenges. Career development is regarded as a strategic mechanism that aligns individual potential with organizational goals, thereby strengthening employee motivation and performance. This study adopts a conceptual approach through a literature review to construct a framework explaining the relationships among the work environment, ambidextrous leadership, career development, and employee performance. The proposed model highlights the importance of integrating human resource management practices to achieve sustainable employee performance in service-based organizations.
