Abstract

Mental disorder is one of the four major health problems in developed and developing countries, including Indonesia. This study aimed to determine the role of spouses in caring for couples suffering from mental disorders in the Balen Public Health Center. The design in this research was descriptive with a survey approach. The respondents, all couples with mental disorders who are married in the Balen Public Health Center were 17 people, the sampling used is total sampling. Data processing starts with editing, coding, scoring, and tabulating. Of the 17 respondents, 8 respondents were deficient roles (47%). The conclusion is more than half of the spouses caring for couples suffering from mental disorders are deficient roles. Living partners of mentally disordered patients should improve support in daily patient care

Abstract

Modern lifestyles with choices food menu and unhealthy ways of life are increasingly spreading to levels of society, causing an increase in the number diabetes mellitus, a phenomenon in the Working Area Tambakrejo, where most people with diabetes mellitus have smoking habits. The purpose of the study was to identify blood sugar levels in people with diabetes mellitus who have a smoking habit. This type of research is descriptive with descriptive survey approach. The population of all young couples is 345 respondents, with a total sample of 117 respondents, sampling using non-probability sampling with accidental sampling technique. Collecting data by observing the results of blood sugar while then in editing, coding, scoring, tabulating and presenting the results. The results showed that more than some respondents had abnormal sugar levels 80 people (68.4%) and less than some respondents had normal sugar levels 37 people (31.6%). The conclusion is that more than half of the blood sugar levels in people with diabetes mellitus who have a smoking habit in the Working Area Tambakrejo Bojonegoro are not normal. Can add information and insight related to blood sugar levels in people with diabetes mellitus can be a motivation for behave in a healthy life.

Abstract

Menghadapi masa transisi pasca pensiun, membuat banyak orang mengalami problem serius baik dari sisi kejiwaan maupun fisik yang berakibat pada kecemasan. Hal ini akan sangat rentan bagi individu untuk mengalami goncangan ketika pensiun yang biasa di kenal sebagai Post power syndrome. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis hubungan tingkat kecemasan dengan post power syndrome pada pensiunan di Desa Prayungan Kecamatan Sumberrejo Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pensiunan  (PNS, POLRI,TNI,dan swasta) di Desa Prayungan Kecamatan Sumberrejo Kabupaten Bojonegoro pada tahun 2023, sebanyak 29 orang, sampel 27 responden dengan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan lembar kuesioner, kemudian dilakukan pengolahan data melalui editing, coding, scoring dan tabulating serta analisis data dengan uji Spearman Rho. Hasil penelitian tingkat kecemasan pensiunan lebih dari sebagian dalam kategori ringan sebanyak 17 responden, lebih dari sebagian post power syndrome sedang sebanyak 19 responden  dan hasil uji statistik ? value = 0,004 H0 ditolak, ada hubungan tingkat kecemasan dengan post power syndrome pada pensiunan dengan koefiesien  korelasi 0,530 (cukup) dan arah korelasi positif. Kesimpulan penelitian ada hubungan tingkat kecemasan dengan post power syndrome pada pensiunan di Desa Prayungan Kecamatan Sumberrejo Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Hendaknya responden menerima masa pensiun dengan lapang dada, jaga hubungan sosial dengan teman dan keluarga dan beri diri sendiri waktu untuk beradaptasi hargai pencapaian dan nikmati masa pensiun.

Abstract

The low competitiveness of the Indonesian manufacturing industry is a current phenomenon causing a decline in Indonesia's manufacturing industry competitiveness ranking below that of Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. This indicates that Indonesia needs to enhance four factors: national economic performance, policy efficiency, business efficiency, and infrastructure. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of factors affecting competitiveness. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study is companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. Data collection used purposive sampling method, with a total sample size of 212, with a sampling quota of 109 companies that have both sales increases and decreases annually. In this study, there are independent variables such as Asset Intensity, Employee Intensity, and Intellectual Capital, dependent variable Competitiveness, and mediating variable Cost Stickiness. The results of the research show that the variables of employee intensity and intellectual capital have an influence in this study, whereas asset intensity does not have an influence in this study. Additionally, Cost Stickiness has not been able to mediate the influence on Asset Intensity, Employee Intensity, and Intellectual Capital.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Secara umum hiperaktivitas berkaitan dengan gangguan tingkah laku dan aktivitas kognitif seperti berpikir, mengingat, menggambar, merangkum, mengorganisasikan, dan lainnya. Akibat dari gangguan tersebut jika tidak ditangani secara tepat, mempunyai resiko mengalami hambatan kemampuan belajar. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian menganalisis pengaruh kombinasi terapi bermain playdough dan origami dalam peningkatan konsentrasi belajar pada anak hiperaktif di SLB PKK Sumberrejo dan SLB Putra Harapan Bojonegoro. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan metode Pre Experimental dengan pendekatan One group pretest posttest design. Populasi seluruh siswa Sekolah Dasar hiperaktif SLB PKK Sumberrejo dan SLB Putra Harapan Bojonegoro tahun 2023 sebanyak 9 siswa, sampel dalam penelitian 9 responden dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan lembar kuesioner, kemudian dilakukan pengolahan data editing, coding, scoring dan tabulating, analisis data dengan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil: Hasil penelitian sebelum diberi terapi bermain playdough dan origami terdapat 6 siswa (66,7%) konsentrasi belajar cukup. Sesudah diberi terapi bermain playdough dan origami menjadi tinggi sebanyak 5 siswa (55,6%), hasil uji statistik ρ value = 0,046, ada pengaruh kombinasi terapi bermain playdough dan origami dalam peningkatan konsentrasi belajar pada anak hiperaktif. Kesimpulan: terdapat pengaruh kombinasi terapi bermain playdough dan origami dalam peningkatan konsentrasi belajar pada anak hiperaktif di SLB PKK Sumberrejo dan SLB Putra Harapan Bojonegoro.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Setiap wanita yang berusia akil balik pasti mengalami menstruasi. Tidak jarang selama menstruasi juga ada beberapa keluhan, diantaranya yang paling sering adalah dismenotra. Dismenore merupakan rasa nyeri saat menstruasi yang sering mengganggu wanita. Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi gambaran aktivitas belajar pada remaja putri di MIN 1 Bojonegoro saat mengalami dismenore. Desain penelitian dekriptif, pendekatan survei, populasi seluruh remaja putri kelas 6 MIN 1 Bojonegoro sejumlah 85 responden, sampling yang di gunakan purposive samplings sebanyak 66 responden, Dengan variabel aktivitas belajar pada remaja putri saat mengalami disminore, pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner kemudian dilakukan editing, coding, scoring, tabulating setelah itu disajikan dengan bentuk tabel atau grafik. Hasil penelitian dari 66 responden remaja putri usia 11 – 13 tahun yang sudah menstruasi dan mengalami disminore di MIN 1 Bojonegoro diperoleh hasil bahwa lebih dari sebagian responden dismenorea tidak mengganggu pelajaran (53%), sedangkan kurang dari sebagian aktivitas belajar meningkat (35%), dan kurang dari sebagian aktivitas belajar berkurang (12%). Sebaiknya saat menstruasi responden tetap wajar dalam belajarn, menjaga kesehatan mental dan fisik dengan mengkonsumsi nutrisi gizi seimbang sehingga dapat beradaptasi dengan nyeri haid. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of budgetary participation and procedural fairness of budgeting on the performance of Kendari city government management with job-relevant information as a mediating variable. the object of this study is the work unit of the Kendari City regional apparatus. The population in this study was Kendari City Government Agencies, totaling 31 SKPD. The sampling technique was using Purposive Sampling, thus obtaining a sample of 124 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is Inferential Statistics using the Partial Least Square approach. The results of this study indicate that Budget participation has a positive and significant effect on job-relevant information. Budgetary participation has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance. budgeting procedural justice has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance. budgeting procedural justice has a positive and significant effect on job-relevant information. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the quality of sustainability reports and earnings quality on bank performance as a proxy for return on assets and price earnings ratio with intellectual capital as a moderating variable. The population of this study were banking companies listed on the IDX for 2018-2021 with a total of 46 companies. Determining the number of samples was carried out using a purposive sampling technique and selected based on criteria of 28 companies for a period of 4 years so that 112 samples were obtained. Regression analysis method on panel data using the Eviews 12 program. The results of this study indicate that the quality of sustainability reports has a significant negative effect on ROA. Earnings quality has a positive and significant effect on ROA. Report quality has a positive and significant effect on PER. Earnings quality has no significant effect on PER. ROA has a positive and significant effect on PER. Intellectual capital is able to moderate the influence of the quality of sustainability reports on PER. Intellectual capital cannot moderate the effect of sustainable earnings quality on PER. Intellectual capital cannot moderate the effect of ROA on PER

Abstract

Children under five years of age who experience stunting are at risk of experiencing physical, mental, social, and language development barriers. Non-pharmacological approaches to stunting are essential because stunting refers to a lack of growth in children. Therefore, a developmental examination, namely a pre-developmental screening questionnaire, must be conducted to identify non-pharmacological needs. The research aims to identify the development of stunted children. Descriptive research design, the population of all children experiencing stunting in the working area of the Mejuwet Health Center, Bojonegoro Regency, in 2023. The sample was 29 respondents, with purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaire sheets, and then editing, coding, scoring, and tabulating were carried out, followed by analysis. The results of the study showed that 31% of respondents with stunted children under the age of five experienced deviant development, 55.2% had questionable development, and only 18.3% had development that was appropriate for their age. Appropriate stimulation for the growth and development of children aged 48-59 months consists of several important activities, namely stimulation of gross motor skills, fine motor skills, speech and language, socialization, and independence. By involving children in these activities, we can help stimulate their development holistically. Monitor the child's growth and development regularly by having regular check-ups with health workers. The contribution of this research is recommended that the child's mother utilizes a non-pharmacological approach by providing support by inviting the stunted child to play puzzles, draw, color, and write to increase creativity, support speech, and increase socialization with peers.

Abstract

Tindak pidana pemerasan diatur dalam Pasal 368 KUHP Indonesia 1946. Namun, isi aturannya terbukti tidak dapat dijadikan dasar hukum untuk mengadili pelaku kejahatan pemerasan yang menggunakan modus, dan tujuan terbaru. Legislator mengatur tindak pidana pemerasan versi baru dalam Pasal 482 KUHP 2023. Secara akademik, aturan hukum pidana baru tersebut perlu diuji agar kuketahui keunggulan dan prospek norma hukumnya, melalui membuat argumentasi tentang: mengapa tindak pidana pemerasan dipertahankan dalam KUHP 2023, apa saja keunggulan isi Pasal 482, apakah isi Pasal 482 tersebut relevan dengan upaya pencegahan kejahatan di Indonesia. Artikel ini ditulis berdasarkan penelitian hukum yang berjenis penelitian hukum normatif, menggunakan pendekatan perbandingan hukum. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan, bahwa pemerasan tetap dipertahankan sebagai tindak pidana dalam KUHP 2023 karena masih dianggap sebagai perbuatan jahat oleh seluruh rakyat Indonesia, merugikan harta benda tubuh dan nyawa, menyebabkan keresahan. Keunggulan aturan baru tersebut: adanya penambahan modus, tujuan, dan kualifikasi dalam Pasal 468 dapat digunakan antisipasi jika pelaku pemerasan menggunakan modus dan tujuan baru. Isi dan redaksi Pasal 482 sesuai dengan isi hukum pidana di beberapa negara, misalnya India, Armenia, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Singapura. Aturan hukum baru tersebut relevan dengan kebijakan penanggulangan kejahatan di Indonesia.
