Abstract

Meskipun jumlah ketersediaan air mencukupi, namun bila dalam pendistribusian air tidak diatur dengan baik, maka hal ini dapat menyebabkan tidak dapat mencukupi seluruh areal yang direncanakan. Hal ini tentu dapat menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan efisiensi karena lemahnya pengelolaan jaringan irigasi, yang dapat meningkatkan kehilangan air karena rembesan, perkolasi, dan pendistribusian air yang tidak tepat. Kinerja suatu saluran irigasi ditentukan oleh efisiensi distribusi air, keseragaman, dan kecukupan air. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengevaluasi jaringan saluran irigasi Sekunder Bendung Gebong dan menghitung ketersediaan dan kebutuhan air.

Abstract

 Analysis of Tax Policy on the Sustainability of Micro Smalland Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) (Case Study at Makassar Central Market).Tax policy is a crucial instrument in supporting economic growth. This study aims to analyze Tax Policy on the Sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), using quantitative methods and primary data sources in the form of questionnaires, observations, and documentation, using final income tax calculations. There is a significant impact of Tax Policy on the Sustainability of MSMEs at Makassar Central Market and the need for further efforts to design more responsive and inclusive tax policies for the MSME sector. By considering various aspects and factors that influence the impact of tax policies, it is safe for the growth and development of MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the level of feasibility of suggestions in practical workshops. In addition, it is also to find out how big the level of infrastructure feasibility is in the practical workshop. The type of method used in this research is to use descriptive research which in its approach is carried out with a data collection process through observation (data observation), documentation, and interviews with workshop techniques, lecturers who teach in the automotive field as a valid data source. Based on the results of the research on the feasibility of facilities and infrastructure at the automotive workshop according to students' perceptions that the results of the reliability/constraint aspect are 80% in the very feasible category for the lowest feasibility achievement results are accessibility, which is 28% in the quite feasible category and 50% assurance/assurance in the category quite decent. Meanwhile, for the other results, 71% of facilities and media are in the appropriate category and empathy is 100 feasible.

Abstract

How to Implement Bank BCA's Risk Management Strategy in Franchise-Based Business Financing, How is the Impact of Bank BCA's Risk Management Strategy Implementation on Franchise-Based Business Financing Literature research methods are used because sources come from journals, research reports, the internet, and other sources. This research approach uses descriptive qualitative techniques. Aiming to provide an overview of the implementation of Bank BCA's risk management strategy in franchise-based corporate financing, the results of this study show the discussion of financing strategies and their impact on franchise businesses. Capital loan financing, especially in franchises to develop business, PT Bank BCA must carry out a comprehensive loan collection process and this is done to avoid the risk of bad loans, especially in the case of large loans. In addition, the bank must also assess the business continuity of the debtor and require management and supervision to maintain the continuity of the bank's business. The impact of this risk occurs when the debtor does not fulfill the contents of the credit agreement, chooses the right prospective debtor in the process of providing credit, and when the bank's HR is deceived by the appearance of the prospective debtor. Therefore, it is important to apply the 5 C's principle.

Abstract

Natural insecticides are pest control materials derived from natural sources such as plants. The use of natural insecticides is very important because it has a lower cost, is safe for living things and does not pollute the environment, so this study aims to determine the activity of essential oils and n-hexane extracts of beluntas leaves (Pluchea indica L.) as natural insecticides with bioindicators of Hong Kong caterpillars (Tenebrio molitor). Isolation of essential oils was carried out using the steam distillation method and extraction using the maceration method. Insecticide activity tests used the contact poison method and the residue method, with variations in extract and essential oil concentrations of 1%, 3%, 5%, 7%, 10%, 20%, 30% (v/v) and positive controls, namely Hippo insecticide and negative control tween 80. The results of the isolation of essential oils from beluntas leaves produced a yield of 2%, while extraction using the maceration method produced a yield of 1.84%. The results of the insecticide activity test using the contact poison method were more effective than the residue method. The insecticidal activity and n-hexane extract are more effective than essential oils, this is due to the differences in the content of secondary metabolite compounds contained in the extract and essential oil.

Abstract

PKM yang diadakan oleh tim PKM Program Studi Sastra Indonesia, Universitas Pamulang, yang terdiri dari ketua pengusul, Dwi Septiani, S.Hum., M.Pd., dan lima mahasiswa aktif yaitu Aprianto, Ferdi Prima Nurhasan, Hendrawan, M. Septianto, dan Siti Haryani, memberikan manfaat bagi peserta, khususnya siswa SMA Master Indonesia. Dalam konteks pembelajaran di SMA, diharapkan siswa dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis surat resmi dengan lebih baik. Oleh karena itu, Program Studi Sastra Indonesia Universitas Pamulang menyelenggarakan PKM yang berjudul "Pelatihan Penulisan Surat Resmi di SMA Master Indonesia" pada tanggal 4 Maret 2024. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan atau pelatihan mengenai cara penulisan surat resmi sesuai dengan Ejaan Baku Bahasa Indonesia. PKM ini menggunakan teknik ceramah, praktik, dan kuis sebagai metode pembelajaran. Tujuan PKM ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi peserta terhadap pelatihan penulisan surat resmi, termasuk surat lamaran pekerjaan dan CV. Peserta mendapat manfaat yang besar dari kegiatan ini, meningkatkan motivasi dan semangat mereka dalam menguasai keterampilan menulis surat resmi. Hasilnya adalah para peserta PKM, yakni siswa SMA Master Indonesia dapat dengan cepat memahami materi penulisan surat resmi yang disampaikan dalam kegiatan ini.

Abstract

Proses awal perhitungan honor mengajar Dosen di STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa dilakukan oleh Staff Prodi, terdapat 2 jenis hasil rekapan dari Staff Prodi yaitu rekap mengajar Dosen Tetap yang akan dikelola oleh Wakil Ketua II dan Dosen Tidak Tetap dikelola oleh Biro Administrasi Umum. Seluruh proses perhitungan honor mengajar sudah terkomputerisasi, namun belum memiliki system. Saat ini proses perhitungan masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel, dimana setiap file tersimpan disetiap bagian yang mengelolanya. Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan suatu prototype sistem manajemen rekapitulasi honor mengajar Dosen dengan pendekatan berorientasi objek meliputi tahapan perumusan masalah, pengumpulan data, analisa sistem, permodelan dan prototyping. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan dasar untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut pada saat sistem ini diterapkan dengan beberapa penyesuaian lebih lanjut dari bagian-bagian terkait.
