Abstract

Blockchains are typically named as democratisation technologies, however ever, their relationship with the law and general democratic establishments remains uncertain. First, it compares blockchain technology with the broader theory of transparency. Second, it examines the link between transparency and democracy, and asks how blockchain technology mediates these relationships. Finally, it studies blockchain however technology affects specific manifestations of transparency and freedom of information. The conclusion of this text is that the relationship between transparency and democratic ideals is complex, controversial, and extremely contextual; the “democratized” technical transparency embedded within the blockchain will simply be evidenced in its application. It's undemocratic. while not considering the political gatekeepers and also the legal, social, and cultural desires that support these goals, blockchain technology cannot bring home the bacon the broader goals of transparency.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe learning outcomes through the use of map media. The subjects were students of class 007 VA SD Negeri Besar Bagan for great learning results. This research is a classroom action research, conducted over two cycles. Data was collected using observation techniques and teacher and student achievement tests. This research applied the CTL learning model. The results showed that Indonesian and Science learning outcomes increased, characterized by an increase in student mastery of the learning material to 60% and above. In the second cycle, 22 out of 25 students (85%) achieved this for science subjects. In Indonesian subjects, 23 students out of 25 (92%) achieved this. Student mastery of the learning material below 60% was observed in three students out of 25 (15%) in science subjects, and in two students out of 25 (8%) in Indonesian subjects. Based on this, it can be concluded that the application of the CTL model can improve science and Indonesian learning outcomes.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto yang berlokasi di desaKarangsalam Kidul, Kedungbanteng, Banyumas, memilikiperpustakaan untuk menunjang kegiatan belajar siswa. Namun,pencatatan kunjungan dan peminjaman buku masih dilakukanmenggunakan dua komputer terpisah dengan data yang disimpansecara lokal, menyulitkan petugas dalam memeriksa data secarareal-time dan menyusun laporan. Selain itu, siswa sulit untukmemeriksa ketersediaan serta lokasi buku tanpa harus datang keperpustakaan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dikembangkansebuah sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis websitemenggunakan Flask dan Vue dengan metodologi Waterfall. Hasilpengujian sistem menunjukkan keberhasilan yang signifikan:pengujian black-box mencapai tingkat kelulusan 97% dari 66skenario uji, dengan catatan bahwa kegagalan uji tidakmemengaruhi konsistensi data karena sistem berhasil menolakinput yang salah.Kata kunci— flask, Python, sistem informasi perpustakaan,vue, waterfall

Abstract

Student organizations serve as crucial platforms for shaping students’ character, leadership, and social skills. However, despite their strategic roles, these organizations often face internal challenges such as interpersonal conflicts, differing opinions, and weak coordination. If left unaddressed, these issues can hinder the implementation of work programs and diminish members' enthusiasm for organizational involvement. Such challenges also threaten the sustainability and effectiveness of the organization itself. This study explores how conflict resolution processes are carried out within the Indonesian National Association of Students and Scholars in Aceh (PKPMI Aceh), and ideantifies both the supporting and inhibiting factors involved. Adopting a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews with five key informants, and organizational documentation. The findings reveal that problem-solving is primarily achieved through deliberation and consensus, emphasizing open communication and inclusive participation. Supporting factors include a strong sense of solidarity, participatory leadership, and an inclusive organizational culture. Conversely, the main obstacles involve lack of discipline, sectoral ego, and limited organizational experience. In conclusion, the effectiveness of conflict resolution in student organizations is strongly influenced by internal communication and collective commitment to resolving disputes with wisdom.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Hegarmanah, Kecamatan Cicantayan, Kabupaten Sukabumi, masih menghadapi kendala berupa belum adanya legalitas usaha berupa Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) serta keterbatasan media promosi yang mendukung pemasaran produk. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses pengambilan keputusan dalam pengembangan UMKM melalui pembuatan NIB dan penyusunan media promosi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif partisipatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan wawancara terhadap tujuh pelaku UMKM yang bergerak di bidang tape singkong, rengginang, dan gula aren. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pembuatan NIB melalui sistem OSS serta penyusunan media promosi visual berupa poster dan daftar menu meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap pentingnya legalitas usaha dan strategi pemasaran. Proses pengambilan keputusan dilakukan berdasarkan identifikasi permasalahan lapangan dan pemilihan solusi yang paling relevan sesuai dengan kebutuhan UMKM. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kesiapan UMKM untuk dikelola secara lebih formal dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study investigates the pedagogical strategies employed by ustazah at Pesantren Ulumul Qur'an Mardhatillah in Gampong Belegen, Simpang Kiri, to enhance Quranic memorization through a qualitative approach involving observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal a comprehensive instructional framework encompassing organizational strategies—featuring a target of three juz per semester with flexible disposition—alongside delivery and management models grounded in goal orientation, individuality, and integrity. These methods are characterized by time-horizon insights, concentration of effort, and knowledge absorption, utilizing operational components such as student-teacher interaction and sustainable routines governed by the six principles of tahliyah, takhayul, taskhin, tarkiz, tartil, and tikrar. Despite internal impediments like emotional fluctuations and external factors such as digital distractions, success is consistently achieved through tawakkul, tasmi', and diligent muraja'ah (via the Nderes method), which collectively bolster memorization retention by up to 90% for the 3 to 5 juz range.

Abstract

The Decree of the Minister of State Apparatus Utilization and Bureaucratic Reform (KepmenPANRB) Number 347 of 2024 was issued as the main technical instrument to realize the mandate of Law Number 20 of 2023 concerning the State Civil Apparatus (ASN Law), which requires the resolution of the status of non-ASN or contract (honorary) employees no later than December 2024. This research aims to analyze the implementation of KepmenPANRB 347/2024, particularly the procedural framework for the selection of Government Employees with a Work Agreement (PPPK), within the Youth and Sports Agency (DISPORA) of Central Kalimantan Province, as well as to identify and analyze structural gaps related to PPPK rights post-appointment. This study uses a juridical-normative and empirical-qualitative approach. Primary data was obtained through KepmenPANRB 347/2024 and the results of in-depth interviews with appointed PPPK at DISPORA Central Kalimantan. Data analysis was performed using George C. Edward III's Policy Implementation Model (Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure). The research results indicate that DISPORA Central Kalimantan has successfully executed the non-ASN selection and structuring procedurally with high compliance. However, this procedural success is confronted by significant structural challenges post-appointment, especially regarding the rights gap in terms of pension guarantees and career paths that are not equivalent to Civil Servants (PNS), despite the workload being comparable. This structural inequality has the potential to reduce the work motivation of PPPK in the long term, although the positive disposition of regional leadership (the Governor of Central Kalimantan) serves as an important mitigating factor.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and technical skills of local farmers and university students regarding beef cattle management through education and field practice at PT. Hasanuddin Agrivisi Internusa. The three-day program, conducted through outreach, field demonstrations, and group discussions, focused on feed management, barn sanitation, and disease prevention in beef cattle. Results demonstrated an increase in participants' understanding and skills in nutritional management, balanced feed formulation, routine barn sanitation, and preventive health measures such as deworming. Field evaluations demonstrated increased awareness and responsibility in livestock management. This program significantly contributed to increasing the productivity of beef cattle and strengthened collaboration between universities, industry, and the community in developing sustainable livestock agribusiness.
