Abstract

The development of the business world will create opportunities for the food industry, especially in Indonesia, where the number of fast-food restaurants makes competition tighter. Richeese Factory is the only fast-food restaurant with superior product innovation, namely fried chicken covered in hot sauce with cheese sauce. This research aims to study strategies for overcoming business competition by understanding consumer behavior in purchasing decisions for a product. Companies need to pay attention to consumer behavior and other factors. With the influence of price and product quality on purchasing decisions made by consumers, restaurants need to develop the right business strategy to reduce competition. This study uses a qualitative method with SWOT Analysis to make business decisions and determine business strategies. Based on the results of the SWOT Analysis, eleven alternative strategies were formulated, including increasing innovation in products, collaboration and sponsorship, branch expansion, focusing on quality, providing healthy menu options, negotiating with raw material suppliers, responding to responses from consumers well and quickly, displaying menu features that can attract consumer attention, providing healthy drinks. These alternative raw material suppliers offer more competitive prices, offering added value commensurate with price and making product packaging more attractive

Abstract

One factor that propels organizational success is employee performance. Because it has a direct effect on the company's overall growth and profitability, subpar employee performance can have a big influence on its success. Missed deadlines, reduced productivity, and more mistakes may result from an employee not performing up to expectations. Long-term profitability and the organization's general success will be impacted by all of that. Through organizational commitment, this study seeks to examine how organizational culture affects employee performance. This study was carried out at PT Arwana Citra Mulia Tbk, which has 74 employees. A quantitative technique using the PLS-SEM methodology is employed. According to the study's findings, organizational culture influences both organizational commitment and personnel performance. Enhancing the organization is strongly influenced by organizational commitment, which can also act as a mediator between enhancing employee performance and organizational culture

Abstract

Generation Z (Gen Z), who grew up in the digital age, faces unique financial challenges. Despite having widespread access to financial technology, their financial literacy is not necessarily in line with technological skills. The development of a cashless society affects the way Gen Z interacts with money, which while it can make transactions easier, also requires a better understanding to control spending. This study aims to understand the complex relationship between Gen Z's financial literacy, cashless society, financial behavior, and financial satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative method with a PLS-SEM approach and data collection using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that of the seven hypotheses, one hypothesis is not significant, while the other six are significant. Where financial literacy has no positive and significant effect on financial satisfaction, a cashless society has a positive and significant effect on financial satisfaction, financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior, cashless society has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior, financial behavior has a positive and significant effect on financial satisfaction. Where in the mediation test financial behavior becomes a full mediator in the relationship between financial literacy and financial satisfaction but becomes a partial mediator in the influence of cashless society on financial satisfaction.

Abstract

In times of increasing job competition, the level of job readiness of fresh graduates determines their success in the world of work. Through work motivation, this study aims to examine how self-efficacy and soft skills affect fresh graduate job readiness. This study uses quantitative techniques, causality theory, and questionnaires for data collection using a sample of 160 people and random sampling techniques. As a result, three of the seven hypotheses tested in this study showed a substantial direct effect, while the remaining four were rejected. The novelty of this study lies in analyzing the role of work motivation as a mediating variable on fresh graduate job readiness that has not been widely studied before, and its contribution to helping educational institutions create strategies to develop soft skills and increase self-efficacy so that prospective workers are ready to compete in the labor market.

Abstract

The complexity of problems in the work environment demands attention to work-life balance (WLB) and job satisfaction as key determinants of employee performance, with work motivation acting as a mediating variable that strengthens the causal relationship between working conditions and individual productivity. This study aims to examine the influence of WLB and job satisfaction on employee performance, focusing on the mediating role of work motivation within a government context. Using a quantitative approach, primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed directly to 70 employees of the Serang District Ministry of Religion Office, and the relationships between variables were tested using PLS-SEM version 4.0. The empirical findings reveal that WLB neither directly nor indirectly influences employee performance. Conversely, job satisfaction significantly affects work motivation, which positively contributes to improving employee performance. Furthermore, work motivation mediates the relationship between job satisfaction and performance, but it does not serve as a mediating factor between WLB and performance. These findings underscore the importance of implementing human resource management strategies centered on performance enhancement to foster a more motivated and productive workforce, which, in turn, can support the efficiency of public sector services and contribute to broader economic growth
