Abstract

Electric Ganesha Disabilities (E-Gadis) adalah sebuah produk kendaraan yang dikembangkan oleh mahasiswa Konsentrasi Otomotif Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Mesin Angkatan ke-7 Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha . Jenis Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model penelitian R2D2. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengujian instrumen  dilakukan berdasarkan penilaian ahli isi dengan menggunakan Aiken yang terdiri 5 ahli, dilakukan uji coba instrumen dengan menggunakan 90 sampel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas instrumen yang didapatkan hasil validasi isi secara keseluruhan terkategori sangat layak  dan validasi butir lapangan sebesar 0,86 dengan kriteria sangat tinggi dan instrumen keberterimaan sebesar 0,83 dengan kriteria sangat tinggi. Selanjutnya penilaian dari ahli manufaktur sebesar 89% dengan kriteria sangat layak dan ahli desain mendapat 87% dengan kriteria sangat layak, sedangkan uji coba lapangan kelompok kecil mendapat nilai persentase sebesar 90% dengan kriteria sangat praktis, uji coba kelompok besar mendapat nilai persentase sebesar 87,38% dengan kriteria sangat praktis. Hasil dari uji keberterimaan mendapat nilai persentase sebesar 87,57% dengan kriteria sangat praktis, sehingga kendaraan Electric Ganesha Disabilities (E-Gadis) dapat dikatakan layak berdasarkan hasil dari pengujian tingkat kelayakan dan dapat dilakukan penelitian lanjutan sebagai bentuk penyempurnaan dari produk Electric Ganesha Disabilities (E-Gadis) oleh peneliti selanjutnya. Kata kunci : instrumen; tingkat kelayakan; tingkat keberterimaan; microsoft excel; Electric Ganesha Disabilities (E-Gadis).Electric Ganesha Disabilities (E-Gadis) is a vehicle product developed by students of the Automotive Concentration Study Program of the 7th Generation Mechanical Engineering Education University of Ganesha Education. The type of research conducted is Research and Development (R&D) using the R2D2 research model. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis method. Instrument testing was carried out based on the assessment of content experts using Aiken which consisted of 5 experts, the instrument was tested using 50 samples. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the quality of the instrument obtained from the content validation results is categorized as very feasible and the field item validation is 0.86 with very high criteria and the acceptance of the instrument is 0.83 with the highest criteria. Furthermore,  the assessment from manufacturing experts was 89% with the lowest descent criteria and design experts got 87% with very feasible criteria, while small group field trials got a percentage value of 90% with very partical criteria, large group trials got a percentage value of 87, 38% with very practical criteria. The results of the acceptan test got a percentage value of 87.57% with very practical criteria, so that the Ganesha Disabilities electric vehicle (E-Gadis) can be said to be feasible based on the results of the feasibility level test and further research can be carried out as a form of refinement of the Ganesha Disabilities electric product. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh performansi kendaraan berupa torsi dan daya menggunakan variasi sudut derajat 14º, 13,25º, dan 13º. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Metoe eksperimen adalah penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui akibat yang ditimbulkan dari suatu perlakuan yang diberikan secara sengaja oleh peneliti. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji analisis anova satu jalur dengan menganalisa data torsi dan daya pada motor Beat FI ESP 108 cc Tahun 2016 yang menggunakan sudut derajat primary pulley dengan variasi 14º, 13,25º, dan 13º. Pengambilan data meggunakan alat Dynotest dengan lima kali pengulangan. Pengujian dilakukan pada setiap putaran mesin dari 3000 sampai 4500 rpm. Setelah dilakukannya pengujian ternyata ditemukan adanya pengaruh variasi sudut derajat primary pulley terhadap nilai torsi dan daya pada sepeda motor. Jika dibandingkan dengan unit standar atau sebelum dilakukan variasi sudut derajat primary pulley (14°), maka pada sudut derajat variasi 13,25 rata-rata peningkatan nilai torsi yaitu 12,112 atau sebesar 1,35% dan rata-rata peningkatan nilai daya yaitu 5,96 Hp atau sebesar 1,02%. Sedangkan pada sudut derajat variasi 13° rata-rata peningkatan nilai torsi yaitu 12,94 atau sebesar 8,28% dan rata-rata peningkatan nilai daya yaitu 6,38 Hp atau sebesar 8,13%.

Abstract

Cooling media is a substance that increases the hardness value of a material through a heat-treatment process. This study aims to determine the effect of cooling media on the hardness of ST 37 steel due to Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW). The independent variables, namely water cooling media, seawater cooling media, and oil cooling media, while the dependent variable is the hardness. The specimens using water cooling media, the hardness in the weld area is 47.19 kg/mm2, in the HAZ area the it is 54.6 kg/mm2, and the base metal gets a value of 40.87 kg/mm2. While the specimens with seawater cooling media get a value in the weld area of 76.37 kg/mm2, in the HAZ area it gets a value of 83.89 kg/mm2 and the base metal gets a value of 70.13 kg/mm2. The specimens with oil cooling media the value in the weld area is 40.77 kg/mm2, in the HAZ area it gets a value of 43.32 kg/mm2 and the base metal gets a value of 36.09 kg/mm2 . From the hardness values obtained, specimens immersed in seawater cooling media have the higher hardness values compared than water and oil cooling media.

Abstract

The aerodynamic aspect is an aspect that really considers the force generated by the fluid flow which has an impact on performance and energy consumption while driving. The purpose of this research is to modify the standard design of the baby ganesha 1.0 generation II electric motorcycle so that it gets a design with a smaller coefficient of drag. The need for fluid flow simulation analysis To determine the coefficient of drag, one way of simulation analysis is to use solidwork, solidworks is known to have the speed and accuracy required for a successful analysis. The conceptual research paradigm R2D2 (Reflective, Recursive, Design and Development) is used to conduct research and development. Development (R&D). After the fluid flow analysis process was carried out, it was found that the modified body design of 2 baby Ganesha 1.0 generation II electric motorcycles obtained a Coeficient Of Drag of 0.0372 lower than the standard body design of Baby Ganesha 1.0 generation II electric motorcycles which only had a coefficient value. of drag is 0.0433. Through expert judgment, the modified design of 2 Baby Ganesha 1.0 generation II electric motorcycles received a percentage with a value of 82% with good qualifications.

Abstract

Based on preliminary research conducted in the Automotive Engineering class of SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja, it was found that the obstacles faced by students in the learning process were 90% of the 30 students stating that they did not have modules or other handbooks to learn the Special Service Tools (SST) sub-material. 73.3% stated that it was difficult to understand the material through teaching materials and methods applied by the teacher, so that students had difficulty in understanding how to use the types of Special Service Tools (SST) according to their functions. 90% of students stated that they were very happy and interesting if the learning activities of the Special Service Tools (SST) sub-material were presented using learning media that varied with audio, visual, audio-visual media. This research produced learning media in the form of Augmented Reality-based modules that can be accessed individually with a smartphone device to display 3-dimensional objects of the Special Service Tools (SST) type and how to use them. The research method used is research and development using the ADDIE model which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. The results of this study show that the learning module automotive basics sub subject Special Service Tools (SST) based on augmented reality is stated to be very feasible and very practical to use. The percentage of material experts, media experts, small and large group trials are 93%, 87.89%, 88.55% and 90.83% which are categorized as very feasible and very practical.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Bagaimana tingkat pengaruh motivasi belajar pekerjaan dasar teknik otomotif siswa yang mengikuti metode demonstrasi. (2) Bagaimana ketuntasan hasil belajar pekerjaan dasar teknik otomotif siswa yang mengikuti metode demonstrasi.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain “One Shot Case Study”. Populasi yang digunakan satu kelas yaitu kelas X TKRO 1 dengan jumlah (38) pesrta didik. Jadi penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi sebanyak (38) peserta didik.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X TKRO 1 yang mengikuti metode demonstrasi. Terbukti dari hasil penilaian yaitu (1) Rata-rata motivasi belajar peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen sebesar (66,21). (2) Rata-rata hasil peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen sebesar (76,89). Dengan demikian, terdapat pengaruh metode demonstrasi terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar pekerjaan dasar teknik otomotif siswa kelas x teknik kendaraan ringan otomotif SMK N 1Denpasar. Kata kunci : Metode Pembelajaran Demonstrasi , Motivasi belajar, Hasil belajar, PekerjaanDasar Otomotif

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to develop a light vehicle maintenance learning video containing character values, and to test the feasibility and practicality of the learning video. This research belongs to the type of Research and Development (R&D) research with the Hannafin and Peck development model. The instruments used in data collection were questionnaires for material experts, media experts, and field trials. (a) The research script in the field trial is the students of SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja. The feasibility level is obtained based on the assessment of media experts, material experts, with a percentage with a percentage value of (1) Material experts getting a score of 96.5%, (2) Media experts with a percentage value of 89.16%. The level of practicality can be based on small group trials and large group trials, with a percentage value of (1) Small group trials obtaining a value of 84.5%, (2) large group trials obtaining a percentage value of 86.93%. Based on these results, it can be stated that this media is very feasible in terms of material, and media, as well as practical to use based on responses from respondents, so that this media can be used as a learning medium for light vehicle maintenance that is suitable for use as a learning medium. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of alkali treatment on the impact strength and fracture pattern of bamboo fiber reinforced polyester composites. This composite consisted of polyester resin as a matrix and bamboo fiber as a filler or reinforcement. The alkaline treatment time used was 5% NaOH from 1 hour to 4 hours and to determine the microscopic image of the fracture pattern of the impact test specimen. This study used an experimental method with the dependent variable being the impact strength and microscopic images of the fracture pattern, and the independent variable was the alkali treatment time 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours and 4 hours. Specimens were printed using the hand lay-up method. The impact strength was known by performing consecutive tests based on ASTM D 6110-04. Based on the results of the impact test, it showed that the impact strength increased until the alkaline treatment 2 hours ago and decreased at 3 hours, and 4 hours. The highest impact strength was shown in the alkaline treatment of bamboo fiber rope 2 hours with an impact strength value of 1373.89 J/M2. The examination of the microscopic image of the fracture pattern obtained the best fracture in 2 hours alkali treatment with a brittle fracture mechanism.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to find significant differences in impact forces between continuous, discontinuous, and woven fiber type of polyester composites with natural palm fibers and to find out the description of the microfracture structure. This study used experimental methods with independent and dependent variables. The independent variables are continuous, discontinuous, and woven fiber type. Then, the dependent variable was impact forces. Based on the results of tests, show that results from the average score at continuous fiber type = 1.082.88 J/m2, discontinuous = 794.67 J/m2 and woven = 1.427.06 J/m2. The conclusion of this study is that between various fiber orientations was a significant difference in impact forces. The type of woven fibers has a higher value compared to the type of continuous and discontinuous fibers. Discontinuous fiber type has a lower score than continuous fiber type. The fracture model of polyester composite with natural palm fibers showed the mechanism of brittle fracture (brittle) in all test specimens. However, in specimens with the type of continuous fibers and woven, the fracture conditions indicate a brush fracture mechanism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinasi parsial dan determinasi simultan kepemimpinan pelayan, budaya organisasi, etos kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Unika Santu Paulus Ruteng. Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex-post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 66 orang dan seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner model skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik regresi sederhana, regresi ganda,dan korelasi parsial.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) tedapat determinasi dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 14,17%, (2) terdapat determinasi dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 9.85%, (3) terdapat determinasi dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 16.09%, (4) terdapat determinasi dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 9.59%, dan (5) terdapat determinasi simultan kepemimpinan pelayan, budaya organisasi, etos kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Unika Santu Paulus Ruteng, dengan nilai determinasi sebesar  49,7%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 50,3% disebabkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
