Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji indikator-indikator yang menjadi hal penting dalam pengembangan sebuah produk otomotif tang jepit “Jaw Locking Pliers”. Pengemabngan produk ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode QFD (Quality Function Deployment) yaitu suatu metode yang terstruktur di dalam pengembangan produk yang memungkinkan tim pengembangan produk untuk menetapkan dengan jelas semua keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen dan kemudian mengevaluasi masing-masing kemampuan produk atau service yang ditawarkan secara sistematis untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen.  Permintaan customer (customer needs) merupakan masukan utama QFD, sedang langkah prosesnya ada 4 fase dimana Dari urutan fase QFD, product planning (penyusunan House of Quality) merupakan fase pertama dan bertujuan untuk mendapatkan nilai prioritas masing-masing Substitute Quality Characteristics (SQC) yang nantinya akan menjadi masukan pada tahapan Parts Deployment.

Abstract

Hybrid merupakan salah satu solusi untuk menciptakan transportasi yang efisien dan ramah lingkungan. Berdasarkan pra-survey yang dilakukan, keadaan lingkungan Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha sangat tidak kondusif artinya, lalu lintas di dalam kampus yang bising dan tidak kondusif menyebabkan kenyamanan dalam melakukan proses belajar mengajar bias dibilang tidak maksimal. Melalui proposal ini direncanakan sebuah transportasi lokal di lingkungan Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha untuk menciptakan lingkungan kampus lebih nyaman dan kondusip. Lebih lanjut, topik dalam penelitian ini: Perencanaan Transportasi Lokal Berbasis Hybrid-Electric Vehicles (HEVs) Ramah Lingkungan. (Studi Kasus di Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha Singaraja). Perancangan transportasi lokal ini dilakukan melalui 4 fase, yaitu: (1) Survey dan Analisis Kondisi Umum, (2) Studi Pustaka (Kajian Teori dan Emperik), (3) Analisis Proses, serta (4) Perancangan frame Hybrid-Electric Vehicles, Electric System, Internal Combustion Engine.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: hubungan kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, iklim kerja sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasional Guru SMP swasta di Kota Denpasar. Penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik area random sampling, yang mengambil sampel guru yang bekerja di SMP swasta Kota Denpasar sebanyak 276 orang. Penelitian ini dirancang dalam bentuk penelitian ex-post facto. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner komponen konteks kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, iklim kerja sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasional. Data dianalisis dengan regresi sederhana, korelasi sederhana, korelasi ganda, regresi ganda, korelasi parsial, dan analisis determinasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dengan komitmen organisasional guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,161 dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 5,47%, (2) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara iklim kerja sekolah dengan komitmen organisasional guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,467 dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 6,78%, (3) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja dengan komitmen organisasional guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,479 dan sumbangan efektif sebesar1,05%, (4) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan kepuasan kerja guru dengan komitmen organisasional guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,480 dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 12,20%, dan (5) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan secara simultan kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, iklim kerja sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja guru terhadap komitmen organisasional guru dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,505 dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 25,50%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of determination of the principal's managerial competence, academic supervision, work ethic and work motivation on the performance of teachers of SMK Teknologi Nasional. This type of research is expost facto with a sample of 36 teachers. Data was collected by questionnaire. Data analysis was performed by simple regression techniques, multiple regression and partial correlation. The results showed that: 1) there was a significant determination of the principal's managerial competence on teacher performance with a coefficient of determination of 0.991 and an effective contribution of 22.62%. 2) There is a significant determination of academic supervision of teacher performance with a coefficient of determination of 0.984 and an effective contribution of 23.62%. 3) There is a significant determination of work ethic on teacher performance with a coefficient of determination of 0.993 and an effective contribution of 26.78%. 4) There is a significant determination of work motivation on teacher performance with a coefficient of determination of 0.986 and an effective contribution of 26.81%. 5) simultaneously, there is a significant determination of the principal's managerial competence, academic supervision, work ethic, and work motivation on teacher performance with a coefficient of determination of 0.998 on the performance of teachers of SMK Teknologi Nasional. Thus, these four variables are used as predictors of the level of tendency to improve the performance of teachers of SMK Teknologi Nasional.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) find out the differences in learning outcomes of creative and entrepreneurial project subjects before applying the interactive video media-assisted problem-based learning model, 2) knowing the differences in learning outcomes of creative and entrepreneurial project subjects after applying the problem-based learning model assisted by interactive video media, 3) knowing the significant influence of the problem-based learning model assisted by video media interactive for grade XI students majoring in Hospitality at SMK PGRI 3 Badung in 2023/2024. This research is quantitative research with a type of research, namely quasi-experiment (quasy experiment). The results showed that: 1) The learning outcomes of creative and entrepreneurial project subjects before applying the interactive video media-assisted problem-based learning model were obtained a range value of 21, a minimum value of 56 and a maximum value of 77, at a mean value of 66.59, a standard deviation of 6.265 and a variance of 39.248, 2) Student learning outcomes after applying a problem-based learning model assisted by video media interactive where the range value is 12, at a minimum value of 80 and a maximum of 92, the mean value is 85.97, the standard deviation is 3.262 and the variance value is 10.638, 3) There is an influence of the problem-based learning model assisted by interactive video media on the results of student learning creative and entrepreneurial project subjects where Pair 1 obtained a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 smaller than 0.05, then it means that there is a difference in the average learning outcomes of students for the experimental class Pre-Test with the experimental class Post-Test. In the output of Pair 2 obtained a significance (2-tailed) of 0.000 smaller than 0.05, so it means that there is a difference in the average learning outcomes of students for the control class Pre-Test with the control class Post-Test.

Abstract

The problem of this research is the low ICT learning outcomes of learners. This study aims to determine the differences in ICT learning outcomes before and after the application of computer-assisted tutorial learning models and the influence of these learning models on ICT learning outcomes. This type of research is quasi-experimental. The population of this study was all grade 5 students, with a sample of 2 classes, namely 5C as the experimental class and 5E as the control class. Data collection using objective tests. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that (1) in the pretest obtained t-count (1.77) < t-table (2.00) meaning that there was no difference in ICT learning outcomes before the application of the computer-assisted tutorial learning model, (2) in the postest obtained t-count (6.68) > t-table (2.00) meaning that there were differences in ICT learning outcomes after the application of the computer-assisted tutorial learning model, (3) based on the results of N gain score and t-test obtained t-count (2.349) > t-table (2.015) This means that there is a significant influence of computer-assisted tutorial learning models on improving ICT learning outcomes by 71%, including in the high category. It was concluded that this learning model was quite effective in improving ICT learning outcomes of grade 5 students of SD Jembatan Budaya Badung.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of parenting, peers, school climate, and student learning interest to the learning outcomes of Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn) of grade XI students at SMK Negeri 1 Denpasar. The research method used was quantitative involving 152 respondents of class XI students. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation, then analyzed using regression statistical techniques. The results showed that parenting, interaction with peers, school climate, and interest in learning together contributed significantly to PPKn learning outcomes by 66.70%. Positive parenting, good social interaction with peers, a conducive school climate, and high interest in learning have a positive influence on the achievement of student PPKn learning outcomes. The implications of this study are the need for further attention to the role of parents in shaping parenting, the development of healthy social interactions among students, improving the school climate, and efforts to stimulate student interest in learning. These findings can be the basis for schools, parents, and policy makers to design programs that support the improvement of PPKn learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 1 Denpasar. In addition, this research can also contribute to a broader understanding of the factors that influence learning outcomes at the Vocational High School level.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) describe the determination of transformational leadership towards the organizational commitment of SMA Negeri 3 Kuta Selatan teachers, 2) describe the determination of interpersonal communication towards the commitment of SMA Negeri 3 South Kuta teacher organization, 3) describe the determination of work motivation towards the commitment of SMA Negeri 3 South Kuta teacher organization, 5) describe the amount of simultaneous determination of transformational leadership, interpersonal communication, and work motivation towards the commitment of the teacher organization of SMA Negeri 3 South Kuta. This study was an "ex-post facto" study with a large sample of 30 people. Data was collected by questionnaires and documents. Data analysis was performed by simple regression, multiple regression, and partial correlation techniques. The results showed that: (1) there was a significant determination between transformational leadership and organizational commitment of SMA Negeri 3 Kuta Selatan, with a correlation coefficient of 0.977 and an effective contribution of 18.72%. (2) there is a significant determination between interpersonal communication and organizational commitment of SMA Negeri 3 Kuta Selatan, with a correlation coefficient of 0.962 and an effective contribution of 7.6%. (3) there is a significant determination between work motivation and organizational commitment of SMA Negeri 3 Kuta Selatan, with a correlation coefficient of 0.959 and an effective contribution of 18.22%. (4) Together, there is a significant determination between transformational leadership, interpersonal communication and work motivation towards the organizational commitment of SMA Negeri 3 Kuta Selatan, with a double correlation coefficient of 0.980 and a determination of 96.0% to organizational commitment at SMA Negeri 3 Kuta Selatan.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the role of teachers in optimizing the management of mathematics learning at SMPK 2 Harapan Untal-untal Dalung, Bali. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with the type of field research or field research. Data collection is done by interviews. Data analysis techniques are by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing research conclusions. The results showed that the role of teachers in optimizing the management of mathematics learning at SMPK 2 Harapan has been carried out well, namely by carrying out the role of teachers as demonstrators, namely by demonstrating good examples during the learning process to students in the classroom, as class managers, namely by paying attention to the environment and classroom climate so that the learning process runs well, as facilitators, namely by facilitating students in the process Learning, as an evaluator, namely by evaluating student learning outcomes and student attitudes when participating in classroom learning and as a motivator, namely by being a motivator for students so that students are encouraged into positive things during classroom learning. Factors that influence success in learning management are a) supporting factors which include the role of teachers, teacher discipline, facilities / infrastructure. b) inhibiting factors, which include student conditions, and learning methods.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) analyze the implementation of the School/Madrasah Accreditation Assessment System at BAN-S/M Bali Province in 2022 as a form of digital government in the education sector in terms of input, process and output variables, 2) find out the benefits and obstacles of implementing an accreditation assessment system Schools/Madrasahs in BAN-S/M Bali Province in 2022 As a Form of Digital Government in the Education Sector. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The determination of informants in this study used a purposive sampling technique in determining research informants. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation from primary data and secondary data. The collected data were analyzed using interactive analysis (interactive model of analysis). The results showed that the implementation of the S/M Sispena in the Bali Province BAN-S/M facilitated school/madrasah accreditation activities carried out by the Bali Province BAN-S/M because the accreditation process went through the S/M Sispena starting from input, process, and output. In terms of input, Sispena S/M has been effective starting from the socialization that was carried out to filling in the School/Madrasah accreditation data entry; from a process standpoint, Sispena S/M is effectively used when mapping adequacy assessments, mapping visits, validation mapping, and assessments by assessors; and from an output perspective, Sispena S/M is very practical. Schools/madrasas can download the accreditation certificate directly from the Sispena S/M account. M and see the recommendations for accreditation results which are used as a reference for improving the quality of education in schools/madrasas. The main obstacle in implementing the S/M Sispena is the unavailability of an internet network at schools/madrasahs which hinders filling in accreditation entry data at Sispena because the S/M Sispena is a web-based system that must be connected to the internet network to operate it.
