Abstract

High-risk pregnancy is a condition in which there is one or more dangerous factors such as a history of C-section. The incidence rate of pregnant women with a history of cesarean section at the Kaliwadas Community Health Center in 2024 is the lowest with a total of 0 cases compared to other cases (Kaliwadas Community Health Center Health Profile, 2024). The researcher's objective was to provide comprehensive midwifery care to pregnant women, women in labor, newborns, postpartum women, and families planning to have children using the Varney and SOAP midwifery management approaches. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach, consisting of interviews, observations, physical and supporting examinations, documentation, medical records, maternal and child health (MCH) books, and other literature. The results showed that there were no problems in comprehensive midwifery care. Mrs. I gave birth via cesarean section because she had a history of previous cesarean sections and to prevent complications in the mother and baby. No problems were found in the care of the newborn and postpartum period. Mrs. I chose to use injectable contraception once every three months. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the provision of comprehensive midwifery care is very important for maintaining the health of the mother and baby, so that early detection of a history of cesarean section can prevent possible complications.

Abstract

Background:The maternal mortality rate according to WHO reaches 289.000/100.000 live births (2023). In ASEAN it is 137.000/100.000 live births (2023). In Indonesia it reaches 1.852/100.000 live births (2023). In central java, it is 2.261/100.000 live births (2023). In Brebes regency, there center 54 kasus (2023). Data from the kaliwadas community health center (2023) show no maternal mortality rate. Objective : To provide comprehensive midwifery care to mrs.I, 26 years old, with an oblique position using Varney 7 step midwifery management approach and SOAP documentation. Research method : Qualitative descriptive with case study approach. Problem formulation : Based on the background above, the problem formulation is “How is comprehensive midwifery care for mrs.I, 6 years old, GIP0A0 with oblique position in PMB Mrs.S, kaliwadas health center work area in 2025”. Results : Midwifery care for pregnancy that has been given to Mrs.I, 6 years old with an oblique position has been managed according to the mother’s needs for labor, newborns, postpartum and MAL family planning using a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Conclusion : Comprehenshif midwifery care provided to mrs.I, 26 years old, with an oblique position was carried out in accordance with SOP, with the condition of the mother and baby being good

Abstract

Maternal mortality is a global health problem. The highest maternal mortality rate in central Java is Brebes regency. The Bumiayu health center contributes to the maternal mortality rate in Brebes district with 3 deaths in 2021. The purpose of this study was to be able to carry out Comprehensive Midwifery Care in Mrs.P aged 39 years G5P3A1 with Resti Age and Grande Multipara in Bumiayu health center with Varney and SOAP's seven-step midwifery management. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. The case study conducted in the form of comprehensive widwifery care that examines woman during pregnancy, maternity, newborns, puerperium to Family Planning with seven-step languish management Varney and SOAP. The results of comprehensive widwifery care in Mrs.P, namely in pregnancy, preeclampsia was found Labor giving birth of casarean section and the newborns was normal. In the neonate found jaundice and then proper management was carried out so that the problem was resolved. During the Puerperium period, signs of Surgical Wound Infection were found and then collaborated with dr. Sp.OG so that the problem is resolved by Mom using KB MOW. Based on this care, it was concluded that the care provided had been carried out in accordance with midewifery service standards and the problems found can be resolved.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Salah satu bentuk perkembangan yang terjadi pada anak usia dini adalah perkembangan sosial emosional.Perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini ditandai dengan adanya perkembangan kemampuan anak untuk beradaptasi dengan lingkungan sekitar, memiliki rasa pertemanan yang melibatkan emosi, pikiran, dan tingkah laku mereka.Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi sosial emosional pada anak usia dini. Tujuan: Menelaah faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap sosial emosional anak usia dini. Metode: Systematic literature review dengan melakukan pencarian artikel.Pencarian artikrl dilakukan dengan database seperti Google Scholar dan Pubmed.Penulis menemukan 10 artikel yang relevan Hasil: Terdapat 3 hal yang menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi sosial emosial anak suai dini yaitu : faktor keluarga , gadget , dan teman sebaya Kesimpulan: Perkembangan sosial emosional pada anak usia dini sangat penting untuk diperhatikan, karena hal ini akan berpengaruh pada cara bersosialisasi anak di fase kehidupan selanjutnya.Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan sosial-emosional anak yaitu : faktor kelurga yang mana disini terdisi dari pola asuh orang tua, pendidikan orang tua dan jumlah saudara di dalam keluarga, selanjutnya ada faktor gadget dan ada pula faktor teman sebaya.

Abstract

The Program Registration at the Ministry of Health in 2020 shows a figure of 5,125 deaths. AKI is caused by bleeding, pre-eclampsia/eclampsia, infection, late arrival of the mother to a health facility and mothers with positive PCR/Antigen. The aim of this research is to be able to implement comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. M, 44 years oldhe maternal mortality rate in Indonesia compiled from the Family Health. This research method used quantitative descriptive with a case study approach. The case study carried out was in the form of Comprehensive Midwifery Care which examined women during pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, postpartum and family planning with Varney's seven-step midwifery management and SOAP. Comprehensive Midwifery Care for Mrs. M, namely during pregnancy, pre-eclampsia was discovered. Delivery by Sectio Caesarea and the baby was born normally. During the postnatal period, no problems were found in the baby. During the postpartum period, no problems were found. Mother uses MOW birth control. Based on the care, it is concluded that the care has been implemented according to Midwifery Service standards.

Abstract

Background: KEK is one of the risk factors for pregnancy causes complications and maternal death. The global maternal mortality rate due to CED is 37%, maternal deaths in Central Java Province in 2020 were 530 cases. The maternal mortality rate in Brebes district is 62 cases. At the Bumiayu Health Center, the maternal mortality rate in 2020 was 2 cases. The aim is to be able to carry out Comprehensive Midwifery Care for Mrs N aged 22 years with Chronic Energy Deficiency at the Bumiayu Community Health Center using Varney's seven-step midwifery management and SOAP Research Method: this research is a qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. The results: of Comprehensive Midwifery Care for Mrs N were that during pregnancy KEK was found. Delivery was normal and the newborn was found to be underweight. In neonates, boils were found on the legs and the baby's body temperature was high, then appropriate management was carried out so that the problem was resolved. During the postpartum period, the stitched wound was found to be still wet, then ointment was given to solve the problem. Mother uses birth control implant. Conclusion: care has been carried out in accordance with midwifery service standards.

Abstract

Maternal mortality remains a challenge in Indonesia, and one contributing factor is chronic malnutrition (CED), which impacts pregnancy, childbirth, the postpartum period, and the newborn. The 2022 registration report shows that of the 3,249,203 pregnant women whose MUAC was measured, 283,833 had a MUAC of less than 23.5 cm (at risk of CED), meaning 8.7% of these pregnant women were at risk of CED. In the Brebes area, the 2022 report recorded 3,475 pregnant women with CED. At the Bantarkawung Community Health Center in 2023, there were 36 cases of preeclampsia, 22 cases of transverse lie, 107 cases of CED, and anemia. Objective: Provide comprehensive midwifery care in accordance with standards of care for pregnant women, women giving birth, newborns, postpartum women, and family planning. Research method: Qualitative descriptive method, the type of research approach used in this study is a comprehensive case study approach. Results: Comprehensive care was provided to Mrs. R who suffered from chronic energy deficiency, and was successfully overcome. Delivery was carried out by caesarean section, the baby was born normally, and the postpartum period went smoothly, and the mother chose a contraceptive method, namely a three-monthly birth control injection. Conclusion: Comprehensive obstetric care has been proven effective in overcoming chronic energy deficiency, ensuring a safe delivery, a normal baby born, a normal postpartum period, and compliance with contraceptive methods.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Menurut WHO(2020), sekitar 287.000 AKI terjadi per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Menurut ASEAN (2022) sebanyak 75.400 kematian ibu dengan Asia Tenggara menduduki peringkat ke 2 dengan jumlah AKI 15000, sementara di Indoneisa kejadian AKI pada tahun 2020 mencapai 4.627 kematian ibu. Menurut DINKES (2020) sebanyak 530 kasus AKI, AKB sebesar 356 kasus. Data dari Puskesmas Bumiayu (2022) sejumlah 2 kasus, AKB 14 kasus. Tujuan: menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian ibu dan bayi diwilayah kerja pada Puskesmas Bumiayu. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode deskriptif  kualitatif  adalah suatu metode yang dilakukan untuk sebuah penelitian atau observasi guna menciptakan sebuah pengetahuan dan teori untuk suatu penelitian (Ainun, 2020). Penelitian : Hasil Asuhan Komprehensif ini terdapat kesenjangan antra teori dan praktek. Kesimpulan : Setelah melakukan asuhan kebidanan secara komprehensif pada Ny. M, umur 36 tahun di Puskesmas Bumiayu dan di Rumah Ny. M dari masa hamil, bersalin, bayi baru lahir, nifas dan keluarga berencana dengan menggunakan alur pikir varney pada pendekatan manajemen asuhan kebidanan dengan pendokumentasian SOAP.

Abstract

The existence of an increasing elderly generate polemics. This is caused by the emergence of various physical problems, psychological, and social consequence of degenerative processes experienced by the elderly. The condition often led to problems of mental disorders in the elderly such as depression, cognitive disorders, phobias. In order to reduce one of the alternatives penangananya depression with exercise walking. The purpose of this study to determine the effectiveness of exercise walking to the reduction of depression in elderly in nursing Panti Mojopahit Mojokerto.The method used is the pre experimental static group comparison approach. This study aims to determine the effect of an action in the group of subjects who received treatment, then compared with a group of subjects who did not receive treatment. Data were collected using a questionnaire GDS (geriatric depression scale). The results showed that post-observation on the results obtained in experimental groups of eight elderly (80%) likelihood of depression and two elderly (20%) depression. For the control group found that the result of nine elderly (90%), depression and an elderly (10%) likelihood of depression. Result analysis of two independent samples test Mean Withney test p value = 0.000, while at the table with the level of significance α = 0.05, the data may be known p <α so that Ho refused and Ha accepted. This ni mean that sports has to walk to the decrease of the effectiveness of depression in elderly in nursing Panti Mojopahit Mojokerto. Based on the above research can be concluded that exercise has to walk to the decrease of the effectiveness of depression in elderly in nursing Panti Mojopahit Mojokerto. Expected to officers in the nursing Panti Mojopahit Mojokerto maintaining a walking exercise activities as an alternative therapy to treat depression.

Abstract

 Background: Literacy is an ability that is really needed by a person. Literacy is the basis for a person to develop their abilities, apart from that, in terms of receiving new information, literacy has a major role. This makes the government promote literacy improvement programs from an early age. In particular, the implementation of literacy programs is often found at the elementary and middle school levels. Apart from that, equal distribution of literacy skills in Indonesia is also very important in improving human resources in this country. This is proven when the literacy skills between students who attend schools located in big cities and the literacy skills of students who go to schools in fairly underdeveloped areas have quite significant differences, therefore there is a need for programs which can reach the average Indonesian community. in terms of increasing literacy for future generations.   Methodology: The target of this activity is students at SD Negeri 4 Juworo. The stages of implementing the activity include observation and discussion with teachers at SD Negeri 4 Juworo. Observations are carried out to identify the condition of partners implementing activities and selecting programs for implementing activities. The observation results show that the literacy skills of SD Negeri 4 Juworo students are still low. So, the An Nuur University service team implemented the use of the vocabulary in the clouds strategy in the classroom when literacy learning was carried out. The form of implementation of this strategy is in the form of games that involve the students actively in the classroom.   Results: After the coloring competition activity, fine motoric development in preschool children increased.   Conclusion: Parents' knowledge about fine motor development increases, children can carry out tasks well, children's willingness to color contributes to fine motor development in preschool children.
