Abstract

The development of the digital is inseparable from the convenience factor and greater benefits that can be obtained by users. Likewise in the business, with the development of digital platforms for product marketing activities, it will also have an impact on micro and medium businesses. This study wants to find out whether it is true that the use of e-commerce can improve the performance of MSME businesses. Factors that influence such as how technology, organization and environment will impact the adoption of e-commerce itself which will ultimately affect business performance in this case the MSME business. This study is an explanatory research that explains the causal relationship (cause and effect) between variables using SEM / PLS analysis. The test results show that technology and the environment have a positive and significant effect on the adoption of e-commerce and the organization has a positive but not significant effect on the adoption of e-commerce. As an intervening variable, namely the adoption of technology, it is produced that technology and the environment affect the performance of MSMEs through the e-commerce adoption variable and the organization has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of MSMEs through the e-commerce adoption variable. The overall results can be concluded that the increase in MSME performance is significantly influenced by technological factors based on the convenience, usefulness and ability to use it. Environmental factors, especially consumer behavior in utilizing technology and trends in utilizing technology in the online shopping process, also have a significant influence on the adoption of the technology itself, thus impacting business performance.

Abstract

Situbondo Regency Library is one of the public service places that has a crucial role in providing access to the public to obtain information and literacy. As part of an effort to improve the quality of service, this library has implemented an information system to support its activities. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the information system at the Situbondo Regency Library using the IT Balanced Scorecard (IT BSC) approach. IT BSC is a method that evaluates information technology performance from four main perspectives, namely contribution to business, user focus, operational capability, and future vision. This approach provides a comprehensive perspective on information system performance by considering strategic and operational aspects. The methods applied include a combination of quantitative data collection through surveys of system users and qualitative analysis through interviews with library management. The results of the study indicate that the contribution of the information system to achieving library business targets is good based on the final achievement score of 74.46%. The highest score is in the company contribution perspective of 24.51%, then the future orientation perspective of 23.87%, followed by the user orientation perspective of 16.64% and finally the operational excellence perspective of 9.44%. Thus, this study presents a comprehensive picture of the performance of information systems at the Situbondo Regency Library while providing strategic input for the development of information technology in the future.

Abstract

Koperasi Karyawan Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo (UNARS) merupakan koperasi yang bergerak dalam bidang simpan pinjam yang beranggotakan seluruh dosen dan karyawan UNARS. kadang mengalami beberapa permasalahan terkait proses pengajuan dan pencairan pinjaman anggota karena sistem pelayanan seluruh administrasi masih dilakukan secara manual belum terdapat sistem berbasis teknologi informasi yang dapat membantu seluruh kegiatan operasional pelayanan pada koperasi karyawan UNARS. Anggota juga tidak dapat mengakses jumlah simpanan dan tabungan secara realtime, hanya dapat mengetahui jumlah tersebut pada kegiatan Rapat Anggota Tahunan. Penyusunan laporan keuangan sering kali masih terlambat dan tidak sesuai dengan standar akuntansi yang belaku. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah dibuatnya aplikasi operasional pelayanan bagi mitra dan laporan keuangan yang dapat disususn sesuai standar akuntansi yang berlaku guna memenuhi kebutuhan informasi keuangan bagi pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan. Angggota dapat memanfaatkan aplikasi operasional dalam kegiatan administrasi seperti pengajuan pinjaman, pengecekan saldo simpanan, dan penelusuran sisa cicilan pinjaman. Laporan Keuangan yang sesuai dengan standar akuntansi yang berlaku dapat menjadi dasar dalam pelaporan keuangan dan dasar penentuan SHU.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital technology requires students to develop strong digital literacy skills to navigate the internet responsibly, securely, and efficiently. However, many students still struggle with distinguishing credible information, safeguarding their personal data, and practicing proper online etiquette. This program was designed to improve the digital literacy of students at SMPN Satap 4 Panarukan through an interactive, hands-on awareness program. The approach involved a pre-test, instructional presentations, discussions, simulations, and a post-test to assess learning outcomes. The pre-test findings revealed that only 31% of the 32 students demonstrated a solid understanding of digital literacy. However, after the program, post-test results indicated a notable improvement, with 81% of students correctly answering questions and exhibiting a deeper comprehension. Moreover, student participation in discussions and simulations increased, reflecting the effectiveness of the chosen methods. Despite these positive outcomes, sustaining digital literacy remains a challenge due to limited technological access and the absence of consistent educator support. To address this, integrating digital literacy into the school curriculum and securing support from various stakeholders is crucial to ensuring students can continuously refine their digital skills.

Abstract

The development of e-commerce in Indonesia has changed the lifestyle of Indonesian people. Consumers prefer online transactions over conventional transactions, because online transactions can be done quickly and easily without being hindered by space and time. This study examines the causal relationship between exogenous variables (Seller Price Policy, SEPAd, Live Commerce, Service Delivery, Product Review) through intervening variables (Online Trust, Purchase Decision, Customer Satisfaction) on the endogenous variable (Loyalty). Respondents in this study were 185 consumers of fashion products on the e-commerce platforms Bukalapak, Shopee, Tokopedia. The data analysis tool used was Structural equation modelling (SEM). The results of the first research hypothesis test showed that Seller Price Policy had a significant positive effect on Online Trust, while for SEPAd, Live Commerce, and Delivery Service had a significant positive effect on Online Trust. Meanwhile, Review of Product had a positive but insignificant effect on Online Trust. The results of the second hypothesis test show that Seller Price Policy, SEPAd, Live Commerce, Service Delivery and Review of Product have a positive but insignificant influence on Purchase Decisions. The third hypothesis found that Online Trust has a significant positive influence on Purchase Decision. The fourth hypothesis test results found that Online Trust has a positive but insignificant influence on Customer Satisfaction. The fifth hypothesis test results found that Purchase Decision has a significant positive influence on Customer Satisfaction. The sixth hypothesis test results found that Purchase Decision has a positive but insignificant influence on Loyalty. The seventh hypothesis test results found that Customer Satisfaction has a significant positive influence on Loyalty. The indirect test results show that Seller Price Policy, SEPAd, and Direct Trading have a positive and significant influence on Loyalty through Online Trust, SEPAd, and Customer Satisfaction. Meanwhile, Service Delivery and Product Reviews have a negative but insignificant effect on Loyalty through Online Trust, SEPAd, and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Student organization is a forum or means for students to increase knowledge and improve their intellectual and personal welfare in order to achieve university goals. One of the important aspects in an organization is its performance, because performance plays a very important role in the running of organizational activities. Aspects that can support to improve performance are organizational communication and motivation. This study aims to determine the role of organizational communication and motivation in improving the performance of BEM FEB UNARS. This research method uses qualitative methods with structured and closed interview techniques. This interview was conducted with 3 students who were directly involved in the BEM FEB organization. The results showed that organizational communication and motivation greatly affect the performance of BEM FEB.

Abstract

Social media is one of the technological developments that has played a big role in making it easier for humans to communicate and socialize. Social media is online media that is used as a means of online social interaction on the internet. Users can communicate with each other, interact, share, network, and various other activities through social media. Communication is a process of conveying messages that involves several components or elements, such as communicator activities, messages, and communication. Communication is a very important force in human life and organizations, because it allows individuals to connect and inform each other. The research is based on the main discussion topic of the researcher's thinking about social media on student communication patterns at Abdurachman Saleh University. The data collection method used in the research was in the form of direct interviews with samples that the researchers felt were suitable as data collection media.

Abstract

Cooperatives for employees within an organization play a role in helping to improve welfare through various financial services. The aspect of management that is still conventional becomes one of the obstacles in the current digital era, where transparency and accountability are not maximally achieved. This research aims to design and develop a service application for employees of Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo named kopkar.id with the hope of becoming a solution in providing convenience for all cooperative members in monitoring and controlling savings and loan activities independently. Every step of the waterfall technique is fairly simple to follow, and the system is thoroughly documented once the stages are in place. Management of savings data, loans, transaction reports, and automatic notifications for participants are some of the most important functions of this application. After conducting research on this application, we concluded that this application improves operational efficiency and makes it easier for employees to obtain financial information in real-time. In addition, this application has a positive impact on transparency, accountability, and the trust of operational participants regarding operational failures. Therefore, the use of digital operational applications is effective in modernizing workplace operational systems.
