Abstract

This study discusses the political strategy in the victory of Danie Budi Tjahyono, a legislative candidate in the 2019 election. The aim is to find out how the winning strategy applied by Danie Budi Tjahyono in the Legislative Election of Central Java Province, and find out how the obstacles and challenges faced so that in the end Danie Budi Tjahyono can win a seat in the Regional Representative Council 1 of the Central Java Province. This research uses a case study approach. Data was collected through interviews with Danie Budi Tjahyono, Winning Teams Team, and the public, as well as document searches. The results of this study found that Danie Budi Tjahyono's political journey was not easy because he ran with unemployment status when he was still a legislative candidate. Danie Budi Tjahyono named his winning strategy the “Sweeping Mines” strategy by drawing votes from the public who were offended by the promises of the previous legislative candidates. In addition, Danie Budi Tjahyono ran as a legislative candidate with very little economic capital and with the belief that he could win a seat in the Java DPRD

Abstract

The theme of entrepreneurship in the spotlight lately. Moreover, the industry is able to strengthen the local economy and reduce unemployment.This study aims to clarify the government's role in empowering the tile industry and identify the barriers tile employers and local governments in developing tile industry.           The variables used in this study the role and empowerment of the tile industry. The method used is descriptive research type. In this study used descriptive research type because it can portray the condition in a systematic, factual and accurate information on the facts, including the ongoing process and the influence of phenomena that exist on the tile industry in Kebumen regency.The role of local government is crucial in empowering especially the tile industry that declined. The role of government in the empowerment consists of training, support tools, and marketing.Entrepreneurs perceived barriers are financial and non-financial issues, while the perceived barriers that local government communication and resource issues.

Abstract

In this study, researchers wanted to know about public service in east Ungaran subdistrict office Semarang district 2012. The study focused on the official subdistrict service to people east Ungaran. Public service demands excellent human resources that is human resources.In this study using quantitative research methods of descriptive research. This study analyses how public service in east Ungaran subdistrict office Semarang district 2012. The population of this research is people east Ungaran subdistrict and the sample in this research is 84 people. Sample technique that use is random sampling technique.The results showed that public service in east Ungaran office subdistrict was good enough. People was satisfied about work of east Ungaran official subdistrict.Kata Kunci : Public Service

Abstract

In implementing a development, the government always involve the community in decision-making that will provide benefits and welfare for the people. Development aimed at achieving better conditions than before. Even so, the government should consider the rules for managing the resources used and the smallest effects arising for the smoothness of a development. Such as Reservoir Development Jatibarang aimed handlers flooding in Semarang which would require the materials to build a dam that is not little. Until eventually determined that the materials used are from Gunung Turun, located in the Village Mangunsari.This study aims to determine the socialization process between the government and the impacts arising from taking Gunung Turun of material in the process of implementation in village communities Mangunsari. The methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, which seeks to describe the state of the real condition of the corresponding data collection was done by in-depth interviews of the informants are considered to know clearly seated problems. It also synthesize several documents that are considered important in this study.From the results obtained are socializing the government in the implementation of development Jatibarang Reservoir is intended to provide the public an overview of the goals and objectives of development and of the impacts that will occur regarding taking the material Gunung Turun. In the process of making the material more or less the same impact as the economic, social and cultural impacts, and environmental impacts that could affect people's lives either directly or indirectly.Keywords: Development, Jatibarang Reservoir, Gunung Turun

Abstract

As a Local Government Company, PDAM Semarang Regency has an important role in supporting local revenue (PAD). In 2008-2011 the company was not able to meet its target of government local revenue due to management unhealthy. However, in 2012 the company was able to show as one of the business entities that succed to contribute to local government revenue. The issues that examined in this study is about factors that change of PDAM Semarang Regency during 2008 - 2013, efforts and incentives that being made to increase revenue and the role of local government in stimulating the enterprises improvement. This study used a qualitative research approach with case study research. This study has problems limitations that developmental of PDAM Semarang Regency in 2008 to 2013 that directly affect to company's revenue.Based on the obtained results the study indicates that improvement of PDAM Semarang Regency were influenced by various factors from both internal and external factors , such as leadership, demands of tariff adjustments, demands of improvement employee welfare, demands of society and demands of contribution to local local. Efforts that have been made by the company to increase revenue were improving quality of human resources, customer service improvement, reduction of NRW (Non-Revenue Water),increasing of SR (House Connection), and network management. While theincentives itself also comes from internal and external corporation, debtrestructuring was one of them. Semarang Regency Government also plays animportant role in development of PDAM by forming a regulatory agency,establishing regulation support of Equity Investments and supporting of tariffadjustment policy.PDAM requires to continue and to optimize its performance inimplementing service delivery to local revenue. Abstract

KAMMI is a student movement which emphasizes the values of Islam, therefore besides politics KAMMI also have a dakwah purpose, namely to urge people to return to the path of Allah. As with any social movement, KAMMI also has a goal to change the values that exist in the society, which makes the surrounding society to cling to the values of Islam kaffah. This phenomenon is commonly called the Islamization, namely the return to Islamic values. It is also felt in the area FISIP Undip, which is KAMMI exist there. From this, the researchers will try to investigate what role KAMMI the process of Islamization in Undip FISIP students, as well as how the Islamisation process can be happen.The purpose of this study to determine how the role of KAMMI as extra movement campus campus KAMMI againts process of Islamization in the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Diponegoro (Diponegoro University), and how the process of Islamization that can happen. This study is a qualitative research. This type of research used in this research is descriptive analytic. Data retrieved through the interview process and document data KAMMI FISIP Undip, BEM FISIP Undip, and UPK FKMM.Based on this research, it is known that KAMMI role in the process of Islamization in FISIP Undip through several stages. The first is to strengthen the cadre, which is looking to be a cadre of potential students were then given the provisions of Islam that will be ready to plunge into FISIP student life can be exemplary role model for other students. The regeneration process is divided into formal cadre consisting of levels Daurah Marhalah (DM) 1 to Daurah Marhalah (DM) 3 to officially become a cadre KAMMI. There was also an informal cadre namely through the liqo or Halaqah. The channel is spread dakwah KAMMI today is through BEM FISIP Undip and also FKMM the container KAMMI in intra-campus institution. Although not optimal, but now has a chance KAMMI large enough to spread his message to the students FISIP Undip.Research has been done to provide information that in an effort to make the process of Islamization, KAMMI using the cadres to be syi'ar goes to students FISIP Undip. However, it is a process that is not optimal, it is because not strong KAMMI in strengthening organizations of intra-campus in FISIP Undip, it is deemed necessary because of the similarity of the organization's vision intra existing in applying Islamic values, then it will be easier to deploy Islamic values to students FISIP Undip the other, so that the process of Islamization is running better.

Abstract

Conflict related organization of freight villages that already lasted 13 years indicates a failure of the Government of its obligations in Purworejo organizes freight village in accordance with the mandate of the ACT No. 22 of 2009 and law No. 10 year 2012 about Traffic and Road Transport. Because it is clearly mentioned as a mandate for the Government to uphold the law, provided the right of every individual and the group, as well as the realization of a prosperous society order Purworejo, faithful, honest, fair, independent, and appropriate patriotic vision Purworejo -civil society-.To uncover the problem and research objectives researchers using qualitative descriptive approach eksplanatori. Data analysis was conducted using data analysis deskriptif-kualitatif. The purpose of this research was to determine the occurrence of conflict and stake holder's involvement in organizing freight village. Data obtained then used to formulate recommendations as a solution to the conflict.Research results are found, the situation showed that the conflict originated from the inception of the Government policy related transport rejuvenation Purworejo village in 1988. At the range in 2001 Primkop Kartika B-05 (lines 19 and 20) performs line by cutting the routes of aggravated trespass Kopada (line B), human error is the driver who later became cultures breaking-, the difference of perception between the respective parties in conflict related causes of conflict, conflict between stake holder which stem from a conflict of interest between economics and politics result ed in not optimal roles of institutions and relevant agencies in an attempt to resolve the conflict. Patterns of institutional policy and related institutions that leads to political salvation becomes the best efforts that can be made during the 13 years of the conflict.In an effort of conflict resolution, the recommendation can be given i.e.: increase coordination, cooperation and commitment of the parties involved in organizing the transport of the village, make regulations giving legitimacy in enforcement policy, programs, and activities to support the efforts of conflict resolution. Furthermore local governments through authorized institutions do of socialization on the recommendation of conflict resolution to all associations conduct construction of the freight village, especially the parties involved conflict i.e. Primkop Kartika B-05 and Kopada.

Abstract

The election 2009 is a quite phenomenal because the Democratic Party won the legislatif election the same President/Vice President election while the PDIP strunggle for the second time failed, where as in Central Jawa positions untenable. The election 2004 PDIP won 24 seats, 2009 23 seats and 2014 27 seats.The research is are qualitative case study approach. The main characteristic of are good case study is to demonstrate are deep understansing of the case.The results that the number of seats and party that is able to put cedres in DPRD Central Java Province in 2004 was 7 party in 2009 11 political party and 2014 there were 8 political parties all of wich affect the opportunity to occupy posutions in the Provincial Parliament Central Java. Abstract

Stunting menjadi permasalahan penting yang sedang dihadapi pemerintah Indonesia. Salah satu kabupaten prioritas penanganan stunting adalah Kabupaten Pemalang. Selain itu, pemerintah menunjuk sebanyak 1.000 desa yang menjadi prioritas penanganan stunting. Pada tahun 2018 di Kabupaten Pemalang terdapat 10 desa yang menjadi prioritas penanganan stunting salah satunya yaitu Desa Longkeyang. Pemerintah Kabupaten Pemalang mengeluarkan sebuah peraturan yang berbentuk Peraturan Bupati Nomor 84 Tahun 2019 mengenai Rencana Aksi Daerah Percepatan Pencegahan dan Penanggulangan Stunting di Kabupaten Pemalang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Terdapat tujuh informan dalam mendapatkan data. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori implementasi kebijakan George C. Edward III. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan penurunan stunting di Desa Longkeyang masih belum sepenuhnya optimal diantaranya kejelasan dalam proses penyampaian informasi antar pelaksana kebijakan masih terdapat adanya miss komunikasi, sumber daya manusia perangkat desa belum memenuhi standar secara kualifikasi dan kapabilitas, jumlah sumber daya manusia Puskesmas Jatiroyom masih kurang dalam melakukan promosi kesehatan, kurangnya sumber daya peralatan di desa sebagai sarana penunjang, dana di desa belum cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sarana penunjang stunting. Sedangkan struktur birokrasi, transmisi kebijakan, konsistensi, dan disposisi sudah berjalan secara baik. Implementasi kebijakan ini terdapat faktor-faktor penghambat seperti faktor penghambat secara internal, eksternal, dan geografis. Disarankan bagi Pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Pemalang untuk mengadakan pelatihan peningkatan SDM perangkat Desa Longkeyang. Puskesmas Jatiroyom dan Pemerintah Desa Longkeyang lebih intensif untuk menggalakkan sosialisasi terkait mitos pantangan ibu hamil. Jumlah petugas Puskesmas Jatiroyom dalam melakukan sosialisasi kebijakan di Desa Longkeyang perlu ditambah. Pemerintah Desa Longkeyang lebih memaksimalkan anggaran yang ada untuk peningkatan fasilitas penunjang kebijakan penurunan dan penanggulangan stunting

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Desa Bekonang merupakan desa pengrajin etanol dimana limbah etanol yang dihasilkan setiap hari mencapai 7000 liter. Limbah yang dihasilkan oleh pengrajin tersebut terlalu banyak sehingga mencemari lingkungan disekitarnya terutama lingkungan area pertanian. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggabarkan serta melakukan analisis penyebab terjadinya konflik, menggambar kan proses resolusi konflik yang yang telah dilakukan dan mengetahui pihak-pihak yang berperan dalam mengatasi konflik tersebut. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa limbah cair etanol telah memicu konflik sosial antara pengrajin etanol dengan petani yang disebabkan oleh empat faktor. Faktor dasar yang membuat konflik laten limbah cair etanol adalah adanya oknum yang dengan sengaja membuang limbah ke sungai dan kesenjangan ekonomi yang dipicu perbedaan penghasilan antara petani dan pengrajin etanol. Resolusi konflik yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan mediasi menggunakan pihak ketiga yaitu pemerintah kecamatan Mojolaban, namun sampai saat ini masih berlangsung konflik laten. Kesimpulan: Resolusi konflik yang dilakukan dalam penyelesaian konflik limbah cair etanol di Kecamatan Mojolaban Kabupaten Sukoharjo, dilakukan dengan cara mediasi. Saran: Tahapan-tahapan kesepakatan yang telah disetujui perlu dilakukan peninjauan berkala yang dilakukan oleh pihak kecamatan bergandengan dengan dinas lingkungan hidup.
