Abstract

Effort to improve the application of economic development model is to modernize in every aspect of community life that underlies every policy of development practice. The development-oriented model of economic growth, leads to the fragility of social society system. One of the component to support the development model is how to utilize the existing social capital in society. Most Indonesian people live in the rural areas with livelihood as farmer. The agricultural sector is a sector that has a large contribution in the national economy, the provision of road infrastructure is very supportive of the acceleration of economic growth. But in the provision of infrastructure facilities can never be separated from community involvement in every stage of activity itself. This research was conducted by using research method of mix method sequential exploratory sequence from qualitative descriptive approach as the dominant approach of quantitative approach as supporting approach. Data collection used in this research is interview, observation, documentation and questionnaire. The informant consisted of the head of development affairs of Kalimendong village, the head of Sido Makmur farmers, and the community, the questionnaire was given to the respondents of the Kalimendong village community. The results showed that the utilization of social capital in Kalimendong village done by Sido Makmur farmers which belong to social capital bridging that bringing of Kalimendong village community doing farming road construction with self-reliance. At each stage of development, the community is very enthusiastic to follow every activity although not supported by stimulant funds from the government. Activities are still carried out using self-reliance community to realize the activities. Farming road construction will be more optimal if the administration is in detail, and do not disappoint the community's trust.Keywords : Farming Road Construction, Self-reliance community

Abstract

ABSTRACTCultural tourism can be interpreted as a form of Jakarta City Government responsibility in maintaining the sustainability of the local culture especially Betawi culture. Form of the responsible can be seen from the presence of the Betawi Cultural Village. As an industry, tourism requires the involvement of many actors in its management. The participation of the private and the public are not only seen as a booster in building a sustainable tourism but a fair share roles between government, private sector and community involvement in ensuring each actor to create a good service to the public in the tourism sector.This study aims to look at the partnership between government, private sector and communities in the management and development of the Betawi Cultural Village area. In this study, researchers used a qualitative research method with deskripstif approach to collecting data through observation, interviews and documentary studies. This research was conducted at the Department of Tourism and Culture of Jakarta and the Betawi Cultural Village. Interviews were conducted with actors involved in the network of partnerships and competent in their respective fieldsPartnership is a form of joint research agreement between two or more parties which aim to improve the ability of an organization in achieving its objectives. Based on research showing that partnership is created only in the goverment partnership, which is represented by Culture and Tourism Office of Jakarta with related Institution as a representative of Communities without the active involvement of private sector in the network. The role of private limited through the programs without the involvement of Corporate Social Responsibility in the preparation of regional programs. Lack of actor will weaken theperformance of networking, exchange resources become limited and impact on the lack of innovation and effectiveness of the network in program formulation.Strengthening the network is necessary to formulate tourism development policy is more sensible and purposeful. However, if the private sector can not be involved in this travel network, community-based tourism development model needs to be applied seriously for optimal results.

Abstract

Abstract. Green Open Space is an importat element in creating qualified city in realizing ecological city in order of ecological city realization. The government policy related to the 30% proportion provision constitute the minimum size in an effort to ensure an urban development balance. Management of green open space is one of general policy and regional development programs in environment space sector by the municipality to fulfill extents of green open space. Manajement of green open space in the city of Semarang and Surabaya is done through of planning, organizing, directing, and monitoring. Research method uses descriptively qualitative approach with observation, interview, and literary review as the data collecting technique. The interviewees are Sub Field Head of Spatial Planning and Environment of Bappeda Semarang, Landscape Gardening Division Head of Hygiene and Landscaping Gardening Department of Semarang, Sub Section Head of Spatial Planning, Housing and Environment of Bappeko Surabaya, Staff of Green open Space Planning of Hygiene and Green Open Space of Surabaya In the manajement comparative of green open space in the city of semarang and Surabaya in 2010-2015, the are similarities and differences. Differences in management of Green Open Space in Semarang and Surabaya there is in quality of human resources, leadership style, budget and the involvement of private sector. The presence of this research can be used as an input in the management of Green Open Space in the city of Semarang and Surabaya Recommendation could be done to Semarang city is to improve the quality of human resources of relevan agencies and conducting CSR with private sector. Whereas the recommendation could be done to Surabaya city is to give strict punishment for the people who founded illegal building on land designated as Green Open Space. Abstract

ABSTRACTRegent’ leadership in Wonosobo Regency is taking attention of Indonesian people broadly a lot. Being a Vice Regent collaborating with Trimawan Nugrohadi, Abdul Kholiq Arief then succeeded defeating his Regent in Pemilukada in Wonosobo Regency in 2005. It does not stop there, the next period in 2010, Abdul Kholiq Arief succeeded to maintain his position. His leadership stole many people’s attention by succeeding to get award as The Best Regent in 2012.Method that is used in this research is quantitative method. This is based on measuring society’s perceive towards Abdul Kholiq Arief’s leadership. Furthermore, this method is regarded exact because in this research, the researcher measured satisfaction level, and social effectiveness toward Abdul Kholiq Arief’s leadership.Abdul Kholiq Arief’s leadership that takes attention a lot of people out of Wonosobo Regency, in fact, it does not give the significat impact for broadly people. There are so many problems have been handled, however there are still problems felt by Wonosobo people. Matter of road infrastructure is still be a main problem left which have not handled yet. Abstract

This research explains the political winning strategy of PDI Perjuangan Klaten, to make Sri Mulyani, their candidate wins the 2020’s Klaten Regional Election.This research aim is to explains, to describe and to analyze the political winning strategy of PDI Perjuangan Klaten. To analyze their strategy, the researcher uses the perspective of political marketing in general, not as rigit as it means, because of the differences between political and economical process. So that the political winning strategy could be identified using marketing perspective without eliminating it’s political process. This research uses the qualitative method with descriptive type of research. This research site located in DPC (Regional Party Administrators) PDI Perjuangan Klaten in which using the purposive sampling technique to determine the informants. This research also uses two sources of data, primary data source and secondary data source obtained by using two forms of data collection technique, which is in-depth interviews and documents review. This research finds that the political winning strategy of PDI Perjuangan Klaten in the 2020’s Klaten Regional Election, divided into two phases, planning phase and implementation phase. The planning phase, divide into three phases such as candidate appointment, establishment of winning political posts and team and candidate SWOT analysis. The implementation phase, the program strategy, figure highlights and political campaign strategy were used as their political winning strategies. Through political marketing perspective, the analysis shows that their political winning strategy were effective but not efficient to be used in the 2020’s Klaten Regional Electionsts.

Abstract

This research concerns about development process of the SumowonoVillage Government Market which is interesting to discuss further because in theprocess various problems or more specifically conflict occur. Conflicts occurred atthe beginning of market development by the Sumowono Village Government. In theinitial stages of the eviction of the stalls located on the village land, it involvedprotests by traders who used the stalls, causing conflicts and hampering the villagemarket development process. This study is intended to examine further the caserelated to Conflict Resolution of Village Market Development in SumowonoVillage, Sumowono District, Semarang Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative method by collecting datathrough interviews and documentation. This study is guided by key questions toanswer the question "Why did conflict occur in the development of the SumowonoVillage Market, how was it resolved, and howwas the role of a third party in helpingto resolve the conflict?".Based on the results of the study it was found that the cause of dissent in theconstruction of the Sumowono Village Market between the Government of theSumowono Village with the traders who previously owned government-owned landin the management of the Semarang Regency Trade Office. Abstract

Researchers reviewed the winning strategy used by PDIP to win Ganjar Pranowo and Taj Yasin Maimoen in Central Java Pilgub 2018. In this election, PDIP emerged as a coalition party by holding PPP to seize the seat of Governor and deputy governor of Central Java. It is interesting to research because the previous Pilgub PDIP always appear without a coalition. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method by which the author wants to describe the actual situation and then conduct an analysis in depth with the aim to know in detail the winning strategy used by PDIP in Central Java Pilgub in 2018. Data is obtained through interviews with PDIP cadres who are in the team of winnings and also through supporting documents obtained from the journal and the Internet. The winning strategy used by PDIP in Central Java Pilgub is to conduct political campaign strategies, positioning strategies or figure protrusion, time base strategy, Community approach strategy and general strategy. The strategy proved to be a potent win for Ganjar Pranowo and Taj Yasin Maimoen in Central Java Governor General election, 2018.

Abstract

This study analyzed the number of industries , especially those engaged in the field of garment that are emerging and growing in Kab. Semarang industry district. The number of industrial companies that grow and flourish in the Kab. Semarang has a very large number of workers to be employed in the production process . Seeing the number of workers employed by the dominance of female labor is then raises a question , how is the company 's in the garment Kab. Semarang to employ more women than men ? , But it also impacts among female workers who work and other impacts of the presence of the industrial area . Impact on women workers and people who work in the industrial area that is able to split my time between family , community and social environment around them In this study , researchersused a qualitative approach that will generate descriptive data . This research was conducted in Semarang regency , Central Java . The data in this study was obtained through interviews , observation , and documentation . The key informant interviews were conducted by female workers who are working in PT . Unggaran Sari Garmen , exposure of the company HDR , DINSOSNAKERTRANS as the party of government regulations governing the company with its workforce and the general public . While the documentation of data obtained from personal documentation taken around the industrial area , and is equipped documentation Semarang District Central Bureau of Statistics . The company employs more women in the production process because of the reason that women workers working more thorough, diligent , diligent , deft , and it is not owned by the labor of men , . Another impact to the surrounding community is the number of people around who use land around the industrial area to trading activity , transportation activity , making boarding building for many workers and surrounding communities are employed in the garmen industry is thus indirectly also reduce the unemployment rate in the Kab. Semarang. The existence of this industry region also makes the biggest contributor to revenue in the Kab. Semarang is then in one after another in the agricultural sector . The impact of such congestion around the existing industrial area , ranging loss of customs that place is replaced by migrants make one of the negative impacts of the industrial area.

Abstract

Dieng merupakan suatu kawasan potensial yang memiliki keberagaman objek wisata alam maupun budaya. Dalam mempertahankan kelestarian cagar budaya serta kondisi alam yang memilikikeunikan tersendiri. Maka dilakukanlah suatu kemitraan antara Pemerintah Daerah khususnyaDinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Banjarnegara dengan Kelompok Sadar Wisata DiengKulon tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pola kemitraan antara PemerintahDaerah dengan masyarakat. Selain itu juga untuk mendiskripsikan tujuan dan manfaat sertamenjelaskan kendala –kendala dalam proses kemitraan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Metode Penelitian Kualitatif dengan tipe penelitiandeskriptif. Objek penelitian di Desa Dieng Kulon Kecamatan Batur Kabupaten banjarnegara.Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dariwawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kemitraan yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Pariwisata danKebudayaan dengan Kelompok Sadar Wisata cukup berhasil, terlebih dalam hal pembinaanmasyarakat untuk mengubah mainset akan pentingnya menjaga alam serta menyadarkan masyarakatuntuk sadar wisata. Dari keberhasilan ini tentunya berdampak positif terhadap masyarakat yaitumeningkatnya pendapatan sehingga mengubah taraf kehidupan masyarakat yang mengakibatkankesejahteraan masyarakat meningkat. Hanya saja, kemitraan yang dilakukan sebatas pembinaanterhadap masyarakat dan belum adanya pengembangan pada objek –objek wisata. Kurangnyapengawasan terhadap ketertiban pedagang serta kebersihan maupun kenyamanan dalam hal kuliner.Selanjutnya dalam bidang promosi masih kurang gencar dilakukan oleh pemerintah.

Abstract

Development is a process of social change that is accompanied by or meaningful community participation in order to improve the standard of living of an unfavorable situation into a better one. Various development policies that have been made by the government as an effort to overcome the flood problem in the area of Jakarta has a lot to do, namely to build physical infrastructure such as roads, drainage, polders, as well as other supporting infrastructure. One of the government's efforts to control floods in the North-East region of Jakarta is by the efforts of the East Flood Canal project development / KBT, the concept has entered into the Master Plan (Master Plan) 1973. The Government through the Ministry of Infrastructure (now the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing) and Jakarta Provincial Government are the institutes that are responsible for the implementation of the East Flood Canal project / KBT.The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of flood control in the area of Jakarta through the East Flood Canal project / KBT, supporting factors and inhibiting factors in these implementations. The method of this study using a qualitative approach is descriptive-analytic. There are two variables in view of the implementation of flood control in the area of Jakarta through the East Flood Canal project / KBT, the contents of the policy and the policy context. Supporting factors of the implementation of flood control in the area of Jakarta are a clear policy, the commitment of implementing the policy, and the budget. While the inhibiting factors are the coordination of the implementation, supervision of government, land acquisition that is unresolved, people who do not have a sense of participation / awareness do not participate maintaining and caring for the existence of the East Flood Canal buildings / KBT.Implementation of Flood Control through the East Flood Canal project is considered as effective way for flood control in the area of Jakarta. However, there should be an improvement in surveillance and control channel region by the central government (Ministry of Public Works and Housing of the People) and local government (Jakarta). Thus, we need the cooperation of every institute private, and people to run in accordance with the development plan of the East Flood Canal project / KBT listed in the Regional Regulation (Perda) of Jakarta Number 06 of 1999 on Spatial Planning Year 2010 Jakarta.Keywords: Implementation, Flood Control, East Flood Canal / KBT
