Abstract

Kesiapan sekolah pada anak usia dini berkorelasi dengan sejumlah kemampuan yang meliputi fungsi eksekutif, keterampilan persepsi motorik dan visual, serta pemrosesan sensorik dan karakteristik perkembangan ini penting untuk keberhasilan di kemudian hari. Salah satu kemampuan yang harus dimatangkan adalah kemampuan sensori motorik pada anak. Namun yang terjadi pada saat ini banyak anak yang mengalami gangguan sensori motorik pasca Covid 19. Menurut data statistik yang dipublikasikan Kemenko PMK pada Juni 2022, angka kisaran disabilitas anak usia 5-19 tahun adalah 3,3% .Selama pandemi Covid-19, anak-anak harus tinggal di rumah. Anak tidak banyak melakukan aktivitas yang banyak melibatkan sensori seperti menyentuh, menjilat, melempar dan melakukan banyak gerakan untuk menstimulasi motorik halus dan motorik kasarnya sehingga berdampak pada terhambatnya tumbuh kembang anak. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dan metode yang digunakan adalah  literatur review, yaitu metode kepustakaan. Penelitian yang di lakukan oleh Piek et al. menyatakan perkembangan motorik sebagai landasan pembelajaran, khususnya dalam menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri dan disiplin diri pada anak selama melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran.  Hal ini sejalan juga dengan konsep piramida pembelajaran (Pyramid of Learning), dimana sebelum kemampuan kognitif  matang dibutuhkan pematangan dahulu sensori motoriknya, jika tidak matang akan membuat anak tidak mampu duduk lama dan memiliki atensi yang pendek.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the capacity of Muhammadiyah 50 Sei-Sikambing Primary School students in memorizing the Qur'an is influenced by the talaqqi method. Based on this investigation, it is hypothesized that Qur'an memorization and talaqqi technique have a significant relationship. Thirty-five people were sampled in this study. In this study, the talaqqi method scale and the Qur'an memorization capacity scale were measured using the Likert scale model. Direct recurrence examination was used in the information research strategy. R2 = 0.487 with p = 0.000 0.05 is the result of the information investigation. It can be concluded that the talaqqi approach has an impact of 48.7% on memorizing the Qur'an. There is an observed value of 87.23 and a speculative mean value of 52.5 for the talaqqi technique. Thus, Muhammadiyah 50 Sei-Sikambing Primary School has a high talaqqi strategy. Furthermore, the hypothetical mean score of 35 and the observed mean score of 50.74 for Qur'anic memorization ability indicates that students have a fairly strong memorization ability. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between the talaqqi strategy and the ability to recite the Qur'an, with the theory that Muhammadiyah 50 Sei-Sikambing Primary School students who know more about the Qur'an will be better able to remember it.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media diorama terhadap minat belajar peserta didik SDN 101760 Bulu Cina. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan  quasi-experiment- one group desaign. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa angket minat belajar yang telah divalidasi oleh ahli untuk memastikan keakuratan instrumennya. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 24 peserta didik dan sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas IV dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Data minat belajar dianalisis dengan uji paired t-test untuk melihat pengaruh penggunaan media diorama terhadap minat peserta didik. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan media diorama terhadap minat belajar peserta didik. Pengaruh tersebut dilihat dari uji Paired Sample Test dengan membandingkan nilai signifikansi dengan alpha (p=0,000 <a 0,05). Media diorama memberikan pengalaman belajar yang konkret dan visual, sehingga meningkatkan ketertarikan, perhatian, dan partisipasi peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Temuan ini mendukung penggunaan media diorama sebagai solusi efektif untuk mempengaruhi minat belajar dalam pembelajaran. Studi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi guru dalam menggunakan media media visual pada pembelajaran di kelas.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana Model Visual, Auditori, Kinestetik (VAK) telah mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Fiqih di SMP IT Nurul Fajar Medan. Penelitian ini melibatkan tiga puluh anak kelas delapan sebagai sampel dan menggunakan desain eksperimen dengan pretest dan posttest satu kelompok. Rata-rata skor pretest 61,97 meningkat menjadi 87,10 pada posttest, yang menunjukkan peningkatan yang cukup besar dalam prestasi belajar siswa setelah adopsi Model VAK, menurut data. Setiap item pernyataan pada uji validitas dan reliabilitas dalam instrumen ditemukan reliabel dan valid. Perbedaan substansial antara hasil pretest dan posttest divalidasi oleh analisis uji-T, yang menunjukkan kemanjuran Model VAK dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Singkatnya, Model VAK dapat disarankan sebagai model pembelajaran alternatif di SMP IT Nurul Fajar Medan karena penggunaannya telah meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

One of the problems that often occurs is that students are lazy to study and like to skip school. In addition, teachers are not successful in providing motivation to students and the minimal use of learning media. One solution that can be used to overcome this problem is to use pop up book media. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using pop-up book media on students' learning motivation. The instrument used to measure the effect of motivation was a questionnaire given to students. The population in this study was 42 students. The sampling technique used total sampling, namely all populations were sampled. Data testing was carried out using normality tests, homogeneity tests, N-Gain tests and to answer the hypothesis using the Independent T.Test. The results of the hypothesis show that the value of a < sig is 0.001 < 0.05 which means that pop up book media has an effect on student learning motivation. In addition, the N-Gain acquisition shows that its influence is in the medium category. It can be concluded that Pop UP Book Learning Media has an effect on students' learning motivation in science learning at SDN 067258 Medan Amplas.

Abstract

Character education for early childhood is a fundamental process in shaping a child's morals, ethics, and personality. The kindergarten stage is considered a golden period where children begin to learn and imitate behaviors from their surrounding environment. Based on observations conducted at RA Aisyiyah Cabang Medan Deli, it was found that character development is highly influenced by the role of teachers. This is because each child has a unique character and personality, so the approach taken by the teacher must be adjusted to the individual needs of each student. This study aims to understand how teachers contribute to shaping children's character through role modeling and habituation. The research uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques such as direct observation and interviews with teachers at the institution. The results indicate that character formation in children is carried out through the habituation of positive behaviors such as honesty, discipline, responsibility, and the ability to cooperate with peers. Teachers' attitudes and behaviors serve as real-life examples for children to imitate. In addition, collaboration between the school and parents plays a crucial role in ensuring that character development is consistent both at school and at home

Abstract

UMKM memegang peranan penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia dengan kontribusi signifikan terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) dan penyediaan lapangan kerja. Namun, banyak UMKM, terutama yang berada di daerah terpencil, menghadapi kendala dalam hal pengelolaan usaha dan pengembangan kapasitas sumber daya manusia (SDM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali potensi lokal dan mengembangkan UMKM berbasis SDM di Desa Besar II Terjun, Pantai Cermin, melalui program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN). Metode yang digunakan mencakup studi literatur, survei lapangan, wawancara, dan diskusi kelompok untuk mengidentifikasi potensi lokal serta kendala yang dihadapi pelaku UMKM. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, modul pelatihan dan pendampingan dirancang untuk meningkatkan keterampilan manajerial, teknis, dan pemasaran pelaku UMKM. Implementasi strategi melibatkan pengembangan rencana bisnis dan strategi pemasaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik lokal. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas SDM pelaku UMKM dan memperbaiki daya saing produk lokal. Dampak positif terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat dan pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal juga teramati. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya pengembangan UMKM berbasis potensi lokal dan kebutuhan akan dukungan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan program. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan program UMKM di daerah lain yang memiliki karakteristik serupa.

Abstract

Morals in Islam become something important and must be considered. Islam is a religion that teaches about adab or morals in humans and that is the most important thing before studying. Morals are one of the main teachings in Islam. Good morals will weigh the scales of a person's goodness on the Day of Resurrection. This research was carried out to: (1) determine the application of the communication pattern of the moral aqeedah teacher in fostering the morals of students at Mts Aisyiyah Medan (2) the supporting and inhibiting factors of the communication pattern of the teacher of moral creed in the moral development of students at Mts Aisyiyah Medan. This research is a qualitative research. This research is a field research and this research is classified as a qualitative descriptive research. Data were collected by conducting observations, documentation and interviews. The process of the communication pattern of the moral aqeedah teacher towards the moral development of class IX students at Mts Aisyiyah Medan is to combine the three communication patterns that are often done, but at certain times the moral aqidah teacher only uses one communication pattern. such as one-way communication patterns, interpersonal communication patterns or two-way communication, and group communication or multi-way communication.
