Abstract

The digital media industry demands adaptive, creative, and relevant news writing and copywriting skills that meet the needs of the audience. The development of technology and changes in information consumption patterns have encouraged journalists and copywriters to master storytelling, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and distribution strategies so that their content can compete in the rapid flow of information. This paper discusses the production process of news writing and copywriting skills based on internship experiences at PT Pojok Satu Indonesia. This paper was written using a qualitative approach with primary data in the form of observations, interviews, and documentations during the internship, as well as secondary data from books, journals, and other relevant sources. The result of the discussion show that writing effectiveness is influenced by an understanding of digital writing techniques, consistency in language style, and the demands of rapid content production. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening professional skills in the digital media industry.

Abstract

Dana desa yang sudah digulirkan sejak tahun 2015 sangat membantu desa dan masyarakatnya untuk meningkatkan pembangunan desa. Dalam pelaksanaanya tentu saja bukan tanpa masalah. Pemberian dana desa di Indonesia merupakan peluang yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa melalui pembangunan desa. Tetapi di sisi lain, dana desa juga merupakan ancaman jika tidak dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Oleh karena itu pengelolaan dana desa memerlukan strategi untuk meraih peluang dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan dan kelemahan serta mengantisipasi berbagai ancaman. Penelitian ini mencoba merumuskan strategi pengelolaan dana desa di Kabupaten Ende Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksploratif untuk mengidentifikasi peluang, ancaman, kekuatan, serta kelemahan dalam pengelolaan dana desa di Kabupaten Ende. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah Focus Group Discussion (FGD) yang melibatkan seluruh pemangku kepentingan dalam pengelolaan dana desa di Kabupaten Ende, yang terdiri atas: aparat desa, tokoh masyarakat, pimpinan dan staf di Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kabupaten Ende. Dengan menggunakan Analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa strategi jangka pendek yang harus segera dilaksanakan adalah: meningkatkan kapasitas aparatur serta melakukan pendampingan kepada aparat dan masyarakat desa dalam pengelolaan dana desa. Pemerintah Kabupaten Ende sebaiknya menyiapkan payung hukum untuk memformalkan strategi pengelolaan dana desa supaya dapat dirujuk oleh semua pihak terkait

Abstract

Digital transformation has become an increasingly prominent trend in the public sector, particularly within the context of government reform. In Indonesia, while the growth of e-government initiatives reflects a strong commitment to digital development, it has also resulted in the proliferation of tens of thousands of applications across government institutionsömany of which are overlapping, redundant, and fragmented. This fragmentation poses significant challenges to organizational performance and the efficiency of public service delivery. A growing public service sector in this digital era is intellectual property services, particularly trademark registration. Despite the increasing demand, trademark services receive the highest volume of negative user feedback. Key issues include a lack of transparency in the application process, prolonged processing times, and insufficient explanation for application rejections, leading to widespread user confusion and dissatisfaction. This study aims to analyze the research trends on digital transformation in the delivery of public services, with a specific focus on intellectual property services. A bibliometric analysis method is employed to map the evolution and scholarly focus on this subject. Findings suggest that Indonesia’s digital transformation remains in the digitization phaseöan early stage focused on shifting from analog to digital formats. For digital development to be impactful, it must evolve toward a meaningful digital transformation, which includes three strategic goals: building an inclusive, empowering, and trusted digital ecosystem. Achieving this requires stronger synergy and collaboration among all stakeholders, including government bodies, private sectors, academia, and civil society organizations.

Abstract

research is done with the aim to know how to apply the tax planning conducted by PT Bumi Sarana Beton To minimize the burden of the company's income tax. In this study, the literature and observations review was by conducting research on the field through live interviews and data retrieval, related documents from the company as well as the use of books, and internet media. The data obtained in the analysis using a descriptive analysis is to exercise data of the commercial financial statements and the existing fiscal reports. The results showed that the application of tax planning by the company has been in accordance with the prevailing tax laws and with the implementation of taxation planning hence the saving of income tax expenses amounted to Rp 133,456,401.

Abstract

This class action research aims to determine the level of student learning outcomes through a scientific approach with the Number Head Together learning model in grade IV students of SDN 81 Kendari, in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year consisting of 20 students. The research was carried out in two cycles with four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection of learning outcomes using Attitude Observation, Student Worksheets, and Back Roll Ability Tests. Data analysis was carried out in accordance with standard Benchmark Reference Approach (PAP) 5 and statistical calculations. The results of the study showed that students who completed learning in the first cycle were only 30%. And in cycle II, students who completed learning as much as 85%. The results of the analysis also showed that there was a significant increase in learning outcomes of the back roll technique in grade IV students of SDN 81 Kendari. It can be concluded that the implementation of a scientific approach with the Number Head Together learning model can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE) in supporting effective leadership in the implementation of Search and Rescue (SAR) operations, particularly in the context of disaster management. Using a literature review approach, this study examines various scholarly findings and policy documents related to the implementation of SPBE in emergency response processes, focusing on speed, accuracy, and inter-agency coordination. The findings indicate that SPBE plays a strategic role in accelerating decision-making through the provision of real-time data, technology-based geographic mapping systems, and digital communication between institutions. However, its implementation faces several challenges, including limited digital infrastructure in disaster-prone areas, low digital literacy among human resources, and the suboptimal integration of information systems across national and regional agencies. This study recommends strengthening digital leadership, integrating disaster information systems into a unified platform, and enhancing human resource capacity and ICT infrastructure as strategic steps to optimize the role of SPBE in supporting adaptive and responsive SAR leadership in disaster dynamics.
