Abstract

Utilization of Waste Paper Through Recycling and Entrepreneurial SpGarnish includes the art of competition in making decorations from food in the form of fruits and vegetables that have aesthetic value, but can be consumed. Competence in making garnish prioritizes expertise in carving or shaping materials into artistic items that are always evolving. Community service in the form of vegetable garnish training is aimed at increasing the competence of Wilayut Village housewife cadres to improve the economy and welfare for beginners. This training aims to find out (1) efforts to improve the competence of making garnishes, (2) increase the competence of attitudes, knowledge, and skills, (3) training improves the standard of living influences the level of education in the family. The garnish training does not just provide education but the practice of garnish training is prioritized. The garnish competition activities were carried out by involving training methods, in theory and hands-on practice. The results of the Wilayut Village housewife vegetable garnish competition have started from the process of carving tomato, cucumber, carrot vegetables to form a decorative presentation for food. The skill of garnish can be a source of developing a business for beginners.irit Development.

Abstract

Marketing Management is not only faced with increasingly strongbusiness competition but also changes in consumer behavior. The development oftechnology and changes in lifestyle cause consumers to have dynamic behavior.Customer value is one of the consumer behavior that can change the direction of thecompany's marketing. All factors considered capable of influencing customer valuewere studied such as brand class and brand image. This research was conducted todetermine customer value in terms of brand class and brand image. The study wasconducted on 90 users of SKII brand facial care products. The research sample wasobtained by purposive sampling which will then fill in the questionnaire which is thesource of the data for this research. The data is processed by regression technique.The results of the study show that brand class influences the formation of customervalue to consumers. The results showed that the brand class affects the formation ofcustomer value to consumers. In addition, this study also shows that customer valuecan be developed by developing a brand image. Brand class together with brandimage have been proven to build customer value to consumers.

Abstract

Abstract PT. XYZ is a company engaged in producing bottled drinking water. To compete in the market, it is demanded to maintain the quality of the goods produced because of the quality products so that it has the aim of knowing the causes of significant product defects in the 240 ml cup packaging at PT. XYZ and knowing what factors cause defects in 240 ml cup packaging products at PT. XYZ Abstract is written in Indonesian as well as using the seven tools method. The results show that the cause of product defects is based on the cause and effect diagram of lid defects including: 1) leaking lid: Heater is not hot enough, heater is too hot, bucket with trimming is not center, seal disk is dirty and operators are less careful. 2) Broken lid: The lid is brittle and the handling is not good 3) Tilted lid: The position of the roll lid shakes and the operator is not careful. Keywords: Quality, product defects, Seven Tools Abstrak XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang memproduksi air minum dalam kemasan. Untuk bersaing di pasaran maka di tuntut untuk menjaga kualitas dari barang yang di hasilkan karena produk yang berkualitas sehingga memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab kecacat produk yang signifikan pada kemasan cup 240 ml di PT. XYZ dan mengetahui Faktor-faktor apa yang menjadi penyebab ke cacat produk kemasan cup 240 ml di PT. XYZ Abstrak ditulis dalam Bahasa Indonesia segingga dengan menggunakan metode seven tools di dapatkan hasil bahwa Penyebab terjadinya kecacatan produk berdasarkan diagram sebab akibat cacat lid diantaranya: 1) bocor lid : Heater kurang Panas, heater terlalu panas, bucket dengan trimming tidak center, seal disk kotor dan operator kurang cermat. 2) Pecah lid : Lid getas dan handling kurang baik 3) Lid Miring : Kedudukan roll lid goyang dan operator kurang teliti. Kata Kunci: Kualitas, cacat produk, Seven Tools

Abstract

This research is a remarkable initiative that aims to empower villagers, especially kartars and local communities, to understand and harness the power of digital content for education, promotion, and social empowerment. The training consists of various factors in the world of digital content, including photography, writing, online marketing, and social media management. The method of implementing community service program activities begins with an approach to students of Sunan Giri University Surabaya, using methods known as Participatory Action Research (PAR), Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), and a mixed approach. Activities were carried out in the Hall of Panjunan Village Hall, Sukodono District. The methods applied involved implementation methods in community service programs as well as training and counseling methods. The active involvement of the participants, creating strong cooperation between students and the community, thus creating a sustainable positive impact in the utilization of digital content to improve the quality of life and community empowerment.
