Abstract

Large pelagic fish is one of a major fish that were caught by fishermen inLempasing Coastal Fishing Port. The large pelagic fish, landed in LempasingCoastal Fishing Port, are little tuna, king mackerel, great barracuda, needle fish,and trevally. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of productivityof large pelagic fish and to predicts large pelagic fishing season in LempasingCoastal Fishing Port. The study was conducted in March-July 2015. The methodwas descriptive method. The results showed that the level of productivity of largepelagic fish in Lempasing Coastal Fishing Port tend to fluctuate each year. Thehighest productivity occurred in 2010 amounted to 30.67 kg/trip and lowestproductivity occurred in 2011 amounted to 12.96 kg/trip. The peak fishing seasonof little tuna occur in August with index value 176.76%. The peak fishing seasonof king mackerel occur in Mei with index value 176.93%. The peak fishing seasonof great barracuda occur in March with index value 136.14%. The peak fishingseason of needle fish occur in December with index value 184.54%. The peakfishing season of trevally occur in December with index value 156.54%.

Abstract

The integration of the production flow on precast is the initial requirement in determining the results that will be obtained on a graphic product, especially on the resulting color. The goal is to produce accurate prints with the processed data on a computer device. In the data process conducted using interview and observation methods. Interviews were conducted with resource persons who were experts in their fields and observations made were direct practice guided by experts. The results obtained from the data study carried out are in the form of a file format that is useful for integrating work system flows in the precast section of a graphics industry.Keywords— Control, Integrated Systems, Graphics Technology

Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of relationship marketing, customer value, and trust on customer loyalty at BPJS Kesehatan customers in Baturotok village, Sumbawa Region. Samples in the study earned with nonprobability sampling were announced to 100 respondents. The research uses the quantitative method. The data obtained were analyzed techniques through software SPSS 16. The results of the analysis in this study indicated that (1) the relationship marketing variable of use has significant customer loyalty. (2) variable customer value has no effect and is not significant has customer loyalty. (3) variable trust no effect and not significant have customer loyalty.

Abstract

Drying of seaweed in Indonesia, especially in Lontar village, Serang still using manual and traditional way. Manual drying in the rainy season often results in farmers often failing to dry out the harvested. Using an artificial dryer on the market adds considerable production costs because it uses petroleum, gas and electric energi. Therefore, it takes a cost-effective artificial drier, so the final task is to make the seawater biomass fireplace furnace. The research methodology used is the design method of Pahl and Beitz with QFD. The result of this research is this biomass furnace fueled rice husk. Furnace dimension 700 mm x 700 mm x 1200 mm and combustion chamber 600 mm x 650 mm x 1000 mm, the volume of the combustion chamber 0.39 m3 and the volume of hot air space used 0.141229 m3, wall combustion chamber as heat exchangers using materials mild steel with 1.9 m2 surface area and wall thickness of 4 cm and air delivered fan with 4053.6 CMH capacities. Keywords: Pahl and Beitz, QFD, seaweed, biomass furnace ABSTRAK Pengeringan rumput laut di Indonesia, khususnya di desa Lontar Kabupaten Serang masih menggunakan cara manual dan tradisional. Pengeringan secara manual pada musim hujan sering mengakibatkan petani sering gagal mengeringkan hasil. Menggunakan pengering buatan yang ada dipasaran menambahkan biaya produksi yang cukup besar karena menggunakan energi minyak bumi, gas dan enargi listrik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengering buatan yang hemat biaya, maka dari itu tugas akhir ini membuat tungku biomassa mesin pengering rumput laut . Metodologi penelitian yang dipakai adalah metode perancangan Pahl and Beitz dengan QFD. Hasil penelitian adalah tungku biomassa ini berbahan bakar sekam padi. Tungku berdimensi 700 mm x 700 mm x 1200 mm dan ruang bakar berdimensi 600 mm x 650 mm x 1000 mm, volume ruang bakar 0,39 m3 dan volume ruang udara panas yang dipakai 0,141229 m3, dinding ruang bakar sebagai penukar kalor menggunakan material mild steel dengan luas permukaan 1,9 m2 dan tebal dinding 4 cm serta udara yang dihantarkan kipas dengan kapasita 4053,6 CMH. Abstract

Osteochilus melanopleurus (Kelabau in Indonesia) is a freshwater fish found throughout Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, Burma, and Indochina. This fish has a relatively high economic value in some locations, thus it has compelling economic motives to be cultivated. One of the most important aspects in fish farming or aquaculture activities is feed availability. Feed ingredients should have adequate nutrient content, abundantly available and inexpensive. Palm kernel meal (PKM) is one of the by-products of palm oil iondustry. Palm kernel meal contains adequate nutrients to be utilized in fish feed, in addition to being abundantly available and affordable. The purpose of this experiment was to examine the growth response of Kelabau fed various quantities of palm kernel meal (5%, 10%, 15%, and 20%). The results showed that 10% palm kernel meal inclusion produced the highest growth, daily growth rate, specific growth rate, and feed conversion ratio. However, statistical analysis showed that the addition of palm kernel meal had no effect on growth or the feed conversion ratio.

Abstract

The Pamarayan Dam is located in Cikeusal District, Serang Regency, Banten Province where many freshwater fish cultivators based on floating net cages are found. Important aspects that are assessed in aquaculture activities are measuring water quality, location suitability, and productivity. This study aimed to determine the site suitability criteria and analyze the existing performance of fish farming activities with floating net cages. The research was conducted from January to March 2023 at the Pamarayan Old Dam at 4 stations. Water sampling was carried out in situ and ex situ including temperature, pH, DO, TDS, current, brightness and depth, BOD, COD, total P, total N, TSS, and ammonia. Water quality analysis was carried out at the DLH laboratory in Serang City and UPT LABKES in Serang Regency. Additional data by conducting interviews with cultivators. The results showed that the Pamarayan Dam had suitability in the S2 class (appropriate) at all stations. This is based on water quality, most of which are still in accordance with class 3 quality standards including parameters of temperature, pH, BOD, TSS, DO, COD, total P, and ammonia. Cultivation performance at the Pamarayan Dam has a large advantage, where the average net profit per cultivation cycle is Rp. 41.332.000.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is considered a future driver for accelerating economic development in developing countries. This study aims to assess the impacts and challenges of AI integration in critical sectors and its implications for economic growth and social inclusion in developing countries. The research method used in this study is the literature review method. The results show that AI has been successfully applied in the agriculture, health, education, and finance sectors in developing countries, contributing significantly to improving efficiency, service quality, and access. However, the implementation is faced with a number of challenges such as a lack of digital infrastructure, a shortage of labor skilled in information technology and AI, and data and privacy regulatory challenges. Further research also shows that cooperation between the government, private sector, and international bodies is crucial in overcoming these obstacles.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Anemia merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang paling umum dan berpotensi serius di dunia, kelompok yang rentan mengalami anemia adalah wanita usia subur dan ibu hamil, anemia pada kehamilan didefinisikan sebagai kadar hemoglobin kurang dari 11 g/dL akibat jaringan tidak mampu produksi eritrosit (Erytropoetic) untuk pertahankan Hb normal. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menegetahui pengaruh konseling terhadap tingakat kepatuhan konsumsi suplemen tambah darah pada anemia ibu hamil. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Klinik Utama Duta Rahayu Sidareja. Metode: penelitian ini berjenis quasi eksperimental dengan populasi 122 responden dibagi menjadi dua kelompok dengan jumlah 61 responden sebagai kelompok perlakuan dan 61 responden sebagai kelompok kontrol. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji Independent t-test. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan nilai p value 0,000 dengan batas kemaknaan <0,05. Kesimpulan: penelitian ini ada pengaruh dari konseling yang diberikan dengan media brosur terhadap Tingkat kepatuhan konsumsi suplemen tambah darah pada kejadian anemiaibu hamil

Abstract

Rhizophora mucronata is a mangrove plant that has the strongest root system and often chosen in mangrove forest rehabilitation. Planting Rhizophora mucronata often fails due to limited seed supply and poor seedling quality. This study aims to determine the growth response of Rhizophora mucronata propagules to coconut water immersion and NPK fertilizer. The research was conducted from February 2023 to June 2023 at the screenhouse of the Banten Agricultural Instrument Standardization Implementation Center (BPSIP) Banten. The research was arranged in a Randomized Group Design with three replications and consisted of two factors. The first factor is soaking treatment consisting of 2 levels, namely soaking without coconut water and soaking with coconut water. The second factor is the concentration of NPK fertilizer consisting of 4 levels, namely 0 g/plant, 9 g/plant, 12 g/plant, and 15 g/plant. The parameters observed were shoot emergence time (days), leaf emergence time (days), stem diameter (mm), number of roots (strands), and root length (cm). The results showed that coconut water soaking treatment gave results that significantly affected to stem diameter, number of roots and root length. The application of NPK fertilizer 9 g/plant gives results that significantly affected to shoot rupture time, leaf emergence time, number of roots, and root length.

Abstract

Anemia is the most common and potentially serious public health problem in the world, the vulnerable groups are women of childbearing age and pregnant women. Anemia in pregnancy is defined as a hemoglobin level of less than 11 g/ dL due to the inability of the tissues to produce erythrocytes (erytropoetic) to maintain normal Hb. This research aimed to find out the effect of counseling on the level of adherence to blood suplement consumption in anemia of pregnant women. This research was conducted at Duta Rahayu Sidareja Main Clinic. This research used quasi-experimental with a population of 122 respondents divided into two groups with 61 respondents as the treatment group and 61 respondents as the control group. The data analysis used the Independent t- test. The results of this reserach showed a p value of 0.000 with a significance limit of <0.05. The conclusion is that this research has the influence of the counseling provided with brochure media. Suggestions for pregnant women to adhere to consuming blood- boosting supplements during pregnancy to prevent anemia.
