Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat telah membawa kemudahan dalam berbagai aspek, termasuk manajemen kepegawaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian berbasis aplikasi web di Pengadilan Negeri Banyuwangi. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengatasi masalah pengelolaan data pegawai yang masih menggunakan file dan folder, sehingga sulit untuk menemukan informasi yang dibutuhkan, terutama terkait kepangkatan dan jabatan. Dengan menggunakan metode Structured Systems Analysis and Design Method (SSADM), sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan data kepegawaian. Fitur yang disediakan meliputi input, edit, hapus, update, search data dan tampilan informasi kepegawaian. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan pegawai dan hakim dalam mengakses informasi kepangkatan dan jabatan, serta meningkatkan keamanan dan efektivitas pengelolaan data di Pengadilan Negeri Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah pengarsipan manual di MTs. Nurul Khoiroh Banyuwangi, yang menimbulkan sejumlah permasalahan seperti kerusakan, kehilangan, dan penumpukan dokumen. Pengarsipan secara manual dinilai tidak efisien karena membutuhkan banyak waktu, tenaga, serta ruang penyimpanan yang besar. Seiring bertambahnya jumlah dokumen, tantangan ini diperkirakan akan semakin kompleks dan berdampak negatif pada efektivitas pengelolaan dokumen di lembaga tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merancang sistem pengarsipan digital dengan menggunakan metode Structured Systems Analysis and Design Method (SSADM). [1] Metode SSADM dipilih karena mampu membantu dalam menganalisis kebutuhan pengguna secara mendetail serta merancang sistem yang lebih efisien dan dapat meminimalkan kesalahan. Tahapan yang dilalui dalam metode ini meliputi analisis kebutuhan pengguna, pengumpulan informasi melalui observasi dan wawancara, serta pembuatan desain sistem yang mencakup diagram konteks dan diagram aliran data (Data Flow Diagram). Desain sistem ini bertujuan untuk menyederhanakan pengelolaan dokumen dan mempermudah proses pencarian arsip. Namun, penelitian ini hanya sampai pada tahap perancangan sistem, tanpa implementasi penuh di lapangan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini belum mencakup uji coba atau evaluasi langsung terhadap efektivitas sistem pengarsipan digital yang dirancang.

Abstract

In the fruit processing industry, peel is one of the main by-products. Non-edible portions of fruit are likewise seen as waste and are frequently thrown out into the environment. Nowadays, one of the main sources used by the pharmaceutical sector to isolate and extract secondary metabolites is fruit peels. Many applications known for lime peel, especially for antibacterial. This study focuses on the isolation, chemical composition characterization, and antibacterial activity on skin pathogenic bacteria of lime peel essential oil (LPEO). LPEO were isolated using steam distillation and characterized by GC/MS. A total of 24 components were identified. The major constituents of the LPEO were d-limonene (40.24%), β-terpinene (15.68%), sabinene (13.15%), citral (3.41%), α-Terpineol (3.40%), and terpinene-4-ol (2.94%). The antibacterial activity was determined using the Kirby-Baurer method against several bacteria that can cause skin infections. The antibacterial activity of LPEO against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis dan Propionicbacterium acne is confirmed. LPEO showed varied levels of antibacteria activity against the gram positive and gram negative bacteria. Zone of inhibition (ZOI) in millimetres was used to measure the antibacterial activity, and amoxicillin was used as a control.

Abstract

The Department of Education and Culture of Situbondo Regency is a government agency responsible for providing administrative services to schools within its jurisdiction. However, based on field survey results, the current system still faces significant challenges due to its lack of integration. For instance, the process of collecting physical documents and tracking application status remains inefficient, leading to various obstacles such as service delays, risks of data loss, inconvenience for applicants, and limited transparency and accountability in data management. To address these issues, this study proposes the design of a web-based school administrative service information system. The system development process employs the Structured Systems Analysis and Design Method (SSADM), which emphasizes systematic and structured procedures to ensure functionality and efficiency. The results of this study highlight the importance of adopting information technology within government institutions, particularly the Department of Education and Culture of Situbondo Regency, as a means of supporting administrative activities. The proposed web-based system is expected to streamline administrative processes, improve service delivery, and enhance transparency in managing school-related data. Moreover, by integrating digital solutions into governance, the system can contribute to strengthening the quality of education management and supporting better decision-making processes. Ultimately, the design of this information system demonstrates the potential of technology to transform public sector services and foster accountability in education governance.

Abstract

The Population and Civil Registration Office of Situbondo Regency faces challenges in improving the efficiency of recording and reporting the performance of Non-ASN employees, which has so far been conducted through temporary notes and documents. This approach is prone to delays, input errors, and suboptimal data management. To address this issue, this study aims to design a web-based information system capable of recording, managing, and displaying Non-ASN employee performance reports in a structured and real-time manner. The system is developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database to support dynamic and integrated data management. The system development follows the V-Model approach, which emphasizes verification and validation at each development stage, including requirement analysis, system design, module design, implementation, unit and integration testing, and maintenance. The result of this study is an information system that facilitates performance data entry, accelerates report generation, and improves accuracy and transparency in evaluating Non-ASN employee performance. In addition, the system is designed with a responsive web interface that is easy for stakeholders to use.

Abstract

Dinas PU Pengairan Banyuwangi merupakan pusat pelayanan masyarakat khususnya dalam bidang pengairan, baik irigasi maupun air bersih. Dinas PU Pengairan Kabupaten Banyuwangi ingin sekali meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dengan berusaha memberikan kemudahan dalam pelayanan masyarakat Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Kabupaten Banyuwangi sendiri memiliki 30224 hektar wilayah irigasi yang terbagi menjadi 390 daerah irigasi, dengan jumlah wilayah kerja yang begitu luas Dinas PU Pengairan Kabupaten Banyuwangi membentuk Koordinator Sumber Daya Air (KORSDA) yang bertugas dalam pemeliharaan, pemanfaatan, dan pengelolaan jaringan irigasi dan sumber daya air di daerah masing-masing. Selain mengelola jaringan irigasi dan sumber daya air KORSDA juga bertugas memberi laporan kepada Kantor Dinas PU Pengairan Kabupaten Banyuwangi bagaimana kondisi jaringan irigasi dan sumber daya air di daerah masing-masing, dengan sistem yang terbilang masih konvensional, Dinas PU Pengairan Kabupaten Banyuwangi membutuhkan peran teknologi dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Pada penelitian ditemukan sebuah inovasi yang dapat di terapkan oleh Dinas PU Pengairan Kabupaten Banyuwangi yaitu dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) untuk memudahkan para KOSRDA dalam membuat laporan, karena laporan akan dibuat dan di kirim secara otomatis melalui internet.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of relationship marketing, customer value, and trust on customer loyalty at BPJS Kesehatan customers in Baturotok village, Sumbawa Region. Samples in the study earned with nonprobability sampling were announced to 100 respondents. The research uses the quantitative method. The data obtained were analyzed techniques through software SPSS 16. The results of the analysis in this study indicated that (1) the relationship marketing variable of use has significant customer loyalty. (2) variable customer value has no effect and is not significant has customer loyalty. (3) variable trust no effect and not significant have customer loyalty.

Abstract

The problems faced in threshing corn kernels from the cob are still done manually which requires a lot of energy and time. The purpose of making a corn thresher is to obtain lower energy and time requirements for threshing corn kernels. The method of making a corn thresher includes: protrusion design from an M6 L-key bolt measuring 10×25 mm with a strength of 370 MPa, installation of a 19 mm protrusion position in a spiral at an angle of 45o through a bolt thread on a threshing rotor with a diameter of 200 mm and a length of 600 mm with a total of 48 protrusions, making threshing device components with an angle of 15o, assembling components, testing the device at a rotor speed of 700 rpm from a motor speed of 1400 rpm which is reduced by a V belt and Pulley for hybrid corn variety Nusa-01 with a maximum water content of 14%, a corn fruit diameter of about 50 mm and a length of about 20 cm, evaluation of the device and threshing results. The result of making corn thresher is a cylindrical protrusion from an M6 L-key bolt measuring 10×25 mm with a strength of 370 MPa, the position of the 19 mm protrusion is spirally angled at 45o through the bolt thread on the thresher rotor with a diameter of 200 mm and a length of 600 mm, the number of protrusions is 48 pieces, the production cost is IDR 212,000, the duration of the production process is 240 minutes/unit which implies that corn can be threshed with corn kernel destruction of less than 7%.
