Abstract

This study aims to analyze the improvement of education quality through the implementation of education quality assurance system in State Junior High School 5 Meureubo West Aceh. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method approach. This study was conducted at State Junior High School 5 Meureubo West Aceh. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation using interview guide instruments, observation sheets and documentation. Data were analyzed through the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The study proves that the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System at State Junior High School 5 Meureubo West Aceh was carried out by the School Education Quality Assurance Team, which works based on instructions and directions from the South Sulawesi Education Quality Assurance Institute. The internal quality assurance cycle at State Junior High School 5 Meureubo West Aceh includes mapping of education quality, quality fulfillment plans, implementation of quality fulfillment, monitoring and evaluation, and setting new standards.

Abstract

Excessive use of household electricity is one of the causes of the largest amount of national electricity consumption coming from households. One way to reduce the amount of household electricity consumption is to automate the operation of electronic devices. This research proposes utilizing Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) algorithm to predict the habit of operating an electronic device. The prediction is then applied to automate the operation of that by exploiting the time series data from the usage. A series of experiments are conducted to capture the data of operating a manual lamp. Then, an LSTM model is built by training the data. The experiment results show the prediction accuracy of 99,28% and Root Mean Square Error of 0,091. Furthermore, the LSTM model is used to automatically operate a lamp in a month. The electricity cost from the automation is 36,38% lower than the manual.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasi produk dan content marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada platform e-commerce Tokopedia, dengan fokus pada produk lighting Panasonic. Dalam menghadapi persaingan ketat di pasar digital, inovasi produk menjadi salah satu strategi penting untuk menarik perhatian konsumen, sementara content marketing berperan dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterlibatan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi yang terdiri dari generasi Z dan milenial. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang dirancang untuk mengukur pengaruh dua variabel independen, yaitu inovasi produk dan content marketing, terhadap variabel dependen, yaitu keputusan pembelian. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan struktural antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, terutama melalui pengembangan fitur inovatif, desain modern, dan teknologi hemat energi. Sementara itu, content marketing juga menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, terutama melalui strategi penyampaian informasi yang kreatif dan relevan, seperti penggunaan media digital, ulasan produk, dan promosi interaktif. Kombinasi kedua strategi tersebut terbukti mampu meningkatkan daya tarik produk serta membangun kepercayaan konsumen terhadap merek. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi perusahaan, khususnya Panasonic, dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran digital yang lebih efektif untuk menjangkau konsumen muda. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya pengintegrasian inovasi produk dan content marketing untuk memperkuat daya saing di platform e-commerce. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga berkontribusi pada pengembangan literatur pemasaran digital dengan menegaskan pentingnya strategi pemasaran berbasis inovasi dan konten dalam memengaruhi perilaku konsumen di era digital.

Abstract

Inventory data management at PT Maksindo Pekanbaru is still performed manually using Microsoft Excel, leading to several issues such as input errors, data redundancy, limited real-time stock monitoring, and a high dependence on paper-based documentation. These conditions negatively impact operational efficiency and reporting accuracy. This study aims to develop and evaluate a web-based inventory management system equipped with a real-time dashboard using the Agile Software Development approach. Agile was selected for its ability to accommodate changing user requirements through iterative and collaborative development cycles. The system was developed through multiple sprints, encompassing planning, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation phases. The evaluation results indicate that the system improves the efficiency of data recording processes, reduces paper usage, and provides more informative data visualization through a real-time dashboard. These findings suggest that the implementation of the Agile method is effective in supporting the development of adaptive information systems that respond well to evolving user needs and operational environments. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Protection of Women and Childre in dealing with children in legal cases in the jurisdiction of the Indragiri Hilir Resort Police Station. The form of online counseling services is an alternative problem solving that makes it easier for people to consult regarding problems within the family. Online counseling services are also a place to respond to any complaints, protect and facilitate the handling of complaints submitted by victims and the public, where the privacy of victims and suspects will be protected according to their rights. The research uses waterfall analysis modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language). This system is made using the PHP programming language, MySQL database. The designed application works in accordance with the system design mechanism at the beginning of the research object. The final result of this research is an online consultation application, where on this website the public can fill out a consultation form directly and view information that is directly related to counselors, the Legal Aid Institute, psychologists and therapists from the Women's and Children's Protection Unit Indragiri Hilir Resort Police Station

Abstract

Sales require supervision or monitoring to determine the success achieved. UMKM Melur Laris specializes in selling chicken porridge which currently has more than 22 outlets where the management/owner must monitor or supervise sales developments in order to evaluate the level of sales at all outlets. The sales transaction input process currently carried out is by recording it in a sales report book, then the book is photographed and sent to the WhatsApp group. Every day the leadership recaps the results of sales, expenses, goods brought and leftover goods every day where there are many discrepancies with the results obtained, there is often repetition of data so that the accuracy of the calculations from the sales monitoring results is less accurate. So it is necessary to create an integrated system to help leaders control sales reports at all outlets in real time. As a result of this monitoring, leaders can evaluate sales at each outlet. This research will develop a sales monitoring system by integrating the information system of each outlet. The results of designing an Android-based sales monitoring information system application by integrating the sales system at outlets so that leaders can monitor the sales transaction process, transaction reports and stock reports at all outlets. The output of this research is OutletKu for monitoring application for the Melur Laris UMKM outlet, a HAKI (Intellectual Property Rights) certificate and a scientific journal published in the accredited national journal SINTA 4, a teaching material module that can be applied to web programming courses.

Abstract

UMKM Cakra Buana, which operates more than 11 outlets, still relies on manual record-keeping using report books that are photographed and sent via WhatsApp. This process often leads to data discrepancies and inaccurate calculations. Therefore, an integrated system is needed to enable real-time sales monitoring. This research develops an Android-based information system that integrates sales data from each outlet, allowing management to oversee transactions, sales reports, and inventory. The outcomes of this research include a monitoring application, a scientific journal article, and a teaching module for a web programming course.

Abstract

Pakan memegang peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas hasil budidaya unggas, namun biaya pakan pada sebuah usaha budidaya unggas hampir mencapai 80 persen biaya usaha. Maggot black soldier fly (BSF) menjadi salah satu alternatif terbaik pakan unggas. Pakan ini memiliki kandungan gizi yang sangat baik yaitu protein 43,23%, lemak 19,83%, serat kasar 5,87%, abu 4,77%, BETN 26,3% dan memiliki asam amino esensial lengkap yaitu Glisin 3,80%, Lisin 10,65%, Arginin 12,95%, Alanin 25,68% serta Prolin 16,94%. Maggot yang baik memiliki kadar air kurang dari 7,9%, akan tetapi produksi atau pengeringan yang selama ini dilakukan masih bersifat manual yaitu dengan metoda sanggrai. Dalam penelitian ini, rancang bangun oven pengering maggot dengan sumber energi dari listrik dilakukan untuk menggantikan proses manual sehingga akan mendapatkan kualitas maggot yang seragam. Diperoleh bahwa pada temperatur 90°C, penguapan kadar air maggot sudah berkurang cukup banyak dan waktu yang diperlukan pengujian di temperatur ini cukup cepat untuk mendapatkan RH yang stabil dan daya yang terbilang cukup sedikit dari pengujian yang sebelumnya.Kata kunci : kandungan gizi; kelistrikan; maggot; oven listrik; pakan.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an sebagai kalam Allah Swt. yang diturunkan dengan stilistika bahasa Arab yang tinggi menuntut pemahaman metodologis agar kandungan hukumnya dapat dipahami secara tepat. Salah satu pendekatan utama dalam memahami nash-nash syar‘i adalah ilmu Ushul Fiqh, khususnya kaidah-kaidah yang berkaitan dengan dal?lah lafaz. Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji konsep lafaz ‘amm dan khass dalam perspektif Ushul Fiqh serta implikasinya terhadap penetapan hukum Islam. Kajian ini menitikberatkan pada kandungan hukum lafaz ‘amm dan khass, kekuatan hukum lafaz ‘amm setelah mengalami takhsis, serta perbedaan pandangan ulama Ushul Fiqh terkait validitas takhsis lafaz ‘amm dengan hadis ahad. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka (library research) dengan pendekatan normatif-doktrinal melalui analisis terhadap literatur klasik dan kontemporer Ushul Fiqh. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa lafaz ‘amm pada prinsipnya mengandung makna keumuman yang bersifat hujjah, namun kekuatan hukumnya dapat mengalami perubahan setelah adanya takhsis. Perbedaan pandangan ulama terkait takhsis dengan hadis ???d menunjukkan dinamika metodologis dalam memahami hubungan antara dalil umum dan dalil khusus dalam penetapan hukum syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the authority and forms of legal protection for anesthesia technicians in performing anesthesia procedures without the presence of an anesthesiologist in hospitals. The research method used is normative legal research with statutory and conceptual approaches, using primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials analyzed qualitatively. The research results show that there is a gap between normative provisions in Minister of Health Regulation No. 18 of 2016 and empirical practice in the field. Although the regulation governs the delegation of authority (delegation and mandate) for anesthesia technicians under certain conditions, its implementation still faces limitations in supervision and unclear legal responsibility. Law No. 17 of 2023 on Health brings important changes by positioning anesthesia technicians as medical technical personnel and making competency standards the basis of authority, while providing legal protection for health workers who act to save patients' lives in emergency situations. However, legal protection for anesthesia technicians who perform elective procedures without an anesthesiologist remains weak as it may be considered exceeding authority. In conclusion, legal protection for anesthesia technicians in anesthesia procedures without an anesthesiologist is limited and contextual: strong in emergency situations, but weak in elective procedures. More explicit legal arrangements adaptive to health service conditions in regions are needed to provide proportional legal certainty and protection for anesthesia technicians and ensure patient safety.
