Abstract

Multiple land titles are a serious problem in Indonesia's land system as they cause great harm, especially to good faith buyers. Legal uncertainty and a weak land administration system mean that buyers are often caught up in disputes. This condition shows the need for clear and effective legal protection in land sale and purchase transactions. The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between laws and regulations, namely Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Agrarian Principles and Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration in terms of providing legal protection to buyers who suffer losses due to double certification. This research uses a normative legal method with a qualitative approach, by conducting a literature review and analysis of a number of court cases. The results show that legal protection for good faith land buyers has been normatively guaranteed through the Basic Agrarian Law and Government Regulation on Land Registration. However, in practice, buyers remain vulnerable to losses due to multiple certificates due to weak administrative verification, overlapping measurements and procedural irregularities by land agencies. Disputes often arise even when buyers have complied with all legal procedures. This research emphasizes the importance of improving the land administration system, strengthening the role of the National Land Agency, and consistency in court decisions to realize fair and effective legal protection for buyers.

Abstract

Medical malpractice has serious consequences for patients and creates a legal burden on hospitals as healthcare institutions. This article aims to analyze the form and limits of hospital legal responsibility in cases of medical malpractice based on a normative approach to laws and regulations in Indonesia, especially Law No. 17 of 2023 concerning Health and Government Regulation No. 28 of 2024 concerning Implementing Regulations of the Health Law. This research uses a normative qualitative method with a legislative and conceptual approach. The results of the study show that hospitals can be held held accountable civilly, criminally, and administratively, especially in the framework of vicarious liability, where the hospital is responsible for the actions of medical personnel under its authority. However, there are still weaknesses in the implementation of regulations and gaps between legal norms and field practice. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the supervision system, internal medical evaluation, and legal protection for patients and medical personnel

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dilaksanakan di Toko Jus Buah DD, Kelurahan Sidosermo, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan vitamin masyarakat setempat melalui pemasaran jus buah. Kegiatan ini melibatkan peran aktif mahasiswa untuk mendukung proses penjualan dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya konsumsi buah. Jus buah, sebagai produk olahan, kaya akan vitamin dan gizi, sehingga berfungsi sebagai alternatif sehat bagi masyarakat. Metode pemasaran langsung dipraktekkan dengan mahasiswa, dan proses pembuatan jus menggunakan teknik blender dan cold press, yang mempertahankan kualitas nutrisi buah. Selain itu, PKM ini juga memperkenalkan inovasi produk sehat yang menarik, bertujuan untuk memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesehatan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya berfokus pada penjualan, tetapi juga pada peningkatan interaksi sosial antar warga, sehingga menciptakan suasana komunitas yang lebih akrab. Dengan demikian, PKM di Toko Jus Buah DD berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kesehatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat Kelurahan Sidosermo. Kata Kunci: Jus Buah, Kesehatan, Dampak, Inovasi Produk, Interaksi Sosial, Pemasaran ABSTRACT Community Service (PkM) was carried out at DD Fruit Juice Shop, Sidosermo Village, to fulfill the vitamin needs of the local community through fruit juice marketing. This activity involves the active role of students to support the sales process and increase awareness of the importance of fruit consumption. Fruit juice, as a processed product, is rich in vitamins and nutrients, thus serving as a healthy alternative for the community. Direct marketing methods were practiced with the students, and the juicing process used blender and cold press techniques, which maintained the nutritional quality of the fruit. In addition, this PKM also introduces attractive healthy product innovations, aiming to have a positive impact on public health. This activity not only focuses on sales, but also on increasing social interaction between residents, thus creating a more intimate community atmosphere. Thus, PKM at Toko Jus Buah DD contributes significantly to the health and well-being of the people of Sidosermo Village. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the regulation of legal obligations, prohibitions, and sanctions against patients in the Indonesian health legal system through a normative juridical approach. The main sources of analysis consist of Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health, Government Regulation Number 28 of 2024, and Minister of Health Regulation Number 4 of 2018. The results of the study show that patients have a strategic position as legal subjects who are required to provide honest and complete health information. This is in line with the main goal of providing effective, safe, and professional health services. In a positive legal framework, dishonesty or falsification of information by patients in general has not been threatened with sanctions in general, except for the prevention of infectious disease outbreaks that have a wide impact on public health. In these special situations, the patient's dishonesty can be qualified as an act of obstructing government efforts and can be subject to administrative and criminal sanctions with fines of up to Rp500,000,000, as regulated in the Health Law. This study suggests the need to increase legal education in the community, strengthen regulatory supervision, and protect patients' rights so that the application of legal norms does not cause inefficiencies or inequality in legal protection. The implications of this regulation contribute to the creation of health services that are more transparent, responsible, and support the state's efforts to optimally protect public health.

Abstract

Medical records have a strategic role as legal evidence in the justice system in Indonesia. This document had governed by various regulations, as Law Number 29 Year 2004 on Medical Practice, emphasizes the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of medical records. However, the implementation of using medical records as evidence faces various challenges if medical personnel haven’t legal understanding and the lack of adequate management infrastructure. This study found that violations of medical record confidentiality can be subject to criminal sanctions based on Statute 322 of the KUHP dan administrative sanctions by MKDKI. In the digital era, medical rescord security is becoming an increasingly complex issue that requires adaptive regulations and strengthened security systems. Legal education for medical personnels and the development of technology to support medical record management are indispensable. This research contributes to identifying challenges and opportunities in the utilization of medical records as legal evidence and promoting the protection of patient rights.

Abstract

The creative industry, particularly the music sector, plays a significant role in Indonesia’s economy by generating employment and national revenue. However, challenges persist in protecting intellectual property rights (IPR) within this industry. This study analyzes the legal protection provided for copyright, trademarks, and patents in Indonesia's music industry, highlighting existing challenges such as piracy, unauthorized use of trademarks, and the neglect of music technology innovations. Despite regulations like Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright, Law No. 20 of 2016 on Trademarks and Geographical Indications, and Law No. 13 of 2016 on Patents, enforcement remains weak due to digital complexities, limited public awareness, and inadequate regulatory harmonization. This research employs a normative-empirical method to evaluate the effectiveness of these laws and identify gaps in their implementation. The findings emphasize the need for reform, including stricter enforcement mechanisms, public education, and enhanced collaboration among stakeholders to create a sustainable and equitable ecosystem for the music industry in the digital age.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan tanaman bunga telang beserta manfaat yang dimilikinya. Bunga telang, juga dikenal sebagai clitoria ternatea, adalah tanaman berbunga yang dikenal karena kelopaknya yang berwarna biru yang indah. Bunga telang bukan hanya tanaman yang cantik namun juga memiliki banyak manfaat lain yang membuatnya menarik dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah Metode Pembangunan Komunitas Berbasis Aset (ABCD) Pendekatan berbasis aset membantu komunitas melihat kenyataan kondisi internal dan potensi perubahan. Metode ini berfokus pada perubahan dan membantu komunitas mencapai tujuan. Hasil dari penulisan artikel ini yakni pemaparan tentang asal-usul bunga telang, sifatnya, dan manfaatnya bagi lingkungan dan kesehatan. Bunga telang dapat digunakan sebagai pewarna makanan dan minuman alami, bunga telang juga dianggap memiliki manfaat dalam pengobatan tradisional untuk mengobati berbagai penyakit karena mudah dibudidaya dan memiliki banyak manfaat, bunga telang menjadi pilihan yang menarik baik bagi pecinta tanaman hias maupun mereka yang mencari bahan alami yang kaya manfaat.

Abstract

The free health check outreach program which was held on August 19 2024 in the environment around campus aims to increase awareness and knowledge of the health of the surrounding community. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), this program involves students and residents in the environment around Sunan Giri University Surabaya. The results of the outreach show that it has succeeded in increasing health awareness and knowledge among the community. The success of this program is supported by the use of clear and interactive communication techniques, and also indicates the need for adjustments in information delivery methods for various audience groups. These findings suggest the need for the development of more inclusive health intervention models and studies of the long-term impacts of such programs to strengthen positive outcomes on public health.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikn edukasi kepada guru dan orang tua tentang wawasan dan keterampilan orang tua dalam menerapkan pola asuh yang responsive dan efektif, Program ini dilaksnakan di KB-TK ar Rohmah kedurus Karangpilang Surabaya. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui serangkaian program, seperti penyuluhan, pelatihan interaktif, dan diskusi kelompok, yang dirancang untuk membantu orang tua menanamkan nilai-nilai positif pada anak, seperti disiplin, tanggung jawab, empati, dan integritas. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini melalui tiga tahapan utama, yaitu observasi, penyusunan materi, dan pelatihan. Untuk menilai pemahaman peserta, dilakukan pre-test dan post-test sebelum dan setelah pelatihan. Edukasi parenting yang diberikan kepada guru dana oaring tua siswa di KB-Tk Ar Rohman terbukti meningkatkan meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang pembentukan karakter anak. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif, khususnya dalam peningkatan pengetahuan guru dan orang tua mengenai berbagai jenis pola asuh serta tipe kepribadian anak. Dengan edukasi terkait temperamen dan pola asuh, pemahaman mereka tentang kedua aspek ini juga mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat berfokus pada pembagian sembako bagi warga kurang mampu di wilayah Tambak Rejo, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, merupakan salah satu bentuk nyata kepedulian sosial mahasiswa Universitas Sunan Giri Surabaya (Unsuri) dalam mengatasi permasalahan ketimpangan sosial-ekonomi. Melalui pendekatan Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR), mahasiswa tidak hanya mendistribusikan kebutuhan pokok, tetapi juga melakukan identifikasi permasalahan secara mendalam melalui observasi partisipatif dan wawancara dengan warga setempat. Hasil program menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas penerima bantuan sembako hidup dalam kondisi ekonomi yang rentan, dengan akses terbatas terhadap kebutuhan pangan dan fasilitas dasar. Refleksi pelaksanaan kegiatan menegaskan pentingnya pemetaan kebutuhan berbasis data lapangan dan validasi langsung guna memastikan efektivitas serta ketepatan sasaran distribusi. Selain memberikan manfaat material, keterlibatan aktif mahasiswa dalam program ini mampu meningkatkan kompetensi sosial, empati, serta integritas mereka sebagai calon pemimpin perubahan di tengah masyarakat. Sintesis pengalaman ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan pengembangan program pengabdian masyarakat berbasis kolaborasi yang lebih luas dan berdampak berkelanjutan. Rekomendasi diarahkan pada perlunya sinergi lintas sektor dan penguatan sistem evaluasi agar tiap program sosial dapat memberikan kontribusi optimal bagi pembangunan Masyarakat.
