Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini: 1) mengetahui ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Peran Kepala Sekolah dengan profesionalitas guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Jepara, 2) mengetahui ada hubungan yang signifikan antara iklim sekolah dengan profesionalitas guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Jepara, 3) mengetahui ada hubungan yang signifikan secara bersama – sama antara peran kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah dengan profesionalitas guru pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Jepara.Popu;lasi penelitian adalah 220 guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri yang tersebar di Kecamatan Jepara Kabupaten Jepara . Sampel sebanyak 146 guru ditetapkan dengan rumus Slovin dan dipilih dengan teknik proporsional random sampling. Uji validitas, reliabilitas data, dan uji regersi menguunakan SPSS.Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara peran kepala sekolah dengan profesionalisme guru dengan konstribusi sebesar 51%, 2) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara iklim sekolah dengan profesionalisme guru dengan konstribusi  sebesar  56,9%, 3) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama antara peran kepala sekolah dengan profesionalisme guru sebesar 63,2%.Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dan analisis data, disimpulkan bahwa peran kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah secara parsial maupun bersama-sama terdapat hubungan secara positif dan signifikan dengan profesionalitas guru.

Abstract

The study entitled Use of Dual Tone Multiple Frequency (DTMF) and Cell Phones on System Model Door Electronics at the Department of Information Technology Samarinda State Polytechnic aims to build Model Systems Doors Electronic using Dual Tone Multiple Frequency (DTMF) and Cell Phones to be applied in the Department of Information Technology Samarinda State Polytechnic. Abstract

Raspberry Pi is a credit card-sized computer that is very widely used. Linux-based operating system, this device can serve the script and applications. By utilizing script on the Raspberry Pi and use to serial communication can be interfaced with microcontroller AT89S52. It’s communication purpose to save the data that may produce by microcontroller such as timestamps and speed and stored to then SD Card as a storage. Abstract

ABSTRACT Clinical study on the effect of hypertension herbs steeping formula on the renal functions has been done. Hypertension herb formula consists of Apium graveolens L.; Orthosiphon spicatus (Thunb.); Centella asiatica (L.); Curcuma xantoriza; Phyllantus niruri, and Curcuma domestica. Clinical trials were conducted by open-label clinical trial and pre-post test design. Thirty human subjects who have met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were involved in this study. The study protocol was approved by the research ethics of Ethics Committee for Health Research, National Institute of Health Research and Development, Ministry of Health. Before the treatment, the subjects who had signed informed consent performed anamnesis, medical history, clinical symptoms, physical examination and laboratory tests of renal function (BUN and creatinine levels). The subjects treat with the hypertension herbs steeping formula three times a day for eight weeks, then controlled it once a week. Anamnesis on the clinical symptoms, the possibility of side effects and physical examination diagnostic on the subject performed every week. Measurement on the renal function performed every four week. Base on the anamnesis and physical examination, the clinical study concluded that there were no significant adverse effects on the subject. Paired t-test results showed that there was no significant difference on subject’s BUN and creatinine levels before and after the treatment hypertension herbs steeping formula on the 28th and 56th day (p <0.05). Clinically, the treatment of hypertension herb steeping formula for 56 days did not affect the subject’s renal function. Key words: Hypertension herbs steeping formula, renal function

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kecenderungan back to nature masyarakat Indonesia maupun manca negara, merupakan suatu peluang yang cukup besar bagi obat bahan alam untuk dikembangkan. Untuk mengetahui keamanan formula jamu penurun gula darah  perlu dilakukan uji pengaruh penggunaanya terhadap fungsi hati (SGOT dan SGPT). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh formula jamu penurun gula darah terhadap fungsi hati (SGOT dan SGPT) sebagai dasar pemanfaatan dalam masyarakat dan pelayanan kesehatan formal. Studi klinik dilakukan dengan desain penelitian pre-post test desaign pada 40 subjek penelitian laki laki dan perempuan usia 20 sampai dengan 60 tahun. Subjek penelitian minum ramuan jamu penurun gula darah selama delapan minggu dengan periksa ulang seminggu sekali dan dilakukan observasi kinik serta pemeriksaan SGOT dan SGPT pada awal penelitian, hari ke-28 dan hari ke-56. Hasil pemeriksaan SGOT dan SGPT dianalisis dengan uji t  berpasangan. Hasil uji t berpasangan didapatkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna kadar SGOT (t = -2,05, p = 0,048 (p<0,05)) dan  terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna kadar SGPT  (t = -2,02, p = 0,051 (p>0,05)) sebelum dan sesudah pemberian ramuan jamu hiperglikemia hari ke-28, dan terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna kadar SGOT (t = -1,66, p = 0,038 (p<0,05)) dan SGPT ( t = -1,63, p = 0,023 (<0,05)) sebelum dan sesudah pemberian ramuan jamu hiperglikemia hari ke-56. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian ramuan jamu hiperglikemia sampai hari ke-56 mengganggu fungsi hati subjek penelitian. Abstract

ABSTRACT Salam leaf (Syzygium polyanthum), sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata), kayu manis (Cinnamomum burmani), and temulawak (Curcuma xanthoriza) is one of the jamu formulas are potentially developing as antihyperglycemic jamu in diabetes mellitus therapy. One of the important indicators of jamu formula safety is its toxicity on the liver function. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety of jamu formulas for hyperglycemic against liver function. This study is a clinical trial with a quasi-experimental design pre and post test design. The research conducted in jamu scientification clinic Hortus Medicus Tawangmangu on 45 healthy volunteers. The jamu formula is decoction of salam leaf (5 g), sambiloto (5 g), kayu manis (7 g), and temulawak (10 g). Jamu drinks three times a day. Forty-five healthy volunteers divided into three groups (each group consists of 15 healthy volunteers). Healthy volunteers (in group 1, II, and III) consuming jamu for 5, 10, and 15 days. Levels of SGOT and SGPT research subject reviewed before and after treatment. The difference in levels of SGOT and SGPT before and after treatment analyzed statistically with the paired t-test. The results showed there is no significance difference obtained at levels of SGOT and SGOT of healthy volunteers before and after jamu treatment on day 5, 10 and 15 (p > 0.05). This research concluded the antihyperglycemic jamu formula consisting of salam leaves (5 g), sambiloto (5 g), kayu manis (7 g), and temulawak (10 g) does not cause any signs of toxicity in the liver function. Key words: Clinical trial, hyperglycemia jamu formula, liver function
