Abstract

UMKM memegang peranan penting dalam ekonomi nasional, menyumbang 60,5% terhadap PDB. Pada Mei 2022, transaksi makanan lokal dari UMKM melalui platform online mencapai Rp 8,137 miliar, mencerminkan pertumbuhan positif pada sektor kuliner UMKM di Kota Malang. Salah satunya, Keripik Yuda, usaha oleh-oleh di Kecamatan Blimbing, memproduksi keripik pisang, singkong, pastel, dan stik gurih. Kendala produksi terjadi pada penirisan minyak pasca penggorengan, memperlambat pengemasan dan pemasaran karena keterbatasan ruang. High-Capacity Spinner Machine (HCSM) dengan prinsip sentrifugal dan motor listrik ¼ HP digunakan untuk menangani masalah ini. Metode pelaksanaannya mencakup observasi, wawancara, diskusi dengan mitra, pembuatan HCSM, penyuluhan, dan pendampingan produksi. Hasilnya, kapasitas penirisan meningkat 10 kali lipat dari 0.1 kg/menit menjadi 1 kg/menit dengan HCSM, dan waktu pengeringan menjadi 10 kali lebih cepat, dari 10 menjadi 1 menit/kg

Abstract

This project purposes to design and develop an innovative fruit cutting tool that can be adjusted by its thickness, which called Adjustable Fruit Slicer. This tool is designed to increase efficiency and effectiveness in cutting fruits. The design process was completed through several stages, including market research, concept development, as well as material analysis and manufacturing. This product is designed to be ergonomic, easy to use, and environmentally friendly with the main material being durable stainless steel. With the advantages of a modern and functional design, Adjustable Fruit Slicer is expected to meet the needs of culinary businesses, especially in fruit processing more efficiently and effectively.

Abstract

Pada data historis permintaan menunjukkan adanya stockout pada material utama dalam pelayanan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan permintaan material per hari pada bulan Januari–Desember 2023 dengan Simulasi Monte Carlo, menentukan kuantitas pemesanan yang ekonomis, reorder point dan safety stock menggunakan metode EOQ probabilistik dan membandingkan total biaya persediaan material hasil penelitian dengan kondisi saat ini. Analisis dilakukan dengan dua metode yang mengkombinasikan metode Simulasi Monte Carlo untuk memprediksi jumlah permintaan pelanggan listrik 3 fasa harian di masa yang akan datang dan EOQ Probabilistik untuk menentukan kuantitas pemesanan yang ekonomis, titik pemesanan kembali dan persediaan pengaman. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan metode Simulasi Monte Carlo pada material kWh METER 5-80 A, MCB 16 A, MCB 25 A, CABLE POWER NFA2X-T 3X70+1X70 berturut-turut diperoleh 1076 unit, 321 unit, 340 unit, 99.020 meter. Pada analisis EOQ Probabilistik diketahui kuantitas pemesanan yang ekonomis pada kWh METER 5-80 A, MCB 16 A, MCB 25 A, CABLE POWER NFA2X-T 3X70+1X70 berturut-turut sejumlah 72 unit, 47 unit, 48 unit 4000 meter. Selanjutnya, pada persediaan pengaman material kWh METER 5-80 A, MCB 16 A, MCB 25 A, CABLE POWER NFA2X-T 3X70+1X70 berturut-turut sejumlah 12 unit, 5 unit, 7 unit dan 1518 meter. Serta titik pemesanan kembali material kWh METER 5-80 A, MCB 16 A, MCB 25 A, CABLE POWER NFA2X-T 3X70+1X70 berturut-turut sejumlah 73 unit, 54 unit, 53 unit. Pada material kWh METER 5-80 A, MCB 16A, MCB 25A,CABLE POWER NFA2X-T 3X70+1X70 penurunan biaya persediaan berturut-turut sebesar Rp9.400.394, Rp117.629, Rp87.462, Rp2.575.183.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the consumer preferences on Papa Sule (Puding Panna Cotta Susu Kedelai) as a new product in order to optimize the product competitiveness with Importance-Performance Analysis. This research is qualitative-descriptive research that use enclosed questionnaire for data collected method. The results of the Importance-Performance Analysis shows that the main priority for improved performance is texture pudding in the mouth (number 2) and the completeness of the information on the label of packaging (number 10). The indicators that should be maintained because consumer consider it was important on the Papa Sule are product’s taste (number 1), the product is easily swallowed up (number 3), the level of robustness of the product (number 4), the overall scent which is not unpleasant (number 6), and the suitability of the packaging with the product size (number 8). Indicator of vanilla aroma on product (number 5) and packaging not dewy (number 9) can be improved performance but wasn’t the main priority. The last indicator which is the color of the product (number 7) can be ignored by its performance because consumer thought it less important for decisions in buying Papa Sule.

Abstract

Kabupaten Tuban memiliki tingkat risiko bencana yang tinggi, terutama bencana hidrometeorologi yang dipengaruhi oleh Sungai Bengawan Solo. Jenis bencana yang sering terjadi di antaranya banjir, kekeringan, cuaca ekstrem, dan tanah longsor. Untuk mengurangi dampak bencana, Pemerintah Kabupaten Tuban telah mendorong berbagai upaya mitigasi, termasuk sosialisasi kesiapsiagaan di lingkungan sekolah melalui Program Sekolah Siaga Bencana. Kegiatan sosialisasi di SMKN Palang Tuban bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kesiapsiagaan siswa, guru, serta staf sekolah dalam menghadapi bencana. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi ceramah, diskusi interaktif, serta pemutaran video simulasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta belum memiliki pemahaman yang memadai tentang mitigasi bencana sebelumnya, sehingga sosialisasi ini menjadi langkah penting dalam mengisi kesenjangan pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Program ini menjadikan seluruh elemen sekolah dapat lebih siap menghadapi situasi darurat, memahami langkah-langkah evakuasi, serta memiliki keterampilan tanggap bencana yang baik. Keberlanjutan sosialisasi dan pelatihan serupa sangat diperlukan untuk menjadikan lingkungan sekolah lebih aman dan tangguh terhadap ancaman bencana.

Abstract

Vehicles in construction industry are typically powered by diesel engines and are considered to be an off-road source of air pollution. Air pollutant emissions include nitrogen oxides (NOx), particulate matter (PM), hydrocarbons (HC), and carbon monoxide (CO). Any engine that combusts a nonrenewable carbonaceous fuel will have net emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2). Economic-Energy-Environmental (E3) model, a statistical-modeled tool, is developed by combining a multiple linear regression (MLR) approach for modeling equipment productivity with the emissions calculation algorithm from Environment Protection Agency (EPA)’s NONROAD model. This paper compares emissions data between the field data to E3 model outputs, and  determines the similarity of the two sources of fuel use data. It is expected the two data are not narrowly similar since the field data are for individual vehicles, while E3 results are based on NONROAD model, which was intended to estimate average fuel use for a fleet of Heavy-Duty Diesel (HDD) equipment.

Abstract

Large red chili is a strategic food commodity with high demand, yet its price often fluctuates due to factors such as weather, harvest seasons, and market dynamics. In Malang Regency, these fluctuations impact inflation and economic stability, necessitating an accurate forecasting model to support decision-making. This study aims to develop a price forecasting model using Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) methods and compare their performance using daily time series data on large red chili prices from January 2022 to August 2024, obtained from the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia in Malang. The data underwent preprocessing, where LSTM data was transformed using MinMaxScaler, while ARIMA data was differenced to meet stationarity assumptions, then split into 80% training and 20% testing data, with optimal parameters obtained through Grid Search for both models. The results show that the LSTM model with three layers (150, 150, 150 units) and a dropout of 0.2 achieved an RMSE of 2.326 and MAPE of 3.65%, whereas the best ARIMA configuration (4,1,3) achieved an RMSE of 2.455 and MAPE of 3.80%. Although both models performed competitively and yielded promising results, LSTM demonstrated superior accuracy in forecasting large red chili prices in dynamic market conditions.

Abstract

“Lubnaa Fud en Drings” merupakan usaha dengan skala industri rumah tangga yang menjual dan memasarkan produknya melalui social media seperti Instagram dan menerima pesanan melalui Whatsapp. Produk dari “Lubnaa Fud en Drings” meliputi vietnam spring roll, salad buah, sandwich, frozen food (chicken roll dan rolade), dan cistik yang dibuat secara homemade dengan kualitas terjamin karena semua bahan baku dibeli dan diolah secara mandiri oleh pemilik usaha. Selama ini, sistem marketing yang dilakukan “Lubnaa Fud en Drings” hanya mengandalkan Instagram dan Whatsapp yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Selain itu, social media yang digunakan belum pernah dianalisis dan digunakan untuk mengenali lebih jauh karakteristik pelanggan dan pelanggan potensial dari “Lubnaa Fud en Drings”. Pemanfaatan social media dapat berupa endorsement yang berguna untuk memperluas jaringan pemasaran produk. Social media analytic digunakan untuk menganalisis traffic komunikasi dari social media “Lubnaa Fud en Drings” yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mendapatkan insight information terkait karakteristik pengunjung social media “Lubnaa Fud en Drings”.

Abstract

Social media Twitter (now X) is quite popular because it offers the ability to communicate between users and accelerate the flow of information obtained. In its development, the acquisition of the company by Elon Musk led to various changes. Some of the new policies had a direct impact on users and caused mixed reactions. This research applies a comparison between the two types of labeling techniques using TextBlob and VADER, a comparison of algorithms using Random Forest and Balanced Random Forest, as well as the use of algorithm parameters by default and Grid Search, to find information on user perceptions of the impact of the acquisition and new policy X by conducting sentiment analysis. The data used is the result of crawling X's post in the period from the emergence of the acquisition issue until the rebranding of the Twitter name and logo to X, namely April 25, 2022 to July 23, 2023. The results show that visually, these three factors have an accuracy level that shows the use of superior factors, namely TextBlob, Balanced Random Forest, and default parameters, whose combination obtained the highest accuracy value of 87%. The results of sentiment classification using two labeling techniques show that positive sentiment is greater than negative sentiment. However, in negative sentiment there are several problems based on the highest frequency of words that appear. So in this study, several recommendations are given that can be done to meet the expectations of user satisfaction with the X platform.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan tambahan bagi investor yang berinvestasi di pasar modal dengan membandingkan Algoritma TCN dan LSTM dalam memprediksi data deret waktu. Data yang digunakan mencankup periode 1 Januari 2023 hingga 31 Desember 2023 dan diambil dari Yahoo Finance, dengan variabel-variable seperti harga pembukaan, penutupan, dan volume. Proses penelitian melibatkan pembersihan data, pembagian data latih dan uji, serta pemodelan dengan pencarian parameter optimal menggunakan Hyperband. Hasil menunjukan bahwa TCN lebih efisien dengan RSME sebesar 167.06 dan MAPE 2,58%, sementara LSTM memperoleh RMSE 467.52 dan MAPE 7,05% dengan waktu peltihan TCN yang lebih singkat (40.8 detik) dibandingkan LSTM (252.5 detik).
