Abstract

The Tuha Peut institution is located as an element of gampong government administration and has the authority to form gampong qanuns together with the Geuchik, so its main duties and functions are very important, besides having other authorities in accordance with Aceh's specialties, but its current existence is especially in Gampong Teungoh Pirak, Matangkuli District, North Aceh It is not yet optimal and seems too focused on administrative aspects only, many problems at the gampong level have not been regulated by qanuns, several gampong qanuns should immediately be prioritized as gampong legislative products to answer various urgent problems. In this regard, advocacy or mentoring activities are needed to create a Tuha Peut institution that is effective in carrying out its main tasks and functions so that they are carried out well in accordance with its capacity as a community representative for the benefit of the gampong community. For flexibility in activities, advocacy is carried out using a dialogic and consultation model. so that it will create an atmosphere full of familiarity to produce positive and constructive thinking without being patronizing..

Abstract

Community empowerment is a strategy used in community development as an effort to achieve competence and independence in social, national and state life. (Permendagri No. 7 of 2007). The government's empowerment strategy for small businesses has not been optimal. The problem is that small businesses do not have the ability to finance their businesses because they are vulnerable to capital, small businesses tend to have low ability to use technology. This research aims to find out how to empower small businesses in Medan City. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data display, data reduction and verification and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research on strategies for empowering small businesses in the city of Medan, it can be seen from the development dimension (enabling), the lack of training and development programs means that small business actors are not developing their businesses. Strengthening the potential (empowering) of capital and equipment assistance is still lacking and there is no equality in the distribution of this assistance. Furthermore, the dimension of creating independence for some small business actors still needs guidance to run their businesses independently. It is hoped that the empowerment of Small Businesses in the City of Medan can be increased to create independent Small Businesses which can have an impact on expanding employment opportunities and improving the economy of local communities

Abstract

Empowerment of pond farmers is an important effort that must be done in terms of improving the economy of rural communities. Partnership is a mutually beneficial business partnership between pond farmers and partner companies accompanied by guidance and development by partner companies. However, the problem is that the management of shrimp ponds, especially panamy shrimp, is not always successful. Many pond farmers experience crop failure. In recent times more crops have failed than succeeded. For this, a local government response is needed to encourage pond farmers to build partners with various business entities in order to realize the resilience of their businesses. This study aims to analyze the application of the Partner Model in Empowering Paname Shrimp Farmers in Muar Batu District. It is hoped that this research can produce solutions in increasing the resilience of Vaname Shrimp Farms (Aspects of Capital, Human Resources, Infrastructure, Production and Marketing Aspects Study). The target of this research will be to contribute in reducing the risk of crop failure and be able to increase the success of the management of the panam shrimp pond business for the pond farming community in Muara Batu District. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis research type. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model through the stages of data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing and verification. The results show that the business partner model built by pond farmers in Muara Batu District tends to use the Mutualism Partnership model (mutualistic partnership) with partners expected to strengthen each other, and profitably can reduce problems. Several companies that have partnered with pond owners in Muara Batu sub-district include PT. CPP pattern of operational cooperation partnership (KSO), PT. CV Cherry, PT. Surya Windu Pertiwi, PT. Indonesia Evergeen Agriculture, PT. Intraco Agroindustry. The activities of business partners are in the aspect of increasing production in the field of feed, fry. Aspect of HR conducts training and provision of expert technicians. No partners have been built in the procurement of infrastructure and capital aspects

Abstract

Pelatihan penyusunan, pengawasan berjenjang dan advokasi qanun gampong dapat menciptakan pemerintahan yang baik perlu adanya penguatan kelembagaan, berkompeten dalam penyatuan visi dan misi bersama, memiliki satu kepahaman dalam pengawsan berjenjang, mulai dari tingkat gampong di awasi oleh tuha peut, tingkat kecamatan diawasi oleh camat dalam penguatan dibutuhkan komitmen bersama dan pemikiran setara dan diperlukan tingkat pemahaman bersama dalam penyusunan, pengawasan berjenjang dan advokasi qanun gampong di Kecamatan Nisam.

Abstract

Performance evaluation is an activity carried out by management to assess the performance of employees in an institution or organization by comparing predetermined job descriptions. Ikhtilath is an act of making love between a man and a woman who is not a mahram in the open. Which has been regulated in Aceh Qanun Number 6 of 2014. However, realizing Islamic Shari'at in Lhokseumawe City still has problems, especially in the application of Islamic Shari'at regarding Iktilath violations. It is proven by the occurrence of Ikhtilath's actions in open places and the lack of supervision and socialization of Wilayatul Hisbah has not been maximized, so that many people do not care about the rules in Islamic Shari'at, this shows that violations of Ikhtilat still occur in Lhokseumawe City. The results of the study show that the performance of Wilayatul Hisbah in the application of Islamic Sharia has not been running optimally. This is evidenced by the increase in Qanun violations every year and people who do not fully know the rules of Islamic Shari'at as a whole due to the lack of socialization and supervision carried out by Wilayatul Hisbah as a party who to be responsible. It is hoped that the Islamic Sharia Institution will be able to monitor and socialize the Islamic Shari'at maximally, especially in the implementation of Ikhtilath violations. As well as the existence of cooperation between the government and the community so that the implementation of Islamic Shari'ah can run in a kaffah manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang Evaluasi Program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Mandiri (BSPS) terhadap rumah tidak layak huni di Kota Lhokseumawe. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi Program BSPS dan mengetahui kendala-kendala dalam pelaksanaan Program BSPS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum pelaksanaan Program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Mandiri (BSPS) terhadap rumah tidak layak huni di Kota Lhokseumawe telah dilaksanakan sejak tahun 2018, Fenomena yang ditemukan dalam pelaksanaan BSPS di Kota Lhokseumawe adalah kualitas bahan bangunan yang buruk, alokasi anggaran yang terbatas, ketahanan bangunan tidak bertahan lama, penerima bantuan harus menambah biaya pembangun dengan menggunakan uang pribadi, Kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap BSPS Program, serta petugas pelaksana kegiatan BSPS kesulitan dalam memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat. Pada tahap evaluasi, pemantauan dilakukan dengan melaporkan kegiatan BSPS dengan 3 jenis tahapan yaitu pelaporan melalui aplikasi E-Monitoring, Laporan Kemajuan Fisik Mingguan, dan Laporan melalui input data aplikasi SIRu. Evaluasi Program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Mandiri (BSPS) terhadap rumah tidak layak huni di Kota Lhokseumawe dapat dilihat berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Republik Indonesia Nomor 07/PRT/M/2018 dan Nomor 13/PRT/M/2016 tentang Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Mandiri (BSPS) yang meliputi bentuk BSPS, jenis kegiatan, persyaratan penerima BSPS, dan pelaksanaan BSPS. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan teori William N Dunn bahwa terdapat 4 dimensi dalam melakukan evaluasi, yaitu fokus nilai, saling ketergantungan nilai palsu, orientasi masa kini dan masa lalu, dan dualitas nilai).

Abstract

Comfort and safety in the driver's seat of a military vehicle are crucial aspects Cases of violence against children have increased and ebbed and flowed in Lhokseumawe City. From 2019-2020, the increase in cases of violence against children was above 20 cases per year. This study aims to analyze and describe how the implementation of the program for handling cases of violence against children and analyze what are the obstacles that occur in handling cases of violence against children in Lhokseumawe City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that the program for handling cases of violence against children has not been running well. The communication aspect of the program has not been optimally implemented, while the disposition of the attitude of the implementors has not been persuasive action, The service of handling cases of violence is still unsatisfactory because there are still public complaints about the handling of cases, which is due to the high number of cases of violence against children in 2022 reaching 27 cases. With this problem, the City Government of Lhokseumawe must continue to improve its performance optimally and thoroughly both in forming policies and implementing programs optimally and thoroughly to all relevant institutions and elements of society, so that acts of violence against children do not occur again. In addition, the obstacles to the implementation of the program are the lack of a budget, the law that has not been firm, the public perception of handling cases is still negative, and it does not support the program

Abstract

Oral and dental health is an essential part of overall health that significantly affects children's quality of life. However, the low level of awareness and understanding among school-aged children about the importance of maintaining dental hygiene remains a challenge. This community service activity aimed to provide education and outreach on the importance of dental health through a public service approach at SD Negeri 2 Muara Dua, Lhokseumawe City. The methods used included interactive counseling sessions, demonstrations of proper toothbrushing techniques, and the distribution of educational media to students. Teachers were also involved as strategic partners to strengthen the sustainability of health education within the school environment. The results of the activity showed an increase in students’ knowledge and enthusiasm for practicing good dental hygiene, along with active participation from the school community. This initiative reflects the implementation of public administration values in promotive and preventive health services, particularly through collaboration between elementary educational institutions and community service lecturers from Universitas Malikussaleh. Dental health education at the elementary school level proves to be an effective strategy in fostering healthy habits from an early age.

Abstract

This paper explains that in the case of the Corona(Covid-19) pandemic in Indonesia, many Muslim scholars and clerics differed in their response to the Corona outbreak, in which they give a different perspective that confuses people who do not really understand the Islamic teachings associated with this Corona outbreak. However, in the context of the responses of Muslimscholars toward Corona pandemic, it is recognized that the effort to overcome the Corona pandemic (Covid-19) through Medicine and Pharmacy is a human endeavor to strive for human safety in the world. This effort continues even though it is not easy. But many Muslim scholars and religious circles react emotionally and the leaders of these religious organizations will cause many followers or worshipers or members who then no longer believe or are pessimistic and lose confidence in certain sects. The government also cannot take advantage of this opportunity to make the direction of change more rational, more humane and civilized. Though this opportunity for change is available quite often in the span of productive power. In this context, many social scientists, especially anthropologists, have researched extraordinary drastic changes due to epidemics, pandemics or natural disasters, both due to human error and due to extreme pandemics and extreme natural changes. Indonesia as a developing country now is undergoing many unplanned drastic changes, and because of this, many social changes occur irregularly and without direction at all.
