Abstract

The process of placing members in the XYZ organization is not optimal due to errors in placement or mismatches between fields and the positions assigned to its members. This is evidenced by members lacking maximum competence in their designated divisions, leading to slow organizational performance. Therefore, optimal human resource management in an organization requires selecting members with the right profiles to enhance operational performance. This study aims to determine a ranking and identify the best candidates for new member selection by applying the profile-matching method in the recruitment process of the XYZ organization. This approach considers criteria such as CVs, short essays, and interviews, using prospective member data comprising 19 (nineteen) individuals as the population and 5 (five) as the sample. Profile matching is a systematic approach for comparing the suitability of prospective member profiles against predefined criteria, enabling a more detailed and objective evaluation. This method helps identify competence gaps between candidates and expected criteria and minimizes the risk of placement errors within the organization. The calculation process is carried out using Microsoft Excel and a simple program developed with Python, utilizing Google Colab as the code editor. The study results indicate that the profile-matching method effectively identifies prospective members who best align with the organization's qualifications. Among the five candidates evaluated, Candidate 1 achieved the highest final score of 4.0556, indicating the most optimal suitability with the established criteria.

Abstract

Penyandang disabilitas kerap kali mendapatkan diskriminasi secara sosial, budaya hingga ekonomi yang mengakibatkan mereka kurang dalam berpartisipasi di masyarakat. Isu penyandang disabilitas hingga saat ini masih dipandang sebelah mata, dan dinaggap sebagai masalah sosial dan medis, bukan isu hak asasi manusia. Seperti halnya akses keadilan terhadap penyandang disabilitas salah satunya dalam dunia kerja. Indonesia telah meratifikasi konvensi hak-hak penyandang disabilitas atau Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Konvensi tersebut berisi tentang undang-undang yang memastikan seluruh penyandang disabilitas dapat menikmati hak dasar manusia dan kebebasan yang fundamental. Oleh sebab itu, perlu adanya pemberdayaan untuk membantu memenuhi kebutuhan hidup dengan cara mengasah skill kewirausahaan. Melalui skill kewirausahaan dapat membantu mengangkat potensi yang dimiliki oleh penyandang disabilitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Sumber data primer didapatkan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Sumber data sekunder didapat dari dokumentasi dan kajian pustaka. Dengan hal ini, adanya pemberdayaan membantu penyandang disabilitas untuk memaksimalkan pengetahun dan keterampilan yang dimiliki. Adanya pemberdayaan dengan cara pelatihan skill kewirausahaan membantu penyandang disabilitas untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup dan berpartisipasi penuh dalam bermasyarakat.

Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi informasi di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 menuntut seluruh lembaga, termasuk pondok pesantren, untuk melakukan penyesuaian agar tetap relevan dan efisien. Pondok Pesantren Al Qomar sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam memiliki tantangan dalam pengelolaan administrasi, pembelajaran, dan komunikasi yang selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang perencanaan digitalisasi sistem informasi dan manajemen pesantren yang lebih modern, efisien, dan terintegrasi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi kondisi eksisting, hambatan, serta potensi digitalisasi di Pondok Pesantren Al Qomar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi memiliki urgensi tinggi untuk mendukung administrasi yang tertata, pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif, dan sistem komunikasi yang efektif. Rekomendasi mencakup pengembangan sistem informasi terpadu, pelatihan sumber daya manusia (SDM), serta pembangunan infrastruktur digital yang mendukung keberlanjutan sistem tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran kitab Ta’lim Muta’allim di madin Nurul Jannah Kota Probolinggo melalui penerapan metode Role Playing. Metode ini melibatkan santri dalam simulasi situasi nyata untuk memahami, menghafal, dan menginternalisasi nilai-nilai akhlak dengan lebih baik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan sampel 10 santri kelas 5 dan 6. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes prestasi sebelum dan setelah penerapan metode Role Playing, dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam nilai belajar santri dari pra-siklus ke siklus 1, dengan persentase pencapaian standar minimal meningkat dari 30% menjadi 90%. Metode Role Playing terbukti efektif dalam membangun pemahaman, keaktifan, dan penerapan nilai akhlak oleh santri, serta dapat direkomendasikan untuk pengembangan pembelajaran interaktif berbasis nilai-nilai Islam

Abstract

The typical environmental conditions of the coast of Kalibuntu Village which are not kept clean, as well as frequent tidal floods in this area make the level of environmental health in Kalibuntu Village problematic. The flood caused the water in the rivers and wells of the residents to become cloudy, accompanied by the spread of garbage everywhere. In terms of elderly health, residents rely on the presence of the polindes as the fastest and easiest access to health services that are closest and financially affordable. From our collaboration with the Polindes and the Posyandu service for the elderly, the elderly in this village are quite vulnerable to respiratory diseases, stroke, cholesterol, gout, and high blood pressure. This disease is triggered by unhealthy environmental conditions and lack of ability to meet daily nutritional and nutritional needs. To help the elderly's health efforts, it is inseparable from the role of the family. From a societal perspective, the family is the basic system by which health and care behaviors are regulated, practiced, and carried out. With this condition the community service team decided to carry out a series of social activities with the aim of 1) Compiling a set of social activities to conduct an Early Examination of the Health Conditions of the Elderly, and 2) Compiling a set of social activities to conduct Socialization of Elderly Care, "Healthy Elderly", to Families elderly. This activity is expected to provide benefits in the form of: 1) Meeting the need for factual and "by the time" data regarding health conditions and health problems of the elderly, 2) Data can be used by health workers and local health policy makers to take anticipatory actions to avoid problems greater health care or responsive actions to immediately address the health problems of the elderly, 3) Socialization activities are intended to provide education for elderly families about the importance of alertness and knowledge of the health of the elderly, 4) Socialization activities are expected to be able to significantly ease the task of health workers and caregivers health policy in Kalibuntu Village, Kraksaan, Probolinggo.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam, sebagai bagian integral dari ajaran Islam, memiliki landasan filosofis yang kuat dan tujuan yang jelas. Salah satu aspek penting yang perlu dikaji adalah integrasi teori ilmiah dalam konsep pendidikan Islam. Abstrak ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan bagaimana teori ilmiah dapat dipadukan dengan nilai-nilai Islam dalam proses pembelajaran. Pendidikan Islam tidak hanya menekankan pada pengembangan aspek spiritual, tetapi juga mendorong pengembangan intelektual. Teori ilmiah, dengan metode dan penemuannya, memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pemahaman alam semesta dan fenomena kehidupan. Dengan demikian, integrasi teori ilmiah dalam pendidikan Islam dapat memperkaya pemahaman siswa terhadap ajaran agama dan sekaligus meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan analitis mereka. Namun, integrasi ini perlu dilakukan dengan bijaksana. Teori ilmiah harus selalu dikaitkan dengan nilai-nilai Islam, sehingga tidak bertentangan dengan ajaran agama. Selain itu, penting untuk memilih teori ilmiah yang relevan dan sesuai dengan tingkat perkembangan kognitif siswa. Dengan demikian, pendidikan Islam dapat menghasilkan lulusan yang tidak hanya beriman dan bertaqwa, tetapi juga memiliki kompetensi yang dibutuhkan untuk menghadapi tantangan zaman.

Abstract

Kurikulum merupakan “ruh” Pendidikan yang harus dievaluasi secara inovatif, dinamis, dan berkala sesuai dengan berkembangan zaman dan IPTEKS, kompetensi yang diperlukan masyarakat dan pengguna lulusan. Perubahan kurikulum dengan demikian menjadi keniscayaan. Bahkan, perkembangan  IPTEKS yang sangat cepat tidak lagi memungkinkan dunia Pendidikan berlama-lama dengan “zona nyaman” kurikulum yang berlaku. Sebagaimana diketahui perubahan dari kurikulum 2013 menjadi kurikulum merdeka yang diluncurkan sejak Februari 2022 lalu sebagai salah satu program merdeka belajar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Kurikulum merdeka akan dijadikan kurikulum nasional pada tahun 2024 mendatang. Namun demikian, kurikulum merdeka telah diimplementasikan di lebih dari 2000 sekolah salah satunya di MTs Raudhatul Ulum Banjar Barat Gapura Sumenep. Kurikulum merdeka merupakan kurikulum dengan pembelajaran intrakulikuler yang beragam, konten akan lebih optimal agar peserta didik memiliki cukup waktu untuk mendalami konsep dan menguatkan kompetensi. Guru memiliki keleluasaan untuk memilih berbagai perangkat ajar sehingga pembelajaran dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan belajar dan minat peserta didik. Dalam menerapkan kurikulum merdeka tentu memiliki kesulitan tersendiri di setiap mata pelajaran terkhususnya pelajaran Bahasa Arab. Perlu digaris bawahi kurikulum mata pelajaran Bahasa Arab di instansi Pendidikan manapun dengan berbagai modus pengembangannya tidak hanya harus mempertimbangkan kebutuhan-kebutuhan secara internal saja seperti guru, siswa ataupun pimpinan tetapi juga harus mempertimbangkan kebutuhan secara eksternal seperti kurikulum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana evaluasi kurikulum merdeka dalam pembelajaran Bahasa arab kelas VII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Raudlatul Ulum Banjar Barat Gapura Sumenep. Hasil evaluasi kurikulum Bahasa Arab dengan kurikulum merdeka di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Raudlatul Ulum Banjar Barat Gapura Sumenep diharapkan dapat memberi motivasi serta tolak ukur kepada siswa dalam meningkatkan keterampilan Bahasa arab. Selain itu, melalui penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memebantu guru  dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran  Bahasa Arab dengan berlandaskan kurikulum merdeka.

Abstract

Kambrat Senninan is a routine activity held every Monday, specifically for the women of Teja Timur Village, Pamekasan. It is led by a religious figure or kiyai and includes various activities, including reciting blessings, dhikr (remembrance of God), repentance prayers, congregational prayers, and religious lectures. The purpose of this community service is to provide religious guidance to mothers. Through this guidance, the mothers can relearn religious knowledge and expand their knowledge, which will ultimately improve the quality of their worship, given their varying educational backgrounds. This community service activity uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method which focuses on participation and collaboration with local community leaders. The results of the implementation indicate that the religious development activities, conducted through the Kambrat Senninan program in Teja Timur Village, Pamekasan, have been successful and achieved the desired results. The results of this development activity can be seen in the visible changes in the women during prayer and their increased devotion to prayer, dhikr, and supplication

Abstract

This research aims to change the traditional learning paradigm system using the lecture method and sitting quietly and listening passively by students. Teachers must make updates to the learning process according to students' needs. Constructivism emphasizes the formation of students' knowledge actively and independently in solving problems and giving meaning to what is being studied. Indonesian language learning must be designed according to the criteria needed to provide an effective contribution to high school level students. The jigsaw method in learning Indonesian is designed to influence interaction patterns between students and teachers. Learning by applying a constructivist approach using the jigsaw method can make students more confident in developing their potential. So that teaching and learning activities are not completely controlled by the teacher in the learning process. Students can create learning experiences through their own observations and experiences. Students will be more enthusiastic and have high motivation to learn due to their curiosity about what they are studying. It is important for teachers to understand this application in order to facilitate effective learning.

Abstract

Early childhood is a golden phase of cognitive development that requires appropriate stimulation to build science literacy from an early age, but the available science learning media are often too abstract and unsuitable for children's developmental characteristics. This study aims to describe the implementation of color games to stimulate observation and simple experimentation skills in early childhood. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with 22 subjects aged 5-6 years in group B at Al-Falah Dempo Barat Pasean Pamekasan Kindergarten. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with two teachers, and documentation over eight weeks. The results showed that the implementation of color games was carried out in three stages, namely exploration of primary colors, simple color mixing using food coloring, clear plastic cups, water, spoons, and tissues, and advanced color experiments. The majority of children (19 out of 22 children) were able to identify color changes accurately, and most children (17 out of 22 children) successfully completed the simple experiment stages from prediction to verification of results. Children developed patterns of social interaction through collaboration, dialogue, and independent exploration. Supporting factors for implementation included concrete and interesting media, high enthusiasm among children, and an adequate teacher-to-child ratio, while inhibiting factors included technical challenges in using the media, variations in motor skills among children, and the need for intensive preparation. The study concluded that color games effectively stimulate observation and simple experimentation skills in early childhood, providing a theoretical contribution that reinforces Piaget's constructivism and Vygotsky's zone of proximal development, as well as a practical contribution in the form of an affordable and applicable alternative science learning medium for early childhood education teachers.
