Abstract

With the directive from the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises of Indonesia regarding the need for core values in every state-owned enterprise (BUMN) under its supervision as an identity and adhesive of work culture that supports sustainable performance, where previously each BUMN had its own work culture. The purpose of this study is to investigate the perspective of TelkomGroup employees on the internalization and implementation of AKHLAK core values into the company's culture using descriptive qualitative method in order to describe the perspective of TelkomGroup employees who are the targets and actors of the internalization and implementation of AKHLAK core values. Employee experience, length of employment, and work environment influence the perspective of TelkomGroup employees towards AKHLAK core values. The use of word "AKHLAK" in the core values is easier for employees to understand, making its internalization and implementation easier in both workplace behavior and community life.

Abstract

Abstract. The performance of teachers becomes an important factor for the academic ability of students, both poor performance results are determined by several factors, one of which is the style of leadership and work discipline, according to Sinambela (2021) The higher a person's working discipline will be the higher the performance of the employee, the same according to bass in (Harsoyo,2022) said that to followers' performance beyond the usual boundaries, leadership must be transformational. This research will focus on the variables Transformational Leadership, Work Discipline and Performance. The aim of this research is to know the influence between transformational leadership and work discipline on the performance of teachers in the Islamic elementary school Al-ukhuwah.The method used in this investigation is the survey method with a questionnaire tool as a data collection technique. The object of the research was a teacher at the Islamic elementary school Al-ukhuwah, Subang a total of 35 people. In this study, three hypotheses were formulated. The techniques used to test the hypothesis are simple linear regression, double linear regression, partial test, simultaneous test, determination coefficient and double correlation. Research results show that transformational leadership and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on the performance of teachers either partially or simultaneously Abstrak. Kinerja guru menjadi faktor yang penting bagi kemampuan akademik siswa, baik buruknya hasil kinerja ditentukan oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya adalah gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja, menurut Sinambela (2021) Semakin tinggi disiplin kerja seseorang akan semakin tinggi pula kinerja karyawan tersebut, begitu pula menurut bass dalam (Harsoyo,2022) mengatakan bahwasannya untuk mencapai kinerja pengikut melebihi batas biasa, kepemimpinan harus transformasional. Penelitian ini akan berfokus kepada variabel Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada sekolah dasar islam Al-ukhuwah.Metode yang digunakan pada peneltian ini adalah metode survey dengan alat berupa kuesioner sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Objek penelitian ini adalah guru di sekolah dasar islam Al-ukhuwah, Subang sejumlah 35 orang. Pada penelitian ini terdapat 3 hipotesis yang dirumuskan. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah regresi linear sederhana, regresi linear berganda, uji Parsial, Uji simultan, Koefisien Determinasi dan Korelasi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwasannya Kepemimpinan transformasional dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru baik secara parsial ataupun secara simultan.

Abstract

Abstract. Teacher performance is a very important thing, if a teacher has good performance then the teacher will be able to produce good learning achievements from students. Improved teacher performance can be influenced by the emotional intelligence they have, if a teacher has good emotional intelligence then he will be able to produce good performance. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of emotional intelligence on teacher performance at SMK Pasundan 2 Bandung.The research method used in this study is a quantitative method by using descriptive verification analysis. The sampling technique used is using saturated sampling technique where the samples in this study were all teachers, totaling 76 teachers. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis using simple linear regression analysis, t test, and the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, it shows that the emotional intelligence variable is included in the very high category and teacher performance is included in the very high category. In addition, based on the results of the study, it shows that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance by 46.4%, while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstrak. Kinerja guru merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting, apabila seorang guru memiliki kinerja yang baik maka guru tersebut akan mampu untuk menghasilkan prestasi belajar dari peserta didik yang baik. Peningkatan kinerja guru tersebut dapat dipengaruhi oleh kecerdasan emosional yang mereka miliki, apabila seorang guru memiliki kecerdasan emosional yang baik maka ia akan mampu menghasilkan kinerja yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja guru pada SMK Pasundan 2 Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif verifikaitf. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh dimana yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh guru yang berjumlah 76 guru. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel kecerdasan emosional termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi dan kinerja guru termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 46,4% sedangkan sisasanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Abstract. One of the important things that need to be considered in upholding discipline is the problem of employee attendance. However, in maintaining discipline, companies must also controlling employees so that they can carry out their work as well as possible. The purpose of this study was to determine electronic attendance (fingerprint), supervision (controlling), also work discipline at PT Pinus Merah Abadi in South Bandung and to determine the effect of electronic attendance (fingerprint) and supervision (controlling) on work discipline at PT Pinus Merah Abadi in South Bandung. This research is a type of asossiative causal with quantitative data types with a verification descrptive approach. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with a total of 71 employees. The results showed that electronic attendance (fingerprint) (X1) had a partial and significant effect on work discipline with a value of 27,08%, supervision (controlling) (X2) had a partial and significant effect on work discipline with a value of 47,93%, and simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect of electronic attendance (fingerprint) and supervision (controlling) on the work discipline of employees of PT Pinus Merah Abadi in South Bandung with a value of 75.1%. Abstrak. Salah satu hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan dalam menegakan kedisiplinan adalah masalah kehadiran karyawan. Namun, dalam menjaga kedisiplinan, perusahaan juga harus melakukan pengawasan terhadap karyawan agar dapat melaksanakan tugasnya dengan sebaik-baiknya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui absensi elektronik (fingerprint), pengawasan (controlling), disiplin kerja pada PT Pinus Merah Abadi Cabang Bandung Selatan dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh absensi elektronik (fingerprint) dan pengawasan (controlling) terhadap disiplin kerja pada PT Pinus Merah Abadi Cabang Bandung Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian ini yaitu asosiatif kausal dengan jenis data kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan ialah teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah karyawan 71 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa absensi elektronik (fingerprint) (X1) berpengaruh dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap disiplin kerja dengan nilai sebesar 27,08%, pengawasan (controlling) (X2) berpengaruh dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap disiplin kerja dengan nilai sebesar 47,93%, dan secara stimulan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan absensi elektronik (fingerprint) dan pengawasan (controlling) terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan PT Pinus Merah Abadi Cabang Bandung selatan dengan nilai sebesar 75,1%.

Abstract. This study aims to find out 1) Talent Management at the Sukamantri Ciamis Sub-District Office. 2) Leadership in the Sukamantri Ciamis Sub-District Office. 3) Employee Performance at the Sukamantri Ciamis Sub-District Office. 4) The Effect of Talent Management on the Performance of Sukamantri Ciamis Sub-District Office Employees. 5) The Influence of Leadership on Employee Performance at the Sukamantri Ciamis Sub-District Office. 6) Influence of Talent Management and Leadership of employee performance at the Sukamantri Ciamis Sub-District Office. The research method used is descriptive and verifiative analysis and operates the calculation using the SPSS 25.0 program. The variables in this study are Talent Management, Leadership and Employee Performance. Data collection obtained through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and literature studies. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The respondents of this study were employees at the Sukamantri Ciamis District Office which amounted to 50 people. The results of this study concluded that: 1) Manajem Talenta at PT. The Sukamantri Ciamis sub-district office is in the good category. 2) The leadership of the Sukamantri Ciamis sub-district office is in the good category. 3) The performance of employees in the Sukamantri Ciamis sub-district office is included in the very good category. 4) Talent Management partially has a significant effect on the Performance of Sukamantri Ciamis Sub-District Office Employees. 5) Partial leadership has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Sukamantri Ciamis Sub-District Office. 6) Talent Management and Leadership simultaneously has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Sukamantri Ciamis Sub-District Office. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Manajemen Talenta di Kantor Kecamatan Sukamantri Ciamis. 2) Kepemimpinan di Kantor Kecamatan Sukamantri Ciamis. 3) Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Sukamantri Ciamis. 4) Pengaruh Manajemen Talenta terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Sukamantri Ciamis. 5) Pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Sukamantri Ciamis. 6) Pengaruh Manajemen Talenta dan Kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Sukamantri Ciamis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dan mengoperasikan perhitungannya menggunakan program SPSS 25.0. Variabel dalam penelitian ini Manajemen Talenta, Kepemimpinan dan Kinerja Pegawai. Pengumpulan data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Teknik penarikan sampel adalah sampling jenuh. Responden penelitian ini adalah pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Sukamantri Ciamis yang berjumlah 50 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Manajem Talenta di PT. Kantor Kecamatan Sukamantri Ciamis termasuk kategori baik. 2) Kepemimpinan Kantor Kecamatan Sukamantri Ciamis termasuk kategori baik. 3) Kinerja Pegawai dalam Kantor Kecamatan Sukamantri Ciamis termasuk kategori sangat baik. 4) Manajemen Talenta secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Sukamantri Ciamis. 5) Kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Sukamantri Ciamis. 6) Manajemen Talenta dan Kepemimpinan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Sukamantri Ciamis. Abstract

Abstract. In digital era, employees should be have an ability how to operational office technology, could help the employees working efficient and effective. Work’s motivation and work’s ability of employees very needed to increasing employees performance as overall. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of medical staff and facilities on the satisfaction of patients at Jampang Kulon Sukabumi Hospital. The method in this study used a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification method approach and operated calculations using the SPSS 23 program. A sample of 92 respondents was obtained from a population of 1,062 inpatients using the slovin formula and the sampling technique was simple random sampling. The results showed that the service quality of medical staff at Jampang Kulon Sukabumi Hospital was included in the high category, high facilities, and inpatient satisfaction was also included in the high category. The quality of service for medical personnel has a positive and significant effect on inpatient satisfaction of 28.65%, facilities have a positive and significant effect of 39.85%. The service quality of medical personnel and facilities simultaneously has a significant effect on patient satisfaction by 68.5%. This means that the higher the quality of service for medical personnel and facilities, the higher the satisfaction of inpatients. Abstrak. Dalam perkembangan teknologi dan persaingan yang semakin pesat dan ketat, maka Rumah Sakit diminta untuk melakukan peningkatan kualitas pelayanannya. Selain itu tersedianya fasilitas kesehatan yang canggih harus ditingkatkan agar dapat melayani pasien secara maksimal. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan tenaga medis dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RSUD Jampang Kulon Sukabumi. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif serta mengoperasikan perhitungan dengan menggunakan program SPSS 23. Sampel sebanyak 92 responden diperoleh dari populasi yang berjumlah 1.062 pasien rawat dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan tenaga medis di RSUD Jampang Kulon Sukabumi termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Kualitas pelayanan tenaga medis berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap sebesar 28,65%, fasilitas berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan sebesar 39,85%. Kualitas pelayanan tenaga medis dan fasilitas secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien sebesar 68,5%. Artinya semakin tinggi kualitas pelayanan tenaga medis dan fasilitas maka akan meningkatkan kepuasan pasien rawat inap.

Abstract

Abstract. Performance is a result that needs to be achieved properly by employees. To obtain good performance, it is influenced by various factors, including emotional intelligence and work stress. This study aims to determine the level of emotional intelligence, work stress and employee performance and how the effect of emotional intelligence and work stress on employee performance at PT. Bank X Bandung City Branch Office partially and simultaneously. Researchers used descriptive analysis techniques and verification methods using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees with a total of 60 employees. With the non-probability sampling technique so that the entire population is used as a sample. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, interviews and observations. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and verification analysis techniques. The results of the study show that emotional intelligence and stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect, and work stress partially has a positive effect on employee performance. The level of emotional intelligence is in the very good category, the level of work stress is in the very poor category and the employee's performance is in the very good category. It can be interpreted that there is an influence between the variables of emotional intelligence and work stress on the performance of employees at PT. Bank X Bandung City Branch Office. Abstrak. Kinerja merupakan suatu hasil yang perlu dicapai secara baik oleh karyawan, Untuk memperoleh kinerja yang baik maka hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya kecerdasan emosional dan stres kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kecerdasan emosional, stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan serta bagaimana pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Bank X Kantor Cabang Kota Bandung secara parsial dan simultan. Peneliti menggunakan metode teknik analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan dengan jumlah 60 karyawan. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel nonprobability sampling sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan melalui teknik analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kecerdasan emosional dan stres kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan, dan stres kerja secara parsial berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Tingkat kecerdasan emosional pada kategori sangat baik, tingkat stres kerja pada kategori sangat kurang baik dan kinerja karyawan pada kategori sangat baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel kecerdasan emosional dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Bank X Kantor Cabang Kota Bandung.

Abstract

Abstract. Improving the quality of human resources as the main driving tool in all fields is very important and a determining factor in achieving the goals to be achieved. Training is conducted to improve employee competence so that employee performance becomes better. The method in this study used a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification method approach and operated calculations using the SPSS version 26 program. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Respondents in this study were 100 employees of the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of West Java Province. The results of the descriptive analysis show that job training (X1) is included in the good category, competency (X2) is included in the good category and employee performance (Y) is included in the good category. The results also show that job training and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially or simultaneously. The results of the test for the coefficient of determination show that the influence of job training and competency on employee performance is 62.5%, while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Abstrak. Peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia sebagai alat penggerak utama disegala bidang merupakan hal yang amat penting dan faktor penentu guna mencapai tujuan yang akan dicapai. Pelatihan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pegawai agar kinerja pegawai menjadi lebih baik. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif serta mengoperasikan perhitungan dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 26. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Jawa Barat sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil analisis deskriptif menjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja (X1) termasuk kedalam kategori baik, kompetensi (X2) termasuk kedalam kategori baik dan kinerja pegawai (Y) termasuk kedalam kategori baik. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja dan kompetensi berpengaruh posisif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai secara parsial maupun simultan. Dengan hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh pelatihan kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 62,5%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
