Abstract

The current rapid development of technology or commonly referred to as the industrial era 4.0, which affects individuals in interacting. The emergence of the term industry 4.0 has also affected significant changes in economic patterns and income and quality of life, which has an impact on the use of a payment system based on the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard. Even though it has a positive impact on its use QRIS is a payment method that is still in the process of being developed, does it have certain legal protections given to its consumers? Therefore this study aims to see more clearly what kind of protection is provided by electronic transaction operators to their consumers. This study uses a descriptive normative method with qualitative techniques. The results of this study are that the application of QRIS as a payment method is protected by several regulations issued by Bank Indonesia institutions as well as regulations issued by government regulations and the Consumer Protection Act, which provide security and convenience for consumers in transactions.

Abstract

The purpose of conducting research is to Know how to deal with strategies what to do to prevent it from happening irregularities in L/C and how form of legal protection if it occurs breach between the parties using L/C which is by method normative legal research concluded: The key to successful L/C handling is found in all parties involved, as it is prudence, thoroughness and discipline in handling every process that goes through. And to avoid it happening deviation in L/C, then it is necessary appropriate treatment strategy starting from before the opening of the L/C, request for opening L/C, after L/C opening, document handling, until with document delivery. Protection law is given to the parties to ensure security in transactions using L/C. If there are parties who feel aggrieved because the other party in agreement does not carry out its performance, then the aggrieved party will get legal protection according to regulation regarding good L/C in international law as well as national law. Protection is obtained from regulations that are generally regulates L/C namely Uniform Costums and Practice for Documentary Credit (UCP), Government Regulation No. 1 of 1982 concerning Export, Import and/or Implementation Foreign Exchange Flows, Bank Indonesia Regulations No. 5/11/PBI/2003 concerning Payment Import Transactions, and Government Regulation No. 29 of 2007 concerning Payment Methods and Delivery of Goods in Export Activities Import. The research results describe how the legal relationship between the customer and the issuing bank. L/C born from the L/C Issuance Application agreement. Agreement between customer and bank the publisher creates a legal relationship, namely the fulfillment of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the L/C issuance agreement. Therefore the parties must fulfill the rights and obligation to avoid disputes.

Abstract

Pelaku usaha Mikro kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) berperan besar dalam menggerakkan proses perekonomian masyarakat. Melihat perkembangan teknologi saat ini, pelaku UMKM di tuntut untuk berfikir strategis dalam melangkah. Dalam hal pemasaran pelaku UMKM di hadapkan pada kemajuan teknologi dan hadirnya media sosial. Modal utama untuk melakukan pemasaran di media sosial adalah foto produk. Sebgai mitra adalah pelaku UMKM klaster olahan makanan ikan bandeng di Kecamatan Sayung Kabupaten Demak. Bagi mitra, foto produk yang mereka sajikan dalam media sosial dinilai masih kurang. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyrakata ini adalah melakukan penyampaian materi teknik foto produk bagi pelaku UMKM klaster olahan makanan ikan bandeng Kecamatan Sayung Kabupaten Demak. Teknis pelaksanaan dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan ceramah, tanya jawab, dan simulasi. Sebagai evaluasi, diberikan soal tertulis kepada mitra. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah mitra memiliki pemahaman tentang teknik fotografi produk yang lebih baik. Dengan demikian, diharapkan produk mitra mempunya daya saing visual yang baik dan berimbas pada peningkatan pendapatan.

Abstract

The franchise case fulfills an unlawful act in the case of the Surabaya court decision number 837/Pdt.G/2021/Pn.Sby because the procedure is not in accordance with PP NO.42 of 2007 concerning Franchising and PERMENDAG NO. 31/M-DAG/PER/8/2008 causing losses to franchisees. In the franchise agreement there must be a franchise registration certificate, but in the hanashobu japanese noodle bar franchise agreement there is no STPW. This research is a normative research with descriptive analysis research method. Analysis of the Surabaya court decision number 837/Pdt.G/2021/Pn.Sby. The research results conclude that legal protection is given after a dispute arises or is resolved. In this case the franchisee filed a lawsuit with the Surabaya District Court to get the fairest decision. secondly, after the agreement is declared null and void, the franchisor is responsible for returning the franchisee's losses, both material and immaterial.

Abstract

UMKMs significantly contribute to local food security and the economy. However, many business actors still face challenges in accessing digital markets, managing business processes efficiently, and utilizing information technology. This digital gap weakens product competitiveness. To address this issue, this community engagement program aims to enhance the competitiveness of food UMKMs in Manyaran, Semarang through business incubation digitalization using the e-Inkubator platform. The method involved socialization, technical training on the platform, digital business process mentoring, and evaluation of the program’s impact on UMKM performance.The results show a significant improvement in digital capabilities, particularly in financial recordkeeping, online promotion, and inventory management. Around 85% of participants operated the platform independently, and 60% began marketing their products digitally. Product branding improved in terms of packaging design and promotional storytelling. Partners expressed high satisfaction with the program, as reflected in surveys and structured interviews.This activity effectively increased UMKM competitiveness through a structured and applicable digital business incubation approach.
