Abstract

Charcoal briquettes are charcoal sticks made from coconut shells and molded using a machine to produce very high heat and can burn for a long time. The use of charcoal briquettes from coconut shells will contribute to reducing dependence on firewood, LPG gas and kerosene, the availability of which is running low and cannot be renewed, especially for communities in several Sungailiat areas and at the same time can support the use of coconut shell waste as a material. burn.This research aims to design and build a Coconut Shell Charcoal Briquette Printing Machine with a capacity of 12kg/hour and design a maintenance system for the Coconut Shell Charcoal Briquette Printing Machine so that it is ready for use and extends its service life. The design method used in this research is Verein Deutsche Ingenieuer (VDI 2222).The results of research on the Coconut Charcoal Briquette Printing Machine using the VDI 2222 design method, namely printing Coconut Charcoal Briquettes with a length of 60cm and a capacity of 12kg/hour. The maintenance system on this machine uses planned maintenance and inspections for operators to carry out independent maintenance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan ruang koleksi sirkulasi di Perpustakaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu (UMB) guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan pengguna dalam mengakses layanan perpustakaan. Ruang koleksi sirkulasi merupakan salah satu area penting dalam mendukung aktivitas akademik, sehingga penataan yang optimal diperlukan untuk memaksimalkan fungsi ruang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan petugas perpustakaan, dan dokumentasi fasilitas yang tersedia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perpustakaan UMB telah dilengkapi dengan berbagai fasilitas seperti AC yang membuat ruangan sejuk, meja belajar, koleksi buku yang lengkap, bean bag, komputer, Wi-Fi, serta loker untuk penyimpanan barang. Selain itu, perpustakaan didukung oleh 11 petugas yang kompeten dan tidak menghadapi kendala berarti dalam operasional sehari-hari. Meskipun fasilitas sudah memadai, hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya potensi peningkatan dalam pengaturan ruang dan alur sirkulasi untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih nyaman dan efisien. Rekomendasi yang diberikan meliputi penataan ulang furnitur, pengoptimalan area baca santai, dan peningkatan aksesibilitas koleksi agar dapat lebih memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui cara atau model yang diterapkan di sekolah untuk meningkatkan karakter Islam siswa melalui program tahfidz qur’an. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode dengan studi literature atau studi kepustakaan. Dimana sumber data diperoleh melalui jurnal-jurnal, buku atau artikel. Dalam rangka pembentukan karakter Islami siswa, lembaga pendidikan dianggap memiliki peran penting untuk mencapai hal tersebut Salah satu upaya pembentukan karakter Islami adalah dengan pendidikan tahfidz qur’an. Membentuk karakter Islami melalui pendidikan tahfidz qur’an dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai model yang diterapakan diantaranya: 1) model perintah (al-amr) 2) model larangan 3) model motivasi (targib) 4) model tarhib 5) model dialog dan debat 6)model pembiasaan.

Abstract

Abstract The learning process carried out with various media to achieve the goals of an effective and efficient learning process is not always suitable, the cause is usually due to learning habits, lack of interest and understanding of students, there are several factors for student failure in achieving effective and efficient learning goals including internal factors that usually come from the students themselves, such as poor understanding of the material, lack of motivation, external factors usually come from outside the students such as the learning environment, family, and lack of use of learning media. Based on observations of teachers during the learning process, it shows that student activity in the learning process during learning is low and passive, students only receive material, lack of interest in paying attention to the material presented by the teacher, students are less brave in expressing their opinions, so that student understanding is very minimal in mathematics learning material. Good learning construction is if the learning is carried out centered on students. Therefore, as a solution to the problems in this study, the author applies the Bamboozle application, where students' understanding of learning focuses on students who work on or understand the material through the Bamboozle application. As well as for evaluation of assessments and to find out the extent to which students understand the learning material and show their interest in the learning material provided and increased learning outcomes. The results of the research from the implementation of the Bamboozle Application have the final results of the calculation of the hypothesis test (t-test) are known to have an average posttest result of 83.33 while the pretest value is 68.33 so that it is known that the posttest learning outcome score is greater than the pretest. It is also known that the Tcount value is 2.247, the Ttable value is 2.179. So it can be concluded that Tcount> Ttable (2.247> 2.179) and the significance value is less than 0.05 (p = 0.000 <0.05), so it can be stated that there is a significant difference in increasing mathematical understanding and a significant increase in learning outcomes in the Pretest and posttest values. Thus it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Keywords: Learning, Mathematical Understanding, Bamboozle Application

Abstract

Abstract—Recording inventory of goods at the Anugrah Ilmu Store still uses manual methods, namely using books, so the work takes longer and is inefficient. This research aims to design a web-based application that can help the Anugrah Ilmu store in managing stock. This research uses the waterfall method with steps, namely: (1) Analysis; (2) Design; (3) Design; (4) Code; (5) Support. The place of this research was carried out at the Anugrah Ilmu shop. This web-based application design provides a main menu, input menu and output menu. How to apply the sequential service algorithm for stock management at the web-based Anugrah Ilmu shop. Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in shaping understanding and attitudes, particularly regarding national values and patriotism. This community service activity aims to introduce Indonesian national heroes to students at Sanggar Guidance (SB) in Sungai Buloh, Malaysia, utilizing visual media as an effective teaching aid. Although access to formal education in non-formal environments abroad is often limited, the use of instructional materials such as illustrated posters can enhance students' interest and comprehension. The method employed is a qualitative descriptive approach involving documentation, interviews, and observation. The process consists of three stages: media preparation, interactive learning, and student reflection using hero figures. On December 1, 2023, a socialization session introducing national heroes through visual media was conducted for fourth-grade students at SB Sungai Buloh. The results were highly encouraging, as the students' average score increased from 45.00 to 95.00, reflecting a gain of 50 points or approximately 111.11%. Prior to this activity, students struggled to identify national heroes, and few posters of Indonesian figures were displayed on the walls. To address this, a media-based learning approach was implemented, enabling students to learn visually. The activity demonstrated that visual media fostered greater enthusiasm, engagement, and comprehension of core values such as courage. In addition, the program facilitated mentor access and demonstrated potential as a relevant and contextual alternative teaching method to strengthen the identity of the younger generation abroad.

Abstract

This study discusses the budgeting oversight function of the Bandung City Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) on the 2023 Regional Budget (APBD) from the perspective of siyasah dusturiyyah. The background of the study lies in the suboptimal budget supervision, which affects the effectiveness of regional development. The aim of this research is to analyze the extent to which the Bandung City DPRD carries out its oversight function and how the impacts and obstacles reflect the principles of good governance and the values of siyasah dusturiyyah. Using an empirical juridical approach through interviews and literature study, this research finds that although supervision is carried out through DPRD commissions, challenges such as limited human resources and political dominance continue to hinder its effectiveness. The siyasah dusturiyyah approach offers ethical and spiritual dimensions that strengthen oversight to be more oriented toward public welfare.

Abstract

The main purpose of law is to create an orderly, safe, and structured life. However, the development of community needs in Indonesia has triggered challenges in the form of a moral crisis that affects social behavior, including acts of insult or defamation. This insult involves attacks on a person's honor and reputation through various means, both verbally and through social media. Law enforcement against this criminal act of insult is regulated in Article 310 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code, which is universal without distinguishing between certain legal subjects. In addition, Article 27A of Law Number 1 of 2024, as the second revision of Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions, specifically regulates insults through electronic media. This rule provides a basis for legal certainty for positive law enforcement in dealing with violations involving communication and information technology. This study examines the importance of a positive legal approach in encouraging the effectiveness of handling insults that occur in the realm of social media.

Abstract

Bali, sebagai destinasi wisata terpopuler di dunia, menawarkankeindahan alam dan kekayaan budaya yang unik. Namun, pertumbuhan sektorpariwisata yang pesat, dengan tercatatnya 3.528 unit akomodasi pada tahun 2022,membawa dampak positif dan negatif, termasuk pencemaran lingkungan akibatlimbah dari hotel dan alih fungsi lahan yang merusak ekosistem. Datamenunjukkan bahwa timbulan sampah di Bali mencapai 1,2 juta ton pada tahun2024, dengan Kota Denpasar sebagai penyumbang terbesar. Sesuai ajaran Tri HitaKarana, yang menggarisbawahi hubungan harmonis antara manusia, Tuhan, danalam, pelestarian lingkungan hidup sekaligus pengembangan pariwisata sangatlahpenting. Penelitian untuk mengkaji peraturan perundang-undangan terkaittindakan ilegal perusakan lingkungan hidup di Indonesia dan implementasinyadari perspektif Tri Hita Karana. Tinjauan pustaka dan penelitian hukum normatifdilakukan, dengan penekanan pada peraturan perundang-undangan terkait.Temuan ini diharap menghasilkan rekomendasi kebijakan untuk menjagaekosistem Bali dan menjamin keberlanjutan pariwisata yang ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

Kembaran District in Banyumas Regency is a rapidly developing residential area that maintains agricultural regions, including Tambaksari Kidul Village. This village has high agrarian potential, fertile soil, and a yearly stable water supply. Local farmers are members of the "Tani Maju" Farmer Group and cultivate secondary crops, vegetables, and freshwater fish. However, challenges such as high fertilizer prices, dependence on inorganic fertilizers, low skills in the plant-fish integration system (PFIS), lack of marketing knowledge, and low work motivation hinder the improvement of farmer welfare. This community service activity aims to improve farmers' knowledge and skills by extending PFIS, agricultural products marketing, and motivation enhancement. The methods used include lectures, focus group discussions, and evaluation through pretest and posttest questionnaires. The community service was conducted at the Tambaksari Kidul Village Hall on Monday, April 28, 2025. Based on the pretest and posttest results, farmers' knowledge regarding the plant-fish integration system, agricultural product marketing, and work motivation increased. Overall, the level of expertise is in the moderate category.
