Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan E-Modul berbasis Case Method pada materi perawatan bayi bagi mahasiswa PG-PAUD Universitas Sriwijaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket, tes pretest dan posttest, dan lembar observasi. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 35 mahasiswa semester V PG-PAUD Universitas Sriwijaya. Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Uji coba lapangan terbatas terhadap 5 mahasiswa dengan perolehan hasil skor rata-rata 83,2% pada kategori sangat praktis, selanjutnya uji coba kelompok kecil terhadap 10 mahasiswa dengan perolehan hasil skor rata-rata 86,0% pada kategori sangat praktis, serta uji coba lapangan operasional terhadap 20 mahasiswa dengan perolehan nilai pretest 65,55, nilai postest sebesar 82,65. Nilai n-gain sebesar 54.93% pada kategori ‘cukup efektif’. Dapat disimpulkan E-Modul berbasis Case Method ini dinyatakan layak dan efektif untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran, sehingga mahasiswa dapat menerapkan pengetahuan teoretis dalam situasi nyata, terutama dalam praktik di Taman Penitipan Anak

Abstract

Persepsi dan sikap ibu terhadap imunisasi merupakan faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan program imunisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi dan sikap ibu dalam pemberian imunisasi kepada bayi dan batita di Rumah Vaksinasi Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang melibatkan 3 orang responden. Pengumpulan  data melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh responden memiliki persepsi positif tentang pemberian imunisasi sebagai langkah preventif tentang penyakit menular. Meskipun sebagian ibu pernah mengalami efek samping seperti demam dan bengkak pasca imunisasi, mereka tetap menunjukkan sikap positif dan merekomendasikan imunisasi kepada ibu lainnya. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ibu memiliki persepsi dan sikap positif sebagai faktor pendukung utama dalam pemberian imunisasi pada bayi dan batita di Rumah Vaksinasi Kota Palembang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pandangan dan peran orang tua dalam mendukung perkembangan seni pada anak usia dini, khususnya pada anak berusia 3–4 tahun di Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode wawancara semi-terstruktur. Tiga orang ibu yang aktif mendampingi anak dalam kegiatan seni, baik di rumah maupun di sekolah, dipilih sebagai subjek melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung, didukung oleh catatan lapangan dan rekaman suara, lalu dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak dari ketiga responden telah menunjukkan kemampuan membedakan suara, ketertarikan terhadap musik, serta partisipasi aktif dalam gerakan mengikuti irama lagu. Minat terhadap kegiatan seni rupa bervariasi, mulai dari menggambar, mewarnai, hingga bermain plastisin. Meskipun sebagian besar orang tua belum menyediakan fasilitas atau program khusus untuk seni, mereka tetap berperan aktif melalui aktivitas sederhana sehari-hari seperti bernyanyi, memainkan musik, dan memberi kesempatan eksplorasi kreatif. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa dukungan orang tua, meskipun sederhana, memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam menstimulasi minat dan kemampuan seni anak usia dini, serta pentingnya kolaborasi keluarga dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung perkembangan seni anak secara holistik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bentuk keterlibatan ayah dalam pengasuhan bayi usia 0–12 bulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan lima orang ayah yang memiliki bayi berusia 0–12 bulan di Kota Palembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk keterlibatan ayah meliputi peran dalam perawatan fisik bayi, seperti mengganti popok, memandikan, dan menidurkan bayi. Selain itu, ayah juga memberikan dukungan emosional kepada ibu, seperti membantu mengurangi stres, menemani menyusui, serta menciptakan suasana positif di rumah. Ayah juga terlibat dalam aktivitas bermain dan membangun kedekatan dengan bayi. Meskipun keterlibatan tersebut dihadapkan pada tantangan seperti waktu kerja dan konstruksi sosial, para ayah menunjukkan inisiatif untuk terlibat aktif dalam pengasuhan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya mendukung peran ayah dalam pengasuhan sejak dini, karena dapat berdampak positif pada perkembangan bayi dan hubungan keluarga secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

The ethnopedagogical approach to learning aims to integrate local cultural values ​​into the educational process and make learning materials more holistic, relevant and contextual. More than that, technology makes learning media help visualize scientific concepts in an interesting and easy to understand way. Therefore, this research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of using interactive videos with an ethnopedagogical approach in scientific-based learning. Media was developed using a research and development approach. The level of effectiveness is measured by increasing student learning outcomes before and after using the media. The research was conducted at SD Negeri 02 Palembang. The subjects of this research were 19 fifth grade elementary school students in the mathematics subject sub-theme of cube nets. Data collection was carried out using test instruments. The research results show that the use of interactive videos with an ethnopedagogic approach in scientific-based learning as a learning medium provides new experiences for students. The results of the field test showed an N-Gain value of 0.75 in the high category (effective). Evaluation results shows that the use of interactive videos with an ethnopedagogic approach in scientific-based learning is effective in improving mathematics learning outcomes for elementary school students.

Abstract

Background: Differentiated means related to differences. In the world of education, it is interpreted as learning that is tailored to the needs, potential, and interests of students. Differentiated learning is part of the Merdeka Curriculum that kindergarten teachers need to implement to create learning equality for all students. One of the applications is through the use of Worksheets (LKPD) in differentiated learning. This training aims to provide kindergarten teachers in Banyuasin Regency with the knowledge and skills to make worksheets in differentiated learning that are varied and interactive. Method: This training consists of material presentation, mentoring, and evaluation. This activity was carried out face-to-face (offline) and continued with virtual (online). Data collection techniques used tests and questionnaires, while data analysis techniques were descriptive quantitative. This activity involved 20 kindergarten teachers in Banyuasin Regency. Results: the activity showed an increase in kindergarten teachers' knowledge about differentiated worksheets. The average pre-test score of 56.5 increased to 91.25 in the post-test, with an increase of 35 points and an N-Gain value reaching 80.11% which is considered effective. The product of this activity is a differentiated worksheet that has been registered in Intellectual Property Rights (HAKI). Conclusion: This activity can increase the knowledge and skills of kindergarten teachers in Banyuasin Regency in making differentiated worksheet. This activity received a positive response from teachers as training participants.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of creativity in 4-5 year-old children at Auladi IT Kindergarten in Palembang, caused by the lack of learning activities that stimulate imagination. The focus of this research is to enhance children's creativity through the implementation of plastic waste recycling activities as an innovative and environmentally friendly learning medium. As a crucial step, this study used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, implemented in two cycles, each encompassing planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data on children's creativity development was collected through observation sheets and documentation, then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The main findings indicate a significant increase in creativity. In the pre-cycle, the majority of children were in the 'Not Developing' category. After the second cycle, the percentage of children achieving the 'Developing as Expected' and 'Developing Very Well' (BSB) categories reached 100%, with 58% of them achieving the BSB level. In conclusion, implementing plastic waste recycling activities has proven to be a highly effective strategy for enhancing the creativity of children aged 4-5 years, by stimulating imagination, problem-solving skills, and instilling environmental awareness from an early age. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya tingkat kreativitas pada anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK IT Auladi Palembang, yang disebabkan oleh minimnya kegiatan pembelajaran yang merangsang imajinasi. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kreativitas anak melalui implementasi kegiatan mendaur ulang sampah plastik sebagai media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan ramah lingkungan. Sebagai langkah penting, penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, di mana setiap siklus mencakup tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data perkembangan kreativitas anak dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Temuan utama menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kreativitas yang signifikan. Pada pra-siklus, mayoritas anak berada pada kategori ‘Belum Berkembang’. Setelah siklus II, persentase anak yang mencapai kategori ‘Berkembang Sesuai Harapan’ dan ‘Berkembang Sangat Baik’ (BSB) mencapai 100%, dengan 58% di antaranya berada di level BSB. Kesimpulannya, penerapan kegiatan mendaur ulang sampah plastik terbukti menjadi strategi yang sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan kreativitas anak usia 4-5 tahun, dengan menstimulasi imajinasi, kemampuan pemecahan masalah, dan menanamkan kesadaran lingkungan sejak dini.

Abstract

penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dasar seni rupa anak usia 5-6 tahun melalui membatik jumputan ecoprint di TK IT Auladi Palembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah anak-anak kelompok B di TK tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan dasar seni rupa anak setelah diterapkan pembelajaran berbasis membatik jumputan ecoprint. ”belum berkembang” sebesar 9%. Setelah siklus 1 terjadi peningkatan dengan 81% anak mulai berkembang. Pada siklus II, 73% anak mencapai kategori ”berkembang sangat baik”. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan membatik jumputan ecoprint efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan dasar seni rupa pada anak.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to validate the validity and usefulness of the Magnetic Numbers Book, a learning tool for teaching number concepts to children ages 5 to 6. This study uses Tessmer's formative assessment in conjunction with the ADDIE paradigm (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) as part of the Research and Development (R&D) approach. Techniques for gathering data include observations and walkthroughs. The instrument used includes an observation sheet based on indicators such as number recognition, number-symbol matching, grouping, and classification. These indicators are derived from the cognitive development standards for children aged 5–6 years. The collected data were analyzed quantitatively by calculating the percentage scores from expert validations and observational assessments during one-to-one and small group evaluations. During the expert review phase, the average validation score was 93% (highly valid), with media experts scoring 97% (very valid) and material experts scoring 89% (highly valid). In the one-to-one evaluation stage involving three children, the observation results indicated a practicality score of 93% (highly practical), whereas in the small group evaluation stage with nine children, the observation score reached 97% (highly practical). Based on the research findings, the Magnetic Numbers Book is deemed highly valid and highly practical, making it suitable for use in the learning process for children aged 5–6 years.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance the creativity of 5-6-year-old children through the creation of woven patchwork fabric at TK IT Auladi Palembang. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the Kemmis and McTaggart model, which consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection across two cycles. The subjects of this study were 20 children from Group B, selected based on their developmental stage and involvement in early childhood education, ensuring they were appropriate for assessing creativity development through hands-on activities like woven patchwork creation. Data was collected through observation and documentation, with observation focusing on children’s engagement, participation, and creativity during the activity, while documentation provided additional insights into the learning process and outcomes. The indicators for observation and documentation included children’s ability to follow the weaving process, creativity in the design of the patchwork, and overall engagement in the task. Data analysis was both qualitative and quantitative. Quantitative analysis calculated the percentage of children who demonstrated specific levels of creativity across each cycle, showing 66% of children starting to develop in Cycle I and 83% reaching a “very well developed” category in Cycle II. Qualitative analysis focused on field notes and observations to gain deeper insights into children’s development. The results showed a significant increase in creativity after implementing woven patchwork activities, proving the method’s effectiveness in fostering creativity in early childhood education.
