Abstract

ABSTRAKKreativitas merupakan kemampuan penting yang perlu distimulasi sejak usia dini karena menjadi dasar dalam berpikir orisinal dan pemecahan masalah. Namun, di beberapa lembaga PAUD, kreativitas anak belum tergali secara optimal. Finger painting  menggunakan cat homemade merupakan salah satu cara untuk menstimulasi kreativitas anak melalui aktivitas eksploratif yang menyenangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh finger painting menggunakan cat homemade terhadap kreativitas anak usia 5–6 tahun di PAUD Ladas Berendai, Kota Prabumulih. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui desain One Shot Case Study. Sampel berjumlah 15 anak dari kelas B5 yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji-t satu sampel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai t-hitung sebesar 4,32 ? t-tabel 2,145, sehingga H? ditolak. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa finger painting menggunakan cat homemade berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas anak usia 5–6 tahun, dan dapat dijadikan sebagai strategi pembelajaran yang efektif untuk menstimulasi kemampuan kreativitas anak.Kata Kunci: Finger painting, Cat Homemade, Kreativitas, Anak Usia DiniABSTRACTCreativity is an essential ability that should be stimulated from an early age as it serves as the foundation for original thinking and problem-solving. However, in some early childhood education institutions, children's creativity ability has not been optimally stimulated. Finger painting using homemade paint is one way to stimulate children's creativity through fun and exploratory activities. This study aims to determine the effect of finger painting using homemade paint on the creativity of children aged 5–6 years at PAUD Ladas Berendai, Prabumulih City. This study employed an experimental research method with a quantitative approach using a One Shot Case Study design. The sample consisted of 15 children from class B5, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation and documentation, and analyzed using a one-sample t-test. The results showed a t-value of 4.32 ? 2.145, indicating that H? is rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that finger painting using homemade paint has an effect on children's creativity, and can be used as an effective learning strategy to stimulate children's creativity ability.Keywords: Finger painting, Homemade Paint, Creativity, Early Childhood

Abstract

Background: The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum for Play has not been implemented properly by Kindergarten Teachers in Lahat Regency, because they have not been able to create and optimize Educational Game Tools that are in accordance with implementation of Merdeka Curriculum for Play at the Early Childhood Education level. Also, as a form of collaboration between the Lahat Regency Government and Sriwijaya University in building superior Human Resources, especially Kindergarten Teachers, to be more qualified, competitive, and have character in improving competence as Kindergarten Teachers. The aim of this activity is to provide understanding in the form of training and mentoring in making educational game tools on the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum for Play in Kindergarten Teachers at Lahat Regency. Method: This activity involved 20 Kindergarten Teachers in Lahat Regency, South Sumatra Province. The stages of this Community Service Activities are divided into 3, namely: 1) Planning; 2) Implementation; and 3) Evaluation. Result: Increase in teacher knowledge after participating in this activity with pre-test and post-test results of 32,25 points and an N-gain value of 77,24% in the Effective category. There is an increase in the ability of Kindergarten Teachers in Lahat Regency to make educational game tools on the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum for Play. Conclusion: That activities were carried out effectively, received a positive response, and increased new knowledge for Kindergarten Teachers in Lahat Regency.

Abstract

Background: Kurikulum merdeka belajar merupakan wujud pengembangan kurikulum yang memudahkan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Proses pembelajaran berpusat pada materi yang mendasar untuk menumbuhkan keunikan dan meningkatkan keahlian serta kemampuan peserta didik. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru di Kabupaten Lahat. Metode: Pengabdian dibuat dalam bentuk workshop /pelatihan, coaching clinic dan pendampingan dalam membuat Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). Hasil: Adanya peningkatan dari pengetahuan terlihat berdasarkan pre-test dan post-test yang telah diberikan dimana hasil pre-test mendapatkan rata-rata sebesar 55,5 dan rata-rata post-test peserta sebesar 85 dengan rata-rata kenaikan sebanyak 31. Kesimpulan: Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta terkait kurikulum merdeka dan penyusunan modul ajar berbasis P5.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKemampuan pemecahan masalah merupakan proses penting dalam kehidupan dan pendidikan, khususnya di bidang sains, yang melibatkan langkah-langkah sistematis untuk menemukan solusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis proyek sains terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah anak usia 5–6 tahun melalui kegiatan menanam tomat ceri. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimen tipe non-equivalent control group design. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas dengan total 46 anak. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi menggunakan lembar checklist dan dokumentasi. Kemampuan pemecahan masalah diukur berdasarkan empat indikator, yaitu memahami masalah, merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi. Hasil analisis uji-t menunjukkan thitung = 2,713 > ttabel = 2,015 pada taraf signifikan 0,05, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran berbasis proyek sains berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada anak usia 5–6 tahun di TK Negeri Pembina Tanjung Batu, dan dapat dijadikan rekomendasi secara konkret tentang model pembelajaran terutama yang menstimulasi dalam kegiatan yang bertujuan mengasah pemecahan masalah seperti kegiatan menanam.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran berbasis proyek sains, pemecahan masalah, anak usia 5-6 tahunABSTRACTProblem-solving skills are an important process in life and education, especially in science, which involves systematic steps to find solutions. This study aims to determine the effect of science project-based learning on the problem-solving skills of 5-6 year old children through cherry tomato planting activities. The study used a quantitative approach with a non-equivalent control group design quasi-experimental design. The research subjects consisted of two classes with a total of 46 children. Data were collected through observation using a checklist and documentation. Problem-solving skills were measured based on four indicators, namely understanding the problem, planning, implementing, and evaluating. The results of the t-test analysis showed that tcount = 2.713 > ttable = 2.015 at a significance level of 0.05, so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Thus, science project-based learning has a significant effect on problem-solving skills in 5-6-year-old children at the Pembina Tanjung Batu State Kindergarten, and can be used as a concrete recommendation for learning models, especially those that stimulate activities aimed at honing problem-solving skills, such as planting activities.Keywords: Science project-based learning, problem solving, 5-6 year old children

Abstract

Background: Kegiatan seni gerak dan lagu memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung perkembangan motorik, afektif, dan sosial anak usia dini serta menjadi sarana pelestarian budaya. Namun, sebagian guru masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menciptakan lagu pembelajaran yang inovatif dan memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Tujuan: Kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas guru PAUD dalam merancang pembelajaran gerak dan lagu melalui pemanfaatan Suno AI. Metode: Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi tiga tahap, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan instrumen pre-test dan post-test yang terdiri dari 10 indikator pemahaman terkait pemanfaatan AI dalam pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 18 guru TK di TK Negeri Pembina II Jakabaring Palembang. Hasil: Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman guru dari nilai rata-rata pre-test sebesar 78,5% menjadi 94% pada post-test, atau meningkat sebesar 15,5%. Selain itu, guru mampu menghasilkan lagu pembelajaran tematik menggunakan Suno AI melalui pembuatan prompt yang sesuai dengan tema pembelajaran. Meskipun demikian, beberapa peserta masih mengalami kendala dalam menentukan tempo, nada, serta formulasi prompt yang tepat. Pendampingan daring melalui grup WhatsApp terbukti membantu guru dalam menyusun modul ajar berbasis proyek secara mandiri. Kesimpulan: Pemanfaatan Suno AI dapat menjadi inovasi strategis dalam meningkatkan kreativitas dan kompetensi guru PAUD dalam menciptakan pembelajaran gerak dan lagu yang lebih kreatif, adaptif, dan interaktif.

Abstract

Social interaction is a crucial aspect of early childhood development, as it plays an important role in shaping children’s ability to engage in social contact, communicate, understand positive and negative social attitudes, and demonstrate appropriate behavior in group activities. This study aims to determine the effect of the Micro Role Playing method on the social interaction of children aged 5–6 years at TK Kartisa, Banyuasin Regency. The research problem is the low ability of children in communication, sharing, cooperation, and participation in group activities. This study employed a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design using a one-shot case study on 14 children in class B1 selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation using an assessment rubric and documentation, which included indicators of social interaction based on four aspects: social contact, communication, attitude, and behavior, with valid and reliable instruments. Data analysis was conducted using a normality test and a one-tailed t-test. The results showed that the data were normally distributed and the hypothesis test indicated that (4.80 ≥ 1.771), meaning that the Micro Role Playing method has an effect on children’s social interaction. This is reflected in the children’s ability to engage in social contact, communicate, recognize positive and negative attitudes, and demonstrate appropriate behavior in group settings. Therefore, the Micro Role Playing method is effective as a learning approach that influences the social interaction of children aged 5–6 years, particularly in the aspects of social contact, communication, attitude, and behavior.

Abstract

The low level of cooperation skills in early childhood has become a significant issue as it affects children's social-emotional development and their readiness to interact in learning environments. Therefore, learning approaches that can actively and meaningfully stimulate cooperation are needed. This study aims to improve the cooperation skills of children aged 5–6 years through project-based learning in the Sedekah Rame traditional activity at TK Az-Zahra, Lahat Regency. Sedekah Rame is a cultural tradition of the Lahat community carried out as a form of gratitude by farmers for their harvest, implemented through mutual cooperation, and containing values of togetherness, responsibility, and cooperation that are relevant for early childhood learning. The method used in this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR) based on the Kemmis and McTaggart model, which includes the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research was conducted in two cycles using a collaborative approach between the researcher and the classroom teacher. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation, with indicators of cooperation skills consisting of participation, sharing, rule compliance, task implementation, responsibility, and helping one another. The project-based learning was implemented through the stages of identifying real problems, information gathering, planning, implementation, reflection, evaluation, and publication. The results showed an improvement in children's cooperation skills in each cycle. In the pre-cycle stage, the average cooperation ability was 48.89% (Beginning to Develop category), which increased to 65.67% (Developing as Expected) in Cycle I, and further improved to 83.33% (Very Well Developed) in Cycle II. Thus, project-based learning through the Sedekah Rame tradition has been proven effective in improving early childhood cooperation skills while providing contextual and meaningful learning experiences.

Abstract

Manipulative movement is an important aspect in children's motor development, because it plays a role in shaping children's abilities in cutting, stringing, grasping, and forming various objects. This study aims to determine the effect of activities utilizing natural materials on manipulative movement abilities in children aged 4-5 years at PAUD SPNF SKB Palembang. The research method used in this study is quantitative using an experimental type and one-shot case study design. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through observation using a checklist and documentation. The instrument used contains indicators of children's manipulative movement abilities that cover four aspects, namely cutting, stringing, grasping, and forming, and has been declared valid and reliable. The sample used was 15 children aged 4-5 years, the sampling technique used a total sampling technique. The results of data analysis in the normality test that has been carried out show a posttest significance value of 0.162 which is greater than 0.05 (sig. > 0.05) so it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed. Furthermore, in the t-test, the calculated t value was 5.371 and the t-table result was 1.761. Based on the calculation, it can be concluded that the calculated t > t table (5.371 > 1.765) so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that there is an influence of the activity of utilizing natural material media on manipulative movements in children aged 4-5 years in PAUD SPNF SKB, which has been empirically proven and can be used as a stimulation for the development of children's manipulative movement abilities.
