Abstract

Pendudukan Jepang di Indonesia (1942–1945) memaksakan ritual seikerei membungkuk 90° menghadap matahari terbit untuk menghormati Kaisar Hirohito yang bertentangan dengan prinsip tauhid dalam Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis alasan teologis dan sosiologis KH. M. Hasyim Asy’ari dalam menolak seikerei serta signifikansinya bagi konteks kontemporer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka dan kerangka sosio-historis serta filosofis, data dikumpulkan melalui studi dokumentasi dan dianalisis dengan analisis isi dan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penolakan Asy’ari didasari oleh teologi Asy’ariyah yang menegaskan tawḥīd dan menolak praktik yang menyerupai penyembahan selain Allah. Secara sosiologis, kedudukannya sebagai pemimpin Nahdlatul Ulama memberinya kemampuan untuk memobilisasi resistensi kolektif, sesuai teori strukturasi Giddens: Asy’ari mampu mereproduksi struktur nilai Islam di tengah dominasi kolonial. Temuan mengungkap bahwa sikap Asy’ari memperkuat identitas Muslim dan kebebasan beragama di tengah hegemoni, serta memperlihatkan cara doktrin teologis dan agen sosial berinteraksi dalam perjuangan anti-kolonial. Implikasi penelitian menunjukkan relevansi model Asy’ari dalam mempertahankan kemurnian akidah di tengah tekanan ideologis modern

Abstract

Artikel ini mengulas Bagaimana Kontribusi Hadratussyeikh KH. M. Hasyim Asy’ari Terhadap Eksistensi Pendidikan Agama Islam Bagi Kaum Perempuan dan Bagaimana Hadratussyeikh KH. M. Hasyim Asy’ari Memposisikan Perempuan. Beberapa hal penting yang dapat diambil dari artikel ini: (1) Menurut Hadratussyeikh KH. M. Hasyim Asy’ari perempuan belajar menulis hukumnya makruh. Makruh bukan berarti dilarang atau diharamkan akan tetapi makruh disini adalah makruh tanzih. Makruh tanzih adalah perkara yang di tuntut untuk di tinggalkan tapi dengan perintah yang tidak atau kurang tegas, sebagaimana kiai menjelaskan kemakruhan pada hukum ini adalah mubah. (2) KH. M. Hasyim Asy’ari menjelaskan bahwa perempuan memiliki beberapa adab tertentu yang harus dilakukan apabila keluar dari rumah baik untuk bekerja maupun untuk keperluan lain nya yaitu harus sudah ada izin dari suaminya, dan ketika berada di luar tidak diperbolehkan bermuka murung, kotor atau mengenakan pakaian yang jelek dan ia harus menundukkan pandangan saat berjalan, tidak jelalatan dan berpura-pura tidak mengenal orang lain (laki-laki) yang mengenalinya. (3) Artikel ini mengungkap eksistensi perempuan dalam berbagai peran yaitu: a). Perempuan sebagai seorang ibu b). Perempuan sebagai seorang istri c). Perempuan sebagai anggota masyarakat. Jadi secara garis besar, artikel ini berusaha menganalisis Kontribusi Hadratussyeikh KH. M. Hasyim Asy’ari Terhadap Eksistensi Pendidikan Agama Islam Bagi Kaum Perempuan sehingga tidak ada lagi masyarakat dan budaya masyarakat yang masih menganggap perempuan berada di bawah laki-laki dan tempatnya hanya di dapur, sumur dan kasur tidak boleh berpendidikan tinggi, bekerja dan berkarir.This article reviews how The contribution of Hadratussyeikh KH M. Hasyim Asy'ari toward Existence of Islamic Religion Education for Women and How Hadratussyeikh KH.M. HasyimAsy'ari Positioning Women. Some important things were taken from this article: (1) According to Hadratussyeikh KH. M. Hasyim Asy'ari, woman learn to write, the law is makruh. Makruh does not mean prohibited or forbidden, but makruh was ’’makruhtanzih’’. Makruhtanzih was a matter that was demanded to be abandoned but with orders that were not or less firm, as Kyai explains, makruh in this law was permissible. (2) KH. M. HasyimAsy'ari explained that women have certain etiquette that have to followed when they leave the house, whether for work or other purposes, namely that they must have permission from their husband, and when they are outside they were not allowed to have a gloomy, dirty or wear bad clothes. and she has to lower her gaze when walking, does not wander around and does not pretend to not  knew other people (men) who recognize her. (3) This article reveals the existence of women in various roles, that is: a). Woman as a mother b). Woman as a wife c).Women as members of society. Generally, this article attempts to analyze the contribution of Hadratussyeikh KH. M. HasyimAsy'ari toward Existence of Islamic Religion Education for Women so that there is no society and culture that still considers women always under men and their place was only in the kitchen, well and bed. they were not allowed to have high education, work and have a career.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pemikiran politik K.H. Wahab Chasbullah melalui pendekatan historis dan filosofis. Sebagai salah satu tokoh penting dalam sejarah Islam di Indonesia dan pendiri Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), pemikiran K.H. Wahab mencerminkan sintesis antara nilai-nilai Islam, tradisi lokal, dan semangat kebangsaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan latar belakang pemikiran politik beliau, menganalisis gagasan politiknya, serta mengevaluasi kontribusinya terhadap politik Islam di Indonesia. Melalui metode penelitian kualitatif berbasis studi kepustakaan, data dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber primer dan sekunder, seperti karya tulis, pidato, dan dokumen historis. Kontribusi terbesar K.H. Wahab adalah upayanya menjadikan NU sebagai organisasi yang mendukung nasionalisme melalui penerimaan Pancasila sebagai dasar negara. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemikiran politik K.H. Wahab Chasbullah tidak hanya berkontribusi pada pembentukan politik Islam di Indonesia, tetapi juga menjadi landasan penting untuk membangun politik kebangsaan yang damai dan inklusif.This research examines the political thought of K.H. Wahab Chasbullah through historical and philosophical approaches. As one of the important figures in the history of Islam in Indonesia and the founder of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), K.H. Wahab's thought reflects a synthesis between Islamic values, local traditions, and the spirit of nationality. This study aims to describe the background of his political thought, analyze his political ideas, and evaluate his contribution to Islamic politics in Indonesia. Through a qualitative research method based on literature study, data was collected from various primary and secondary sources, such as written works, speeches, and historical documents. K.H. Wahab's greatest contribution was his effort to make NU an organization that supports nationalism through the acceptance of Pancasila as the basis of the state. This research concludes that the political thought of K.H. Wahab Chasbullah not only contributed to the formation of Islamic politics in Indonesia, but also became an important foundation for building peaceful and inclusive national politics.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the forms of collaboration between schools and parents in implementing character education for pupils in Years 1 to 3 at the primary education level, also known as the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed using phenomenological methods, enabling an in-depth exploration of the subjective experiences of educational stakeholders. Data were collected through triangulated in-depth interviews, limited participatory observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that collaboration in character education between madrasahs and parents is dynamic, integrative, and multidimensional, consisting of five key forms: 1) consistent two-way communication serving as an ecological bridge between home and school; 2) participatory parental involvement in school activities as contextual arenas for value socialisation; 3) character value synchronisation through co-developed guidance, establishing a microsystemic moral contract between teachers and parents; 4) integration of local wisdom values such as ojo dumeh, unggah-ungguh, and gotong royong, reinforcing pupils' cultural identity; and 5) character reinforcement through family-based support involving moral rituals, daily habits, and reflective practices at home. The study is limited by its localised context, relatively few participants, and the absence of prolonged observation of home–school interaction. Its original contribution lies in integrating Bronfenbrenner's ecological theory with culturally grounded character education practices and recommending digital and community-based collaborative strategies suitable for primary education settings in Indonesia.

Abstract

The age of 1 to 5 years is a golden age for children, this is the time for the task of parents as the first teacher to maximize all the potential that exists in the child, at this stage gross motor, fine cognitive and social interaction will develop and grow rapidly. However, many parents do not have free time and in the end the children are sent to Kindergarten (TK) schools. With the al-Asma al-Husna Hanifida method in kindergarten, it has a tremendous impact, not only can children pronounce asthma’, but with this method children will be invited to move, express and imagine. The method of implementing this service activity is divided into three stages, namely, needs analysis, implementation and assistance. This training was attended by Kindergarten teachers throughout the Turi Lamongan sub-district (IGTKM) as many as 150 participants. This training begins with the dynamics of turning the brain on, giving material by the trainer, practicing, evaluating and reflecting.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas adalah kurangnya keaktifan siswa, sehingga siswa kurang respon pada materi yang disampaikan oleh gurunya yang berdampak pada rendahnya pemahaman terhadap materi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh metode Talking Stick terhadap keaktifan belajar dan pemahaman siswa pada mata pelajaran Fiqih. Tujuan khusus penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh metode Talking Stick terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa, (2) Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh metode tersebut terhadap pemahaman siswa, dan (3) Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh metode Talking Stick terhadap keduanya secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-eksperimen. Subjek penelitian dibagi dalam dua kelompok: kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan metode Talking Stick, dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode konvensional. Dengan jumlah masing-masing responden kelas sebanyak 28 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, angket, tes (posttest), dan dokumentasi. Keaktifan siswa diukur dengan angket, sementara pemahaman siswa diukur melalui tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Talking Stick berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar (sig. 0,000 < 0,05) dan pemahaman siswa (sig. 0,001 < 0,05). Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan keaktifan belajar sebesar 25,8% dan peningkatan pemahaman sebesar 18,3%. Dengan demikian, metode Talking Stick efektif diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Fiqih di kelas.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the writing school Program in honing the self-efficacy of students through verbal persuasion in Pondok Pesantren Putri Walisongo Cukir Jombang. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to the method of data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that this program effectively increases the confidence of students in writing. This is indicated by the increased self-efficacy of students after obtaining consistent verbal support from teachers and peers, as well as a supportive learning environment. The Program also facilitates the improvement of critical thinking skills, writing Systematics, and good use of language. However, there are obstacles such as limited facilities and infrastructure, lack of reference book collection, and lack of access to supporting technology. These findings emphasize the importance of the role of teachers and peers in providing constructive verbal persuasion to improve students ' self-efficacy, especially in writing skills.

Abstract

This research study examines the importance of the presence of teachers in shaping the character of students at the Tebuireng Science Islamic Boarding School. The data collected comes from observations and interviews at the location studied. The research findings show the great influence of the presence of a coach on efforts to shape the character of a student in the Islamic boarding school environment. The presence of a coach as a parent and educator in the boarding school can shape the character of students who are independent, disciplined, moralsocially minded, hardworking, and confident. supported by Islamic boarding school programs and curricula, as well as active coordination from all related parties, to create a conceptual and comprehensive system of character education in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This activity aims to revitalise the role of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) teachers in improving the effectiveness of learning, caregiving, and counselling services through a genetic intelligence approach. The study was conducted at MTs Madrasatul Qur’an Tebuireng Jombang as part of a Community Service Programme (PKM). Observations and interviews identified three main problems: (1) 19 out of 21 teachers experienced difficulties in implementing differentiated learning due to challenges in recognising students’ characteristics; (2) student conflicts in the form of violence or bullying were not handled optimally; and (3) 4 out of 5 counselling teachers had not yet fully understood students’ potential and problems. The intervention was carried out through training in genetic intelligence based on the STIFIn intelligence model and learning strategies tailored to students’ characteristics. This community service programme consisted of (1) Genetic Intelligence Training, and (2) Learning Strategy Training. Experimental quantitative statistical tests through pre-test and post-test results showed a significant improvement in teachers’ understanding, with an average post-test score increase of 15% in genetic intelligence training and 19% in learning strategy training. The training had a positive impact on enhancing teachers’ competences in (a) recognising students’ potential and learning styles, (b) resolving student conflicts, and (c) providing more targeted and effective counselling services. Furthermore, this approach can be disseminated to other similar educational institutions.
