Abstract

E-learning is designed to develop the skills of audio, visual and kinetic student. The development of e-learning is done through a research and development (Research and Development) using a modified model of the development of the development model Borg & Gall. The procedure of the study include: needs analysis, setting goals, product development, revision, validation, product testing, revision and final products. Products made using Camtasia software 7. The research has reached the stage develop. The purpose is to make the development of e-learning products that can optimize the ability of audio, visual and kinetic student. Furthermore, e-learning products tested and validated by a validator (expert). Based on the results of the validation and testing of products in the lecture note that the e-learning products is valid and effective for Educational Research Methods lecture.

Abstract

In achieving the desired social and economic development in rural areas in accordance with the duties and functions of the nagari (village) administration in West Sumatra to rural communities including the delivery of persuasive communication to Ninik Mamak (clan leader) in nagari (village), so that the communication message reaches, with the nagari government applying the concepts, models, plans and communication strategies. The purpose of this study is to study the communication to Ninik Mamak (Klen Leader), Nagari Community, Ninik Mamak to the Nagarinya Society to achieve social and economic development and the welfare of the Sungai Pua Nagari community. From this research, it is hoped that the benefits for the Nagari Government, Ninik Mamak in communicating messages based on the concepts, communication models, plans and communication strategies in Nagari Sungai Pua will be achieved by the social and economic welfare of their nagar communities. This type of research is a qualitative study, describing activities, phenomena relating to human relations, research data sources using secondary and primary data in the form of books, with library research techniques and data analysis techniques how to systematically compile data obtained from the field both in the form of notes and documents and data are studied and conclusions are made so that they are easily understood by the author himself and others who read them.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of literacy culture owned by students of SD Negeri 04 X Korong Kota Solok. This type of research is a quantitative study using descriptive methods. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The population of this study were students of SD Negeri 04 IX Korong Kota Solok, with a total sample of 38 people, consisting of all students in Class V. This was taken by purposive sampling due to the limitations of the authors in taking samples during the pandemic. The data analysis method used is the test instrument, namely the validity test and reliability test. Quantitative data processing is accompanied by analysis. The results showed (1) books that most elementary school students like are story books, can be novels or other reading material, (2) the time used to read, on average is 25 minutes per day. This is presumably because students are also involved in other activities after school, such as helping their parents to work, (3) The reason for reading this Class V elementary school student, on average is dominated by 34%, likes reading, 26% does not like reading because it is boring, 26% caused by playing a lot. The rest is caused by not having time to read, prefer to watch and there are no good books according to them that make them interested in reading.

Abstract

Promoting breastfeeding self-efficacy through self-directed learning requires behavior, goal setting, and self-reinforcement. This research aims to collect insights from health professionals on strategies for improving maternal confidence in breastfeeding using self-directed learning and existing knowledge. An in-depth exploration through a two-round Delphi method rooted in the self-efficacy theory of self-directed learning for breastfeeding mothers was conducted, involving expert input and an extensive literature review. Four key documents were identified, each undergoing rigorous expert rating to ensure quality. Six essential elements for health professionals to guide breastfeeding mothers were established, focusing on lactation physiology, successful initiation, confidence building, adversity management, cultural beliefs, and public breastfeeding. Three crucial topics, including prior knowledge, personal attributes, and autonomous processes, were designed to enhance self-efficacy through self-directed learning. In conclusion, the study emphasizes the vital role of health professionals in supporting mothers through comprehensive breastfeeding guidance and encouraging self-directed learning.

Abstract

Mutu rekam medis baik secara kuantitas maupun secara kualitas sangat mendukung untuk standarisasi akreditasi rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan mixed method. Penelitian kuantitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis kelengkapan dan kekonsistensian pencatatan rekam medis, sedangkan penelitian kualitatif dilakukan untuk mencari informasi terkait faktor penyebab pencatatan rekam medis yang tidak konsisten ditinjau berdasarkan aspek man, material, mechine dan methode.Hasil penelitian pendokumentasian rekam medis rawat inap kasus craniotomy di RSUD Dr Moewardi Surakarta di tinjau dari analisis kualitatif adalah konsistensi penulisan diagnosis pada saat masuk, dirawat dan pulang, dari 56 dokumen rekam medis rawat inap kasus craniotomy didapatkan 50 dokumen rekam medis (89,28%) konsisten dan 6 dokumen rekam medis (10,72%) tidak konsisten. Konsistensi pencatatan perkembangan pasien, rekam medis rawat inap kasus craniotomy didapatkan 54 dokumen rekam medis (96,4%) konsisten dan 2 dokumen rekam medis (4,5%) tidak konsisten. Konsistensi pencatatan hal-hal penting selama perawatan dan pengobatan, rekam medis rawat inap kasus craniotomy didapatkan 52 dokumen rekam medis (92,9%) konsisten dan 4 dokumen rekam medis (7,1%) tidak konsisten. Konsistensi pencatatan informed consent, rekam medis rawat inap kasus craniotomy didapatkan sejumlah 46 dokumen rekam medis (82,1%) konsisten dan 10 dokumen rekam medis (17,90%) tidak konsisten. Pencatatan kejadian yang berpotensi menimbulkan tuntutan ganti rugi, rekam medis rawat inap kasus craniotomy tidak ditemukan adanya pencatatan kejadian yang berpotensi menimbulkan ganti rugi. Faktor penyebab pencatatan rekam medis yang tidak konsisten pada kasus craniotomy dilihat dari segi Man yaitu kurangnya ketelitian PPA yang disebabkan karena kelelahan PPA dalam melayani banyaknya pasien. Material tidak ada kendala dalam pencatatan rekam medis yang konsisten. Machine kurangnya laptop atau komputer di ruang nurse station dan belum adanya lembar penilaian konsistensi pencatatan rekam medis. Methode belum mempunyai SPO terkait review konsistensi pencatatan rekam medis.

Abstract

This study examines the narrative strategies used by Generation Z in writing short stories in the era of digital literacy. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis of the collection of short stories Warna Merdeka Kala Korona consisting of 47 short stories published by the Banyuwangi Literacy Community. Data were analyzed using Minderop's (2011) storytelling strategy theory, which includes telling and showing techniques, as well as the influence of digital technology on narrative patterns. The results of the study show that changes in narrative structure in Generation Z short stories reflect adaptation to digital technology, with a dominance of non-linear plots, exploration of social themes, and active involvement of readers in interpreting the story. Generation Z shows a strong tendency to use an indirect storytelling style (showing), which develops characters and conflicts through actions, dialogues, and responses to problems without explicit narrative from the author. This study shows that technological developments have strengthened Generation Z's preference for reflective and interactive storytelling. This study contributes to the study of digital literacy and opens up opportunities for further research related to cultural factors and individual preferences in shaping Generation Z's storytelling strategies.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengaji novel ini dari segi feminisme serta dampak gender yang dialami tokoh dalam novel tersebut. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, penelitian ini mengamati dan menganalisis isi novel dengan pendekatan feminisme. Kajian ini diharapkan dapat memaparkan gagasan-gagasan feminisme pengarang yang ingin disampaikan kepada pembaca. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Relasi gender meliputi perempuan sebagai inferior, perempuan sebagai mitra sejajar laki-laki, dan perempuan sebagai makhluk superior. Adanya relasi gender ini menimbulkan adanya ketidakadilan gender dan kesetaraan gender, sehingga memberi dampak psikologi pada tokoh novel. Dampak psikologi berupa kecemasan riil, kecemasan neurotik, dan kecemasan moral.

Abstract

This study introduces a tourism-based literature learning model to enhance students' motivation, literary appreciation, and cultural literacy in higher education. Traditional literature teaching often lacks engagement and sociocultural context. By integrating cultural and tourism experiences, this model addresses these gaps. Forty undergraduate literature students participated, with data collected through questionnaires, observations, and interviews. Results showed motivation scores increased from 3.05 to 4.25, and participation rose from 37.5% to 75%. Additionally, 82.5% of students reported stronger connections with local culture. Expert validation rated the model highly feasible with a score of 4.4. This approach effectively bridges text and culture, boosting student motivation and engagement, and strengthening cultural literacy.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian nasional, khususnya pada sektor produksi beras sebagai kebutuhan pokok masyarakat Indonesia. Produksi Beras Sari Hasil Bumi di Weleri menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan strategi branding produk di tengah persaingan pasar yang semakin ketat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing usaha beras melalui pelatihan literasi keuangan dan pengembangan strategi branding produk. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang terdiri dari empat tahapan: persiapan, pelaksanaan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi dengan total durasi 4 bulan. Kegiatan meliputi pelatihan intensif, workshop akuntansi dan manajemen keuangan, serta pendampingan berkala. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman pelaku usaha dalam pencatatan keuangan, penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana, dan pengembangan desain kemasan produk yang lebih menarik. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif berupa peningkatan keterampilan pengelolaan usaha dan pengembangan branding produk yang dapat meningkatkan daya saing di pasar. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model pemberdayaan UMKM sektor pangan yang berkelanjutan
