Abstract

This studyiaiims to determineithe effect of the development of CitraiLaind Gaimai City in increaising the income of traiders in Kenaingain Bairu Percut Sei Tuain District. Abstract

Facilities and service quality are important things that must be considered by companies engaged in services. The existence of good facilities and service quality in the minds of consumers will create a good image so that consumers become generous with the services provided by the company. This study aims to determine the effect of facilities and service quality on customer loyalty with satisfaction as a moderating variable (a case study in the Constitutional Court Digital Printing). This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of 2969 in this study were customers who had used the services of the Constitutional Court Digital Printing. The sample used was 97 respondents and questionnaires as a means of collecting data for respondents. The analytical method used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test. The results of this study indicate that facilities, and service quality have a significant influence on customer loyalty at MK Digital Printing and the effect is from Variable X1, namely facilities and customer satisfaction which have the effect of increasing the influence of facilities on customer loyalty. Thus, that the result of the satisfaction variable is a moderating variable or can be used as an independent variable as well as a moderator variable.

Abstract

Profit sharing is the distribution of business results that have been carried out by the parties who entered into the agreement, namely the customer and the sharia bank. In this case, the results of the business carried out by both parties or one party will be divided according to the portion of each party entering into the contractual agreement. The distribution of business results in sharia banking is determined using the ratio. The ratio is a reward agreed upon by both parties in determining the profit sharing of the collaborative effort. This type of research is quantitative research. Quantitative research is research that uses numbers as a data source. In this research the author uses an associative approach. Associative research is research that uses two or more variables one with another variable. The reason researchers use associativity as a research method is because in this research there is a relationship between one variable and another variable with appropriate research indicators. Research shows that there is a positive influence between Profit Sharing on Income Growth. There is a positive influence between the exchange rate on income growth. There is a positive influence between Inflation on Income Growth. There is a positive influence between Profit Sharing, Exchange Rates and Inflation on Income Growth..

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of implementing the Government's Internal Control System and Human Resource Competency on preventing cases of accounting fraud / fraud using the Fraud Hexagon Approach (Case Study of the North Sumatra Provincial Government). The research method used is a survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents consisting of government employees involved in internal control processes and accounting activities. The questionnaire measures the level of implementation of the government's internal control system, human resource competency, and cases of accounting fraud that occur. The Fraud Hexagon approach is used to analyze factors that influence fraud prevention. This research uses quantitative methods, primary data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The population and sample were 50 respondents and used a total saturated sampling technique. This research uses SPSS statistical tools. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis method. The results of this research show that the implementation of the Internal Control System has a positive and significant effect on preventing accounting fraud cases. Human Resource Competency has a positive and significant effect on preventing accounting fraud cases. And the F test shows that the Implementation of the Internal Control System and Human Resource Competency has a simultaneous and significant positive effect on the Prevention of Accounting Fraud Cases.

Abstract

This research examines how PER, PBV, ROA, ROE, NPM, and DER influence stock returns in general insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research also aims to test whether PER, PBV, ROA, ROE, NPM, and DER statistically influence stock returns in general insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses quantitative methods. The population studied was five insurance companies registered on the IDX. A partial test using the t test shows that the Price Earning Ratio (PER) has no statistical effect on Stock Returns. Price Book Value (PBV) also has a small influence on stock returns. ROA and ROE have a statistically significant effect on stock returns. Stock returns are also influenced by Net Profit Margin (NPM). Lastly, the Debt Equity Ratio (DER) has no significant effect on stock returns. Simultaneous test (F Test) shows that Price Earning Ratio (PER), Price Book Value (PBV), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Debt Equity Ratio (DER) collectively influence stock returns in insurance companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability, leverage and company size on stock prices in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In this study using quantitative methods with an associative approach. The population used in this study is the financial statements of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2020 period, which is 21 companies. In this study, samples were taken using purposive sampling techniques based on certain criteria. The secondary data obtained were analyzed through the Eviews 12 Software program. The results of the first study show that Profitability does not have a significant effect on Stock Price. Secondly, it shows that Leverage has a significant effect on Share Price. Third, it shows that Company Size has a significant effect on Stock Price. Fourth, simultaneously Profitability, Leverage and Company Size have a significant effect on Share Price.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of market share, density, investment yield, and gross contribution to the total assets of Islamic insurance companies in Indonesia in 2018-2022. The research method uses quantitative associative multiple linear regression using secondary data from the Financial Services Authority publication. The type of data uses time series. The sample of Islamic insurance companies listed in IKNB Syariah for the period 2018-2022 with a total of 58 companies. Data processed using SPSS. The results of market share research have a significant positive effect on the total assets of Islamic Insurance Companies in Indonesia in 2018-2022. Density has no significant effect, and investment yield has a significant positive effect, gross contribution has no significant effect. Meanwhile, based on the results of analysis using SPSS version 23, all independent variables, namely Market Share, Density, Investment Yield, and Gross Contribution together have a significant effect on the dependent variable. Simultaneously, when market share, density, investment yield, and gross contribution function together, they create a favourable environment for the growth of total assets. The combined effect of these factors provides an overview of how economic and strategic factors can influence asset accumulation in the context of the analysed market or industry.

Abstract

The development of the culinary business has resulted in a variety of unique culinary delights, one of which is Durian Shake which is popular with many groups, especially young people, causing quite long queues. Based on observations, service quality, price perception and taste are very important things for consumers, when consumers feel satisfied it will have an impact on consumer satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of service quality, price perception and price perception on consumer satisfaction. The object of this research is consumers of Duriankocok77 Tempuling in Medan Tembung District. This research uses a quantitative method in which to determine the sample using the solvin formula with the results being 89 consumers of Duriankocok77 Tempuling. This research uses classical assumption test data analysis techniques, descriptive and multiple linear analysis with the help of the SPSS version 26 application. The results of this research show that the factors of service quality, price perception and taste have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. And the factors of service quality, price perception and taste simultaneously influence consumer satisfaction with Duriankocok77 Tempuling.

Abstract

Motivasi sangat di perlukan sebagai kepuasan kerja karyawan. Sebab karyawan adalah faktor penggerak utama keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dimana peran sdm sendiri memberikan pengaruh besar terhadap maju dan berkembangnya perusahaan tersebut. Adanya motivasi yang di berikan manajer kepada karyawan membuat karyawan tersebut merasa termotivasi dalam menjalankan setiap pekerjaan yang ia terima. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana peran motivasi mempengaruhi minat karyawan dalam bekerja di Balai Monitor Spektrum Frekuensi Kelas I Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan berbagai sumber dari jurnal jurnal serta buku buku yang bersangkutan dengan judul yang di ambil.
