Abstract

In this research the focus is on how is shiqaq resolved? Then in this research we also discuss how in the household if there is syiqaq then there must be steps taken to resolve it, and in this research the researcher wants to examine how restorative justice is implemented regarding syiqaq in the household, and the researcher also examines how to implement restorative justice syiqaq in this household in Qs. An-nisa verse 34 in the thoughts of Wahbah Az-Zuhaili. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. This type of research is library research, meaning that this research focuses on literature by analyzing the content of the literature related to the research. The data collected in this research is by looking for cases of syiqaq in society and then collecting them as reinforcement in the research, then the researcher examines the implementation of restorative justice by taking examples from the community and comparing them with Islamic laws to see whether they are in line with or not. no, after that the researcher took the interpretation of Wahbah Azzuhaili in Qs. An-nisa verse 34 which relates to research. After all the data has been collected, the researcher begins the research. The sources for this research are books, journals, theses, articles discussing restorative justice, syiqaq and referring to Al-munir's interpretation. The conclusion of the research is that Wahbah Az-Zuhaili's view is that in the family it is the man who has the duty to educate his wife to be better, but in this case there are several types of wives, namely wives who obey their husbands, and there are wives who are obedient to their husbands. who disobeys her husband. If the wife disobeys her husband then the husband can advise, scold, separate the bed and even the husband can hit his wife on condition that it does not leave scars, wounds and bruises on her body, and if that happens then the wife can ask for protection from the family or even the court but as far as possible to maintain the marriage because Allah does not recommend divorce. In this research, the contribution of this research is to clarify whether this application is in line with the Islamic view which is strengthened by Az-Zuhaili's Thought.

Abstract

As servants of Allah, humans are required to always remember and mention Allah in order to get the ultimate peace. Zikr is remembering Allah by appreciating His presence, His Holiness, His Praiseworthiness and His Greatness. The focus of the researcher's study is, how is the existence of zikr rateb seribee in the Naqsabandiyah congregation? and whether this zikr rateb seribee can instill Sufi values in the Naqsabandiyah congregation. The method used is qualitative research that uses descriptive-analytical data analysis techniques, namely analyzing the data obtained by conducting interviews, observations and documentation, then through the approach of tasawuf akhlaqi. The purpose is to find out the existence and Sufi values of rateb seribee dhikr in the congregation of Tarekat Naqsabandiyah.  Based on the results of the research, zikr rateb seribe is one of the activities or practices of Sufism in the Indonesian Assembly for the Study of Tauhid Tasawuf or known as MPTT-I. The existence of this zikr rateb seribee has developed from year to year until this zikr reaches abroad, the followers of this zikr rateb seribee have tens and even thousands of worshipers who follow it. This dhikr is a recommendation from religion, the congregation of the naqsabandiyah order who performs this dhikr has a kesufian value embedded in them, namely strengthening the relationship, the tongue is always awake from dirty speech and hurting others, and the mind becomes more positive.

Abstract

This study seeks to analyze the performance of village officials in governance from an Islamic perspective. This study aims to analyze the performance of village officials in governance in Huristak District, Padang Lawas Regency, focusing on Islamic perspectives. The research method used is a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The study respondents involved village officials, community leaders, traditional leaders and local religious leaders. The collected data is analyzed through a contextual approach and reviewed from an Islamic point of view. The results of this study show that the performance of village officials in the context of governance has achieved maximum results. This assessment is based on the understanding and implementation of Islamic principles in village governance. In various limitations, village officials have succeeded in establishing strong community participation mechanisms in decision making, creating fair public services, and ensuring accountability and transparency in every policy taken. The involvement of religious leaders in the decision-making process is also a determining factor in achieving maximum results. The initiative helps to effectively integrate Islamic values in all aspects of village governance. In addition, close collaboration between village officials, community leaders, and clerics has contributed positively to sustainable development and community welfare. The implications of the results of this study can be used as a reference for local governments, village officials, and other stakeholders to strengthen and maintain the success that has been achieved in presenting governance in accordance with Islamic values in Huristak District and its surroundings.

Abstract

Sinergi antara Islam dan politik telah menjadi topik penting dalam konteks perkembangan politik di berbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia. Dalam hal ini, Manuver M. Amin Rais, seorang politisi dan cendekiawan Muslim terkemuka, telah memainkan peran yang signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menggambarkan sinergi antara Islam dan politik dalam manuver M. Amin Rais, dengan fokus pada kontribusinya dalam konteks Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif, penelitian ini mempelajari karya tulis, pidato, dan tindakan politik M. Amin Rais untuk mengungkap perspektifnya tentang Islam dan perannya dalam politik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Manuver M. Amin Rais mencoba mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dengan prinsip-prinsip politik dalam upaya memperjuangkan keadilan, kebebasan, dan keadilan sosial di Indonesia. Ia mengadvokasi pentingnya pemahaman Islam yang moderat dan inklusif dalam merumuskan kebijakan publik. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti tantangan dan kontroversi yang dihadapi oleh sinergi Islam dan politik dalam manuver M. Amin Rais. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting tentang peran dan pengaruh Manuver M. Amin Rais dalam mengembangkan sinergi antara Islam dan politik di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi para pemangku kepentingan dan pengambil kebijakan untuk memahami dinamika hubungan antara agama dan politik dalam konteks yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Tahadduts Bi Al-Ni'mah is an expression of gratitude given to the creator for all the pleasures he has given to his servants. In the values of gratitude, it is a sense of gratitude in life, be it health, wealth, complete physical and others. The meaning of Tahadduts bin-ni'mah is not necessarily by telling it directly with words. Body language or behavior can also be said to show gratitude for the blessings given by Allah which have the potential to build and motivate others to do good too. In this study using the research method The type of research method that the author uses in writing this journal is a library study, namely a study conducted by searching for and discussing literature, journal books and documents related to research using a descriptive qualitative approach. The conclusion of this study is Tahadduts bi Ni'mah is the opinion of the interpreters related to QS. ad-Dhuha verse 11, which is the evidence in the practice of tahadduts bi ni'mah. Tahadduth bi al-ni'mah is a concept in Islam that emphasizes the importance of being grateful for all the blessings given by Allah SWT. This concept means busying oneself by mentioning the name of Allah and being grateful for His infinite gifts.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship in Islam has a strong foundation in the Qur'an, which encourages its people to work hard, earn a halal livelihood, and run a business with the values of honesty and responsibility. This study aims to analyze the concept of entrepreneurship in the Qur'an based on the perspective of Buya Hamka's interpretation and its relevance to the work ethic of employees of PT. Amirah Indonesia Tour, a company engaged in Umrah travel services and halal tourism. The method used in this study is qualitative-descriptive with a literature study approach to Tafsir Al-Azhar by Buya Hamka, as well as empirical data analysis regarding work culture at PT. Amirah Indonesia Tour. The results of the study show that Buya Hamka interprets entrepreneurship as an effort that is not only oriented towards material gains, but also emphasizes integrity, noble morals, and the balance of the afterlife. Values such as hard work, trust, and ihsan (doing your best) are the main pillars in running a successful business according to Buya Hamka. The relevance of entrepreneurial values in the Qur'an to the work ethic at PT. Amirah Indonesia Tour can be seen in the application of the principle of trust in customer service, innovation in service development, and commitment to maintaining Islamic work quality. Employees of PT. Amirah Indonesia Tour also applies spiritual values that support work productivity, such as discipline, responsibility, and the spirit of providing benefits to the people. This study concludes that the application of Islamic entrepreneurial principles according to Buya Hamka's interpretation can be a relevant guideline in building a professional work ethic and integrity in sharia-based companies. Research recommendations include strengthening training based on Islamic values, developing a more innovative work culture, and improving spiritual programs to support the balance of the afterlife in the work environment.

Abstract

Angka perceraian yang tinggi di kota Medan mencerminkan tantangan besar dalam mempertahankan hubungan pernikahan yang stabil. Masalah ini sering kali dipengaruhi oleh pemahaman yang keliru mengenai peran dan tanggung jawab dalam pernikahan, serta kurangnya komunikasi efektif antara pasangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kontribusi dalam mengurangi angka perceraian dengan mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis panduan yang terdapat dalam Al-Qur'an dan tafsir Tafsir Nazharât fȋ Kitâbillâh Zainab al-Ghazali, khususnya dalam Surah An-Nisa’/4:1, 4:34, dan 4:19. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan mengumpulkan data dari dua sumber utama: teks-teks suci dan tafsir, serta data praktis dari Pengadilan Agama Kota Medan. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan analisis mendalam terhadap ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an yang berkaitan dengan hak dan kewajiban dalam pernikahan, dan diikuti oleh interpretasi tafsir Zainab al-Ghazali untuk memahami makna dan aplikasinya dalam konteks keluarga. Selanjutnya, data dari Pengadilan Agama digunakan untuk menggali faktor-faktor penyebab perceraian dan dinamika kasus yang ada. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman yang tepat mengenai qiwāmah, yang sering kali disalahartikan sebagai dominasi laki-laki, seharusnya diartikan sebagai tanggung jawab laki-laki untuk menjaga kesejahteraan dan keharmonisan keluarga. Komunikasi yang terbuka dan adil juga terbukti penting untuk menyelesaikan konflik dan memperkuat hubungan. Sehingga dapat menegaskan bahwa dengan mengedepankan tanggung jawab laki-laki dan komunikasi yang efektif, serta menerapkan prinsip-prinsip yang diperoleh dari tafsir, pasangan suami istri di Medan dapat menciptakan lingkungan pernikahan yang lebih harmonis dan mengurangi angka perceraian secara signifikan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga untuk intervensi praktis dalam menangani isu perceraian dan memperkuat hubungan pernikahan.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate the concept of raḍā'ah as delineated in Wahbah al-Zuḥailī's Tafsir Al-Munīr, particularly with respect to Qur'anic verses found in Surah Al-Ṭalāq [65]: 6, Al-Nisā' [4]: 24, Al-Baqarah [2]: 233, and Al-Qaṣaṣ [28]: The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing content analysis to delve into and evaluate Wahbah al-Zuḥailī's comprehension of the concept of raḍā'ah. The primary data source for this investigation comprises Wahbah al-Zuḥailī's interpretations within his tafsir that are pertinent to the concept of raḍā'ah. Findings from this study illuminate the dialectical nature of the understanding of raḍā'ah as expounded by Wahbah al-Zuḥailī in Tafsir Al-Munīr, shedding light on the interpretations and emphases accorded to the concept within the context of the specified verses. There are three important aspects of Wahbah's interpretation. Firstly, Wahbah emphasizes the importance of moral and social responsibility. In his exegesis, Wahbah explains that raḍā’ah is a moral and social obligation for parents towards their children, which must be fulfilled without exception. Secondly, Wahbah demonstrates his expertise in applying comparative rationality. This research aims to offer a more profound insight into Wahbah al-Zuḥailī's portrayal and comprehension of the concept of raḍā'ah in his work, and to delineate its significance in shaping the broader comprehension of the Qur'ān. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi konsep raḍā’ah dalam tafsir Al-Munīr karya Wahbah al-Zuḥailī, dengan mengacu pada ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an yang terdapat dalam Surah Al-Ṭalāq [65]: 6, Al-Nisā’ [4]: 24, Al-Baqarah [2]: 233, dan Al-Qaṣaṣ [28]: 7 dan 12. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis konten sebagai alat untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis pemahaman Wahbah al-Zuḥailī terhadap konsep raḍā’ah. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penafsiran Wahbah al-Zuḥailī dalam tafsirnya yang berkaitan dengan konsep raḍā’ah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menggambarkan dialektika dalam pemahaman raḍā’ah yang disajikan oleh Wahbah al-Zuḥailī dalam tafsir Al-Munīr, dengan menyoroti interpretasi dan penekanan yang diberikan terhadap konsep tersebut dalam konteks ayat-ayat yang dipilih. Terdapat tiga aspek penting dari penafisran Wahbah yakni Pertama, Wahbah menekankan pentingnya tanggung jawab moral dan sosial. Dalam tafsirnya, Wahbah menjelaskan bahwa raḍā’ah merupakan kewajiban moral dan sosial bagi orang tua terhadap anak-anaknya, yang harus dipenuhi tanpa terkecuali. Kedua, Wahbah menunjukkan keahliannya dalam menerapkan rasionalitas perbandingan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana konsep raḍā’ah dipahami dan disajikan oleh Wahbah al-Zuḥailī dalam karyanya, serta kontribusinya terhadap pemahaman umum terhadap Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

The politics of corruption in Indonesia has become an electoral culture for personal and group interests that makes people miserable. Indonesia itself is ranked 110th out of 180 countries in the world for corruption cases, so serious efforts are needed to prevent corrupt practices. The article uses qualitative research using the Maudu'i method by connecting verses from the Koran related to the topic of corruption. Primary data is the Koran, while secondary data comes from journal articles, web data and news related to corruption. This article explains the definition of corruption in the Koran and the urgency of corruption which clearly endangers the state, especially the role of the state in the welfare of the people. The verses of the Koran clearly provide instructions and prohibitions on corrupt practices which are prohibited in Islam. Islam itself explains that corrupt practices have existed since the time of the Prophet as described in the verses of the Koran. This article offers efforts to prevent corruption, including protecting the people by providing a sense of security, enforcing the law fairly, character revolution, increasing human resources through religious education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis model pengelolaan program Hifzhil Qur’an di Lembaga Pengembangan Tilawatil Qur’an (LPTQ) Sumatera Utara serta implikasinya terhadap pengabdian masyarakat. Fokus penelitian mencakup struktur organisasi, metode pembinaan, tantangan implementasi, serta efektivitas program dalam membentuk komunitas Qur’ani. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pengelola program, pelatih, dan peserta, serta kuesioner untuk mengukur dampak program terhadap peserta dan masyarakat sekitar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini menerapkan model pembinaan berbasis training center (TC) secara berkala dan pembinaan di lembaga tahfiz yang bekerja sama dengan LPTQ. Evaluasi efektivitas program menunjukkan bahwa indikator keberhasilan utama adalah peningkatan kualitas hafalan peserta serta prestasi dalam Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur’an (MTQ) tingkat provinsi dan nasional. Mayoritas responden menyatakan bahwa struktur program, dukungan fasilitas, dan kompetensi pembimbing sudah memadai, dengan tingkat kepuasan mencapai lebih dari 90%. Namun, program ini menghadapi tantangan dalam hal keterbatasan anggaran, variasi kualitas peserta, serta keterbatasan durasi pelatihan akibat pembatasan dana hibah. Implikasi terhadap pengabdian masyarakat terlihat dalam peningkatan literasi Al-Qur’an, keterlibatan pemuda dalam kegiatan keagamaan, serta kontribusi lulusan program sebagai imam masjid dan pengajar tahfiz. Studi ini merekomendasikan peningkatan kesinambungan pembinaan, optimalisasi sumber daya, serta penguatan kolaborasi dengan lembaga tahfiz dan pemerintah daerah untuk memperluas dampak sosial program.
