Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to describe the improvement of Students’ motivation in dance art learning in SMA Negeri 2 Kerinci at class X by using video. The type of this study was qualitative with analysis descriptive method. Instruments used in this study were the researcher and it was also helped by stationaries and digital camera. Data in this study were primary and secondary data. Techniques of data collection were done by using library research, questionaires, interview and taking documentation. Data was analyzed by counting the result of observation with precentage, it gave motivation category and analyzed qualitatively. The result of study showed that students’ motivation of class X-1 SMA Negeri 2 Kerinci was in good category.Keywords: student motivation, learning the art of dance

Abstract

AbstractThis article aims to reveal and explain about how teachers interact with students and improve learning outcomes of students in learning the art of using the media Charts in SMP Negeri 4 Pariaman. This type of research this is a class action Research (PTK). The research was carried out in 2 cycle i.e. the cycle I and cycle II. The instruments used in this research is the written tests (cognitive) and test skills (psychomotor). The techniques used in data collection is the observation, knowledge (cognitive) tests and keterampilam tests (psychomotor). Technique of data analysis is carried out based on the activity of learning, student learning outcomes and assessment criteria. The results showed that the use of media art learning culture in chart in particular dance in Class VII. 4 SMP Negeri 4 Pariaman can improve the results of the study and was able to make student learning was directly involved in the practice of dance. On cycle I have not found an increase in student learning outcomes are significant but in cycle II by using the media, learners are more focused and serious in following the instruction. This is evident by the presence of learning outcomes grade VII. 4 on cycle I student learning outcomes the overall cognitive and psychomotor 62.95 and on student learning outcomes the overall cycle of psychomotor and cognitive 81.43. So there has been an increase in the results of learning the art of dance by using media chart and targets on want has been successful.Keywords: study results of dance, chart media

Abstract

Abstract This article aims to describe the factors that cause low attention of students toward the performance of cultural arts (dance) in SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang Kota. The object of research was students of class IX KH. Ahmad Dahlan.Type of the research was qualitative study with using descriptive method. The research was conducted in the 2018/2019 school year in SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang Kota. The main instrument in this research was the researcher and it was supoorted by measuring tool in the form of observation format. Techniques of data collection were done through literature study, observation, and documentation. In data analysis, it was done by conducting descriptive qualitative research.The result shows that students' attention are influenced by internal and external factors. The internal factors tend to cause low students’ attention in art performance that are obligation, exercise, listening and thinking. Meanwhile, the external factors that cause low students’ attention are from the teachers, the school facilities and the infrastructure as well as the school economic in the SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang Kota. Keywords: The Student Attention, Art Performance, Dance

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to reveal and describe the development of Joget Dangkong in Moro District, Karimun Regency, Riau Islands Province. This research was a qualitative research with analytical descriptive method. The types of data used in this research were primary and secondary data. The main instrument in this research was the researcher herself and assisted by supporting instruments such as stationeries and cameras. Data collection techniques were conducted by means of literature study, observation, interviews and documentation. The data were analyzed by data reduction, data model (data display) and conclusion drawing / verification. The results confirmed that Joget Dangkong t was one of the arts and culture that was still being developed in the Moro Subdistrict of Karimun Regency, Riau Islands Province. Therefore, it  still exists and is accepted in the community until now. In 2019, Joget Dangkong has been developed into Joget Dangkong creations in terms of form, distribution and function, and Joget Dangkong is only performed on certain events. The response of the community was very good and very supportive in order to maintain Jogging Dangkong, because Joget Dangkong had developed from the main source to earn a living, so now it is an entertainment. The development of Joget Dangkong is possible in the midst of society to foreign countries such as Malaysia and Singapore. Joget Dangkong creation is very well responded by the community since the development of Joget Dangkong is in a positive form without violating applicable ethics and norms. Abstract

AbstractThis article aims to describe the perceptions of students in pembelejaran dance in SMP N 11 Sijunjung. This type of research is a qualitative approach using descriptive. The population in this research is grade VIII as many as 170 people. Sampling 42 students using the technique of sampling considerations (purposive) and random (random). Research instrument this is now about the student perception indicators i.e., acceptance and evaluation in learning the art of dance in SMP N 11 Sijunjung. Data collection is carried out through quantitative techniques the percentages and then processed into the qualitative data in the form of a descriptive. The results showed that the perception of students SMP N 11 Sijunjung already included into both criteria, can be seen from the overall perception of students which includes acceptance and evaluation in learning the art of dance has been reach 70.30%. From the results of the assessment, 73.81% of students give a good response, the next pass judgement 66.79% of students in both subjects the art of dance. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the percentage of the perception of students in learning the art of dance in SMP N 11 Sijunjung obtained 70.30% which belongs either.Keywords: perception of students, dance

Abstract

Abstract The research aims to reveal and describe the existence of the Salapan dance in enagarian Air Bangis Kecamatan Sungai Beremas Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive method. This type of research uses primary and secondary data. The main instrument in this research is its own researchers and assisted with supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data collection techniques are conducted by way of library studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The steps for analyzing data are data collection, classifying data, analyzing data, interpreting data and making conclusions. The results showed that the existence of the Salapan dance in the middle of society is no longer exist because this dance is rarely displayed and there is no workshop to defend this dance. The choreographers of the Salapan dance creations have also eliminated the meaning of the tradition of dance by changing the movements and properties of the dance itself. The Salapan dance is no longer displayed at events held by local communities such as weddings, but the Salapan dance is only shown more frequently at the request of Tourism office in West Pasaman and competition events. Keyword: existence of dance Salapan

Abstract

AbstrakThis study aims to improve students learning outcomes in learning Dance in SMP Negeri 34 Padang. This study belongs to the type of classroom action. The study instruments were written tests and observation sheets. The procedures of this studywere preliminary study and cycle 1.Techniques of Data collection were carried out by doing observation, interview and literature study. The collected data were analyzed by using the percentage formula. The result shows that the use of audiovisual media in learning dance can improve the students learning outcomes at class VIII.7 in SMP N 34 Padang. It is also easy for the students to remember every material that is presented because they have watched through the audio visual media that is used by the teacher. The students activity in cycle 1 is 48.3% while in cycle 2, it increases in the students activity is quite high with a percentage is 78.9%. The learning outcomes in cycle 1 are still low with an average test score is 62.8% with a percentage of completeness is only 48.3%. After reflecting in cycle 2,it increases in the students learning outcomes has an average value of learning outcomes that is 78.9% with a percentage of completeness is 83.2%. Keywords:Improving, Learning Outcomes, Dance, Audio Visual Media

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan kemampuan menulis matematis siswa MTs. ASH-SHIDDIQ dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematis ditinjau dari gaya kognitif impulsif dan gaya kognitif reflektif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian ekploratif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII MTs. ASH-SHIDDIQ yang terdiri dari 2 siswa. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini ada 2 macam yaitu instrumen utama (peneliti sendiri) dan instrumen bantu yaitu tes gaya kognitif MFFT, tes kemampuan menulis matematis pada materi SPLDV, dan pedoman wawancara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pemberian tes dan wawancara. Data kemampuan menulis matematis yang diperoleh selanjutnya dilakukan triangulasi waktu melalui pemberian masalah baru yang setara untuk diselesaikan pada waktu yang berbeda. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan model Milles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (a) Siswa yang bergaya kognitif impulsif mampu menyatakan suatu situasi atau ide matematis dalam bentuk simbol/model matematis yakni mampu menyelesaikan masalah dengan membuat model ekpresi matematis. Mampu membuat representasi visual gambar yakni mampu membuat gambar atau grafik untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang diberikan. serta mampu menyatakan dan menjelaskan suatu gambar/model matematis dalam bentuk ide matematis yakni mampu menyelesaikan masalah dengan menggunakan kata-kata atau teks tertulis; (b) Siswa yang bergaya kognitif reflektif mampu menyatakan suatu situasi atau ide matematis dalam bentuk simbol atau model matematis yakni mampu menyelesaikan masalah dengan membuat model ekpresi matematis. tidak mampu membuat representasi visual gambar yakni tidak mampu membuat gambar atau grafik untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang diberikan, dan mampu menyatakan dan menjelaskan suatu gambar atau model matematis dalam bentuk ide matematis yakni mampu menyelesaikan masalah dengan menggunakan kata-kata atau teks tertulis.

Abstract

A teacher must be able to give engaging learning tools as technology advances to keep students engaged and prevent quickly becoming bored while studying. Since it may enhance classroom instruction and boost student comprehension to accomplish learning objectives, the use of proper teaching materials can have an impact on the quality of learning. This study intends to evaluate and report the results of students' cognitive, emotional, and psychomotor learning when they acquire the idea of the human reproductive system through the use of e-booklets. The research sample was XI MIPA high school students with the research method of Pseudo Experiment. According to the study's findings, employing e-books had an impact on the outcomes of product cognitive learning at the first and second sessions. E-booklets improve cognitive learning outcomes in experimental classrooms more than in control classes. The usage of e-booklets has a good to exceptional category impact on emotional and psychomotor learning outcomes. This demonstrates that using e-booklets as teaching resources is successful in enhancing student learning results.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve dance learning outcomes by using demonstration methods at SMK Negeri 7 Padang. A type of applied research is classroom action research. Tahao in this study, namely the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Observation boards, final tests and skill (practice) tests are used as aids in research. Data collection techniques through observation, tests and documentation. The results showed that the demonstration method with teachers as a direct example can improve student learning activities and dance learning outcomes. In Cycle 1 there is an increase in student learning, but not all students are able to carry out learning activities correctly. For Cycle II the teacher makes improvements that occur in Cycle I, the teacher guides students in practice with groups, visits students and does exercises. The average student learning outcome in Cycle I is 50% with poor criteria. After improvements were made in Cycle II, the average student achievement increased to 83 percent with good criteria. The use of demonstration methods in dance learning in class X Dance 2 also affects the average learning outcomes of students. The average learning outcomes of students before using the demonstration method were 50, the increase after using the demonstration method in Cycle I averaged 61.1. Because it did not reach the KKM of 70, then the race again in Cycle II and reached 85.6. So that through the demonstration method in the cultural arts class, the average score of class X Dance 2 students can be achieved above KKM.
