Abstract

Insya' is the process of writing ideas and opinions and transferring knowledge, information, and experience in good language, good structure, and beautiful language style. The purpose of this study is to find out the problems faced by Arabic Language Education Study Program students in learning inches (composing), as well as to find out what social skills are given by lecturers to solve the problems they face. The method used in this research is the descriptive analysis method, and the instruments used are observation and interviews. The results of the study show that the problems faced by students in learning Insya' are that students experience difficulties in writing what comes to their mind in a language that complies with the rules of grammar, lack of vocabulary, lack their ability to translate into correct Arabic, limited supervision from lecturers and they do not have an adequate environment to support them in writing and it is difficult to develop their opinions due to lack of reading. The solution to this problem is that students need to increase their insight, both inside and outside the classroom, by reading or forming a language environment such as language groups, and lecturers must pay attention to grammar because grammar is an important element in teaching language skills. , and students must familiarize themselves with language practice because with practice students can improve their ability to master vocabulary so that it is easier to master linguistic skills, especially in production skills, namely speaking and writing skills.

Abstract

The study aimed to examine whether Tri-N-based trigonometry instruction improved students' critical thinking skills and sanguine personality. Single-subject research with an ABA design was the method used in this study. The stages of this study were the initial Baseline (A), the Intervention (B), and the second Baseline (A'). Year 10 science students with sanguine personalities who were chosen using a purposive sampling technique served as the study's subjects. This study employed observation methods, testing tests, and documentation for data collection. Data analysis within and between conditions are the methods used to analyze data. The findings of this study revealed that using Niteni, Nirokke, and Nambahi learning on trigonometry improved students' critical thinking skills with sanguine dispositions.

Abstract

The Ministry of Finance had the worst financial results across all industrial and agricultural sectors in 2019. The lack of corporate assets is a factor. The purpose of this study is to find empirical evidence regarding the effect of return on assets (ROA), current ratio (CR), debt to asset ratio (DAR), and company size on financial distress. The population used is the agricultural sub-sector companies listed on the IDX as many as 23 companies with 5 years of observation. This study used a purposive sampling method. The analytical techniques used in this study are descriptive statistics, logistic regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and determinant testing. The results showed that return on assets (ROA) had no effect on financial distress. Current ratio (CR), and firm size had a negative effect on financial distress. Debt to asset ratio (DAR) had a positive effect on financial distress. Simultaneously return on assets (ROA), current ratio (CR), debt to asset ratio (DAR), and company size affect financial distress in agricultural sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMA 1 Rao Utara. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif yang berfokus pada pengaruh lingkungan terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMA 1 Rao Utara. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan penelitian kuantitatif ini maka akan dapat dibangun teori yang dapat berfungsi untuk menjelaskan jumlah sample yakni 55 siswa dari jumlah populasi keseluruhan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yakni menggunakan dokumentasi, angket dan hasil belajar. Dalam penelitian ini diuji dengan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikansi antara pengaruh lingkungan terhadap hasil belajar. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh nilai r hitung adalah 0,999 dan r tabel adalah 0,266 pada taraf signifikansi 5%, jadi sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel. Oleh karena itu, H0 hipotesis ditolak HI hipotesis diterima. Artinya ada hubungan yang signifikansi antara pengaruh lingkungan dengan hasil belajar seni budaya siswa.

Abstract

Processed fishery products produce unwanted materials, namely waste. Waste is generated in the form of heads, tails, fins, bones, and offal. Bone is one form of waste generated from the fish processing industry which has the highest calcium content in the fish body. Snakehead fish bone waste (Channa striata) is one of the potential food ingredients that is widely used in South Sumatra, especially in the city of Palembang as a raw material for processed Palembang specialties. Diversification of processed fishery products needs to be developed. In this study, the authors innovate processed products made from cork fish bones to increase the nutritional value of the community through protein and fish calcium in the form of processed products of cork fish bones chips. This research was conducted from April to June 2021. This study aims to determine the effect of using the addition of cork fish bones in the manufacture of fishbone chips with different compositions and to obtain the best chip products from the use of s cork fish bones. The method used was an experiment using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), with 4 levels of treatment P0:0% (Without the addition of cork fish bones and 300 g of Wheat Flour) P1:20% (60 g Addition of cork fish bone and 240 g of Wheat Flour). ) P2: 25% (75 g cork fish bone and 225 g Wheat Flour), P3: 35% (105 g cork fish bone and 195 g Wheat Flour). The parameters measured in this study were organoleptic tests (appearance, aroma, taste, and texture) and proximate tests (moisture content, protein content, fat content, ash content, and carbohydrate content). The results showed that the best treatment on the P3 chips treatment: 35% (105 g Addition of Cork Fish Bone and 195 g Wheat Flour) including the best organoleptic average values ​​obtained in color (58.0) Aroma (60) Taste (52.5), and Texture (59.5). Chips P3: 35% (Addition of Cork Fish Bone 105g and Wheat Flour 195g) including proximate test, average water content is 3.09%, protein content is 18.68%, fat content is 28.81%, ash content is 6.30 %, and carbohydrate content is 43.12%.

Abstract

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di RW 03 Kelurahan Lempuing bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan warga dalam pengelolaan sampah organik melalui penerapan teknologi lubang biopori. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama tiga hari (28–30 April 2025) dan mencakup tujuh RT. Metode kegiatan meliputi penyuluhan interaktif dan praktik langsung pembuatan lubang biopori di sepuluh titik strategis, termasuk rumah ketua RT dan tokoh masyarakat. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa warga tidak hanya menerima informasi, tetapi juga aktif berpartisipasi dalam diskusi serta implementasi teknologi. Sebanyak 10 lubang biopori berhasil dipasang, dan pipa disediakan sebagai percontohan berkelanjutan. Keterlibatan tokoh masyarakat berperan penting dalam memicu partisipasi warga lainnya. Kegiatan ini menjadi langkah awal dalam membangun sistem pengelolaan sampah organik yang lebih baik, berkelanjutan, dan berpotensi untuk menjadi contoh di wilayah lain sebagai solusi ramah lingkungan berbasis masyarakat.

Abstract

This research will explain about Indang Tagak Dance which has a function as a medium for da’wah in South Solok Regency, West Sumatra. This can be seen from the costumes used in the performance, the venue, the poems sung in the dance to the floor patterns displayed by the Indang Tagak dancers. This research uses two types of research combined by researchers, namely observation and descriptive analysis. The observation method is a direct action taken by the researcher to witness the Indang Tagak dance performance directly. The purpose of this method is to obtain data directly to know the history of the dance from the source. The descriptive analysis method is a method used by researchers to explain and analyze the data that has been obtained, so that it can describe in detail the existence of Indang Tagak dance as a medium of preaching in Islamic teachings. The results showed that Indang Tagak dance is a dance that also functions as a preaching medium for Islamic teachings in South Solok. This can be seen from several aspects of the dance which also explain the existence of religious elements in the form of clothing, dancer movements, place and time of performance as well as music and poetry in the Indang Tagak Traditional Dance. Tari Tradisional Indang Tagak sebagai Media Dakwah Agama Islam di Solok Selatan. Penelitian ini menjelaskan Tari Indang Tagak yang memiliki fungsi sebagai media dakwah di Kabupaten Solok Selatan, Sumatera Barat. Hal tersebut terlihat dari kostum yang digunakan dalam pertunjukan, tempat pertunjukan, syair yang dinyanyikan dalam tarian tersebut, hingga pola lantai yang ditampilkan oleh para penari Indang Tagak. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua jenis penelitian yang digabungkan oleh peneliti, yaitu observasi dan deskriptif analisis. Metode observasi merupakan tindakan langsung yang dilakukan oleh peneliti untuk menyaksikan langsung pertunjukan Tari Indang Tagak. Tujuan dari metode ini adalah untuk memperoleh data secara langsung hingga mengetahui sejarah tari tersebut dari narasumber. Sementara itu, metode deskriptif analisis merupakan metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis data yang sudah didapatkan, sehingga dapat menguraikan secara terperinci dalam melihat keberadaan tari Indang Tagak sebagai media dakwah dalam ajaran agama Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tari Indang Tagak merupakan tari yang juga berfungsi sebagai media dakwah untuk ajaran agama Islam di Solok Selatan. Hal tersebut terlihat dari beberapa aspek dalam tari yang juga menjelaskan adanya unsur religi yang ada berupa busana, gerakan penari, tempat dan waktu pertunjukan, serta musik dan syair yang ada di dalam Tari Tradisional Indang Tagak.

Abstract

It is not possible to manage members of an organization with different personalities, backgrounds, levels of will and abilities, by using only a single leadership. Therefore, dealing with situations or different levels of employee maturity requires different leadership styles. This study aims to determine the Situational Leadership Style applied to PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Mattoangin Makassar Branch Office, in terms of the dimensions of Telling Style, Selling Style, Participating Style and Delegating Style. The research method used is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires/questionnaires, structured interviews, direct observation, and documents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with saturated sampling (census) as many as 42 employees. Respondents' answers were analyzed using descriptive analysis through the distribution of frequencies and percentages. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Situational Leadership Style which consists of four dimensions, namely the Telling Style is quite good and has a percentage of 77.30%. Selling Style is good and has a percentage of 84, 32%. Participating Style is very good and has a percentage of 85, 95%. Meanwhile, Delegating Style is good and has a percentage of 80.00%.

Abstract

Karakter percaya diri merupakan aspek penting dalam perkembangan psikologis dan sosial siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kegiatan pengembangan diri seni tari dalam menanamkan karakter percaya diri siswa di MTs Siulak Gedang. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seni tari memberikan ruang bagi siswa untuk mengekspresikan diri, meningkatkan keberanian tampil di depan umum, serta mengembangkan identitas diri yang positif. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga melatih kedisiplinan, kerja sama, dan tanggung jawab. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya seni sebagai media pembelajaran karakter percaya diri pada siswa di lingkungan madrasah.
