Abstract

Karyawan merupakan sumber daya utama dalam suatu organisasi dan diharapkan mampu memberikan kinerja terbaiknya. Generasi Z dikenal memiliki ekspektasi yang berbeda dibandingkan generasi sebelumnya. Salah satu alasan utama Generasi Z meninggalkan perusahaan adalah karena masalah kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan survei awal terhadap 40 karyawan Generasi Z di Kota Bandung, diketahui bahwa tingkat kompensasi berada pada angka 59,25%, dan kepuasan kerja sebesar 59,16%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan Generasi Z di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik deskriptif dan kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Generasi Z di Kota Bandung, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 210 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, dan analisis data menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan bantuan software SmartPLS berbasis SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, perusahaan disarankan untuk mengevaluasi sistem kompensasi dengan menerapkan struktur yang adil dan transparan. Selain itu, perusahaan juga perlu membangun budaya kerja yang kolaboratif guna menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung untuk mengurangi niat karyawan untuk keluar dari perusahaan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh beban kerja dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Sragen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan kausal. Dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 231 guru, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 146 guru yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan software IBM SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0.577 yang artinya peningkatan beban kerja sebesar satu satuan dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru sebesar 0.577. Pelatihan, secara parsial juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0.527 yang artinya peningkatan pelatihan sebesar satu satuan dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru sebesar 0.527. Serta secara simultan atau bersama-sama, beban kerja dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai pengaruh simultan sebesar 0,637 atau 63,7%, sedangkan sisanya 36,3%  dipengaruhi  oleh  faktor-faktor  lainnya  yang  tidak  dianalisis pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan acuan bagi Sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru, khususnya dengan memperhatikan beban kerja dan pelaksanaan pelatihan yang tepat.

Abstract

Not all educators have sufficient skills and experience in writing books, especially for young educators who are still in the early stages of their academic careers.  To overcome these problems, a training program is needed that can provide an in-depth understanding of effective book writing techniques and strategies as well as assistance in the compilation process. Therefore, this Community Service activity is designed to provide book writing training to more than 60 young educators at the FKIP, University of Bengkulu with methods that include lectures, demonstrations, and Question and Answers sessions. To measure the effectiveness of this activity, we employ Mann-Whitney test procedure. The training proven to have significant improvement effect on the participants score results of their book writing knowledge.

Abstract

Background. Despite female teachers comprising the global teaching workforce majority, significant gender disparities persist in educational leadership positions, necessitating holistic approaches integrating spiritual, emotional, and moral intelligence for effective educational transformation. This study aims to analyze tridimensional spiritual leadership implementation by female principals at SDN 72 and SDN 76 Central Bengkulu District within Indonesia's "Sekolah Penggerak" (Transform School) Program, examining how spiritual, moral, and emotional intelligence dimensions integrate in educational leadership contexts. Methods. A descriptive quantitative approach employed saturation sampling of 26 teachers and educational staff, utilizing a 36-item structured questionnaire measuring spiritual, moral, and emotional maturity dimensions across both institutions. Results. Demonstrated a hierarchical leadership profile where moral maturity achieved "excellent" ratings (M = 3.23), spiritual maturity scored "good" (M = 3.19), while emotional maturity emerged as a priority development area requiring improvement (M = 2.73, SD = 0.89) with notable inter-institutional disparities between schools. Moral maturity functioned as a catalytic force strengthening other leadership dimensions, confirming ethical foundations' critical importance in comprehensive leadership excellence within educational transformation initiatives. The study Conclusion. that tridimensional spiritual leadership requires balanced development across all dimensions, with moral maturity serving as the foundational element that enables spiritual and emotional intelligence integration, providing empirical evidence for multidimensional leadership models in Indonesian educational reform contexts and informing leadership development strategies for female educational leaders.

Abstract

The Al Hidayah Kunir Subang Foundation is an institution that accommodates several schools and Islamic boarding schools which play an important role in forming the character and knowledge of the people. The foundation's operational success is highly dependent on its managerial abilities, especially in preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The main difficulties faced in creating SOPs include a lack of understanding by management and administrative staff about the benefits and objectives of SOPs, a lack of expertise in designing effective procedures, and a lack of resources and time to implement them. This training can help increase understanding of the importance of SOPs, provide technical skills in designing effective procedures, and provide guidance in implementing and maintaining SOPs on an ongoing basis. In this way, foundations can increase efficiency, transparency and accountability in their operations. The urgency of managerial training is also related to the increasingly complex demands of the times, both in terms of government regulations, community needs, and demands in resource management. By having good SOPs, foundations can be more responsive to change, improve the quality of Islamic education services, and build stakeholder trust. Managerial training was carried out offline on June 10, 2024, at the Darussalam Kunir Subang Islamic Boarding School with a total of 21 participants. The method used is the theory of introducing SOPs and the practice of making SOPs. The output of this training is that each institution creates SOPs according to its needs. Evaluation of training based on participant feedback shows that participants pay attention to ongoing training.ABSTRAKYayasan Al Hidayah Kunir Subang merupakan lembaga yang mewadahi beberapa sekolah dan pondok pesantren yang memegang peran penting dalam pembentukan karakter dan keilmuan umat. Keberhasilan operasional yayasan ini sangat tergantung pada kemampuan manajerialnya, khususnya dalam penyusunan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP). Kesulitan utama yang dihadapi dalam membuat SOP antara lain adalah masih kurangnya pemahaman manajemen dan tenaga administrasi tentang manfaat dan tujuan SOP, kurangnya keahlian dalam merancang prosedur yang efektif, serta kurangnya sumber daya dan waktu untuk mengimplementasikannya. Pelatihan ini dapat membantu meningkatkan pemahaman tentang pentingnya SOP, memberikan keterampilan teknis dalam merancang prosedur yang efektif, serta memberikan panduan dalam implementasi dan pemeliharaan SOP secara berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, yayasan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas dalam operasionalnya. Urgensi pelatihan manajerial ini juga terkait dengan tuntutan zaman yang semakin kompleks, baik dari segi regulasi pemerintah, kebutuhan masyarakat, maupun tuntutan dalam pengelolaan sumber daya. Dengan memiliki SOP yang baik, yayasan dapat lebih responsif terhadap perubahan, meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan Islam, dan membangun kepercayaan stakeholders. Pelatihan manajerial dilakukan secara luring pada tanggal 10 Juni 2024 bertempat di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Kunir Subang dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 21 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah teori pengenalan SOP dan praktek pembuatan SOP. Luaran dari pelatihan ini adalah setiap lembaga dalam membuat SOP sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Evaluasi pelatihan berdasarkan feedback peserta menunjukkan adanya atensi peserta terhadap pelatihan berkelanjutan.

The purpose of conducting this research is to find out how work life balance, performance appraisal and work motivation of employees of Bank XYZ Bogor, find out how work life balance affects work motivation, performance appraisal affects work motivation, and to find out how work life balance influences and performance appraisal on the work motivation of Bank XYZ Bogor employees. In this study, the authors used quantitative research methods with causality descriptive research types. Sampling used a non-probability sampling method and the type of sample used was a saturated sampling technique. The samples in this study were employees of Bank XYZ Bogor, totaling 113 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the level of work life balance and performance appraisal is in the good category while the level of work motivation is in the high category. based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis shows that there is a positive and significant influence between work life balance and performance appraisal on employee motivation. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination test obtained an R-square value of 0.692, which means that 69.2% of Bank XYZ Bogor employees' work motivation is influenced by work life balance and performance appraisal. Then the remaining 30.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in the following research.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work life balance and the work environment on the loyalty of Generation Z employees in Indonesia. The research employs a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis technique. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, as the study focuses on individuals from Generation Z who are employed full-time in Indonesia. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 125 respondents who met the research criteria. The results show that work life balance has a significant influence on employee loyalty, the work environment also significantly influences employee loyalty, and both factors simultaneously have a significant effect on the loyalty of Generation Z employees in Indonesia. This study is expected to provide empirical evidence of a positive relationship between work life balance and the work environment in enhancing employee loyalty.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that is overtaking the world, particularly Indonesia has undoubtedly changed business scenarios and conditions, requiring practical and strategic approaches to bring enterprises back from the verge of disaster. In order to overcome a pandemic situation like this, a leader with an autocratic leadership style is required, as well as an organizational change to make the company survive and adapt to existing changes in order to maintain the company's survival so that employee performance remains good and optimal. The goal of this research was to see if there was a relationship between autocratic leadership style and organizational transformation and the performance of “PT ABC” workers during the pandemic. The sample technique is non-probability sampling and uses 100 respondents from “PT ABC” employees. The results of this research show that the autocratic leadership style and organizational change have a posittive and significant effect on employee performance during the pandemic at “PT ABC” company.
