Abstract

Pengaruh Uang Saku terhadap Perilaku Konsumsi Mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Kristen Indonesia Toraja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah uang saku terhadap perilaku konsumsi Mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Kristen Indonesia Toraja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian dari penelitian ini adalah Uang Saku berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Perilaku Konsumsi Mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Kristen Indonesia Toraja dengan nilai Thitung 6,631 > Ttabel 1,771 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 maka H1 diterima. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square yaitu sebesar 0.524 atau 52,0% berarti Uang Saku memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Konsumsi Mahasiswa. Variabel Uang Saku mengalokasikan sumbangan terhadap variabel Konsumsi Mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Kristen Indonesia Toraja dengan nilai 52,0% sedangkan 48% dipengaruhi oleh faktor selain variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran media sosial dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan ke Destinasi Wisata Mandi Sa'dan Ke Barana. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan, menggabungkan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa platform media sosial seperti Instagram, Facebook, dan TikTok berkontribusi secara signifikan untuk memperkenalkan destinasi ke audiens yang lebih luas. Konten visual yang menarik dan interaksi langsung antara pengelola dan pengunjung semakin meningkatkan daya tarik situs pariwisata ini. Selain itu, strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif melalui media sosial telah berhasil meningkatkan minat wisatawan, terutama di kalangan generasi muda. Dengan demikian, pemanfaatan media sosial dapat menjadi alat strategis dalam mendukung pertumbuhan sektor pariwisata, khususnya dalam mempromosikan destinasi yang sedang berkembang. Abstract

This study aims to design a product development strategy for WS FIVEHER SCREEN PRINTING in Tana Toraja. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through interviews with the business owner and customers. The data were analyzed using the SWOT method by identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The results show that WS FIVEHER SCREEN PRINTING is positioned in quadrant I of the SWOT Matrix, supporting an aggressive strategy. Recommended development strategies include community-based promotions, product diversification aligned with market trends, improving production efficiency, and optimizing social media to reach a wider market segment. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify tourism development strategies to increase tourist visits to the To’Nakka Ulusalu Pine Forest tourist attraction in Tana Toraja. The data collection procedures for this research include observation, interviews, and documentation. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with SWOT analysis.The results indicate that the To’Nakka Pine Forest tourist attraction has great potential to be developed into an appealing tourist destination while promoting the region’s natural tourism potential. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that with proper management, the To’Nakka Pine Forest can become a tourism destination that supports the local economy and introduces Tana Toraja to the international tourism stage. Abstract

Toraja woven fabric is a significant cultural heritage of the Indonesian archipelago, known for its high artistic value and immense potential as a regional leading product. Despite this, challenges remain, particularly in terms of human resource management, which tends to be relatively simple, and the limited use of digital media in marketing. To address these issues, a Community Service Program (PKM) was implemented with the goal of enhancing the human resource capacity at the UNNONI Weaving Center, as well as expanding its marketing reach through the utilization of digital media. The methods employed in the program included identifying the core problems, providing HR management training, conducting digital marketing workshops (focusing on social media and online marketplaces), mentoring, and evaluating the program’s outcomes. The HR management training emphasized improving business management, task distribution, production recording, and enhancing teamwork. The digital marketing training covered the creation of social media accounts, content creation using Canva, branding strategies, and utilizing online marketplaces for promotion. The results indicated a significant improvement in both management and marketing aspects. The HR at the weaving center began implementing more organized production records, work coordination improved, and the UNNONI social media accounts became actively used for promotional purposes. Additionally, the Shopee marketplace was utilized, allowing consumers from outside the region to purchase products. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world in the midst of the digital era has resulted in setbacks in various aspects, especially the education and entrepreneurship sectors. Edupreneurship based on local wisdom is expected to be one of the answers and solutions to increase the rate of economic growth affected by the post-pandemic. Through learning that focuses on local values, ideas, and culture to create a character who is resilient, wise, skilled and innovative so as to produce new business opportunities and breakthroughs. The Edupreneurship course is compulsory and is taught in semesters three, five and seven at the UKI Toraja English Study Program as a form of manifestation of the vision and mission of the English study program. The general purpose of the Edupreneurship course is that after the end of learning this course, students are expected to be able to master and practice values and attitudes related to entrepreneurship education. For example, characters with integrity, enthusiasm, not easy to give up, accomplished, independent, earned, and test-resistant in facing various conditions. To achieve these general goals, of course, various aspects of the learning process must be considered and prepared by teachers. These things are the elaboration and achievement of specific objectives of each sub-topic of the material, teaching and learning activities, the use of media and teaching tools, the implementation of teaching strategies, and up to the evaluation stage. The result of the purpose of this research is to identify the strengthening of students' learning needs in facing the digital era through edupreneurship based on local wisdom. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. This research will focus on efforts to create entrepreneurship education products based on local wisdom values. In collecting data, researchers will use qualitative research instruments. After conducting data analysis, the researcher will draw a conclusion about "Edupreneurship based on Toraja Local Wisdom as Strengthening the Learning Needs of Students in the Digital Era".

Abstract

Tana Toraja is one of the districts located in the northern part of South Sulawesi. Currently, the Tana Toraja District plans to build at least 31 4G cellular network towers in 10 sub-districts to equalize the development of telecommunication infrastructure in the area. Therefore, this research is conducted to provide recommendations to the Tana Toraja District Government regarding the optimization of village development policies using information and communication technology approaches and to encourage the implementation of digital empowerment in public services. The results of this study indicate that the approach that can be used by the Tana Toraja District Government in building towards a smart city includes: developing infrastructure that can support smooth internet connectivity throughout the area and developing public services towards digitalization, such as e-Administration, e-Transportation, e-Health, e-Money, and e-Report. However, the increasing offering of technology-based public services to be developed in the Tana Toraja District will pose significant challenges, particularly in terms of human resources, financing, and data security.

Abstract

Estigrahayu (2024), “”Analisis Strategi Pemasaran Pada Kelompok Usaha Kain Tenun Rantesepang Di Kecamatan Balla Kabupaten Mamasa”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Strategi Pemasaran Kelompok Usaha Kain Tenun Rantesepang di Kecamatan Balla Kabupaten Mamasa. Metode yang digunaan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Strategi pemasaran yang digunakan adalah strategi bauran pemasaran (6P). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh kelompok usaha adalah pemasaran di titik pembelian, pemasaran media sosial, pemasaran acara, dan promosi pasar seluler. memiliki beragam produk kain tenun yang ditawarkan, menjaga kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan kepada konsumen, dari segi bahan baku kualitasnya sangat baik dan mempunyai motif/motif yang unik. Lokasi pengelolaan usaha sangat strategis namun faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya sarana dan prasarana dalam pembuatan kain tenun.
