Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh rekrutmen terhadap kinerja karyawan pada KSU Bintang Muda 88., Untuk mengetahui pengaruh seleksi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada KSU Bintang Muda 88, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada KSU Bintang Muda 88, dan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh rekrutmen, seleksi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada KSU Bintang Muda 88. Prosedur pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan  KSU Bintang Muda 88 sebanyak 30 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Kuantitatif. Data analisis mengunakan program (SPSS25) dengan teknik analisis data, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan  koefisien korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel rekrutmen memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan  (Y) di KSU Bintang Muda 88 dengan nilai sebesar 0,046>0,05 dan nilai thitung 3,712 > ttabel 1,705. Variabel seleksi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dengan nilai sebesar 0,04<0,05 dan nilai thitung 3,205 > ttabel 1,705. Variabel kompetensi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan  (Y) dengan nilai sebesar 0,02<0,05 dan nilai nilai thitung 3,893 > ttabel 1,705. Rekrutmen, seleksi, dan kompetensi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan  (Y) di KSU Bintang Muda 88 dengan nilai Fhitung = 6,476 5 (>2,97).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan fasilitas terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan ke objek wisata Museum Ne'Gandeng kabupaten Toraja Utara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan populasi pengunjung objek wisata Museum Ne'Gandeng kabupaten Toraja Utara. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 97 sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan uji instrumen yang terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas. Uji asumsi klasik terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan heteroskedastisitas, uji hipotesis terdiri dari uji regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f dan uji koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai R Square sebesar 0,176 atau sama dengan 17,6%. Hal ini menunjukkan sumbangan atau input yang diberikan variabel promosi dan fasilitas terhadap keputusan berkunjung sebesar 17,6% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Sedangkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji t menunjukkan bahwa promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung dengan nilai signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05 dan variabel promosi memperoleh t hitung sebesar 2,968 < t tabel 1,985 dan fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung dengan nilai signifikansi 0,006 < 0,05 dan variabel fasilitas memperoleh t hitung sebesar 2,822 < t tabel 1,985

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world in the midst of the digital era has resulted in setbacks in various aspects, especially the education and entrepreneurship sectors. Edupreneurship based on local wisdom is expected to be one of the answers and solutions to increase the rate of economic growth affected by the post-pandemic. Through learning that focuses on local values, ideas, and culture to create a character who is resilient, wise, skilled and innovative so as to produce new business opportunities and breakthroughs. The Edupreneurship course is compulsory and is taught in semesters three, five and seven at the UKI Toraja English Study Program as a form of manifestation of the vision and mission of the English study program. The general purpose of the Edupreneurship course is that after the end of learning this course, students are expected to be able to master and practice values and attitudes related to entrepreneurship education. For example, characters with integrity, enthusiasm, not easy to give up, accomplished, independent, earned, and test-resistant in facing various conditions. To achieve these general goals, of course, various aspects of the learning process must be considered and prepared by teachers. These things are the elaboration and achievement of specific objectives of each sub-topic of the material, teaching and learning activities, the use of media and teaching tools, the implementation of teaching strategies, and up to the evaluation stage. The result of the purpose of this research is to identify the strengthening of students' learning needs in facing the digital era through edupreneurship based on local wisdom. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. This research will focus on efforts to create entrepreneurship education products based on local wisdom values. In collecting data, researchers will use qualitative research instruments. After conducting data analysis, the researcher will draw a conclusion about "Edupreneurship based on Toraja Local Wisdom as Strengthening the Learning Needs of Students in the Digital Era".

Abstract

Badan Usaha Lembang (BumLem) Tallu Lolona faces challenges in financial management that affect the sustainability of its operations, which include credit provision and rice and coffee milling services. This study aims to enhance the capacity of its administrators and managers in financial management through mentoring and training. The methods employed include classical training, practical workshops, and group discussions. The results indicate that participants successfully grasped the basic principles of financial management, improved their ability to prepare financial reports, and identified solutions to financial issues through discussions. It is expected that this initiative will create new institutions, foster positive behavioral changes, and cultivate local leadership in BumLem’s financial management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out what marketing strategies were carried out by the Bintang Muda 88 service cooperative in increasing the number of savings and loan members and to explain the application of the savings and loan product marketing strategy that was determined to have and impact on increasing the number of members in the Bintang Muda 88 service cooperative. The type of research used was qualitative with the number of research informants 5 people. The research results obtained by setting the 4P strategy (Product, Price, Place and Promotion) are proven to be able to increase the number of savings and loan product members in the Bintang muda 88 service cooperative.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing digital marketing as a marketing strategy at Cafe Yamoke in Tana Toraja Regency. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that Cafe Yamoke has implemented digital marketing using social media such as Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok. The application of digital marketing has shown effectiveness in increasing brand awareness, attracting new customers and increasing sales.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of perceptions of price and service quality on repurchase interest at Alfamidi. The population in this study were customers of Alfamidi Mongiansidi Rantepao. The data collection scale in this study used observation and questionnaires and the formation scale used a Likert scale. The sampling technique uses Non-Probability Sampling with the purpose sampling method. The number of samples taken was 64 customers. The data used is primary data from questionnaires given to Alfamidi Mongiansidi customers. The results of the research show that perceived price and service quality have a significant impact on repurchase intention. Furthermore, the service quality variable has a significant effect on repurchase interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen keuangan di Toko Sinar Agung, Makale, Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan keuangan dilakukan secara terstruktur melalui program akuntansi, pemantauan arus kas, penyusunan anggaran, pinjaman yang bijak, serta analisis penjualan dan kebutuhan pelanggan. (2) Pencatatan keuangan dilakukan secara sistematis untuk memantau perkembangan usaha, mencakup pendapatan dan pengeluaran. Bukti transaksi dikelola secara digital untuk efisiensi, dengan cadangan fisik dan pencatatan detail di spreadsheet guna mempermudah audit dan pengambilan keputusan. (3) Pelaporan keuangan disusun secara berkala dan transparan sesuai standar akuntansi, meliputi neraca, laporan laba rugi, dan arus kas. (4) Pengendalian keuangan dilakukan melalui tolok ukur kinerja seperti pendapatan, laba bersih, arus kas, dan rasio utang, serta evaluasi rutin untuk memastikan efisiensi dan kesesuaian dengan rencana bisnis.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh terhadap brand positioning pada pelanggan KFC Rantepao. Jenis penelitian bersifat kuantitatif. Data primer melalui observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen KFC Rantepao. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mennggunakan teknik accidental sampling.  Teknik pengumpulan data berupa Kuesioner dan Observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, didapatkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand. Kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand positioning. Kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel brand positioning pada pelanggan KFC Rantepao.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the promotional mix for the use of sMartCU in the member businesses of the Sauan Sibarrung Credit Union in Toraja. The type of research used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method with survey techniques. The descriptive qualitative method is research that attempts to provide proof of the truth of facts that occur in the field, situations based on a theoretical framework and the problems raised. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observations. The data processing technique used begins with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the research results, it was found that the use of sMartCU is very influential in introducing products to the people who are marketing targets, and providing value exchange based on the benefits provided by the product. The marketing tools used are advertising, sales promotions, events and experiences, public relations and publicity, and online marketing.
