Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement in learning outcomes of problem solving for students on mathematics with the Polya model). This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using a qualitative and quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were teacher and fifth grade students. The research was carried out in two cycles. Research procedures include, planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Research results from cycle I to cycle II. (a) The average learning planning value of Cycle I 74.95% increased to 96.4% in cycle II. (b) the average value of the implementation, the activity of the teacher in the first cycle, which is 72.5% has increased in Cycle II to 92.5%. In the activities of Cycle I students with an average of 73.75% increased in Cycle II to 90%. (c) The results of improving student learning in problem solving in Cycle I with an average value of 72.96 increased in cycle II to 84.61 Thus the Polya model can improve the results of problem solving skills in mathematics learning in Class V SDN 01 Pandam Basasak Kapau.

Abstract

Islamic banking is only a small choice for the majority of Indonesian Muslims numbering 229.62 million people or 87.2%. In contrast, the market share of Islamic banks is only 7.07%. Global banking conditions are rocked by the case of Silicon Valley Bank, which is one of the largest banks in the world, experiencing liquidity problems. This is inseparable from the fragility of the conventional banking system based on usury as an inherent obligation. This study analyzes the liquidity and credit risk comparison of Islamic and conventional banks in Indonesia. The sample in this study is 10 Islamic banks and the 10 largest conventional banks in terms of assets in the 2018-2022 period. Independent t-test is used to answer the problems in this study. Based on the results of independent t test show that there is no difference between the liquidity of Islamic and conventional banks. Likewise, NPF / NPL shows no difference between Islamic and conventional banks.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of the Village Fund in Sako Village. It alsoanalyzes themechanism of transparency, participation and accountability in the management of the Sako VillageFund. Last, itanalyzes the guidance and supervision procedures for managing the Sako VillageFund.This type of research is a qualitative study and uses a comparative descriptive approach. In thisresearch, the researcher describes Transparency, Participation and Accountability of Sako Villagefinancial management which includes planning, implementation, administration, reporting,accountability, guidance and supervision of village financial management and comparativecompliance with Law Number 6 of 2014 and Permendagri Number 20 of 2018 .The results showed thatin general the management of village funds in Sako Village from the planning, implementation,administration, reporting, and accountability stages can be said to be Transparent, Participatory, andAccountable. Although at each stage there are still small notes that become homework for the villagegovernment to be improved for the better. The training carried out by the Riau Provincial Governmentand Kuantan Singingi Regency can be said to be very good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the competence of human resources, communication and infrastructure on the readiness of local governments in implementing PP No. 12 of 2019 in the local government of Rokan Hulu district. The population and sample in this study amounted to 45 OPD or 180 respondents. Sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling, and the data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that the competence of human resources, communication and infrastructure has a significant positive effect on the readiness of local governments in implementing Government Regulation No. 12 of 2019,

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of word of mouth on the decision of Kecamatan Bantan students to choose Islamic banks. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population is all students in the Kecamatan Bantan student association with a total of 157 people. The number of samples is 61 people with the sampling technique used is the random sampling method. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression. The marketing level of word of mouth (X) in the Bantan sub-district student association is included in the high category, namely 76.58%. The decision level (Y) is included in the high category, namely 80.20%. The results showed that the word of mouth variable had an effect on students' decisions to choose Islamic banks. The results of the study can be considered by Islamic banks in making policies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of risk profile on the performance of Islamic Rural Bank (BPRS) in West Sumatra Province. This type of research is a field research with a quantitative approach. The samples in the study were seven BPRS in West Sumatra Province that have been operating sharia since 2019. Secondary data in the form of annual financial statements of each BPRS for the period 2019-2022. The analysis technique used panel data regression. The results showed that the credit risk profile using the Non Performing Financing ratio and liquidity risk using the Financing to Deposit Ratio partially had no significant effect on the performance of BPRS as measured using the Return on Asset ratio. However, both risk profiles simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of BPRS with a coefficient of determination of 96%. The practical implication of this research is that credit risk and liquidity risk must be managed simultaneously, including other risks faced by banks because they have a very strong influence on bank performance.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically analyze the influence of Entrepreneurial Orientation, WorkMotivation and Leadership on the Performance of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes)in Tapung District. This study is a quantitative study. The population in this study wereVillage-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Tapung District as many as 25 BUMDes. Thetotal number of respondents taken was 75 respondents. The sampling used in this studywas nonprobability sampling, namely saturated sampling. Data collection in this studyusing a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linearregression analysis. The analysis method in this study was carried out using the SPSS(Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 30 program. The results of this studyindicate that Entrepreneurial Orientation affects the Performance of Village-OwnedEnterprises; Work Motivation affects the Performance of Village-Owned Enterprises andLeadership affects the Performance of Village-Owned Enterprises in Tapung District.Keywords: Entrepreneurial orientation, Work motivation, Leadership, performance ofvillage-owned enterprises.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Public Accounting Firm Size, Solvency, Profitability,Audit Tenure and Company Size on Audit Delay in Mining Companies Listed on the IndonesiaStock Exchange in 2019-2023. In this study, the sample population was 34 companies, for 5years, calculated from 2019 to 2023 so that the number of observations was 150 samples.Sampling used Purposive Sampling. Data analysis used in this study used multiple regressionanalysis techniques with a statistical approach operated through the SPSS program. Theresults of this study concluded that Public Accounting Firm Size and Profitability did not havea significant effect on Audit Delay. While Solvency, Audit Tenure and Company Size had asignificant effect on Audit Delay in Mining Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchangein 2019-2023.Keywords: Public Accounting Firm Size, Profitability, Solvency Audit Tenure, Company Size,Audit Delay

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to provide assistance in the form of training for regional financial administration staff who compile financial reports at OPD (Regional Government Organization) Rokan Hilir Regency. This method of community service activities is by providing modules, concept explanations as well as discussion and question and answer about accounting policies used in the preparation of accrual-based financial reports in the Rokan Hilir Government to employees assigned to Regional Government Organizations (OPD) of Rokan Hilir Regency. It is hoped that the implementation of this service is so that the revised accounting policies run effectively, and improve the understanding of accounting administration staff in the Rokan Hilir government regarding these accounting policies in order to prepare local government financial reports in accordance with PP No. 71 of 2010 and PP No.12 of 2019. Abstract

Masalah pengelolaan keuangan merupakan salah satu masalah yang sering ditemui di dalam UMKM. Beberapa masalah pengelolaan keuangan umum yang sering dijumpai pada UMKM antara lain adalah masih tercampurnya keuangan pribadi pemilik dengan keuangan usaha, penentuan harga produk sering dilakukan secara sederhana dan intuitif tanpa menghitung biaya yang telah dikeluarkan secara cermat, metode pencatatan transaksi yang dilakukan masih belum baik, dan kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai pencatatan keuangan dan pengelolaan keuangan (akuntansi). Kegiatan ini ditujukan bagi pelaku UMKM di Desa Tambusai. Adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan pelaku UMKM dapat mengetahui perkembangan usaha dan dapat memanfaatkan akuntansi guna mendukung kemajuan UMKM. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan terhadap Pelaku UMKM di Desa Tambusai - Kabupaten Kampar - Riau, tentang tata cara penyusunan laporan keuangan. Kegiatan pelatihan dimulai dengan acara pembukaan oleh Kepala Desa Tambusai, selanjutnya pemaparan materi oleh nara sumber, kemudian pembahasan kasus serta diskusi dengan peserta tentang proses penyusunan laporan keuangan UMKM. Indikator ketercapaian dapat dilihat bagaimana peserta tersebut memahami materi yang disampaikan dan diaplikasikan ke UMKM-nya masing-masing.
