Abstract

AbstrakBPR Eka Dana Mandiri menghadapi tantangan dalam memperluas jangkauan nasabah karena proses promosi dan pemasaran masih mengandalkan metode konvensional dan belum memiliki platform digital yang memadai. Keterbatasan ini menghambat pertumbuhan jumlah nasabah secara signifikan setiap tahunnya. Kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat (PPM) ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan strategi digital marketing melalui pembuatan website sebagai media promosi utama bagi BPR. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan bekerja sama dengan BPR Eka Dana Mandiri yang berlokasi di Kota Malang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi beberapa tahapan, yaitu survei untuk analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi atau pembuatan website, dan pengujian sistem. Selain itu, dilakukan pula pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada mitra mengenai cara penggunaan dan pengelolaan website secara mandiri. Luaran utama dari kegiatan ini adalah sebuah website yang fungsional dan interaktif untuk menampilkan informasi serta layanan perbankan yang tersedia. Melalui pendampingan yang diberikan, mitra diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, memperluas jangkauan promosi secara daring, dan meningkatkan daya saing di era digital. Kata kunci: digital marketing; website; BPR; media promosi; layanan perbankan. AbstractBPR Eka Dana Mandiri faces challenges in expanding its customer reach due to its reliance on conventional promotional and marketing methods and the lack of an adequate digital platform. This limitation significantly hinders the annual growth in the number of customers. This Community Service Program aims to design and implement a digital marketing strategy by creating a website to serve as the primary promotional medium for the BPR. This activity was carried out in collaboration with BPR Eka Dana Mandiri, located in Malang City. The implementation method included several stages: a survey for needs analysis, system design, website implementation or development, and system testing. Additionally, training and assistance were provided to the partner on how to use and manage the website independently. The main output of this activity is a functional and interactive website that displays information and available banking services. Through the provided guidance, the partner is expected to enhance their skills in utilizing information technology, broaden their promotional reach online, and improve their competitiveness in the digital era. Keywords: digital marketing; website; BPR; promotion media; banking services.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong transformasi metode pembelajaran menuju sistem digital yang interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pengalaman pengguna terhadap aplikasi Smart Class, yaitu media pembelajaran berbasis web dengan pendekatan gamifikasi yang digunakan untuk mendukung pembelajaran pemrograman dasar HTML. Permasalahan utama yang dikaji adalah bagaimana elemen gamifikasi dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa dan bagaimana pengalaman pengguna dapat diukur secara sistematis. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE, sedangkan evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) yang mencakup enam dimensi: Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, dan Novelty. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata positif pada semua dimensi, dengan skor tertinggi pada Perspicuity (2,009) dan terendah pada Novelty (1,319). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sistem mudah digunakan, efisien, dan mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Secara keseluruhan, aplikasi Smart Class memberikan pengalaman belajar yang menarik, efektif, serta sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna di era pembelajaran digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengalaman pengguna (user experience) aplikasi pembelajaran kimia berbasis Virtual Reality (VR) bernama Chemulation yang dikembangkan untuk membantu pemahaman konsep ikatan kovalen. Pemanfaatan teknologi VR dalam pembelajaran diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan dan minat belajar siswa melalui visualisasi konsep abstrak yang sulit dipahami dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Evaluasi pengalaman pengguna dilakukan menggunakan instrumen User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) yang mencakup enam skala, yaitu daya tarik, kejelasan, efisiensi, ketergantungan, stimulasi, dan kebaruan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 104 responden yang terdiri dari siswa kelas XI SMAN 8 Malang dan pengunjung EXPO Hasil Karya Project Based Learning (PBL). Pemilihan responden dari dua latar belakang berbeda bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran pengalaman pengguna yang lebih beragam. Responden diminta mencoba aplikasi Chemulation selama 10–15 menit sebelum mengisi kuesioner UEQ. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan UEQ Data Analysis Tool serta uji reliabilitas Cronbach’s Alpha. Hasil uji reliabilitas menunjukkan nilai Alpha memenuhi kriteria reliabel, sehingga instrumen dinilai konsisten dalam mengukur pengalaman pengguna. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan seluruh skala UEQ memperoleh skor positif dan termasuk kategori Excellent berdasarkan benchmark UEQ global. Skala stimulasi memperoleh skor tertinggi sebesar (2,481) dengan varians terendah sebesar (0,42), yang menunjukkan konsistensi aplikasi dalam membangkitkan motivasi belajar pengguna. Sementara itu, skala kebaruan memperoleh skor terendah sebesar (1,901) dengan varians tertinggi sebesar (0,77), yang mengindikasikan perbedaan persepsi pengguna terhadap tingkat inovasi aplikasi. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Chemulation berhasil memberikan pengalaman belajar yang positif dan menyenangkan, serta memberikan arahan pengembangan lebih lanjut pada aspek inovasi dan kejelasan.

Abstract

Viat-map is a web-based application that implements the Toulmin Argument concept for use in English Reading Comprehension subject. User acceptance of the Viat-Map application is one of the factors that supports the continued use of the application. Measurement of user acceptance of the Viat-Map application is carried out using the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) method. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Viat-Map application using the TAM method, so that user perceptions and the factors that influence users in using the application can be identified. The research method uses a questionnaire as a tool to collect data on 26 users of the Viat-Map application. The results showed that user acceptance of the Viat-Map application had a positive effect on 3 TAM variables, namely perceived user convenience 89.56%, perceived usefulness 86.68%, and technology acceptance 81.87%. This shows that application developers can focus on improving development on the Viat-Map application acceptance variable because the percentage variable value is smaller than the other variable values.

Abstract

The geographical area of Cemorokandang village in Malang has a set of potential Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) that have been running for a long time but require technological support in branding and marketing. Currently, most SME groups in Cemorokandang village use the traditional method by entrusting the goods produced to shops around the area. The SMEs are in Dewi Pelaga (Desa Wisata Pendidikan Keluarga). Other potentials owned by Cemorokandang village that need to be managed are the potential for sports, tourism, and education potential. This potential needs to be promoted so that many people know it better. Therefore, it is necessary to have a branding and marketing information system that contains pages describing the potential of SMEs and other support such as sports, education, and tourism tracking places. The website that has been created has been tested, and results were obtained on the point that "The community services activities carried out really provide solutions to the problems faced by partners." Some 75% of partners gave a strongly agreed response, while the other 25% gave an agreeing response. From these results, it can be said that this information system is effective in branding and marketing products owned by SMEs in the Dewi Pelaga area.

Abstract

The pandemic has caused almost all educational institutions to use online learning media to support learning activities. E-learning is a technology that is widely used because it can accommodate all learning activities. However, in general, e-learning can only perform automatic assessments for multiple choice answers but not for essay answers, so that manual assessment by the teacher becomes difficult and takes a long time. In this study, the winnowing algorithm was applied to the automatic assessment process on students' essay answers by measuring their similarity to the teacher's answer key. The stages in the automatic assessment using the winnowing algorithm begin with forming a series of k-grams, calculating the hash value, forming a window from the hash value, calculating the fingerprint value, and calculating the Jaccard Coefficient to obtain the percentage of text similarity results. The test results show that the winnowing algorithm can provide good performance when the answers to questions are in the form of short entries with the number of hashes not smaller than the window value. Meanwhile, on questions with long answers, the winnowing algorithm can still work well with an average difference of 5.2% from the results of the assessment carried out by the teacher.

Abstract

Students’ understanding of logic and control structures in object-oriented programming remains a major challenge in programming education. Based on a survey conducted by the researcher involving 30 third-semester students of the Informatics Engineering Study Program from the 2024 cohort, 69,7% of students stated that they experienced difficulties in understanding OOP materials. These difficulties are generally caused by the complexity of syntax and students’ limited focus on program logic flow. Therefore, appropriate learning media are needed to help students understand programming concepts in a more structured manner. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the 2D Parsons Problem feature in improving students’ understanding of logic and control structures in object-oriented programming. This study employed a quantitative approach using a one-group pretest–posttest design. The research participants consisted of 42 students who had completed the Object-Oriented Programming course. Data were collected through pretests and posttests and analyzed using the Normalized Gain (N-Gain) method to measure improvements in students’ understanding. The results showed an increase in the average score from 57,9 in the pretest to 89,5 in the posttest, with an average N-Gain value of 0.715, which falls into the high improvement category. A total of 28 students were categorized as having high improvement, 12 as moderate improvement, and 2 as low improvement. These findings indicate that the 2D Parsons Problem feature is effective in enhancing students’ understanding of logic and control structures in object-oriented programming.
