Abstract

History has mentioned how the books of hadith have a considerable time span from the original source (Rasulullah saw.,). In addition history also notes how many hadiths dhaif (weak) and false traditions (maudhu ') who have infiltrated into the treasures of Hadith at the time not yet booked. Faced with this problem the scholars fought hard to select the hadith, both from sanadnya and matannya. In this paper, we will describe a biography of a prominent scholar of hadith in the eyes of the Islamic scientists, theImam An-Nasa'i.

Abstract

Divorce in the community is often understood differently between Islamic law, the State, and customary law. Each of these laws has a fundamental legal basis regarding the concept of divorce. The impact of differences in the legal concept of divorce results in different Muslim communities in the process of terminating marital relations. This research aims to examine further how the divorce bureaucracy in Indonesia affects the divorce process in the community. This paper results from an empirical study with a socio-legal study approach, this approach is used to review how divorce in society is practiced. Data was obtained from interviews with relevant parties. To strengthen the data and analysis, this research also uses several empirical research results and other important articles related to this paper. The results show that the divorce bureaucracy in Langsa City, Aceh still leaves problems caused by differences in viewpoints and interests so that divorce outside the court still occurs. The difference in perspective is based on the understanding that divorce is legal if it fulfills the provisions of Islamic law. On the other hand, people who are aware of the law have the view that divorce must be done before the court. The bureaucracy of divorce, which involves administration and the conditions that must be met, makes divorce considered complicated and takes a long time. Conversely, religious divorce does not require a long time and cost. In addition, the interest in a quick process without the need for an administrative process also influences the divorce bureaucracy. Non-judicial mediation at the village level is essential for reducing divorce rates and reducing divorce bureaucracy.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the legal institutions involved in divorce settlement in Langsa City. Apart from that, this study also analyzes the influence of each institution on the solution to the divorce problem in Aceh. Empirical legal studies are carried out using social and legislative frameworks. A statute approach is used to examine the legal elements in the process of resolving divorce cases, while a sociological approach is used to examine the social components of divorce practice. This study found that the Gampong traditional institution has more influence than the Sharia Court in resolving divorce cases. Even though state law does not allow divorce outside of court, the community believes that the Gampong traditional institution can resolve divorce cases more quickly, cheaply, easily, and with ease. more sacred. This differs from divorce in religious courts, which usually takes time, and filing takes time. Divorce through religious courts is used by the community when the parties want to legalize their new marriage. This study concludes that the influence of traditional institutions is very strong for the people of Langsa City because traditional institutions are able to resolve divorce problems easily and quickly. This study contributes to a distinct viewpoint on divorce by demonstrating that, in addition to state institutions, traditional institutions play an essential role in resolving divorce cases. Without disobeying state laws, the government need to respect traditional institutions' rulings in divorce situations. This implies that a conventional institution's decision may serve as a basis for the law in divorce situations. Aside from that, a court divorce still carries a bad reputation in society because of the length, difficulty of the procedure, and perceived difficulty of the operations.

Abstract

General Background: Early childhood cognitive development requires concrete and engaging media to stimulate thinking and problem-solving skills. Specific Background: In many preschools, low-cost and recyclable materials have not been fully utilized to optimize children’s learning experiences. Knowledge Gap: Limited studies have specifically investigated the role of bottle cap media in supporting multiple aspects of cognitive development. Aim: This study explores how bottle cap media contributes to the improvement of cognitive abilities in children aged 5–6 years at TK Pertiwi IX Kota Jambi. Results: Using a qualitative descriptive approach with 15 children and 2 teachers, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Findings show that 80% of children demonstrated significant progress in recognizing colors (87%), grouping shapes (73%), counting objects (80%), and matching letters or numbers (67%). Novelty: The study highlights the innovative use of bottle caps as an accessible, sustainable, and enjoyable learning medium. Implications: The results suggest that recycled materials like bottle caps can effectively support early childhood education by enhancing cognitive skills while promoting creativity and environmental awareness. Highlights: Bottle caps foster color, shape, number, and symbol recognition. 80% of children showed overall cognitive improvement. Recycled media provides sustainable and engaging learning tools. Abstract

Bullying merupakan salah satu permasalahan serius di dunia pendidikan yang dapat mengganggu perkembangan pisikologis, sosial, dan akademik siswa. Sekolah yang seharusnya menjadi tempat aman dan nyaman justru sering kali menjadi lokasi tindakan bullying. Melihat kondisi tersebut, Mahasiswa Kukerta Institut Agama Islam Muhammad Azim Jambi melaksanakan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) berupa sosialisasi stop bullying di Madrasah Ibtidiyah Swasta (MIS) Al-Baro’ah Desa Mekar Jaya, Kecamatan Bayung Lencir, Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada hari jum’at tanggal 01 Agustus 2025 dengan sasaran siswa kelas I-VI yang berjumlah 41 Orang. Metode kegiatan meliputi ceramah, diskusi interatif, tanya jawab, ice breaking, pohon harapan, dan pemberian reward. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa tentang mengenai bullying, baik dari segi pengertian, jenis, dampak, maupun pencegahan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan keberanian siswa dalam menyampaikan pendapat, menumbuhkan kesadaran kolektif untuk menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman, serta memberikan wawasan baru bagi guru dalam mengawasi dan membimbing siswa. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan PKM ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam mencegah perilaku bullying di sekolah sekaligus memperkuat peran sekolah sebagai tempat yang ramah, inklusif dan bebas dari tindakan kekerasan.

Abstract

This article explores religious moderation as a form of Islamic legal politics in Indonesia from both philosophical and juridical perspectives. Using a qualitative normative approach, the study analyzes how the concept of maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah (the higher objectives of Islamic law) and siyāsah syar‘iyyah (Islamic public policy) are reflected in the government’s policy on religious moderation initiated by the Ministry of Religious Affairs since 2019. The research argues that religious moderation represents not only a sociocultural strategy but also a legal-political manifestation of Islamic values aimed at ensuring justice, balance, and public welfare within Indonesia’s pluralistic society. Through an interpretative analysis of relevant literature, laws, and state policies, this study finds that the principle of moderation aligns harmoniously with the Pancasila-based constitutional framework and strengthens the position of Islamic law as an ethical foundation for national legal development. In conclusion, religious moderation serves as an adaptive expression of maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah in Indonesia’s democratic context, promoting peaceful coexistence, legal pluralism, and the realization of collective welfare (maslahah ‘ammah) as envisioned in Islamic jurisprudence.

Abstract

The dominance of conventional pedagogical approaches that are textual and monodisciplinary in Social Sciences (IPS) learning often hinders the development of students' higher-order thinking skills in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This study aims to develop a valid, practical, and effective STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics)-based digital learning model to improve Phase D students' critical thinking skills. This study applies the modified Borg & Gall Research and Development (R&D) method, including the stages of needs analysis, design planning, expert validation, and limited trials on grade VIII students. The results showed that the developed model met the criteria of very valid with an expert validation score reaching 92.6% and a practicality level of 88.4%. Quantitatively, the effectiveness of the model was proven significant through a t-test (p < 0.05) with an increase in the N-gain score of 0.67 which is classified as medium to high category, where the average critical thinking ability increased from 37.5% to 71.25%. The main conclusion of this study confirms that the integration of the STEAM transdisciplinary approach with digital technology is able to transform social studies learning to be more contextual, holistic, and adaptive, so it is recommended as a strategic solution in strengthening students' analytical and evaluative competencies according to the demands of the 21st century curriculum. ABSTRAK Dominasi pendekatan pedagogis konvensional yang bersifat tekstual dan monodisiplin dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) sering kali menghambat pengembangan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa di era revolusi industri 4.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model pembelajaran digital berbasis STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa Fase D. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Research and Development (R&D) model Borg & Gall yang dimodifikasi, meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan desain, validasi ahli, serta uji coba terbatas pada siswa kelas VIII. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria sangat valid dengan skor validasi ahli mencapai 92,6% dan tingkat kepraktisan 88,4%. Secara kuantitatif, efektivitas model terbukti signifikan melalui uji-t (p < 0,05) dengan peningkatan skor N-gain sebesar 0,67 yang tergolong kategori sedang hingga tinggi, di mana rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kritis meningkat dari 37,5% menjadi 71,25%. Kesimpulan utama studi ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi pendekatan transdisipliner STEAM dengan teknologi digital mampu mentransformasi pembelajaran IPS menjadi lebih kontekstual, holistik, dan adaptif, sehingga direkomendasikan sebagai solusi strategis dalam memperkuat kompetensi analitis dan evaluatif siswa sesuai tuntutan kurikulum abad ke-21.
