Abstract

Service is one of the priorities given by companies, especially companies operating in the service sector. This is a special attraction for the congregation so that they can feel satisfaction with the services provided by the service provider company. The facility factor is no less important, the congregation chooses the best facilities to use, therefore facilities must be a concern. The management of the service provider must make every effort to develop and carry out various strategic steps in an effort to achieve congregational satisfaction. The aim of the research is to find out how the influence of the Umrah Worship Package Facility Service Quality Variable on the level of Congregation Satisfaction at PT Amanah Travel Indonesia, West Sumatra Province. The research used was a research instrument, namely a questionnaire (Likter Scale) with a research sample of 74 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and R2 Test. The method used is the Quantitative Method. The results of the research conducted show that the Service Quality Variable and the Umrah Worship Package Facilities Variable partially have a significant influence on the level of Congregation Satisfaction at PT Amanah Travel Indonesia Area, West Sumatra Province. And the Simultaneous Test also had a significant influence on the level of Congregation Satisfaction of PT Amanah Travel Indonesia, West Sumatra Province.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low customer interest in Hajj al- qashwa savings products and the number of customers who always fluctuate in 2019 and 2021, and also the number of customers who withdraw before the disbursement is made. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the hajj al-qashwa savings product development strategy is in increasing the number of customers at PT. BPRS Jam Gadang Perseroda Bukittinggi. The purpose of the research is to find out the product development strategy of Hajj al- qashwa savings in increasing the number of customers at PT BPRS Jam Gadang Perseroda Bukittinggi. The type of research used in this research is field research using qualitative methods. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data, with data analysis techniques used, namely, data collection, data processing, data presentation, conclusion verification. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the product development strategy of Hajj savings al- qashwa at PT. BPRS Jam Gadang Perseroda Bukittinggi is by introducing products to customers by means of socialization and distribution of brochures, innovating products, expanding marketing, and imitating competitor strategies used in its product development strategy.

Abstract

The background is to observe the growth of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, encouraging research into the services provided and perceptions of pilgrims' expectations. Human resources are still lacking, namely not having permanent employees and the emergence of a mismatch between the services provided and the expectations of the congregation. The aim of the research is to explore how excellent service management can increase congregational satisfaction. This type of research is qualitative research carried out at the Multazam Utama Tour branch office in Bukittinggi City through observation, interviews and documentation. The results show the implementation of excellent service management through excellent service indicators in the form of; Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (responsiveness), Assurance (guarantee), Empathy (empathy), Tangibles (physical evidence). Efficient management, a complaint reporting system, a measurable reputation, a personal approach, as well as physical maintenance and the latest technology are the main factors in maintaining the quality of the Multazam Utama Tour Bukittinggi City service effectively in creating a perception of the congregation's expectations. Reliability is reflected in fulfilling service promises, responsiveness is reflected in response and alertness during the journey, assurance is formed through employee competence, empathy is reflected in attention to the special needs of the congregation, and physical evidence supports the good physical appearance of the building.

Abstract

Latar belakang penulis mengangkat judul ini yaitu Koperasi LKMS-A Gapoktan Panampuang Prima,Kab. Agam mengalami masalah yang terjadi disetiap tahunnya yang mana pemberian modal 100% oleh pihak intansi tidak memungkinkan pengembalian pembiayaan murabahah itu lancar setiap tahunnya. Adanya nilai pinjaman adalah salah satu masalah utama yang sering dihadapi konsumen dalam pengembalian pembiayaan murabah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh nilai pinjaman terhadap kelancaran pengembalian pembiayaan murabahah pada anggota kelompok tani Koperasi LKMS-A Gapoktan Panampuang Prima,Kab. Agam. Studi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan mengumpulkan data melalui angket kusioner kepada 41 orang yang berpartisipasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana yang dibantu oleh program Windows SPSS 26. Kemudian hasil penelitian ini diuraikan, dibahas untuk menjawab permasalah tersebut. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa pengaruh nilai pinjaman terhadap kelancaran pengembalian pembiayaan murabahah pada anggota kelompok tani Koperasi LKMS-A Gapoktan Panampuang Prima,Kab. Agam yang telah dilakukan melalui uji hipotesis (Uji T) diperoleh bahwa nilai pinjaman berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kelancaran pengembalian pembiayaan dengan nilai persamaan Y=42,368-0,180X dengan tingkat signifikan 0,295. Maka dari itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai pinjaman yang besar yang diberikan oleh Koperasi LKMS-A Gapoktan Panampuang Prima,Kab. Agam akan semakin besar pulak beban yang harus ditanggung oleh nasabah dalam pelunasannya.

Abstract

Abstrak. Business size is one of thedetermining factors in thesustainability of MSMEs, one of which is the implementation of recording financial reports, as well as accounting knowledge, where accounting knowledge is very important for knowing and evaluating current business developments, as well as planning for the next period. Therefore, theaim of this research is todetermine the influenceof business size andaccounting knowledge onthe implementation ofMSME financial records. Questionnaires were a datacollection technique usedin researchwith a total of40 respondents in theMuslim clothing convection business in Nagari Batu Taba. Multiplelinear regression analysis isthe data analysismethod used, andSPSS 25 is used to process the data. Withthe t-calculated value obtained at 0.036 < 2.024 and the sig value at 0.971 > 0.05, thepartial researchfindings show that business size does not have a positive and significant influence on the implementation of MSME financial records. Accounting knowledge has a positive and significant influence on the application of financial recording, as evidenced by the t-value of 2.698 > 2.024and a sig value of 0.010< 0.05. Business size and accounting knowledge have a positive and significant effect on the implementation of financial recording, seen from the results of the f test with a calculated f value of 5.135 > 3.24 and a sig. equal to 0.011 < 0.05. The test findings produced a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.217 or 21.7%. This shows that business size and accounting knowledge have an influence of 28.3% on the implementation of MSME financial recording, while the remaining 78.3% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research examines the character of Abdullah in the novel Na’am Ahwãka by Marwah Mamdouh using a structuralism approach. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method, analyzing written data from the novel through note-taking and literature review. The analysis focuses on identifying, classifying, and interpreting Abdullah’s character traits to understand his role in the story. The novel Na’am Ahwãka explores themes of love and resilience, with Abdullah serving as a key figure who complements the main character, Rana. Through the structuralism approach, this research highlights Abdullah’s contribution to the narrative’s overall structure and meaning. The findings reveal that Abdullah embodies five characters: caring, optimistic, entertaining, loyal, and concerned. يبحث هذا البحث في شخصية عبد الله في رواية "نعم أهواك" لمروة ممدوح باستخدام منهج البنيوية. تعتمد الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي النوعي، حيث يتم تحليل البيانات المكتوبة من الرواية من خلال تدوين الملاحظات ومراجعة الأدبيات. يركز التحليل على تحديد وتصنيف وتفسير سمات شخصية عبد الله لفهم دوره في القصة. تتناول رواية "نعم أهواك" موضوعات الحب والصمود، حيث يُعد عبد الله شخصية رئيسية تُكمل البطلة رنا. ومن خلال النهج البنيوي، يبرز هذا البحث مساهمة عبد الله في البنية العامة والسياق الدلالي للرواية. تكشف النتائج أن عبد الله يجسد خمس سمات أساسية: العناية، والتفاؤل، والتسلية، والوفاء، والاهتمام. Penelitian ini mengkaji karakter Abdullah dalam novel Na’am Ahwãka karya Marwah Mamdouh dengan menggunakan pendekatan strukturalisme. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menganalisis data tertulis dari novel melalui teknik pencatatan dan tinjauan pustaka. Analisis difokuskan pada identifikasi, klasifikasi, dan interpretasi sifat-sifat karakter Abdullah untuk memahami perannya dalam cerita. Novel Na’am Ahwãka mengeksplorasi tema cinta dan ketabahan, dengan Abdullah sebagai tokoh penting yang melengkapi karakter utama, Rana. Melalui pendekatan strukturalisme, penelitian ini menyoroti kontribusi Abdullah terhadap struktur dan makna keseluruhan narasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Abdullah memiliki lima sifat utama: penyayang, optimis, penghibur, setia, dan peduli.

Abstract

In a town like Lubuk Sikaping, where sharia-observant Muslims make up the vast majority of the population, this study assumes that Bank BSI KCP Lubuk Sikaping can help the company grow and succeed. Employees at Bank BSI KCP Lubuk Sikaping have done an excellent job implementing sharia marketing ethics, which has helped the bank attract trustworthy clients who are interested in applying for loans. There has been a failure to execute measures pertaining to honouring promises and communicating with clients since some personnel have not fulfilled their commitments and others have made blunders in their communication. This study aims to examine the implementation of sharia marketing ethics at Bank BSI KCP Lubuk Sikaping and poses the problem of how marketing ethics are being implemented there. The researcher relied on Mikro Relation and a number of Bank BSI KCP Lubuk Sikaping customers as key informants in this qualitative study that aimed to observe all relevant situations and events in relation to the accurate abstraction. Researchers documented their findings and gathered information through interviews and participant observation. Research findings indicate that Bank BSI KCP Lubuk Sikaping has implemented sharia marketing ethics by conducting marketing activities in line with religious values, morals, sharia principles, and company regulations, as well as by following the principles and indicators of sharia marketing ethics.

Abstract

Asuransi Sinar Mas Marketing Office Bukittinggi is a general insurance company that has an Islamic unit. The Islamic system and products have been available since 2010, following the establishment of its office in Bukittinggi in 2009. Its activities include the marketing and distribution of Islamic insurance and reinsurance products. As the financial industry continues to grow, Islamic insurance has significant potential to expand and become the primary choice for the Muslim community. However, to achieve success, Islamic insurance companies must be able to develop comprehensive and targeted marketing strategies. Through effective marketing strategies, Islamic insurance is expected to continue growing and providing substantial benefits to society, both financially and spiritually. The research problem in this study is how marketing strategies can increase the number of customers of Islamic Insurance at Asuransi Sinar Mas Marketing Office Bukittinggi. The objective of this research is to identify the marketing strategies used to increase the number of customers at Asuransi Sinar Mas Marketing Office Bukittinggi. The research method employed is qualitative research using SWOT analysis, with key informants consisting of the Branch Manager and Marketing Admin at Asuransi Sinar Mas Marketing Office Bukittinggi. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the research findings, the marketing strategy to increase the number of Islamic insurance customers at Asuransi Sinar Mas Marketing Office Bukittinggi is through the SO (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy. The company implements the SO strategy through the following approaches: Utilizing competitive and affordable premium pricing to attract the majority of the Muslim community in Bukittinggi, Enhancing customer service to reach locations near office areas, Simplifying the registration and claims process for traders facing high business risks, Developing digital-based products to leverage the increasing public awareness of Islamic insurance and Integrating Islamic principles into digital products to support technological advancements in marketing.

Abstract

Pembaharuan kurikulum menjadi tantangan baru di ranah pendidikan untuk mampu menciptakan karakteristik siswa berdasarkan proses evaluasi belajar mengajar di kelas. Dampak pembaharuan dapat dilihat berdasarkan ada tidaknya kegiatan stimulus sebelum memasuki pembelajaran. Kurikulum merdeka memungkinkan guru untuk berfokus pada kemampuan dan karakteristik siswa saat menerapkan kurikulum yang disesuaikan dengan bakat dan minat siswa. Penelitian dilakukan dari November hingga Desember 2023 di SMP Negeri 25 Pekanbaru, yang melibatkan 193 siswa di kelas VIII, yang melakukan asesmen diagnostik pada materi pesawat sederhana untuk mengetahui kemampuan kognitif dan sikap belajar siswa. Metode sampel proporsional random digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan kepercayaan 90% dan taraf kesalahan 10%, sampel sebanyak 66 siswa diambil. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survei. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari tes kognitif dengan model soal pilihan ganda sebanyak 15 butir soal pada materi pesawat sederhana dan tes non-kognitif dengan model angket sikap belajar sebanyak 25 butir pernyataan yang diberikan kepada siswa. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Penelitian bermanfaat sebagai pedoman dalam penerapan asesmen diagnostik serta dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif dan non-kognitif siswa pada materi pesawat sederhana di kelas VIII.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the challenges related to the integration of AI into learning translation from Indonesian to Arabic, with a focus on the educational and ethical impacts resulting from this integration. The findings suggest that overcoming these challenges requires a holistic approach that combines technical and ethical awareness, while improving the quality of education and developing student skills through collaboration between various stakeholders, including governments, educational institutions and the technology industry. It also highlights the importance of finding sustainable solutions that support education, and emphasizes the need for collaborative efforts to integrate AI more effectively into translation learning. In conclusion, the research emphasizes the importance of understanding the challenges and opportunities presented by artificial intelligence, and the need to adopt integrated educational and ethical strategies to ensure that the maximum benefit is made of the potential of artificial intelligence in language education.
