Abstract

The background of this research is that the ability of grade I students of SDN Puncaksuji in reading is still low, which is indicated by the inability of students to sound out syllables and many tetrukar when reading. The purpose of this study was to describe the planning and implementation of learning activities using big book media to improve reading skills and to determine the improvement of reading skills after using big book media. The subjects of this study were first grade students of SDN Puncaksuji, totaling 24 students. The type of research used is classroom action research which consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data in this study were collected through tests, observations, and documentation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat keterampilan peserta didik dalam mata pelajaran seni musik menggunakan bahan ajar yang telah berbasis digital yaitu e-modul, serta untuk membantu guru dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar yang bervariatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu RnD (Research and Development) dengan model penelitian ADDIE yaitu Analisys, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. Hasil penelitian berupa uji kelayakan kepada ahli materi dengan hasil sebesar 95%, ahli media sebesar 91%, kuesioner respon produk kepada ahli praktisi (guru) dengan hasil sebesar 99%, peserta didik sebesar 92% serta uji efektifitas untuk mengukur tingkat keterampilan menggunakan uji N-Gain dengan tahapan Pretest-Postest memperoleh hasil mencapai 0,68 dengan persentase sebesar 68,43%. Dengan demikian, e-modul yang dikembangkan sangat layak dan cukup efektif digunakan sebagai bahan pembelajaran seni musik di sekolah.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Literasi numerasi berperan dalam pengambilan keputusan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Namun kemampuan literasi numerasi di Indonesia belum berkembang. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil studi maupun penelitian terkait kemampuan literasi numerasi di Indonesia. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan literasi dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa khususnya pada kemampuan literasi numerasi. Metode: ceramah, tanya jawab, dan praktik. Hasil: Hasilnya, terdapat peningkatan tingkat partisipasi guru dalam kegiatan pelatihan dan evaluasi kegiatan sehingga dapat meningkatkan pencapaian kualitas lulusan peserta didik yang berdaya saing. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan ini dapat memberikan manfaat kepada kepada guru-guru dalam mengimplentasikan literasi numerasi dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa khususnya dalam penyusunan modul ajar yang sesuai dengan prinsip kurikulum merdeka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi program Sekolah Adiwiyata melalui kegiatan Eco brick di SD Negeri Manglid, Sukabumi, sebagai upaya meningkatkan kesadaran siswa dalam pengelolaan sampah plastik. Sampah plastik menjadi masalah serius yang berdampak pada lingkungan jika tidak dikelola dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, program ini dirancang untuk mengajarkan siswa pentingnya mengelola sampah melalui kegiatan daur ulang kreatif. Kegiatan ini melibatkan siswa secara aktif dalam pemilahan sampah, pembuatan eco brick menggunakan botol plastik bekas, dan merangkai botol menjadi struktur ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan siswa, meskipun terdapat kendala dalam partisipasi guru. Penghargaan kepada siswa yang aktif menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan antusiasme. Implementasi program ini sejalan dengan prinsip Sekolah Adiwiyata, yaitu membangun karakter peduli lingkungan melalui kegiatan edukatif yang berdampak positif bagi siswa dan masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

Discipline is the key to success in various aspects of life. This research aims to analyze the discipline character of students in extracurricular drum band in elementary schools. This research focuses on two aspects of discipline, namely time discipline and action discipline. This research was carried out on drum band extracurricular activities at SDN Pakujajar CBM Kota Sukabumi. The research uses qualitative methods, data is collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that students who are members of the extracurricular drum band have a disciplined character. The character of this discipline includes discipline towards time and discipline towards actions. Time discipline is reflected in arriving on time and being able to make the best use of time. Discipline in actions is shown through obedience to rules, being orderly, being responsible for one's equipment, respecting each other and being serious when training. Disciplined character is created because of habits. With this, research shows that extracurricular drum band in elementary schools plays a role in forming disciplinary character. The drum band extracurricular can be a means of cultivating disciplined character that is useful in preparing students to face the outside world.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui indikator karakter semangat kebangsaan apa saja yang terdapat pada buku siswa kelas V SD Tema 7 Peristiwa dalam kehidupan khususnya pada materi pelajaran IPS. metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. data yang diambil pada penelitian ini adalah muatan karakter semangat kebangsaan pada kalimat yang terdapat pada buku siswa pada materi IPS. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah buku siswa kelas V kurikulum 2013 tema 7 peristiwa dalam kehidupan. Teknis analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pereduksian data (Data Reduction), penyajian data (Data Display) dan penarikan kesimpulan (Conclusing Drawing/Verification). hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu indikator yang paling banyak muncul pada buku siswa adalah indikator kelima yaitu semangat dalam mengobarkan semangat kebangsaan dan yang paling sedikit muncul yaitu indikator ketiga yaitu Mengagumi banyaknya keragaman bahasa di Indonesia. kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu indikator yang ditemukan pada buku siswa kelas V Tema 7 Peristiwa dalam Kehidupan terdapat 6 indikator dan ditemukan 47 kalimat dari subtema 1 hingga subtema 3.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of Gamelan Eduweb, an interactive digital learning platform, in extracurricular gamelan activities for elementary school students. The research aims to assess the effectiveness of this medium in enhancing students’ gamelan-playing skills. The study employs a descriptive qualitative method, involving elementary school students participating in extracurricular gamelan activities. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that Gamelan Eduweb significantly improves students’ abilities to play gamelan instruments both individually and in groups. This platform allows students to learn flexibly through features such as video tutorials, music notations, and gamelan history, which can be accessed anytime. Students showed enhanced skills in reading notation, understanding rhythms, and maintaining tempo during performances. However, the study also identified several challenges, including technical issues such as unstable internet connections and the lack of tutorials demonstrating complete instrument collaboration. These challenges were largely resolved through technical adjustments and teacher guidance. Additionally, learning with Gamelan Eduweb strengthened students’ understanding of cultural values, improved teamwork, and motivated them to appreciate Indonesia's traditional art heritage. In conclusion, Gamelan Eduweb is effective in supporting gamelan learning for elementary school students, offering additional benefits of accessibility and interactivity. This platform serves as a modern solution for preserving traditional arts while enriching students’ learning experiences in the context of arts education.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Outdoor Learning Model onstudents' painting creativity at SDN Cisarua in the odd semester of the 2024/2025academic year. The subjects of this research were 30 class V students who wereselected using purposive sampling. The Outdoor Learning model was chosenbecause it was considered capable of providing a more enjoyable and effectivelearning experience in increasing student creativity, especially in fine arts learning.The research method used is a Quasi Experimental method with a pretest-posttestcontrol group design research design. Data collection techniques were carried outusing instruments in the form of test sheets and performance assessments toassess the results of students' painting creativity. Data analysis was carried out withthe help of IBM SPSS Statistics version 30 software, using several statisticaltechniques such as validity tests, reliability tests, homogeneity tests, and t tests. Theresearch results showed that there were significant differences between theexperimental group that used the Outdoor Learning Model and the control groupthat used conventional methods. The average painting creativity score for theexperimental group (87.27) was higher than the control group (79.13). With asignificance value of 0.0001<0.05, it can be concluded that the Outdoor LearningModel has a positive impact on students' painting creativity. Therefore, this modelis suitable for application in fine arts learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji efektivitas suatu produk berupa e-book berbasis kearifan lokal kasepuhan sinar resmi Sukabumi dalam pembelajaran IPS sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research dan Development (R&D). Model penelitian dan pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan dua analisis yaitu analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian e-book berbasis kearifan lokal kasepuhan sinar resmi Sukabumi dalam pembelajaran IPS sekolah dasar dengan materi kearifan lokal memperoleh penilaian dari validator ahli materi, ahli media, dan praktisi. Penilaian ahli materi memperoleh nilai 87%, ahli media memperoleh nilai 97%, dan praktisi memperoleh nilai 95%. Hasil presentase respon peserta didik sebesar 88%, sedangkan hasil uji N gain berdasarkan nilai pretest dan posttest memperoleh hasil 0,73 dengan kategori tinggi dengan presentase 73%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media e-book berbasis kearifan lokal sangat efektif digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Creativity is one of the essential aspects in visual arts education, thus requiring innovative approaches to enhance it. This study aims to examine the effect of aluminum engraving techniques on elementary school students’ creativity in visual arts. The research used an experimental method with a population consisting of all sixth-grade students at SDN Selajambe 01 during the first semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, totaling 33 students. Data were collected through tests using performance sheets, and data analysis involved descriptive statistics, prerequisite tests, and hypothesis testing. The results showed a significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores in both groups. The experimental group showed an increase in the average score from 53.65 to 79.00, with a percentage gain of 47%, while the control group improved from 49.00 to 62.71, with a gain of 28%. This was further supported by the hypothesis test results, where the post-test scores between the two groups showed a significant difference with a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000. Since the obtained value is lower than the predetermined significance level of 0.05, the null hypothesis (H?) was rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (H?) was accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of aluminum engraving techniques has a significant effect on students’ creativity in visual arts at the elementary school level. This technique not only fosters students' creativity but also provides them with a new and engaging learning experience.
