Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the implementation of distance learning, 2) the obstacles in the implementation of distance learning, and 3) the efforts made to overcome the obstacles in the implementation of distance learning at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Sources of data used are informants, places, activities, and documents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and document analysis. The validity of the data using triangulation of sources and methods. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis theory. The results of the study show that: 1) The implementation of distance learning includes preparation in terms of teachers, learning tools, facilities and infrastructure, as well as information technology, media and learning methods, learning activities, assessments, 2) Obstacles in the implementation of distance learning include: a) there are students who do not have smartphones or computers, b) limited internet quota, c) students find it difficult to understand learning materials, and d) a less supportive learning environment and atmosphere, 3) Efforts are made to overcome obstacles in learning, namely: a) assistance free smartphones for students in need, b) free internet quota assistance for underprivileged students, c) using learning videos as learning media, and d) conducting home visits to students' learning environments.

Abstract

The research aims to determine: (1) the influence of leadership on employee work discipline in the Department of Labor and Industry of Surakarta City (2) the effect of compensation on employee work discipline in the Department of Labor and Industry of Surakarta City (3) simultaneous influence of leadership style and compensation on employee work discipline in the Department of Labor and Industry of Surakarta City. The method in this research uses correlational quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees of the Surakarta Department of Labor and Industry with a total of 57 employees. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling with a total 57 employees. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used the prerequisite test and multiple linear regression. The results showes that: (1) there was a significant positive effect of leadership on employee work discipline (tcount 3,614> ttable 2,004), (2) there was a significant positive effect of compensation on employee work discipline (tcount 2,146> ttable 2,004), (3 ) there is a significant positive influence on leadership and compensation simultaneously or together on employee work discipline (Fcount 14.167> Ftable 3.16).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian mengetahui: (1) pengaruh minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran korespondensi di SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta; (2) pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran korespondensi di SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta; dan 3) pengaruh minat belajar dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran korespondensi di SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta.Populasi adalah kelas OTKP tahun 2017/2018 SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta jumlah 53 siswa dengan metode korelasional dan pendekatan kualitatif. Sampel ialah keseluruhan jumlah populasi. Tenik yang diterapkan adalah sampling jenuh. Metode angket didukung dokumentasi adalah metode yang dipakai teknik mengumpulkan data dengan SPSS 17 untuk menganalisa data.Kesimpulannya antara lain; (1) pengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap (Y) siswa mata pelajaran korespondensi di SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta sebesar 83,43%; (2) pengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap (Y) siswa mata pelajaran korespondensi di SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta sebesar 66,1%; (3) pengaruh positif dan signifikan  dan  terhadap (Y) siswa mata pelajaran korespondensi di SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta. Tingkat pencapaian variabel (Y) sebesar 81%. Dengan SE  sebesar 30,3%, SE  sebesar 30,4% dan SR ) sebesar 50,0%, SR () sebesar 50,1%.

Abstract

The purposes of this research was to determine: (1) presence or absence of a positife and significant effect between how to learn on the learning result of office equipment managements. (2) presence or absence of a positife and  significant effect between discipline of learning the learning result of office equipment managements. (3) presence or absence of a positife and significant effect between learning style and discipline of learning on the learning result of office equipment managements. The type of research is clausal correlation methods in quantitative research. The population of this research was all students in grade X office administration skill competency of SMK Batik 1 Surakarta in the academic year of 2015/2016 some 120 students with a sample of 55 students. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling technique. Data callection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation technique. Analysis using the statistical test of multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis can be summarized as follows: (1) there is a poaitif and significant effect of how to learn on the learning result of office equipment managements, with tobtained > ttabel (3,403 > 2,006), while relative and effective contribution (X1) to (Y) of 49,18% and 50,8%. (2) there is a positif and significant effect of learning discipline on the learning result of office equipment, with tobtained > ttabel (3,595 > 2,006), while relative and effective contribution (X2) to (Y) of 21,59% and 22,3%. (3) there is a positife and significant effect of learning style and learning discipline on the learning result of office equipment managements, with Fobtained > Ftabel (20,379 > 3,17), with R Square percentage of 43,9%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) Customer satisfaction with clean water services (2) Obstacles faced in the implementation of clean water services, (3) Efforts performed by PDAM Tirta Bening, Pati Regency in solving obstacles of clean water services.This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Sources of data in this study came from informants, events, and documents. The sampling technique used was purposive and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques were done through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Customer satisfaction on water services related to tangible; assurance; responsiveness; and empathy dimensions are great. Nevertheless, the customer satisfaction related to reliability dimension is low and it needs some improvements, (2) Constraints faced in the implementation of clean water services are: (a) Lack of water sources, (b) Old piping networks, (c) Power outage by PLN, and (3) Efforts made in facing obstacles related to clean water services are: (a) Finding and opening sources of raw water, (b) Changing pipes gradually, (c) Increasing the number of generators.

Abstract

The type of this study is qualitative research using with a narrative inquiry approach. The sampling techniques used in this study are purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The data collected in this study were obtained from the results of interviews, observations, and documentation. The validity of the data obtained from the process of technical triangulation and source triangulation. The data analyis technique used is an interactive model. The results show a) the implementation of the electronic identification card making service in Klaten Regency is carried out by implementing 2 service systems, namely online services and offline services. Based on the application of (1) the service has a clear legal basis, (2) the service is tailored to the interests and goals, (3) it has social goals, (4) responsiveness, (5) responsibility; b) the factors that affect the service of making electronic identification card in Klaten regency are less optimal, are (1) the service evaluation that is only done based on complaints, (2) network disconnection due to power outage, (3) damaged/collapsed service buildings, and (4) people who still do not know about the online service yet, c) the efforts to solve the problem of making electronic identification card service at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Klaten Regency, are (1) provision of complaint facilities, (2) the use of social media, (3) move building, and (4) socialization to disseminate information about online service.

Abstract

This study is a  qualitative research using a case study approach. Data from this study are information consisting of Public Relations and Protocol Teachers, Class XI OTKP Students, and the Head Master of SMK Negeri 1 Sragen and documents related to the online learning process. The sampling technique is carried out by using purposive and snowball sampling techniques. From the data, researcher conducted an analysis then tested the validity of the data using source triangulation. The results showed that: (1) The online learning process at SMK Negeri 1 Sragen can be said to be ineffective . (2) Common obstacles experienced in online learning are a) limited internet quotas, b) unstable signals, c) students have difficulty understanding the subject matter, especially in vocational subjects. Some students find it difficult to concentrate on learning at home. (3) A solution to obstacles a) in the form of wasteful internet quotas for schools and the government to provide learning quota assistance ,b) In an unstable signal strength, this can be resolved by using a provider that has the best signal strength or looking for a spot that has a good signal, c) To improve student achievement and poor student abilities, some students make extra efforts by always looking for information about the learning material in various print and digital media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data penelitian diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi dan dokumen dengan purposive snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Validitas data diperoleh dengan 4 cara yaitu credibility, transferability, dependability, dan confirmability. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data model interaktif. Prosedur penelitian menggunakan 4 tahap yaitu: tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, analisis, dan penulisan laporan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) pelaksanaan pembagian kerja pegawai pada Bagian Pengolahan Data dan Informasi di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Surakarta sebagai berikut: a) analisis jabatan yang meliputi deskripsi jabatan dan spesifikasi jabatan, b) keputusan pembagian kerja, c) pelaksanaan tugas oleh karyawan, d) pengawasan pelaksanaan pembagian kerja, dan e) penilaian kinerja karyawan 2) hambatan yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan pembagian kerja pegawai pada Bagian Pengolahan Data dan Informasi diantaranya: a) double job, dan b) ketidaksesuaian posisi kerja 3) upaya yang ditempuh dalam mengatasi hambatan dalam pelaksanaan pembagian kerja pegawai pada Bagian Pengolahan Data dan Informasi  antara lain: a) job sharing dan b) karyawan belajar otodidak.

Abstract

The research aims at revealing whether: (1) The effect of giving compensation on job satisfaction at PT. Graha Informatika Jakarta; (2) The effect of work motivationi on job satisfaction at PT. Graha Informatika Jakarta; (3) Thei effect of giving compensation and work motivation simultaneously on job satisfaction at PT. Graha Informatika Jakarta.  This type of Quantitative descriptive research with descriptive survey method. Information presented in the study is the result of questioner that has been filled out by the employees of PT. Graha Informatika Jakarta. The research used purposive sampling technique, with a sample 68 respondents. The results showed that; (1) There is an effect of giving compensation on job satisfaction with the result of t test 3,174 > 1,973. (2) There is an effect of work motivation on job satisfaction with the result of t test 2,676 > 1,973. (3) There is an effect of giving compensation and work motivation simultaneously on job satisfaction with the result of F test 27,359 > 3,14.  The conclusion of the multiple linear regression analysis above show that 45% of job satisfaction is influenced by compensation and work motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine implementation of Telunjuk Sakti application at Department Of Population And Civil Registration Of Wonogiri Regency. This type of research is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach. The research was conducted at Department Of Population And Civil Registration Of Wonogiri Regency. For sampling using purposive sampling technique and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques with observations, interviews and documents. The validity of the data is obtained by triangulating sources and method. Data analysis techniques use interactive model data analysis            .The result of this research is: 1) the implementation of the Telunjuk Sakti application at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Wonogiri Regency includes: a) Planning, b) Socialization, c) Implementation, and d) Results and evaluation. 2) the implementation of the Telunjuk Sakti application at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Wonogiri Regency has several obstacles including: a) blank spot area, b) inadequate facilities and infrastructure, c) low human resource capabilities, d) Telunjuk Sakti application server often has problems, and, 3) erfforts to overcome the obstacles that occur include: a) installing internet network amplifiers, b) make a budget proposal, c) conducting training and technical guidance, and d) repairing servers on the Telunjuk Sakti application.
