Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the effect of perceptions of field work practices on the work readiness of class XI students of SMK Wikarya Karanganyar; (2) determine the influence of motivation to enter the world of work on the work readiness of class XI students at SMK Wikarya Karanganyar; (3) determine the effect of perceptions of field work practices and motivation to enter the world of work together on the work readiness of class XI students at SMK Wikarya Karanganyar. The research design used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The results of the study are as follows: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of perceptions of field work practices on students' work readiness. This is indicated by the value of tcount>ttable (4.609>1.985) and for a significance value of 0.000 (Sig<0.05); (2) there is a positive and significant influence of motivation to enter the world of work on students' work readiness. This is indicated by the value of tcount>ttable (3.537>1.985) and for a significance value of 0.001 (Sig<0.05); and (3) there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously on the perception of employment practices and motivation to enter the world of work on student work readiness. This is indicated by the value of Fcount>Ftable (65.881>3.091) and for a significance value of 0.000 (Sig<0.05). This study aims to (1) determine the effect of perceptions of field work practices on the work readiness of class XI students of SMK Wikarya Karanganyar; (2) determine the influence of motivation to enter the world of work on the work readiness of class XI students at SMK Wikarya Karanganyar; (3) determine the effect of perceptions of field work practices and motivation to enter the world of work together on the work readiness of class XI students at SMK Wikarya Karanganyar. The research design used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 131 students of class XI at SMK Wikarya Karanganyar. The research sample consisted of 99 students who were taken using the proportional random sampling technique. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire used to measure the effect of perceptions of field work practices and motivation to enter the world of work on work readiness. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of perceptions of field work practices on students' work readiness. This is indicated by the value of tcount>ttable (4.609>1.985) and for a significance value of 0.000 (Sig<0.05); (2) there is a positive and significant influence of motivation to enter the world of work on students' work readiness. This is indicated by the value of tcount>ttable (3.537>1.985) and for a significance value of 0.001 (Sig<0.05); and (3) there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously on the perception of employment practices and motivation to enter the world of work on student work readiness. This is indicated by the value of Fcount>Ftable (65.881>3.091) and for a significance value of 0.000 (Sig<0.05).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine: (1) the management of facilities and infrastructure in the OTKP laboratory of SMKN 1 Banyudono, (2) the issues encountered regarding the management of facilities and infrastructure in the OTKP laboratory of SMKN 1 Banyudono, (3) the efforts made to optimize the management of facilities and infrastructure in the OTKP laboratory of SMKN 1 Banyudono. This research is a qualitative descriptive approach study. The sampling techniques used are purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection takes the form of observations, interviews and analysis of documents and archives. The data validity test technique uses source triangulation and technical triangulation and member checking of the data that has been obtained is carried out on all informants. The validity of the data is tested using source triangulation and technique triangulation. Data analysis employs interactive analysis. The results of research in the OTKP laboratory of SMKN 1 Banyudono regarding the management of facilities and infrastructure are as follows:1) management includes a) planning, b) procurement, c) storage, d) maintenance, e) supervision, f) disposal, 2) problems encountered include: a) goods held not in accordance with the proposal, b) delay in the distribution of received items, c) limited laboratory space, d) delay in conducting necessary repairs, e) loss of small items, f) there is no laboratory assistant, g) disposal has not been carried out yet, 3) efforts made for optimization include: a) negotiating the development team meeting, b) submitting the next budget, c) the department proactively checking goods that have been held at TU, d) storing in a place that does not interfere with learning, e) routine and incidental maintenance, f) making regulations for borrowing goods, g) proposing the appointment of laboratory assistants, h) disposal has never been carried out.

Abstract

The purpose o this study to determine the effect of (1) the variable self-confidence on the ability to speak in public (public speaking), (2) the variable organizational activeness on the ability to speak in public (public speaking), (3) the variable self-confidence and activeness organization towards public speaking skills. This research was carried out at the Office Administration Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sebelas Maret University. This research is quantitative research with correlational methods. The population in this study was students from the class of 2020 and 2021, totaling 158 people with a total research sample of 113 people. The sample in this research was taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used is through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS 25.0 for window program. The research results show that: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of the self-confidence variable on public speaking skills as evidenced by a significance value of 0,00 < 0,05 and a tvalue 11,399 > ttable 1,98177; (2) there is a positive and significant effect of the organizational activity variable on public speaking skills as evidenced by a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 and a tvalue 3,929 > ttable 1,98177; (3) there is a positive and significant effect of the self-confidence variable on public speaking skills as evidenced by a significance value of 0,00 < 0,05 and an Fvalue of 68,101 > Ftable 3,0788. The research results show that the collective effective contribution is 55,3% and the remaining 44,7% is influenced by other variables not included in this research. Thus, the overall results of this analysis support the proposed hypothesis.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) determine the influence of work motivation on job satisfaction among employees of PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk., Tol Probowangi Project Package 1, (2) investigate the impact of work environment on job satisfaction among employees of PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk., Tol Probowangi Project Package 1, and (3) assess the combined effect of work motivation and work environment on job satisfaction at PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk., Tol Probowangi Project Package 1. The study utilizes a quantitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. Simple random sampling is employed for sample selection. Data collection is conducted through distribution of research questionnaires. The research findings indicate that: (1) work motivation has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction among employees of PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk., Tol Probowangi Project Package 1, evidenced by t-value > t-table (2.108 > 1.99) and significance level 0.039 < 0.05, (2) work environment has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction among employees of PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk., Tol Probowangi Project Package 1, evidenced by t-value > t-table (2.757 > 1.99) and significance level 0.007 < 0.05, and (3) it is found that there is a positive and significant impact from the combination of work motivation and work environment on job satisfaction among employees of PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk., Tol Probowangi Project Package 1, as indicated by F-value > F-table (6.898 > 3.12).

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) determine the influence of office layout on employee work morale at the Tasikmadu District Office, Karanganyar Regency (2) determine the influence of communication on employee work morale at the Tasikmadu District Office, Karanganyar Regency (3) determine the influence of office layout and communication overall. together on the work spirit of employees at the Tasikmadu District Office, Karanganyar Regency. This research uses quantitative methods, the population in this research is all employees at the Tasikmadu District Office, Karanganyar Regency. The sampling technique was 37 at the Jaten District Office, Karanganyar Regency using saturated samples. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire technique. Data analysis techniques use the classic assumption test, t test, f test, multiple regression analysis. The results of this research are (1) there is an influence of office layout (layout) on the work spirit of employees at the Tasikmadu District Office, Karanganyar Regency. The t test shows that t_count is 3.429 > t_table 2.028, and the significance level is 0.002 < 0.05, so H_o is rejected and H_1 is accepted. (2) there is an influence of communication on the work spirit of employees at the Tasikmadu District Office, Karanganyar Regency. The t test shows that t_count is 3.928 > t_table 2.028, there is a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, so H_o is rejected and H_2 is accepted. (3) there is an influence of office layout (layout) and communication on the work spirit of employees at the Tasikmadu District Office, Karanganyar Regency. The results of the F Test data processing show that F_(count ) 37.178 > F_(table ) 3.260, and the significance level is 0.000 < 0.05, so H_o is rejected and H_3 is accepted.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the implementation of a new curriculum for elementary schools in Indonesia, namely the Merdeka Curriculum. The Merdeka Curriculum brings changes to educational standards in elementary schools. Pancasila education is compulsory, and learning with the New Paradigm is the standard process for elementary education. This study aims to analyses about the intervention process carried out by schools in terms of implementing Pancasila Education subjects with the Merdeka Curriculum. This research was conducted through a qualitative design with a case study approach. The subjects of this study were teachers of the first batch of schools that implemented the Merdeka Curriculum. The sample selection used the purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation studies. The validity of the data was obtained through a source, technique and time triangulation. Data analysis was performed using the Creswell qualitative data analysis technique with the NVivo program. The implementation results cover eight aspects: diagnostic assessment, differentiated learning, discussion and collaboration, character building, learning projects, learning resources based on information and communication technology, formative and summative assessments. This study concludes that the implementation of Pancasila Education Subject has followed the standard process of the New Paradigm Merdeka Curriculum. The suggestion from this study is to improve teacher skills in applying a more varied differentiated approach and conducting formative assessments through process assessment to optimize the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in the Pancasila Education subject.

Abstract

Industrial Revolution 4.0 requires teachers to master technology to be integrated into learning. This research aims to analyze the application of Technology, Pedagogy, and Content Knowledge (TPACK) in the post-online learning process. This research is classified as descriptive qualitative research using mixed methods with a sequential exploratory strategy. The subjects involved in this research were 20 class teachers. The data collection used in this research is data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The instrument used to collect data for this research is a questionnaire. The data obtained from this research will be analyzed using inductive model analysis techniques. The research results show that in implementing TPACK, many teachers, especially older ones, still need help operating technology well. Apart from that, teachers have yet to be able to utilize technology to create new representations. The teacher only provides learning content based on students' books and several examples from Google and YouTube. Therefore, teachers need to understand aspects of TPACK. This research implies that all stakeholders will be able to realize the importance of ICT because using learning media using technology aims to develop a curriculum in schools to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui 1) pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap minat mengikuti PPG; 2) pengaruh Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan terhadap minat mengikuti PPG; 3) pengaruh efikasi diri dan Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan secara simultan terhadap minat mengikuti PPG. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran angkatan 2018 sebanyak 72 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan korelasi product moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan koefisien Cronbach’s Alpha. Uji prasyarat menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji multikolinieritas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t, uji F, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, sumbangan efektif dan sumbangan relatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan efikasi diri terhadap minat mengikuti PPG dengan hasil thitung 7,514 > ttabel 1,995 dan nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05); 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan terhadap minat mengikuti PPG dengan hasil thitung 2,014 > ttabel 1,995 dan signifikansi kurang dari 0,05 (0,048 < 0,05); 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan efikasi diri dan Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan secara simultan terhadap minat mengikuti PPG dengan nilai Fhitung 31,520 > Ftabel 3,128.
