Abstract

Introduction: Every organization wants to have high motivated labors and optimal productivity, punctuality and objectified implementation, all in harmony, so that the labor productivity can be acquired maximally. Thus, the objective of this research is to find out the correlation between labor’s working status and working period with their productivity in Dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh State Hospital Banjarmasin.Method: Type of research used in this research is correlation research with cross-sectionaldesign. The research is done to 18 correspondents in medical record unit; the instrumentations are observation and questioner.Result: Based on the research on working status, there are 38,8% state labors and 61,1 non - state labors. While the research for working period acquires data that < 1 year working period is 16,6%, 1-5 years working period is 33,3% and > 5 years working period is 50%. As for the labor productivity, there are 77,77% in high productivity, 11,11% in average productivity and 11,11% in low productivity.Based on the statistic calculation with several variables using exact fisher test shows the correlation between working status and labor productivity is P= 0,137 > alpha=0,05. It means there is no significant correlation between those two variables. In addition, the exact fisher test calculation between working period and labor productivity is P=0,471 > alpha=0,05. It means there is no significant correlation between those variables.

Abstract

Teenage girls in Pondok Pesantren Rasydiyah Khalidiyah Amuntai Hulu Sungai Utara contained 21.42% of young women who go on a diet to gain weight , maintain weight 18.57% and 57.14% who lose weight posture is not too fat even there thin based on measurement results using the body mass index according to age (BMI / U) . This study aims to determine the correlation of dietary attitudes and knowledge of weight loss diet on the nutritional status of teenage girls in Pondok Pesantren Rasydiyah Khalidiyah Amuntai Hulu Sungai Utara . This study was an observational analytic with cross sectional design , the population is young women who totaled 272 people, sample in this study as many as 162 respondents with propotionate stratified random sampling technique . The analysis was performed by descriptive and statistical tests using Chi-Square . The results obtained there is a correlation between attitudes weight loss diet of the nutritional status of young women with p value <0.05 is 0.034 . Teenage girls with unfavorable attitudes diet weight loss diet as much as 90.6% of normal nutritional status . There is a correlation between knowledge of diet and nutritional status of teenage girls with p value <0.05 is 0.029 . The knowledge of diet high at 89.1% of normal nutritional status.

Abstract

The market can be a major pathway in the spread of some diseases like diarrhea that goes into the body through contaminated food or drink pathogenic bacteria, the SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) and even Bird Flu (Avian Influenza). One way to break the spread of the disease that can occur in a market environment that is need for the implementation of a good market environment sanitation in accordance with the guidelines of the healthy market Kepmenkes Number 519/Menkes/SK/VI/2008. The purpose of this research is to know the health status of the market review of aspects of the location and the building of the Modern Market and Ciputat Market BSD. This research was conducted in may 2018. This research is the kind of research kuantitif with a descriptive observational approach by using a cross sectional study design, which is based on checklist No. 519 Kemenkes the year 2008 about the market Healthy. Health status of Ciputat Market aspect of the site is categorized both by a score of 80% or 400, but in the aspect of market building Ciputat categorized unfavourable 845 or 43.4% while the BSD Market Health Status review of the aspects of the site categorized both by a score of 500 or 100% but in aspects of the property market are categorized either by BSD score 1692 or 86.8%. Health status of both the market and the market of ciputat market both BSD reviewed aspects of the location's been good, for health status review of aspects of the market building BSD has also good but the market building aspects of ciputat. advice for market managers to devise a healthy market building, and who have both enhanced good facilities and infrastructure so as to create a healthy market

Abstract

In Indonesia health environment is still one of health problem nowadays. According to study from Yunus et al 38.7% food handlers at The Padang restaurant in Manado and Bitung has not good criteria in personal hygiene, 35,4% place for food processing is not good, and 51.6% have unmet water supply requirement. This study aims to find know factors are related to hygiene and sanitation at University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta (UMJ) canteen. This study was observational study used a cross-sectional design to determine the relationship between knowledge, availability facilities and infrastructure of sanitation hygiene with hygiene and sanitation at cafeteria of the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta. Subjects in this study were whole canteen and food handlers in UMJ. Study carried out in December 2016. The data were analyzed univariat and bivariate. The results of the study found that canteen with poor criteria in sanitation is 62.7%, and poor hygiene criteria is 60.8%. Variable that indicates a significant relationship are infrastructure, knowledge and education. But all variables showed no association with hygiene variable. Variable that shows no relation to sanitation is the duration of work.There is a significant relationship between infrastructure, knowledge and education to sanitation canteen, in the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The less market seen from the aspect of good sanitation and health behaviour of traders, managers and visitors can be a source of perkembangbiakkan and the spread of the disease. This can occur as a result of the Junk pile and all types of shit that has decayed, the absence of sewer/drainage and inadequate building conditions, conditions that are less healthy can be a flow of transmission of diseases from one person keorang another either through direct or indirect contact. One way to break the direct or indirect contacts that can occur in a market environment that is need for the implementation of a good market environment sanitation in accordance with the guidelines of the healthy market Kepmenkes Number 519/Menkes/SK/VI/2008. The purpose of this research is to know the health status of the market in terms of Sanitation and market aspects of Ciputat and markets Modern BSD. This research was conducted in may 2018. This research is the kind of research kuantitif with a descriptive observational approach by using a cross sectional study design, which is based on checklist No. 519 Kemenkes the year 2008 about the market Healthy. Health status of Ciputat Market aspects of sanitation categorized less with a score of 1484 or 51.5%, yet in the aspect of PHBS Ciputat Market categorized less well with a score of 1400 or 46.7% while Modern market's Health Status in terms of BSD sanitary aspects categorized both by a score of 2500 or 86.8% but in the aspect of Modern market PHBS BSD categorized both by a score of 2350 or 78.3%. The good health status of the Modern market and Ciputat Market BSD assessed aspects of sanitation and clean living and healthy behaviors (PHBS), on the assessment of the two aspects of the modern market of sanitary aspects and PHBS, market manager for Advice to undertakings leasehold improvements to market better, and need to be held or the educational approach to health promotion in the form of a media poster about the importance of clean living and healthy behavior in the market environment and sanitation hygiene training for traders and workers to improve public health degrees

Abstract

Ministry of Health, 2010 declare, besides of malnutrition, there are a lot of problems related nutritions that need more attention, they are; stunting or inhibition of body growth. Stunting is one form of malnutrition which is characterized by body length according to the age measured by WHO anthropometric standard. WHO data shows that Indonesian’s Children body length still left behind than childrens body length from another countries. Tanah laut health profile reports that prevalences of malnutrition in 2011 as 19,9% and short toddlers as 20%, very short as 8%. Bati-bati health center work area in 2012 obtained data nutritional status monitoring malnutrition as 13,9%, short 18,2%, and very short 7,8%. This research is to find the description of girls and boys body length for-age 0-36 month in banyu irang village year 2012. The type and design of the study was a discriptive,using toddler chart. Results, boys 0-36 month has a very short bodies as 4 peoples (5,5%) and short 9 peoples (12,3%), while the girls 0-36 months wich has very short bodies as 6 peoples (10%) and short 9 peoples (14,7%). The result of median anthropometric standard describe that the growth of girls body length for-age 0-36 months shows the pattern of growth is under the median standard line compared than boys median standard 0-36 monthsare mostly aligned with anthropometric median. The pattern of boys body length growth for-age 0-36 months is more stable when compared with the girls in banyu irang village bati-bati distrcit year 2012.

Abstract

Abstract Background: Globally, it is estimated that 15–20% of all births, or >20 million newborns annually, are low birth weight infants. Low- and middle-income countries account for a disproportionate burden of LBW. Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the associated risk factors of LBW in Koja Hospital Method: This study used a cross-sectional study. The sample consisted of 233 respondents from 4,169 total population of mothers giving birth at the Koja Regional General Hospital in 2019. The dependent variable was LBW and the independent variables were anemia, chronic energy deficiency (CED), maternal age, and pregnancy distance. The sampling technique was systematic random sampling. Data analysis used a Chi-Square Test. Result: The prevalence was 48.1% for LBW. The factors associated with LBW in Koja Hospital were age and CED (p value= 0.009 and 0.001). Anemia and pregnancy spacing was no significant relationship with LBW in Koja Hospital (p value=0.308 and 0.544). Conclusion: There was a significant relationship between CED and the age of maternal and LBW in Koja Hospital. Mothers who experience CED during pregnancy can improve and maintain nutritional intake and increase the amount of consumption, especially to consume of energy-containing foods.  Keywords: LBW, age of maternal, chronic energy deficiency, anemia.

Abstract

Abstract Background: Pregnant women are a nutritionally vulnerable group that requires adequate nutrition for the health of the mother and fetus. Efforts to increase the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about nutrition and food safety can be done through counselling. Objective: This study aims to find out the effectiveness of counselling to increase the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women regarding nutrition and food safety. Method: The research method used was quasi-experimental. The sample is pregnant women in the Landasan Ulin area, Banjarbaru with as many as 30 respondents. The research was conducted from March to December 2022. Data was collected by interview using a questionnaire. Variable measurements were carried out before and after counselling. Data were analyzed statistically by t test, at significance α=0.05. Result: There are significant differences in the value of knowledge and attitude values before and after counselling. A significant increase in knowledge was found on 4 knowledge items, namely about a balanced menu, sources of vitamins, separating raw and cooked equipment, and substitute foods. Over all there is an increase in the value of the attitude before and after counselling. Conclusion: There are significant differences in knowledge and attitudes about nutrition and food safety before and after counselling which shows a positive effect on pregnant women. Keywords: Counselling, Knowledge, Attitudes, Nutrition, Food Safety   Abstrak Latar belakang: Ibu hamil merupakan kelompok rawan gizi yang memerlukan gizi cukup untuk kesehatan ibu dan janinnya. Upaya peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil tentang gizi dan keamanan pangan salah satunya dapat dilakukan dengan konseling. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas konseling terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil tentang gizi dan keamanan pangan. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen, dengan desian one group pre-test and post-test. Sampel adalah ibu hamil di wilayah Landasan Ulin, Banjarbaru sebanyak 30 responden. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret – Desember 2022. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. pengukuran pengetahuan dan sikap dilakukan 2 kali yaitu sebelum dan sesudah konseling dengan rentang waktu 10 hari. Data dianalisis secara statistik dengan uji t berpasangan (paired t-test), pada kemaknaan α=0.05. Hasil: Terdapat perbedaan signifikan nilai pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah konseling (nilai p=0,001). Terdapat perbedaan signifikan nilai sikap sebelum dan sesudah konseling (nilai p=0,000). Ditemukan peningkatan pengetahuan secara signifikan pada 4 item pengetahuan yaitu tentang menu seimbang, sumber vitamin, memisahkan peralatan mentah dan matang, dan makanan pengganti. Secara keseluruhan terdapat peningkatan nilai sikap dari sebelum dan sesudah konseling. Kesimpulan: Terdapat perbedaan signifikan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang gizi dan keamanan pangan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan konseling yang menunjukan pengaruh positif pada ibu hamil. Petugas kesehatan disarankan memberikan konseling rutin dengan beragam media yang mudah dipahami. Kata kunci: Konseling, Pengetahuan, Sikap, Gizi, Keamanan Pangan

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 telah mempengaruhi setiap lini kehidupan, termasuk pola konsumsi pangan. Sayangnya, perubahan yang terjadi dapat mengarah pada pola makan positif maupun negatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelisik dampak pandemi COVID-19 terhadap pola makan. Jika ditemukan perubahan ke arah negatif dapat dilakukan antisipasi guna mencegah masalah kesehatan di kemudian hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu penduduk usia produktif di Kota Tangerang Selatan dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 133 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan konsumsi makanan utama dan selingan, sayur dan buah, air putih, minuman rempah-rempah, suplemen, makanan ringan kemasan dan fast food serta penurunan konsumsi gorengan. Perubahan paling umum berupa peningkatan jumlah, ragam dan frekuensi konsumsi. Pengetahuan dan sikap gizi responden cenderung baik dan positif. Mayoritas responden kadang-kadang mempertimbangkan harga pangan dan mengalami peningkatan perilaku memasak. Sebanyak 51,9% responden rutin memantau berat badan dan 49,3% diantaranya mengalami kenaikan berat badan. Peningkatan konsumsi makanan ringan dan fast food dapat mengarah pada kenaikan berat badan. Ditambah lagi, konsumsi buah dan sayur yang belum mencukupi kebutuhan harian. Perlu ditemukan penyebab perubahan yang terjadi sehingga dapat dilakukan upaya guna mencegah masalah kesehatan di kemudian hari.
