Abstract

Madrasah inklusi identik dengan siswa yang beragam. Madrasah inklusi tidak hanya tempat belajar bagi siswa yang normal, tetapi juga untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus dari berbagai jenis. Keberagaman di dalam lembaga pendidikan inklusif  tidak jarang menimbulkan sikap diskriminasi. Menghargai perbedaan karena keragaman masih menjadi tantangan bagi penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses penanaman nilai-nilai keberagaman di madrasah inklusi. Lokasi penelitian di MI NW Tanak Beak. Penelitian didesain dalam bentuk penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Masalah yang dikaji adalah bagaimana proses pembentukan nilai-nilai keberagaman di madrasah inklusi? Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai keberagaman diinternalisaikan melalui pendekatan kultur madrasah. Elemen kultur madrasah dikembangkan melalui pemodelan/keteladanan, kegiatan rutin madrasah, kegiatan eventual/momen, nilai-nilai madrasah, artefak madrasah, budaya belajar, budaya tutur, pengondisian, dan penguatan nilai keberagaman di madrasah. Melalui implementasi nilai-nilai keberagaman tersebut diharapkan masing-masing siswa dapat menghargai dan menghormati perbedaan, serta dapat memahami kelebihan dan kekurangan yang dimiliki tiap individu.

Abstract

Pembelajaran jarak jauh dan umumnya dilaksanakan secara daring yang sudah terlalu lama menimbulkan kekhawatiran terhadap hilangnya kemampuan belajar mahasiswa. Kekhawatiran tersebut perlu dibuktikan melalui monitoring terhadap proses dan hasil belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini mendeskripsikan hasil belajar sains dan pembelajarannya pada mahasiswa diera pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian dilakukan di Program Studi PGSD Universitas Mataram. Sampling dilakukan secara purposive. Sampel terdiri dari 192 mahasiswa yang ukurannya ditentukan dengan menggunakan persamaan dari Slovin. Data aktivitas dan hasil belajar dikoleksi selama perkuliahan semester ganjil Tahun Akademik 2021/2022 menggunakan instrumen berupa dokumen hasil analisis U1, U2 dan U3 untuk mendapatkan nilai akhir pada mata kuliah Ilmu Kelamiahan Dasar (IKD) dan Pembelajaran Sains SD. Data yang berhasil dikoleksi dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan bantuan program SPSS for Windows versi 25. Hasil analisis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar sains dan pembelajarannya sebesar 70.97 (setara dengan B) berkategori baik. Secara berurutan, nilai minimum, median, nilai maksimum dna range adalah 13 (setara E) kategori sangat buruk, 74.98 (setara B+) kategori baik, 95 (setara A) kategori sangat baik dan 82 (setara A) kategori sangat baik. Modus adalah 75 dan 78 dengan frekuensi sebesar tujuh. Nilai modus setara dengan B+ dan kategori baik. Mulai dari persentil 15 nilai mahasiswa sudah berada pada kategori cukup, sehingga paling tidak ada 85% mahasiswa memiliki nilai kategori cukup dan di atasnya. Ini diperkuat dengan data distribusi di mana hanya sebesar 10.5% dari mahasiswa yang derajat penguasaanya berada pada kategori kurang dan sangat kurang. Dari data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa telah menguasai konsep sains dan dapat membelajarkannya pada peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Reasoning and Proof ability are one of the five standards in NCTM. Its implementation in learning can be transformed into problem-based learning (PBL). The purpose of this study is to provide a description related to the internalization of Reasoning and Proof standards in the mathematics learning process in elementary schools. The type of research used is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The research subjects were 24 elementary school teachers in Cluster IV Mataram City. The data collection process was carried out by a survey method that was conducted online using the Google form platform. To strengthen the results of the questionnaire, interviews were also conducted via WhatsApp phone to each research subject. The results of the research showed that 45.8% (11 subjects) had never heard of the terms reasoning and proof, while 54.2% (13 subjects) had never heard of the terms reasoning and proof. The deepening of the results of this study found that the feasibility of Reasoning and Proof standards in learning was still not optimal. In addition, several interesting facts were found related to the method of proof that teachers often use, namely giving examples that are close to students (relate).

Abstract

ABSTRAKBudaya mutu merupakan seperangkat nilai, norma serta keyakinan yang termanifestasi dalam aktivitas, perilaku, dan simbol di sekolah agar mencapai keunggulan yang diinginkan dan diharapkan sehingga tercapai akuntabilitas sekolah. Berbagai terobosan baru harus terus dilakukan sebagai upaya meningkatkan pemahaman dasar tentang budaya mutu sehingga pelayanan di bidang pendidikan dapat dilakukan secara terorganisir dan professional di lingkungan sekolah. Dalam rangka membangun budaya mutu pada level kelembagaan sangat membutuhkan keseriusan dari semua elemen sekolah. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan mengikuti pelatihan yang berkaitan dengan budaya mutu. Sehubungan dengan itu maka tim pengabdian masyarakat dari Program Studi PGSD FKIP Universitas Mataram melakukan pelatihan implementasi budaya mutu berbasis kearifan lokal di SDN Gugus I Pemenang. Tujuannya adalah setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini, guru dan kepala sekolah dapat membangun budaya mutu di lingkungan sekolah masing-masing agar dapat lebih baik dari sebelumnya.  Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh perwakilan guru dan kepala sekolah dari Gugus 1 Pemenang yang berjumlah 20 peserta. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan secara offline yaitu di Sekolah SDN 3 Pemenang. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan mengikuti anjuran protokol kesehatan covid 19. Kegiatan berjalan dengan sangat lancar. Respons peserta terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan sangat baik. Kata kunci: pengabdian masyarakat; budaya mutu; kearifan lokal. ABSTRACTQuality culture is a set of values, norms, and beliefs that are manifested in activities, behaviors, and symbols in schools to achieve the desired and expected excellence so that school accountability is achieved. Various breakthroughs must continue to be made as an effort to improve the basic understanding of a quality culture so that services in the field of education can be carried out in an organized and professional manner in the school environment. Building a quality culture at the institutional level really requires seriousness from all elements of the school. One way is to take part in training related to quality culture. In this regard, the community service team from the PGSD FKIP Study Program at the University of Mataram conducted training on the implementation of a quality culture based on local wisdom at SDN Cluster I Pemenang. The goal is that after participating in this activity, teachers and principals can build a quality culture in their respective schools so that they can be better than before. This community service activity consists of three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and evaluation stage. This activity was attended by representatives of teachers and school principals from Cluster 1 Pemenang, totaling 20 participants. The implementation of training activities is carried out offline, namely at SDN 3 Pemenang School. The activity was carried out by following the recommendations for the Covid 19 health protocol. The activity went very smoothly. The response of the participants to the implementation of the activity was very good. Keywords: community dedication; quality culture; local wisdom.

Abstract

ABSTRAKDalam dunia akademisi plagiarisme merupakan suatu perbuatan tidak terpuji karena merupakan tindakan mencuri ide atau gagasan orang lain. Namun demikian, tindakan plagiarisme masih sering dilakukan mahasiswa dalam menulis karya tulis ilmiah. Untuk mengatasi persoalan itu maka dilakukan sosialisasi wawasan plagiarisme karya tulis ilmiah sebagai bentuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang ditujukan kepada mahasiswa PGSD. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberi pemahaman yang baik kepada mahasiswa tentang definisi plagiarisme, ruang lingkup plagiarisme, faktor penyebab plagiarisme, tipe plagiarisme dan sanksinya, cara menghindari plagiarisme, simulasi cek plagiarisme dan teknik parafrasa. Metode Pelaksanaan sosialisasi kegiatan dilakukan secara daring (online) melalui media zoom meeting. Dari hasil pre test dan post test menunjukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan pemahaman mahasiswa tentang plagiarisme. Wawasan tentang plagiarisme sangat penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan mahasiswa dalam menulis karya ilmiah yang bebas plagiat. Kata kunci: wawasan plagiarisme; karya tulis ilmiah ABSTRACTIn the academic world, plagiarism is an act that is not commendable because it is an act of stealing other people's ideas or ideas. However, plagiarism is still often done by students in writing scientific papers. To overcome this problem, socialization of plagiarism insights into scientific writings was carried out as a form of community service activity aimed at PGSD students. This activity aims to give students a good understanding of the definition of plagiarism, the scope of plagiarism, the causes of plagiarism, the types of plagiarism and its sanctions, how to avoid plagiarism, simulation of plagiarism checks and paraphrasing techniques. Methods of the socialization of activities is carried out online through zoom meeting. The results of the pre test and post test showed that there was a significant increase in students' understanding of plagiarism. Insight about plagiarism is very important in supporting the success of students in writing plagiarism-free scientific papers. Keywords: plagiarism insight;scientific writing

Abstract

Pembelajaran dimasa pandemi tidaklah mudah. Terlebih lagi pembelajaran literasi di sekolah dasar. Literasi merupakan salah satu kemampuan dasar yang harus dimiliki siswa. Literasi adalah kunci utama agar siswa dapat membuka pengetahuan yang lebih luas. Tanpa literasi dasar dapat dipastikan siswa akan terhambat dalam mengikuti pembelajaran di level berikutnya. Permasalahannya adalah guru tidak dapat melakukan pembelajaran secara maksimal seiring dengan adanya pandemi. Pembatasan kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah selama pandemi merupakan salah satu penyebabnya. Salah satu dampaknya adalah kemamppuan literasi siswa menjadi lemah. Salah satu indikatornya adalah banyak siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam membaca dan menulis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui permasalahan apa saja yang dihadapi guru dalam pembelajaran literasi diera pandemi yang berdampak pada rendahnya kemampuan literasi siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu sekolah dasar yang berada di wilayah Urban Fringe kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan kepala sekolah. Problematika pembelajaran literasi di era pandemi yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini antara lain: kurangnya intensitas belajar tatap muka di sekolah, etos belajar siswa menurun, dukungan orang tua dalam pembelajaran kurang, dan keterbatasan kemampuan guru dan siswa dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran jarak jauh.

Abstract

Recognizing place value is one of the basic skills in numeracy. Numerical ability can be seen through students' ability to recognize the place value of numbers. This study aims to analyze students' numeracy skills in terms of their ability to recognize place values in numbers. The research was conducted at one of the public elementary schools in the Central Lombok district. The type of research used is a descriptive survey. Data collection using tests. The instrument used is a place value test. The number of research samples was 110 elementary school students, with details of 53 low-grade students and 57 high-grade students. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. If viewed from the ability to recognize place values, students' numeracy abilities are included in the fairly good category. Overall out of 110 students 60% have recognized the place value of thousands. Most of the high-grade students already know the place value of the thousands, while the low-grade students are mostly still in the places value of units, tens, and hundreds. The number of students who know the value of the hundreds is 13%, the tens value is 16% and the unit value is 8%. The study also found fact that there were 3% of students were not familiar with numbers. Although overall students' numeracy skills are quite good, special attention needs to be given to high-grade students who are not able to recognize the place value of thousands and low-grade students who are not yet familiar with numbers.

Abstract

Learning based on student ability is one of the new approaches in the learning model. In general, learning is based on the class or age of students. This study aims to analyze whether the ability-based learning model is effective in improving students' abilities, especially in learning basic literacy. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach. The research location is at SDN Persil. Collecting data using observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were 99 students. The results of the study indicate that ability level-based learning can improve students' basic literacy skills. The indicator of the increase in students' abilities can be seen from the increasing percentage of the number of students who advance to the story level.

Abstract

Learning readiness influences learning success. Changing the learning model requires preparation. Well-planned online learning is different from learning in an emergency. This study aims to determine the readiness of student learning in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research used non-experimental quantitative. The data collection method is done by survey. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics. The subjects in this study were PGSD students at Mataram University. The number of respondents involved 260. Problems in this study include: how are students' learning readiness? what are the problems faced by students? Can students take part in online learning well? The results showed that students' learning readiness was still lacking. Students experiencing technical obstacles include lack of online media mastery, no training, limited costs, and difficulties in internet connection. Most students expect online learning to stop and come back face to face.

Abstract

Local script is one of the local wisdoms that must be preserved. Primary school education plays an important role in the preservation of local writing. This study aims to determine the perception of prospective elementary school teachers towards the preservation of local writing. the intended local writing is the Sasambo script in NTB. This research uses a combined method. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Interview results were analyzed qualitatively. This study involved the University of Mataram PGSD students as respondents. The problems studied include: how is the motivation of prospective teachers in preserving local writing? What do prospective teachers do in preserving local writing? What are the difficulties experienced by prospective teachers in preserving local writing? The results showed that the motivation of prospective elementary school teachers in preserving local writing was still quite high. However, prospective teachers have difficulty in preserving local writing. Difficulties faced by prospective teachers include: local writing is rarely used, low community interest in learning, lack of teachers, lack of facilities and infrastructure, lack of literature, low awareness and low literacy. Efforts to preserve local writing by prospective elementary school teachers include: studying local writing, conducting training, and holding competitions. Local writing preservation programs in NTB need attention. The attention of prospective teachers, the government and the community can save local writing from extinction
