Abstract

The influence of the “monopoly game” as learning media on the speaking ability of students of the SMA N 5 Tanimbar Islands District (KKT). The aim of this research is to describe whether there is an influence of the "monopoly game" as a learning media on the speaking ability of students of the SMA N 5 Tanimbar Islands District (KKT). The research was carried out at the SMA Negeri 5 Tanimbar Islands District (KKT). The sample of this research are students of class X MIPA 2. This research has two variables namely application of the monopoly game as a free variable and the speaking ability of the students as a bound variable. The research data were obtained through two tests. The first test was the pre-test, which was used in the classroom before using the learning media “Monopoly Game”, and the second was the post-test, which was used after the learning media “Monopoly Game” was used in the classroom. The data collected were processed by a t-test for dependent variable. The data show that t count = 10.08. If this result was compared to free value = (n = 21 and the significant level α = 0.05, t_tab = 1.72 was obtained. That means t_count = 10.08> t_tab = 1.72 [t_count is higher than t_tab This means that the use of the "monopoly game" as a learning medium has made a positive contribution to the speaking skills of the students. Based on this research, it can be suggested that the "monopoly game" can be used as a learning medium in the classroom in order to increase the speaking ability of the students to enhance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai persepsi mahasiswa terhadap pola interaksi yang dibangun dosen selama pembelajaran di kelas. Aspek-aspek yang ditinjau meliputi faktor internal dan faktor eksternal pada persepsi seseorang. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan sejak bulan September hingga Oktober 2021 pada Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Jerman dengan total sampel sebanyak 22 responden mahasiswa aktif semester 6. Data utama dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui Observasi (Zoom-Klasse), penyebaran angket dan data tambahan diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan 6 responden. Seluruh data kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan mengacu pada teknik analisis data kualitatif menurut Miles dan Hueberman (1994:16-20) dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, pada faktor internal berpengaruh pada rasa berani dan percaya terhadap diri mahasiswa sendiri ketika ingin melakukan komunikasi dengan dosen di kelas dan faktor eksternal dilihat dari kondisi kelas (Zoom-Klasse) atau suasana yang dibangun dosen ketika dalam proses pembelajaran dapat mempengaruhi mahasiswa untuk lebih fokus dan teliti mengikuti pembelajaran. Sehubungan dengan hasil penelitian yang dipaparkan di atas, disarankan mahasiswa membutuhkan keterbukaan dari dosen atau dalam artian dosen lebih menaruh perhatian yang lebih terhadap mahasiswa yang memiliki karakteristik atau sifat yang cenderung pemalu atau kurang percaya diri. Sehingga dari hal tersebut dapat terjalin interaksi yang baik antara dosen dan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Stationen adalah salah satu bentuk pembelajaran yang diorganisasikan terbuka dalam ranah pembelajaran terbuka. Hal tersebut dapat dipahami sebagai satu kesatuan yang terkait yang pada akhirnya memungkinkan meningkatnya pembelajaran mandiri dalam waktu bersamaan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh penerapan metode pembelajaran Stationlernen terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Jerman siswa kelas XI IPA 4 SMA Negeri 2 Ambon. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 2 Ambon dengan sampel tiga puluh satu siswa kelas XI IPA 4 SMA Negeri 2 Ambon tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini memiliki dua variabel, yaitu metode pembelajaran Stationlernen sebagai variabel bebas dan hasil belajar bahasa Jerman sebagai variabel terikat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Data penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar melalui tes (pre-test dan post-test). Hasil belajar kemudian dianalsis dengan teknik analisis uji-t dan hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa nilai thit lebih besar dari ttab (thit: 2,68 > 1,697 ttab). Dengan demikian, penerapan metode pembelajaran Stationlernen berpengaruh positif untuk membantu pembelajar mencapai hasil belajar bahasa Jerman yang lebih baik. Temuan ini didukung oleh pengamatan peneliti, pembelajaran di stasiun membuat proses pembelajaran menjadi dinamis, sehingga proses pembelajaran tidak monoton, melainkan aktif dan menyenangkan. Akhirnya dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran Stationlernen berpengaruh baik terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Jerman. Penerapan metode berpusat pada siswa memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk mengembangkan kreativitasnya melalui pemecahan masalah kelompok.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan antara tingkat kecemasan dengan hasil belajar Deutsch für Tourismus im Praxis (DfT II) mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Jerman. Sampel terdiri dari 25 mahasiswa yang telah lulus matakuliah DfT II. Penelitian ini memiliki dua variabel, yaitu tingkat kecemasan sebagai variable bebas dan hasil belajar DfT II sebagai variabel terikat. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui tes dan angket. Data tersebut kemudian diolah dengan rumus korelasional person product moment. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara tingkat kecemasan dengan hasil belajar DfT II mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Jerman. Semakin tinggi kecemasan maka hasil belajar siswa semakin menurun.

Abstract

This study aims to collect data and information about the relationship between selfconfidence and speaking skills in German language education study program students of Pattimura University.This study has two variables, namely: independent variable and dependent variable. The population of this research is third semester students and the sample is students who offer Produktiv Sprechfertigkeiten zur Aufbaufstufe course. The data of this study were obtained through speaking tests and questionnaires. Based on data analysis, it shows that r count is greater than r table (0.633>0.482) so the results show that there is a relationship between student confidence and speaking skills in the German language education study program at Pattimura University.

Abstract

The role of professional communities in improving teacher performance is crucial in this era. One such organization is the German language teachers’ community. This research aimed to describe two things: i) The role of the German language teacher community as a pioneer of the teacher community; and ii) The role of teachers as learning leaders in planning, implementing, and evaluating German language learning. The qualitative approach was used in this study. Furthermore, the research subjects were the head of the German language teachers’ community and German language teachers in Ambon City, Indonesia as members. Researchers collected data through observation, interviews, and documentation studies and analyzed the data following an interactive analysis model with analysis steps including data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results in this study showed that: i) The German language teacher community generally designs programs to strengthen teacher capacity through workshops, seminars, exchanging experiences, and making learning tools; ii) These programs are carried out according to a mutually agreed schedule by presenting competent resource persons; iii) The German language teacher community assists teachers in planning, implementing, and evaluating German language learning; and iv) As community members and learning leaders, teachers benefit from the above programs to independently practice the material they have learned at school. Implementing this role can be used as a role model for other communities.

Abstract

The best chance for someone to advance their career abroad these days is to be fluent in German. The goals of the virtual community service at SMAN 1 Maluku Tenggara are to (a) enlighten students about employment options in Germany and (b) increase their motivation to learn German through a variety of media. A total of 37 people participated in this activity, including 3 study program lecturers, 30 students majoring in science, social studies, and languages, 3 outstanding German students who were ready to go and work in Germany, and 1 teacher for German courses at the school. German is spoken. The method used in this activity is interactive lectures, wherein each member of the German Language Education Study Program team presents the subject in turn by creating interactive and educative situations in the form of discussions and questions and answers. As well as providing understanding and awareness to students, about how important it is to learn German as a career bridge in Germany, and how to increase motivation to learn German through various media. The evaluation and reflection results revealed that the Community Service activities were enthusiastically welcomed by the students. The data analysis reveals that: (1) Students' perceptions of career opportunities in Germany explain that 54.75% of students are very interested in continuing their studies in Germany; 52.93% of students are very interested in joining the program from the German government for vocational schools; 64% of students are very interested in working in Germany; 54.33% of students are very interested in studying while working at FSJ, and 57.16% are very interested in participating in AuPair program in Germany. This necessitates that German language teachers give these students additional attention and guidance so that they can enhance their understanding of the German language in the study program for German language education or through the available German language courses; (2) Students' satisfaction with their increased motivation to learn German through various media revealed that approximately 59.29% of students were very interested in learning from German books, 56.16% in watching videos and films in German, 62.14% in listening to German songs, 67.95% in watching YouTube in German, and 34.29% in reading Facebook posts on social media in German. In this regard, German language teachers need to provide assistance, so that the information obtained from various media can be explained properly to avoid the wrong concept

Abstract

The purpose of the service is to grow the entrepreneurial spirit and values ​​of students for business independence from the aspects of entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurial behavior, and business independence. The development of technology, especially information technology, has fostered an entrepreneurial spirit and is very important to be grown in one's soul. Among students, the interest in working in entrepreneurship is minimal, so they still think college is only for being an employee or employee. In addition, several factors cause students to be less interested in entrepreneurship, namely, there is no capital to start a business, or they are never equipped with knowledge about entrepreneurship. The mindset of students needs to be addressed to understand better how significant the role of entrepreneurship is in everyday life. This part of education, especially in higher education, is essential to foster student interest in entrepreneurship so that limited employment opportunities are no longer a big problem because students can run their businesses. The targets in service activities are students of the German Language Study Program in semester 3 of the 2022/2023 academic year. Abstract

This community service activity aims to (a) provide teachers with an understanding of the nature of the Pancasila Students Profile, including its definitions, dimensions, elements, and sub elements. (b) provide teachers with an understanding of Era Society 5.0. (c) describe the integration of dimensions and elements of the Pancasila Student Profile and the skills of Era Society 5.0. The method of delivering the material is a presentation interspersed with questions and answers. At the end of the activity, a reflection was conducted to determine the participants' understanding of the material and the relevance of the material to the learning needs at school. The results of the reflection showed that, a. organizationally, the activity went well because of the good coordination between the FKIP UNPATTI PPG team and the partners, b. the Pancasila Student profile material integrated the latest learning elements in the 21st century, and c. the material presented was received positively by all participants. The response is based on the results of the reflection that the method of presenting the material allows participants to easily understand it because it is presented in simple language and is interactive with concrete examples. The material that has been learned can be applied to learning in their respective education units and even shared in the form of good practices with other communities because the material is relevant to the learning needs.

Abstract

Pembelajaran sosial emosional adalah proses untuk membantu individu (anak dan dewasa) mengembangkan kemampuan dasar untuk hidup dengan baik. Dalam hal ini individu tidak hanya fokus pada diri sendiri ataupun hanya pada keterampilan, kompetensi, tetapi juga pada relasi yang baik dengan orang lain dan lingkungan. Collaborative for Academic, Social and Emotional Learning” (CASEL) mengelompokkan komponen pembelajaran sosial emosional menjadi 5 komponen yaitu: self-awarness (kesadaran diri), self-management (manajemen diri), responsible decision making(pengambilan keputusan yang bertanggung jawab, social awareness (kesadaran social), relationship management (ketrampilan social). Dengan menerapkan ke 5 komponen di atas dapat berimplikasi pada ketrampilan pengajaran dalam membimbing peserta didik tidak hanya dalam hal akademis,tetapi juga dalam perkembangan social emosional. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) adalah melalui ceramah interaktif dengan menggunakan presentasi Powerpoint. Hasil pelaksanan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini diarahkan pada dua focus utama yaitu (a) Kepuasan guru tentang penyampaian materi pembelajaran social emosional (SEL); (b) Relevansi terhadap materi pembelajaran social emosional (SEL) yang disajikan. Hasil yang dicapai adalah :(1)Pendekatan interaktif,penggunaan contoh konkret dan penggunaan bahasa sederhana dalam penyampaian materi pembelajaran social emosional merupakan faktor-faktor penentu yang memberikan dampak bagi guru terhadap kepuasan materi pembelajaran social emosional.(2) Materi pembelajaran social emosional tidak hanya memberikan manfaat langsung terhadap kegiatan pengajaran guru,tetapi juga memberi dampak yang signifikan pada pengembangan diri guru maupun peserta didik dan relevan dalam konteks perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi.
