Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, insentif, dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Tenun Ikat “Kodok Ngorek 2”. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kausalitas. Sampel yang digunakan merupakan sampel jenuh, yaitu seluruh populasi karyawan sebanyak 41 orang dijadikan responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, dan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan insentif tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan. Namun secara simultan, ketiga variabel bebas tersebut bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan kepemimpinan yang efektif dalam mendorong peningkatan kinerja, serta perlunya evaluasi terhadap sistem insentif agar lebih tepat sasaran dan berdampak positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

This study purposed to examine the effect of variable tangibility, profitability, growth, non-debt tax shields, cash holding and firm size on their capital structure of manufacturing company in Indonesia. The multiple regression analysis is used to analyze the data in this study. Data analysis are implied on manufacturing company which listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in periode 2010-2012. A total of 72 companies met the criteria as population of study, all members of the population used as sample. The results of this study indicate that the increasing of tangibility will increase the company's capital structure, the high level of profit company has low levels of debt, and company size affect the size of the company's capital structure, while, there no significant effect was found between the company growth, non-debt tax shields and cash holdings to their capital structure.

Abstract

Kertajaya Village has a high unemployment problem. But the potential for growth is quite large because it is in the Ring I area of PT. Pertamina (Persero) TBBM Bandung. Correct if the CSR program called Kertajaya Creative Destination becomes a priority agenda. CSR programs must run well. Laterally with the main objectives of the Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs). This paper also describes the CSR program that has been consecutively in Kertajaya Village. The steps taken in unraveling the success of CSR programs through the analysis of the community satisfaction index. This paper finds that CSR programs that are running are considered positive by the community. Showed by the survey conducted for 18 beneficiaries had a final score of 3.48. This assessment is included in the “very good” category. This valuation is applied to 8 programs that have been successively, including the bag craftsmen group, the Eco-Blinder artisans group, West Bandung creative economy forum, Balai Seni Barli (BSB) tourism, Kertajaya youth clubs (karang taruna), Kertajaya culinary producers, Turban groups, and Masebajaya groups. After being analyzed using the sustainability compass method, there are two groups that need to be improved by the program, namely the Turban and Masebajaya groups. The sustainability compass method is used as an offer to stakeholders to follow up on the input generated from this paper. The main schemes studied are nature, economy, society, and well-being. As a dealectically, the main purpose of this paper is not as a discourse but rather a blue print of policy changes.Desa Kertajaya memiliki masalah pengangguran cukup tinggi. Namun potensi untuk berkembang cukup besar karena ada di wilayah Ring I PT. Pertamina (Persero) TBBM Bandung. Tepat jika program CSR bernama Kertajaya Creative Destination menjadi agenda prioritas. Program CSR harus berjalan dengan baik. Seiring dengan tujuan utama sasaran Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs). Paper ini juga mengurai program CSR yang sudah berjalan di Desa Kertajaya. Langkah yang ditempuh dalam mengurai keberhasilan program CSR melalui analisis indeks kepuasan masyarakat. Tulisan ini menemukan program CSR yang berjalan dinilai positif oleh masyarakat. Terbukti dengan survei yang dilakukan kepada 18 orang penerima manfaat memiliki skor akhir 3.48. Nilai ini masuk ke dalam kategori “sangat baik”. Penilaian ini diberlakukan kepada 8 program yang sudah berjalan, antara lain kelompok pengrajin tas, kelompok pengrajin Eco-Blinder, forum ekonomi kreatif Bandung Barat, wisata Balai Seni Barli (BSB), karang taruna Kertajaya, Produsen kuliner Kertajaya, kelompok Turban, dan kelompok Masebajaya. Setelah dianalisis menggunakan metode sustainability compass, ada dua kelompok yang perlu ditingkatkan program, yaitu kelompok Turban dan Masebajaya. Metode sustainability compass digunakan sebagai tawaran kepada stakeholder untuk menindaklanjuti masukan yang dihasilkan dari tulisan ini. Dengan skema utama yang dikaji adalah nature, economy, society, dan well-being. Secara dealektis, tujuan utama paper ini bukan sebagai diskursus tapi lebih tepat menjadi catatan blue print perubahan kebijakan.

Abstract

Research Aim: This study aims to analyze the factors that influence firm value in non-consumer cyclical industry sectors. Approach: The study employs a descriptive quantitative approach using Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis with SmartPLS software. Secondary data were obtained from financial reports of companies in the non-consumer cyclical sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The tested variables include profitability, liquidity, leverage, and dividend policy as determinants of firm value. Research Finding: The results show that only profitability has a significant and positive effect on firm value, while liquidity, leverage, and dividend policy do not have a significant influence. This finding emphasizes that investors still prioritize profitability as the main indicator of firm value. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study contributes to strengthening the empirical literature on firm value by highlighting the dominance of profitability as a determinant variable in the non-consumer cyclical sector. Practitioner/Policy Implication: The findings provide guidance for investors to assess firm value based on financial performance indicators, particularly profitability, when making investment decisions. Research Limitation: This study is limited to the non-consumer cyclical industry sector and does not include other industries that may show different determinant patterns of firm value.

Abstract

This activity aims to improve the welfare of the society through the “productive blessings from waste” program in Titik Village, Semen District, Kediri Regency. The method of implementing this service is carried out starting from a survey of waste conditions, socialization of waste processing methods, waste craft training and waste craft marketing training. As a result, the survey found a lack of public awareness of waste, socialization was held to increase knowledge accompanied by training in sorting and making handicrafts according to types of waste, training people to marketing these products. In conclusion, an increasing number of residents are willing to sort waste. PKM partners are able to process various types of waste into economical products and having sale value. The emergence of the enthusiasm of the residents shows that the future of waste craft marketing practices can improve society welfare.

Abstract

Research objective: The aim of this research is to assess and examine the financial performance of Islamic banks registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchangeing (IDX) by utilizing the Risk Based on Bank Rating (RBBR) approach during the 2020-2023 timeframe. Desighn/Methode/Approaach: This research adopts a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The study focuses on Islamic banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), including Bank Aladin Syariah, Bank Syariah Indonesia, Bank BTPN Syariah, and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah. To gather data, the documentation technique is employed, where relevant financial information is collected from the official websites of the IDX and the respective banks. The analysis in this study evaluates the performance of Islamic banks using the Risk-Based Bank Rating (RBBR) method as a key framework. Research Findings: The findings of this research present an evaluation of the financial performance of Islamic banks registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2020 to 2023 using the Risk-Based Bank Rating (RBBR) approach. Among the banks analyzed, PT Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk exhibited notable fluctuations in its performance, with its strongest financial results recorded in 2020. These variations indicate changes in the bank's financial stability over the years, influenced by various internal and external factors.and the biggest challenges in 2022, but managed to start recovery in 2023. PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk showed high stability with a "Very Healthy" status for four consecutive years, reflecting consistent risk management and operational efficiency. PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk maintained a "Very Healthy" composite rating every year, with strong financial performance despite increased risks in 2023. Meanwhile, PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk showed significant performance improvements from the less healthy category in 2020-2021 to very healthy in 2022-2023, with challenges in operational efficiency remaining a concern Theoretical contribution/Originality: This study provides insight into The fluctuations in the finance performs of Islamic banks using the RBBR approach, as well as contributing to understanding the stability of the Islamic banking sector in Indonesia. Practitioner/Policy Implications: Research This give outlook for the takers policies , regulators, and bank management regarding importance efficiency operational , management liquidity , as well as strengthening governance​ For ensure sustainability bank performance Research limitations: This research has limitations in the use of quantitative data which only covers the last four years, so it does not fully reflect long-term trends.

Abstract

Research aim : This research aims to analyse the digital marketing strategy through social media currently implemented by Tenun Ikat ATBM Kodok Ngorek 2, to identify the barriers faced by Tenun Ikat ATBM Kodok Ngorek 2 in using social media as a promotional and marketing tool, and to provide recommendations for strategies to optimise the use of social media to increase sales of Tenun Ikat ATBM Kodok Ngorek 2 products. Design/Methode/Approach : This research uses descriptive research with qualitative methods. The types of data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique of this research is observation, interview, documentation with purposive sampling technique in selecting informants. The data analysis technique used in this research is data reduction, data presentation, inference. The data validity test technique used in this research is source triangulation. Research Finding : The results showed that Tenun Ikat ATBM Kodok Ngorek 2 has used social media, especially Instagram and WhatsApp, to market its products, but the strategy used is still not optimal. The content uploaded tends to be monotonous, focusing on product photos and production processes without creative visual elements. The obstacles include the lack of varied content, the absence of a dedicated social media management team and the limited platforms used. To overcome this, it is recommended to diversify content, use TikTok, create a social media team and present complete product information. By implementing these strategies, Tenun Ikat ATBM Kodok Ngorek 2 can increase audience engagement, expand market reach and build a stronger brand in the digital age. Theoretical contribution/Originality : This research contributes to the MSME digital marketing literature by exploring social media optimisation strategies for distinctive handicraft products such as Tenun Ikat ATBM Kodok Ngorek. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of creative content diversification and new social media platforms (such as TikTok) in an effort to improve the competitiveness and visibility of MSME products. Practitionel/Policy implication : This research provides practical guidance for MSMEs on how to use social media more effectively, including setting up a dedicated team and presenting complete information about their products. Research limitation : This research only focuses on two social media platforms (Instagram and WhatsApp) and one case study (Tenun Ikat ATBM Kodok Ngorek). The generalisability of the research findings for other MSMEs needs to be assessed through further studies with a wider platform coverage.

Abstract

Research objectives: The purpose of this study is to explore the transition of conventional to digital financial reporting systems in Ayam Geprek Akbar Pare MSMEs. Method: This research uses a qualitative method with descriptive. Data collection techniques were carried out through direct observation and in-depth interviews of financial reporting activities in the field. Research Findings: This study's findings reveal that Digitalization as an Improvement in Effectiveness and Efficiency of Financial Reporting,  as a Tool to Minimize Errors, as a Tool to Facilitate Financial Report Monitoring Theoretical contribution/Originality: This research makes an important contribution in identifying the perceived benefits in this digitization process. Implications of Practice / Policy: The results of this study can serve as a guide for other businesses facing similar challenges, as well as provide input for financial technology developers to create solutions that suit the needs of MSMEs. Research limitations: This research is limited to the financial reporting of Ayam Geprek Akbar Pare MSMEs.

Abstract

Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PRODAMAS) merupakan program unggulan di Kota Kediri untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, program ini akan memberikan dana sebesar Rp 50.000.000 untuk setiap RT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengelolaan dana PRODAMAS di Kelurahan Ngronggo khususnya RT 006 RW 002 Kelurahan Ngronggo, Kecamatan Kota, Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pengambilan data dengan cara observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, strategi pengelolaan dana yang dilakukan RT 006 RW 002 yaitu, pengelolaan dilakukan dengan cara terbuka dan transparan, proses penyusunan anggaran melibatkan seluruh lapisan masyarakat, pembentukan tim khusus pengelolaan PRODAMAS yang bertujuan agar pengelolaan dana dapat dilakukan dengan baik, dan pemanfaatan swadaya masyarakat.

Abstract

This research is motivated by every company realizing the importance of customer loyalty aspects to ensure business continuity. Loyal customers are a valuable asset for the company. The factors that influence customer satisfaction and loyalty are service quality. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty at PDAM Nganjuk Regency. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire or a questionnaire, and used a quantitative approach with causality research techniques. The sample used was 50 respondents who were taken by accidental sampling, data analysis using classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing, namely t test, with the help of SPSS version 23. The results showed that: Based on the t test, the quality service partially has a significant effect on satisfaction by 62.2% and the remaining 37.8% is explained by other variables not examined in this study while service quality partially has a significant effect on customer loyalty by 60.1% and the remaining 39.9% is explained other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: service quality, customer satisfaction and loyalty. Penilitian ini dilatar belakangi setiap perusahaan menyadari petingnya aspek loyalitas pelanggan untuk menjamin kelangsungan bisnis. Pelanggan yang loyal menjadi aset yang bernilai bagi perusahaan. Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan adalah kualitas pelayanan. Tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan di PDAM Kabupaten Nganjuk. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket atau kuesioner, dan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik penelitian kausalitas. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 responden yang diambil secara accidental sampling, analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier sederhana, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis yaitu uji t, dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Berdasarkan uji t, kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan sebesar 62,2% dan sisanya 37,8% dijelaskan variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini sedangkan untuk kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 60,1% dan sisanya 39,9% dijelaskan variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dipenelitian ini.
