Abstract

The training was conducted at Permata Kemiri Vocational School for one full day. During the Covid-29 pandemic, teachers experienced difficulties in delivering material considering that not all teachers understood technology such as using LMS. The resource person conveyed in detail and in detail regarding the LMS and the training was conducted for teachers by bringing their respective laptop facilities so that it was more optimal. During the training there was interaction between the resource person and the training participants so that the discussion ran smoothly. The aim of the training is to provide an understanding of the use of LMS for teachers as an interactive learning medium. The training activity was closed with a prayer and a group photo with the participants.

Abstract

Activities to socialize digital transformation of Micro small and Medium Enterprises in Tangerang Regency were carried out online and were attended by 497 participants with various backgrounds. There were three speakers and were guided directly by a moderator. Explained the problems and obstacles in implementing digitalization for micro small and medium enterprises, and the importance of digital transformation. This community service seminar was also filled with material about breaking down household waste into gold and beauty by the second resource person. The activity went well and was interactive between participants and resource persons. It is hoped that in the future similar activities can be carried out directly and continuously so that they can maximize the progress of Micro small and Medium Enterprises in Tangerang Regency

Abstract

Public awareness of utilizing the narrow land in the Taman Raya Rajeg housing complex is still relatively low. Not all people understand the use of land for food crops. The activity was carried out one day and was attended by 54 participants, the majority of whom were housewives. Education on understanding food security for the community starting from the household is the focus of education this time. The resource person also talked about food security by planting fast-harvesting crops. Community interaction was very good from PKM activities and discussions went well. The activity ended with the handover of 84 fast-harvesting plants such as chilies, tomatoes and eggplants to activity participants and symbolic tree planting.

Abstract

Stroke is the second most deadly disease in the world and the third leading cause of disability. However, most deaths due to stroke can be prevented by recognizing the symptoms of stroke and taking preventive measures using information technology. Therefore, this research utilizes the role of information technology using a machine learning approach to predict stroke in a person using the K-Nearest Neighbor and Decision Tree classification methods. The two algorithms were compared to determine which algorithm was more effective in predicting stroke. Data analysis using the CRISP-DM approach was carried out using a dataset containing 5110 observations with 12 relevant attributes. Implementation of Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) was also carried out for preprocessing, and oversampling techniques were applied to overcome the problem of unbalanced classes. The research results show that the predictive model with the highest level of accuracy was obtained at around 97.1845% using the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm. This research makes a significant contribution to stroke prevention efforts through the use of information technology and machine learning algorithms for early identification of stroke risk.

Abstract

Promosi kenaikan jabatan bagi perusahaan merupakan rutinitas dan sebagai salah satu bentuk penghargaan kemampuan karyawan selama bekerja. Selama ini promosi jabatan di PT. XYZ masih berdasarkan ikatan keluarga, tingkat pendidikan dan kedekatan personal karyawan dengan pimpinan. Sering sekali terjadi permasalahan dalam perekrutan promosi jabatan yang berakibat terjadinya kecemburuan diantara karyawan. Masih adanya sikap like dislike yang memungkinkan karyawan yang memiliki kompetensi merasa tidak dihargai. Belum adanya sistem yang mengakomodir keputusan promosi jabatan sehingga penilaian promosi jabatan belum sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh karyawan termasuk tanggung jawab, disiplin, kerjasama dan perilaku/atitude karyawan. Metode yang digunakan Analytical Hierarcy Proses (AHP) dimana keputusan diambil berdasarkan kriteria dan alternatif yang telah ditentukan. Dilakukan proses Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dalam proses penilaian karyawan yang dipromosikan jabatannya. Sistem ini dibuat untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada dan membantu pimpinan dalam menentukan keputusan promosi jabatan agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan berdasarkan tanggung jawab, disiplin, kerjasama dan perilaku atau attitude karyawan.

Abstract

Tangerang Regency as a city of a thousand industries as well as a buffer for the capital city, is densely populated and often experiences flooding every rainy season. Losses from flood disasters can cause damage and disruption of economic activities and even loss of life. Efforts to minimize losses and loss of life due to flood disasters with early detection tools through the Flood Monitoring Application (SIMOBI). The purpose of creating SIMOBI for early detection of floods so that damage, disruption of economic activities and loss of life can be minimized. This research is a system development to find solutions for early flood detection in Tangerang Regency using the Prototype method and the system results are validated through Black Box Testing. This system is designed using the IoT (Internet of Things) principle which uses an internet network to connect the NodeMCU ESP 8266 microprocessor device with sensor and actuator devices. The NodeMCU ESP 8266 microprocessor to read water level data provided by the Ultrasonic sensor then sends data using the internet to a Smartphone with software that has been created to provide flood indication notifications. In addition to notifications from the Smartphone, a buzzer or siren is used to make a sound if there is an indication of flooding. The system works automatically if the water level exceeds the normal limit at the location and will send a notification via Smartphone and voice. This system is implemented in various flood-prone areas in Tangerang Regency such as Balaraja, Pasar Kemis, Cikupa, Curug, Cisoka, Gunung Kaler, Kelapa Dua, Jayanti, and Jambe.

Abstract

Kegiatan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dilakukan di kota Depok dengan melibatkan 23 orang peserta untuk memvalidasi aplikasi pelayanan kesehatan public berbasis teknologi blockchain. FGD dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memvalidasi aplikasi pelayanan kesehatan public berbasis teknologi blockchain yang dikembangkan oleh lima orang dosen dari tiga perguruan tinggi di Tangerang dan Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan untuk FGD adalah diskusi dan tanya jawab secara langsung dengan domain expert (Bidan, Dokter, tenaga medis dan pengelola klinik). Terdapat dua belas point penting dalam kegiatan FGD yang dijadikan sebagai bahan masukan dan perbaikan dalam pengembangan aplikasi dan ke dua belas point tersebut menjadi hasil FGD. Kedua belas point tersebut telah dicatat dan dirangkum serta dikonfirmasi kepada peserta. Hasil FGD menjadi bahan pertimbangan dan perbaikan aplikasi layanan kesehatan public berbasis teknologi blockchain yang siap untuk dipresentasikan ke pemangku kepentingan dan sebagai bahan pelaporan akhir program hibah research fundamental yang didanai oleh Dikti pada tahun 2024. Harapannya aplikasi pelayanan kesehatan public berbasis teknologi blockchain ini dapat diimplementasikan oleh stakeholder dan menjadi satu data kesehatan dengan tingkat keamanan tinggi

Abstract

Online business education activities with smartphones are carried out because there are still many business actors who have not utilized their smartphones to carry out various business processes ranging from product offerings, sales to payment transactions. The purpose of the activity is to educate and provide understanding to the public about online business with smartphone media. The methods used are lectures, discussions and direct practice in front of MSME actors. Abstract

Wisata Religi menjadi salah satu potensi wisata di Desa Pete sampai saat ini peziarah sering mengalami kebingunan untuk mencari titik lokasi jalan, kondisi medan dan informasi-informasi lainnya. Sehingga dibutuhkan aplikasi wisata religi yang dapat diakses oleh siapa saja berbasis website, GIS dan AR/VR. Pengembangan dilakukan selama tiga tahun dengan tim dari tiga kampus yaitu Universitas Multimedia Nusantara, Universitas Insan Pembangunan Indonesia dan Universitas Biina Nusantara. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan expose pengembangan desa wisata religi ini dengan menggunakan teknik ceramah, diskusi dan wawancara. Kegiatan expose ini sebagai titik awal dari kegiatan pengembangan aplikasi wisata religi yang melibatkan Camat Desa Pete, penggiat BumDes Pema Bersama, salah satu keturunan Syekh Mubarok, pemuka masyarakat dan dosen dari tiga kampus. Hasil kegiatan ini akan ditindaklanjuti dengan kegiatan lain yang akan direncakan dalam tiga tahun ke depan sesuai dengan roadmap yang telah dibuat.

Abstract

Background: The development of e-commerce has been reported to influence consumer behavior in conducting transactions. In this context, direct interaction between buyers and sellers was very limited. Therefore, the seller's reputation was the primary factor used by consumers to assess the credibility and reliability of the e-commerce platform. Purpose: This research aimed to explore the influence of seller reputation on electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) with trust and satisfaction as mediators. Method: An online survey method was adopted, targeting a sample of 300 consumers who had experience transacting on e-commerce platforms in the Greater Jakarta area, and was determined using purposive sampling. Furthermore, the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling statistical method provided answers to the research hypothesis. Findings: The results showed that all research hypotheses were accepted. Trust and satisfaction are complementary mediators of the relationship between seller reputation and e-WOM. Conclusions: Based on the results, seller reputation has a positive impact on e-WOM and strengthens the e-commerce ecosystem. Research implication: Sellers who proactively manage consumer reviews increase satisfaction and minimize the impact of negative e-WOM. For e-commerce platforms, implementing a stricter verification system for sellers provided credibility assurance.
