Abstract

Value from a culture nation inheritance is very important. Local wisdom a region contains values necessary exploration and preserved. Reog is one of the artistry enough famous from region Ponorogo and known by world society. Values found in artistry Reog Ponorogo presumably necessary are exploration furthermore to can be ingredient for tribe unity matter development and culture in course social science class IV elementary school. With artistry local superiority values implementation existence Reog Ponorogo, supposed student realizes and apply values from region culture permanently respect coalitions taste and sense of belonging towards region culture. This research aims to detect artistry local superiority values Reog Ponorogo that is used to develop tribe unity matter and culture course elementary school. Research data collecting is done gradually that is passes documentation study, observation, and interview. Technique that done gradually (triangulating) this chosen to guarantee data validity. Data is fished from informant that chosen with snowball sampling technique. Taking manner sampling with this technique is done according to related to, sample determination technique at first number little, longer more expand. In first research at first is chosen one or two person but because data to felted not yet enough so researcher looks for another person that can equip data that got from previous person. These research results show that artistry local superiority values Reog Ponorogo can be used to develop tribe unity matter and subject culture social science Class IV elementary school that is: leadership, aesthetics, and agreement. Keyword: Local Wisdom, Artistry Reog Ponorogo, Tribe Unity and Culture

Abstract

The Cognitive domain of Bloom’s taxonomy often serves as a framework for categorizing objectives of education, designing tests, and designing curricula. The taxonomy in order covers: (1) knowledge, (2) comprehension, (3) application, (4) analysis, (5) synthesis, and (6) evaluation. The order has been made use more than fifty years as the basis for education objectives, designing tests and curricula. Revision on the taxonomy is done by changing noun in the taxonomy into verb in the revised taxonomy. This is in order to meet education objectives. Such objectives indicate that students will be able to do something (verb) by using something (noun). Revision by Kratwohl and Anderson resulting the taxonomy: (1) remember, (2) understand,( 3) apply, (4) analyze, (5) evaluate, and (6) create.Key words: Revized Bloom’s Taxonomy, Cognitive Domain

Abstract

Critical thinking in education has been widely practiced following the awareness that it helps a lot the students specifically in science subjects. In accordance with critical thinking ability in science, students who show ability on critical thinking will successfully cope with problems they encounter. Such ability hopefully works in their learning achievement. The objective of this research is to investigate the influence of creative and critical thinking on the achievement of the students of the Department of Primary Education IKIP PGRI Madiun in the class of Science Concepts II. The current study makes use of the descriptive correlational. As many as 191students enrolled the class of science concepts II in the academic year 2012/2013, out of 366 populations, serve as the sample through the proportional random sampling technique. Tests were administered to collect the data analyzed by applying descriptive analysis of double regression to assess the hypothesis in which SPSS PASW Statistics 18 was applied. Results show that there is significant correlation on the variables of creative and critical thinking on their achievement. The creative thinking contributes 20.13% while the critical thinking contribution is 21.53%. Other variables beyond this research contribute 58.34%.Key words: Creative Thinking Ability, Critical Thinking, Student Achievement

Abstract

Supervisi pengajaran bertujuan mengembangkan situasi pengajaran yang lebih baik, membimbing pengalaman mengajar guru, dan membantu guru menilai kemajuan siswa. Pemberian motivasi supervisor kepada guru dapat menjadi potensi untuk peningkatan komitmen guru. Para ahli mengemukakan berbagai macam pendekatan supervisi dan dimensi dalam mengklasifikasi guru, sehingga supervisor dapat memilih pendekatan dan gaya dalam melaksanakan supervisi. Berbagai pendekatan yang dikemukakan oleh ahli mencakup supervisi klinis, pendekatan direktif, pendekatan nondirektif, pendekatan kolaboratif, pendekatan informal, kolegial, dan individual dihubungkan dengan dimensi guru mencakup tingkat perhatian guru, tingkat tanggung jawab, kematangan kepribadian, dan kompleksitas kognitif guru akan memberikan berbagai bentuk rekomendasi pendekatan alternatif dalam pelaksanaan supervisi. Abstract

The objective of this research is to found out the influence of transformational leadership and job satisfaction toward organizationalcitizenship behavior of the teacher in primary school Kras District of Kediri.This research used quantitative approach. The participants of the research are159 teachers of 30 primary school Kras, District of Kediri. The data foundusing closed model questionnaire instrument. The data analyzed using pathanalyzing, with the help of SPSS PASW Statistics 18 program. The results of theresearch show that there is a significance influence between transformationalleadership and job satisfaction toward organizational citizenship behavior ofthe teacher in primary school Kras, District of Kediri. The transformationalleadership contributes 15.1% while the job satisfaction contribution is 20.4%.Other variables beyond this research contribute 64.5%.Keywords: transformational leadership, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior
